Pointing accuracy is a crucial performance index for a fully steerable large-aperture radio telescope and is subject to external and internal disturbances. Improvement of the antenna's servo control performance is meaningful for pointing, especially for blind pointing of the antenna. This paper firstly establishes a multi-motor-driving four-degrees-of-freedom (DOF) model of an antenna servo system, then optimizes the original design consisting of the active disturbance rejection (ADR)-based velocity controller and lead–lag-based position controller, making the velocity controller a novel linear ADR-based controller coupled with a disturbance-velocity compensation (DLADRC) and the position controller the simplest proportional (P) controller. Simulation results based on a 100 m class radio telescope servo model indicate that the new control system's velocity-loop response is smoother, the position-loop peak disturbance response is reduced by 17.8%, the position-loop dynamic performance with the short settling time and slight overshoot remains the same as the former PD-LADRC system, and the RMS pointing/tracking error is 2.16 arcsec under a mean wind of 3 m/s, less than the design specification of 2.5 arcsec RMS required. (Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy is a nontoxic cuprate superconducting material with a superconducting transition temperature of about 116 K. Recently, it was found that bulk samples of this material synthesized under high pressure hold the highest irreversibility line among all the superconductors, which is very promising for its application in the liquid nitrogen temperature field. In this work, high-temperature (Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy superconducting films with large irreversible fields were prepared on SrLaAlO4(00l) substrates by pulsed laser deposition. The substrate temperature during deposition proved to be the most important parameter determining the morphology and critical temperature of the superconductors, with 680 °C considered to be the optimum temperature. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results showed that the (Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy films prepared under optimal conditions exhibited epitaxial growth with the a-axis perpendicular to the film surface and the b- and c-axes parallel to the substrate, with no evidence of any other orientation. In addition, resistivity measurements showed that the onset transition temperature (Tconset) was approximately 116 K, the zero-resistance critical temperature (Tc0) was around 53 K, and the irreversible field (Hirr) was about 9 T at 37 K for (Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy films under optimal temperature. This is the first example of the successful growth of superconducting (Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy films on SrLaAlO4(00l) substrates. In the realm of automated industry and smart production, the deployment of fault warning systems is crucial for ensuring equipment reliability and enhancing operational efficiency. Although there are a multitude of existing methodologies for fault warning, the proficiency of these systems in processing and analysing data is increasingly challenged by the progression of industrial apparatus and the escalating magnitude and intricacy of the data involved. To address these challenges, this research outlines an innovative fault warning methodology that combines a bi-directional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM) network with an enhanced hunter–prey optimisation (EHPO) algorithm. The Bi-LSTM network is strategically utilised to outline complex temporal patterns in machinery operational data, while the EHPO algorithm is employed to meticulously fine-tune the hyperparameters of the Bi-LSTM, aiming to enhance the accuracy and generalisability of fault warning. The EHPO algorithm, building upon the foundational hunter–prey optimisation (HPO) framework, introduces an advanced population initialisation process, integrates a range of strategic exploration methodologies, and strengthens its search paradigms through the incorporation of the differential evolution (DE) algorithm. This comprehensive enhancement aims to boost the global search efficiency and accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm. Empirical analyses, conducted using datasets from real-world industrial scenarios, have validated the improved warning performance of this proposed methodology against some benchmark techniques, as evidenced by superior metrics such as root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE), albeit with a slight increase in computational resource requirements. Branching is an important agronomic trait that is conducive to plant architecture and yield in flowering Chinese cabbage. Plant branching is regulated by a complex network mediated by hormones; gibberellin (GA) is one of the important hormones which is involved in the formation of shoot branching. Research on the regulatory mechanism of GA influencing rosette branch numbers is limited for flowering Chinese cabbage. In this study, the exogenous application of 600 mg/L GA3 effectively inhibited rosette branching and promoted internode elongation in flowering Chinese cabbage. RNA-Seq analysis further found that these DEGs were significantly enriched in 'the plant hormone signal transduction' pathways, and auxin-related genes were significantly differentially expressed between MB and MB_GA. The upregulation of auxin (AUX) and the upregulation of auxin/indole-3-acetic acid (AUX/IAA), as well as the downregulation of SMALL AUXIN-UPREGULATED RNA (SAUR), were found in the negative regulation of the rosette branching. The qRT-PCR results showed that the expression of AUX/IAA and SAUR from IAA gene family members were consistent with the results of transcriptome data. Phytohormone profiling by targeted metabolism revealed that endogenous auxin contents were significantly increased in MB_GA. Transcriptome and metabolome analysis clarified the main plant hormones and genes underlying the rosette branching in flowering Chinese cabbage, confirming that auxin could inhibit rosette branching. The transition characteristics of a modified RAE5243 airfoil were investigated using a wind tunnel test and numerical simulations. Transition detection is of great significance for the assessment of drag reduction. In wind tunnel tests, transition location can be detected by infrared thermography. However, in subsonic and transonic wind tunnel tests, the temperature difference between the laminar flow region and turbulent flow region is small. Moreover, the test models are usually made of metals, which make the transition location hard to identify. Combined with infrared thermography, a carbon nanotube heating coating powered by electricity was used to detect the transition location of a modified RAE5243 airfoil wing. The effects of heating power, angle of attack (AOA), and Mach number were studied. The results show that heating power has no impact on transition location. As the AOA increases, the transition location moves forward. With an increase in Mach number, the transition location moves forward first and then backward, and it reaches its most forward point at Ma = 0.75. The results of our numerical simulations indicate that, at Ma ≥ 0.75, a shock wave appears on the wing, and the transition is closely related to the shock wave rather than the adverse pressure gradient. Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV) can cause a variety of malignancies. Ganciclovir (GCV) is one of the most efficient drugs against KSHV, but its non-specificity can cause other side effects in patients. Nucleic acid miR-34a-5p can inhibit the transcription of KSHV RNA and has great potential in anti-KSHV therapy, but there are still problems such as easy degradation and low delivery efficiency. Here, we constructed a co-loaded dual-drug nanocomplex (GCV@ZIF-8/PEI-FA+miR-34a-5p) that contains GCV internally and adsorbs miR-34a-5p externally. The folic acid (FA)-coupled polyethyleneimine (PEI) coating layer (PEI-FA) was shown to increase the cellular uptake of the nanocomplex, which is conducive to the enrichment of drugs at the KSHV infection site. GCV and miR-34a-5p are released at the site of the KSHV infection through the acid hydrolysis characteristics of ZIF-8 and the "proton sponge effect" of PEI. The co-loaded dual-drug nanocomplex not only inhibits the proliferation and migration of KSHV-positive cells but also decreases the mRNA expression level of KSHV lytic and latent genes. We present a decade of observations of pulse arrival times for 85 pulsars using the Nanshan radio telescope from July 2002 to March 2014. The Cholesky method can accurately estimate the covariance function of the timing residuals, significantly improving the parameter's estimation accuracy when red noise is prominent. We utilize the Cholesky method to determine positions and basic timing parameters of these pulsars, as well as to obtain timing residuals. Most of these sources showed evidence of significant timing irregularities, which are described. The spectral analyses of timing residuals are presented for pulsars showing obvious red noise. Our results show that timing residuals in half of these pulsars are attributed to rotational irregularities. Hydration plays a crucial role in cement composites, but the traditional methods for measuring hydration heat face several limitations. In this study, we propose a machine learning-based approach to predict hydration heat at specific time points for three types of cement composites: ordinary Portland cement pastes, fly ash cement pastes, and fly ash–metakaolin cement composites. By adjusting the model architecture and analyzing the datasets, we demonstrate that the optimized artificial neural network model not only performs well during the learning process but also accurately predicts hydration heat for various cement composites from an extra dataset. This approach offers a more efficient way to measure hydration heat for cement composites, reducing the need for labor- and time-intensive sample preparation and testing. Furthermore, it opens up possibilities for applying similar machine learning approaches to predict other properties of cement composites, contributing to efficient cement research and production. Unmanned surface vehicle (USV)-based floating-waste detection presents significant challenges. Due to the water surface's high reflectivity, there are often light spots and reflections in images captured by USVs. Furthermore, floating waste often consists of numerous small objects that prove difficult to detect, posing a robustness challenge for object-detection networks. To address these issues, we introduce a new dataset collected by USV, FloatingWaste-I, which accounts for the effects of light in various weather conditions, including sunny, cloudy, rainy and nighttime scenarios. This dataset comprises two types of waste: bottles and cartons. We also propose the innovative floating-waste-detection network, YOLO-Float, which incorporates a low-level representation-enhancement module and an attentional-fusion module. The former boosts the network's low-level representation capability while the latter fuses the highest- and lowest-resolution feature map to improve the model robustness. We evaluated our method by using both the public dataset FloW-img and our FloatingWaste-I dataset. The results confirm YOLO-Float's effectiveness, with an AP of 44.2% on the FloW-img dataset, surpassing the existing YOLOR, YOLOX and YOLOv7 by 3.2%, 2.7% and 3.4%, respectively. Synthetic adhesives play a crucial role in holding together solid materials through interfacial interactions. Thermoplastic and thermosetting adhesives are important types of synthetic adhesives, with thermoplastic adhesives being reassemblable and thermosetting adhesives exhibiting high adhesive strength and creep resistance. However, there is a need to combine the advantages of both types and develop high bonding strength, reassemblable adhesives. Here, epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) was used to prepare adhesive networks and Diels–Alder bonds were incorporated to enhance reassembly ability. The ESO was functionalized with furyl groups and cross-linked via the reaction between furyl and imide groups to involve the Diels–Alder bonds. The resulting adhesive exhibited good solvent resistance and mechanical properties, which could be regulated by adjusting the quantity of cross-linker. The prepared adhesives also demonstrated self-healing capabilities, as the scratch on the surface gradually diminished with heating. Additionally, the adhesives showed the ability to undergo recycling without significant changes in properties. The prepared adhesives exhibited hydrophilicity and the flow characteristics during reassembly were characterized by a decrease in torque. Assessing the spatial and quantitative evaluation of water conservation within regional ecosystems holds vital significance for effective regional water resource management, allocation optimization, and enhanced ecological protection. In this study, we focus on Yunnan Province as our research subject and utilize land use data spanning from 2000 to 2018. The InVEST model serves as a key tool for evaluating Yunnan Province's water conservation capacity over the past two decades. Furthermore, we employ Geographical detectors and ArcGIS 10.2 to delve into the spatial distribution patterns and the impact of both natural environmental and socio-economic factors on changes in water conservation capacity. The research findings reveal a spatial trend in regional water source conservation, characterized by a decreasing gradient from the southwest to the northeast. Over the past two decades, we have observed an initial decline followed by a subsequent increase in regional water source conservation, resulting in an overall upward trajectory. Precipitation displays the strongest correlation among natural environmental factors, indicating a significant influence on water conservation. Additionally, socio-economic data exhibit a noteworthy positive correlation with alterations in water conservation, primarily attributed to urbanization and the expansion of impermeable surfaces like urban construction land, which bolster regional water conservation efforts. We prepared ternary organic solar cells (OSCs) by incorporating the medium wavelength absorption polymer PSEHTT into the PM6:L8-BO binary system. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) is improved from 15.83% to 16.66%. Although the fill factor (FF) is slightly reduced, the short-circuit current density (JSC) and open-circuit voltage (VOC) are significantly increased at the same time. A small amount of PSEHTT has a broad absorption spectrum in the short wavelength region and has good compatibility with PM6, which is conducive to fine-tuning the photon collection and improving the JSC. In addition, the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of PSEHTT is deeper than that of PM6, which broadens the optical bandgap. This study provides an effective method to fabricate high-performance ternary OSCs by using a lower concentration of PSEHTT with PM6 as a hybrid donor material, which ensures a better surface and bulk morphology, improves photon collection, and broadens the optical bandgap. This work explored a new idea for enhancing the resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of mining anchor steel through microalloying. Microalloyed anchor steels with Nb, Cu, Ni, Sb, and C were prepared through vacuum smelting and hot rolling. Electrochemical measurements, slow strain rate tensile (SSRT) tests, and fracture morphology observations were used to study the electrochemical and SCC behavior in the simulated mine environment. The results proved that the microstructure of microalloyed steels varies slightly. Adding Ni, Cu, and Sb can improve the mechanical properties of the anchor steel, while reducing C content decreases tensile strength as a result of loss of the solution-strengthening effect. The addition of Sb, Cu, Ni, and reducing the content of C enhances the resistance to corrosion and SCC by mitigating anodic dissolution (AD), while adding Nb improves SCC resistance by inhibiting hydrogen embrittlement (HE). The combined addition of 1% Ni, 0.5% Cu, 0.05% Nb, 0.1% Sb, and 0.5% C presented the highest SCC resistance, which is a promising prospect for the development of high-performance, low-alloy anchor steels. The combined addition of 1% Ni, 0.5% Cu, 0.05% Nb, and 0.1% Sb resulted in the inhibition of electrochemical reactions and corrosion. As a result of the synergistic effect of the microalloy, both AD and HE mechanisms were simultaneously inhibited, which greatly enhanced SCC resistance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The cyberspace map, as one of the important tools for describing cyberspace, provides a visual representation of the dynamic and elusive nature of cyberspace. It has become a research hotspot in multiple disciplinary fields. Compared with traditional maps, cyberspace maps lack the guidance of cartography theory and have not yet formed a unified understanding. Clarifying the concept of the cyberspace map and developing a conceptual model of it could enhance people's unified understanding of cyberspace. Drawing from the perspective of cartography, this paper analyzes the current situation of cyberspace map research, first discussing the characteristics and definition of the cyberspace map and then proposing the conceptual model of a cyberspace map. This model elaborates on the types of map elements and their specific composition, the strength of their element–space association, the mapping of relationships between elements, element symbolization, and map expression. Then, based on the model proposed in this paper, typical maps are compared and analyzed, and design suggestions are provided. Finally, the entire article is summarized. This paper aims to adapt the development trend of cartography to the ternary space, clarify the basic concept of the cyberspace map, promote the development of cyberspace mapping theory, and lay the foundation for future research. Thermosetting adhesives are commonly utilized in various applications. However, covalent cross-linked networks prevent thermosetting adhesives from being re-assembled, which necessitates higher machining precision. Additionally, the primary raw materials used in adhesive preparation are derived from non-renewable petroleum resources, which further constrain adhesive development. In this study, a recyclable adhesive was developed by incorporating dynamic boronic esters into epoxy resin derived from soybean oil. The successful synthesis of epoxidized soybean oil and boronic esters was confirmed through the analysis of proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and differential scanning calorimetry results. Swelling tests and tensile curves demonstrated the presence of covalently cross-linked networks. The purpose of this study was to examine the associations of social support factors with leisure-time physical activity (LTPA) of older people in Fuwen village. A cross-sectional study included 523 randomly selected elderly people (60+ years) whose LTPA levels were determined using the shortened version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ-S). A modified version of the Physical Activity Social Support Scale (PASSS) was operated to gather perceived scores of the social support factors. A multivariate linear regression was performed to locate associations of perceived scores of social supports with leisure-time walking (LTW) and moderate and vigorous physical activity (MVPA). The results indicated that social support from family was positively and significantly related to LTW and MVPA in both models. The community factor was positively and significantly correlated with MVPA in both models. The sport club factor was related to LTW and MVPA to some extent. The results suggest that social support from family is the most important motivator for older people's LTW and MVPA in the village of Fuwen. Social support from the community is the motivator for older people's MVPA. The sport club factor has some effects on older people's LTW and MVPA as well. This paper proposes a multi-agent evolutionary game model that can be used to study sustainable ecotourism development in national parks, with a focus placed on coordinating the interests of multiple stakeholders. Based on the limited rationality hypothesis, this study explores the impact of strategic choice evolution and the change of key factors on the stability of the ecotourism development system in national parks. To achieve this, a tripartite evolutionary game model involving "local government–tourism enterprises–tourists" is constructed. The model is applied to Wuyishan National Park as a case study, incorporating actual data and conducting numerical simulation experiments using MATLAB software. The findings of the study are as follows: (1) The optimal stable strategy for the three game players (local government, tourism enterprises, and tourists) is determined to be one that works to "supervise, implement high-level services, and participate in ecotourism", respectively. This strategy is influenced by factors such as government subsidies, government fines, economic benefits obtained by tourism enterprises at different service levels, and the utilities experienced by participating and non-participating tourists in national park ecotourism. (2) Government subsidy policies can promote the attainment of a stable state for tourism enterprises and tourists. However, excessive subsidies may hinder the fulfillment of local governments' expectations. (3) The greater the economic benefits obtained by tourism enterprises through high-level services are, the more favorable it will be for tourism enterprises to reach a stable state. However, this may lead to a relatively slower response from the government. (4) The higher the utilities that tourists derive from high-level services in ecotourism are, the faster the game players will reach a stable state. (5) The higher the utilities associated with tourists spending time in other places are, the more challenging it becomes for the three game players to achieve a stable state. This situation may cause tourists to shift from the initial strategy of "participating in ecotourism" to "not participating in ecotourism". Based on these findings, the paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of ecotourism in Wuyishan National Park. Disassembly sequence planning (DSP) is a key approach for optimizing various industrial equipment-maintenance processes. Finding fast and effective DSP solutions plays an important role in improving maintenance efficiency and quality. However, when disassembling industrial equipment, there are many uncertainties that can have a detrimental impact on the disassembly and subsequent maintenance work. Therefore, this paper proposes a multi-objective DSP problem in an uncertain environment that addresses the uncertainties in the disassembly process through stochastic planning, with the objectives of minimizing disassembly time and enhancing responsiveness to priority maintenance components. Due to the complexity of the problem, an improved peafowl optimization algorithm (IPOA) is proposed for efficient problem-solving. The algorithm is specifically designed and incorporates four customized optimization mechanisms: peafowls' courtship behavior, the adaptive behavior of female peafowls in proximity, the adaptive search behavior of peafowl chicks, and interactive behavior among male peafowls. These mechanisms enable effective search for optimal or near-optimal solutions. Through comparisons with a real-world industrial case and other advanced algorithms, the superiority of the IPOA in solving DSP problems is demonstrated. FPN (Feature Pyramid Network) and transformer-based target detectors are commonly employed in target detection tasks. However, these approaches suffer from design flaws that restrict their performance. To overcome these limitations, we proposed TIG-DETR (Texturized Instance Guidance DETR), a novel target detection model. TIG-DETR comprises a backbone network, TE-FPN (Texture-Enhanced FPN), and an enhanced DETR detector. TE-FPN addresses the issue of texture information loss in FPN by utilizing a bottom-up architecture, Lightweight Feature-wise Attention, and Feature-wise Attention. These components effectively compensate for texture information loss, mitigate the confounding effect of cross-scale fusion, and enhance the final output features. Additionally, we introduced the Instance Based Advanced Guidance Module in the DETR-based detector to tackle the weak detection of larger objects caused by the limitations of window interactions in Shifted Window-based Self-Attention. By incorporating TE-FPN instead of FPN in Faster RCNN and employing ResNet-50 as the backbone network, we observed an improvement of 1.9 AP in average accuracy. By introducing the Instance-Based Advanced Guidance Module, the average accuracy of the DETR-based target detector has been improved by 0.4 AP. Spaceborne GNSS-R technology is a new remote sensing method for soil moisture monitoring. Focusing on the significant influence of water on the surface reflectivity of CYGNSS, this paper improved the removal method of water influence according to the spatial resolution of CYGNSS data. Due to the disturbance effect of the incident angle, microwave frequency and soil type on the Fresnel reflection coefficient in surface reflectivity, a normalization method of Fresnel reflection coefficient was proposed after analyzing the data characteristics of variables in the Fresnel reflection coefficient. Finally, combined with the soil moisture retrieval method of linear equation, the accuracy was compared and verified by using measured data, SMAP products and official CYGNSS products. The results indicate that the normalization method of the Fresnel reflection coefficient could effectively reduce the influence of relevant parameters on the Fresnel reflection coefficient, but the normalization effect became worse at large incident angles (greater than 65°). Compared with the official CYGNSS product, the retrieval accuracy of optimized soil moisture was improved by 10%. Automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) is a very important communication and surveillance technology in air traffic control (ATC). In the future, more and more satellites will carry out ADS-B technology to perform a global coverage. In order to make full use of the resources in the satellite, this paper proposes a solution for satellite three-axis attitude determination using the ADS-B receiver. The principle of ADS-B-based attitude determination is presented first. On this basis, ADS-B-based methods are employed to solve the problem. To achieve a higher attitude determination precision, gyro is combined with the ADS-B receiver using a multiplicative extended Kalman filter (MEKF). Meningioma is the most common primary tumor of the central nervous system (CNS). Individualized treatment strategies should be formulated for the patients according to the WHO (World Health Organization) grade. Our aim was to investigate the effectiveness of various machine learning and traditional statistical models in predicting the WHO grade of preoperative patients with meningioma. Patients diagnosed with meningioma after surgery in West China Hospital and Shangjin Hospital of Sichuan University from 2009 to 2016 were included in the study cohort. As the training cohort (n = 1975), independent risk factors associated with high-grade meningioma were used to establish the Nomogram model. which was validated in a subsequent cohort (n = 1048) from 2017 to 2019 in our hospital. Logistic regression (LR), XGboost, Adaboost, Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Random Forest (RF) models were determined using F1 score, recall, accuracy, the area under the curve (ROC), calibration plot and decision curve analysis (DCA) were used to evaluate the different models. Logistic regression showed better predictive performance and interpretability than machine learning. Gender, recurrence history, T1 signal intensity, enhanced signal degree, peritumoral edema, tumor diameter, cystic, location, and NLR index were identified as independent risk factors and added to the nomogram. The AUC (Area Under Curve) value of RF was 0.812 in the training set, 0.807 in the internal validation set, and 0.842 in the external validation set. The calibration curve and DCA (Decision Curve Analysis) indicated that it had better prediction efficiency of LR than others. Formamidinium lead triiodide (FAPbI3) perovskite has received great attention because of its distinct optoelectronic property, smaller band gap (~1.5 eV), and higher thermal stability than methylammonium lead triiodide (MAPbI3). However, the efficient synthesis of such perovskite materials on a large scale at a low cost remains a challenge. In this work, mixed-cation FA1−xCsxPbI3 thin films were directly prepared in an atmospheric environment with a high film formation rate, low material loss, low cost, and low requirements for experimental instruments and environment. Rock burst in TBM construction will have a great influence on the construction safety and construction speed. At the same time, there are few practical projects using micro-seismic monitoring, and the accuracy of prediction is not satisfactory. Therefore, this paper was based on a large number of micro-seismic monitoring reports and data from two hard rock TBM projects in China. The actual rock burst situation was continuously tracked and recorded on site for comparison and verification. The accuracy of rock burst monitoring was statistically analyzed from the aspects of rock burst grade and location. The applicability was analyzed from the perspective of rock burst construction safety, advance rate, and prevention measures. It was concluded that the accuracy of micro-seismic monitoring increased with the increase in the rock burst risk level. The precision location of Grade I and Grade II rock burst could be realized basically, while Grade III rock burst prediction was relatively low. It is suggested that micro-seismic monitoring should be adopted when there are Grade I and II rock burst risks. Badminton is very popular on college campuses. In badminton, the anterior cruciate ligament of the players has a higher risk of injury. There are many studies investigating the impact of fatigue on the injury of professional athletes, but few studies focused on college students. We hypothesized that the knee joint would experience greater ground reaction forces, valgus moments, and flexion moments of lunge contact in amateur after fatigue than those indicators before fatigue. Ten male badminton amateurs were enrolled in this study. They performed a lunge to hit the shuttlecock at the designated position and then quickly returned to the starting position before and after fatigue. Fatigue was induced by repeated isokinetic flexion/extension of the knee. Lower body kinematics and ground reaction force (GRF) were collected and further used to calculate the lower body joint moments from initial contact to maximum knee flexion. Compared to the pre-fatigue condition, the peak flexion moment (p = 0.012) and peak abduction moment of knee joint (p = 0.01), and maximum horizontal ground reaction force (p = 0.027) increased significantly at the initial contact (p = 0.01). After muscle fatigue, the knee buckling moment and valgus moment increased significantly at initial contact, and the horizontal backward maximum GRF also increased significantly. These changes might increase the injury risk of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). The fatigue of the muscles around the knee joint did not change the maximum GRF in the vertical direction at the moment of contact. Combined with the results of our study, badminton coaches and teachers should increase the training of lower extremity muscle strength and endurance in our daily class and training, and also should pay special attention to the coordinated development of muscles. Ornamental kale (Brassica oleracea L. var. acephala) is a popular decorative plant in late autumn and winter. However, only during low-temperature color-changed periods below rough 15 °C can the plant accumulate anthocyanins and exhibit a diverse array of foliar color patterns. In this study, we probed into the potential mechanism of inner leaf reddening in a red-leaf pure line of ornamental kale by physiological, metabolic, and transcriptomic analyses. Determination of anthocyanin contents in the uncolored new white leaves (S0), the light red leaves (S1) in the reddening period and the red leaves (S2) completing color change, and analysis of anthocyanin metabolites at stage S2, revealed that the coloring of red leaves was mainly attributed to the accumulation of cyanidins. We further used transcriptomic sequencing between the pairwise S0, S1, and S2 stages to identify 21 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis, among which the expression level of 14 DEGs was positively correlated with anthocyanin accumulation, and 6 DEGs were negatively correlated with anthocyanin accumulation. A total of 89 co-expressed genes were screened out, from which three DEGs (BoCHI, Bo4CL3, and BoF3H) were identified as hub genes in co-expression DEGs network. BoDFR and BoCHI were the DEGs with the highest expressions at S2. Moreover, two co-expressed DEGs related to stress response (BoBBX17 and BoCOR47) also exhibited upregulated expressions and positive correlations with anthocyanin accumulation. A deep dive into the underlying regulatory network of anthocyanin accumulation comprising these six upregulated DEGs from S0 to S2 was performed via trend, correlation, and differentially co-expression analysis. This study uncovered the DEGs expression profiles associated with anthocyanin accumulation during ornamental kale inner leaf reddening, which provided a basis for further dissecting the molecular mechanisms of leaf color characteristic change in ornamental kale at low temperatures. The structural, electronic, and optical properties of pure and Ce-doped BaTiO3 were investigated based on first-principle calculation. Here, we concentrate on understanding the effect of the substitution of Ce for Ba and Ti sites in the equilibrium lattice parameters, DOS, electronic band structure, and optical performance of the materials. The crystal structures with a 12.5% doping ratio at different sites were constructed by superseding an atom of Ba (or Ti) site with a Ce atom and investigating the optimized crystal structure parameters. The substitution of Ce leads to a reduction in the band gap by inducing the movement of the conduction band minimum (CBM) and valence band maximum (VBM). The reduction in the band gap has been shown to be beneficial in increasing electrical conductivity. The density of states of the materials was calculated to gain insight into the valence band, conduction band, and contribution of each orbital to the total density of states in the electronic structure. The charge density, Mulliken charges, and bond overlap populations of pristine and Ce-doped BaTiO3 were calculated to understand the nature of chemical bonds before and after doping. In addition, the optical properties of the materials were calculated, and the substitution of Ce for Ba site increased the static dielectric constant. In contrast, it decreased when Ce was doped into the Ti site. The substitution of Ce for different sites reduced the reflectivity of the material, while the transparency of the materials before and after doping was almost the same. The materials were transparent to incident light when the photon energy was below 10 eV, whereas opacity was in the ultraviolet range of 10–13 eV and beyond 20 eV. The behavior and mechanisms of the stress-assisted microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) of X80 pipeline steel induced by sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) were investigated using focused ion beam-scanning electron microscopy (FIB). Electrochemical results show that SRB and stress have a synergistic effect on the corrosion of X80 steel. SRB accelerated the transformation of Fe3O4 into iron-sulfur compounds and may have caused the film breakage of X80 steel products. Ornamental kale, as a burgeoning landscaping plant, is gaining popularity for its rich color patterns in leaf and cold tolerance. Leaf variegation endows ornamental kale with unique ornamental characters, and the mutants are ideal materials for exploring the formation mechanisms of variegated phenotype. Herein, we identified a novel variegated leaf kale mutant 'JC007-2B' with green margins and white centers. Morphological observations and physiological determinations of the green leaf stage (S1), albino stage (S2) and variegated leaf stage (S3) demonstrated that the chloroplast structure and photosynthetic pigment content in the white sectors (S3_C) of variegated leaves were abnormal. Genetic analysis revealed that a single dominant nuclear gene (BoVl) controlled the variegated leaf trait of 'JC007-2B', and three candidate genes for BoVl were fine-mapped to a 6.74 Kb interval on chromosome C03. Multiple sequence alignment among the green-leaf mapping parent 'BS', recombinant individuals, mutant parent 'JC007-2B' and its same originated DH line population established that the mutation sites in Bo3g002080 exhibited a complete consensus. Bo3g002080, homologous to Arabidopsis MED4, was identified as the candidate gene for BoVl. Expression analysis showed that Bo3g002080 displayed a 2158.85-fold higher expression at albino stage than that in green leaf stage. Transcriptome analysis showed that related pathways of photosynthesis and chloroplast development were significantly enriched in the white sectors, and relevant DEGs involved in these pathways were almost down-regulated. Overall, our study provides a new gene resource for cultivar breeding in ornamental kale and contributes to uncovering the molecular genetic mechanism underlying the variegated leaf formation. Forest fire prevention is very important for the protection of the ecological environment, which requires effective prevention and timely suppression. The opening of the firebreaks barrier contributes significantly to forest fire prevention. The development of an artificial intelligence algorithm makes it possible for an intelligent belt opener to create the opening of the firebreak barrier. This paper introduces an innovative vision system of an intelligent belt opener to monitor the environment during the creation of the opening of the firebreak barrier. It can provide precise geometric and location information on trees through the combination of LIDAR data and deep learning methods. Four deep learning networks including PointRCNN, PointPillars, SECOND, and PV-RCNN were investigated in this paper, and we train each of the four networks using our stand tree detection dataset which is built on the KITTI point cloud dataset. The penetration of large-diameter tubular piles and their relevant construction effect have significant influences on the bearing capacity of piles and nearby buildings (structures). This study focuses on developing an indoor test model device for the dynamic field monitoring of the construction effect of penetrated large-diameter tubular piles based on monocular visual digital photography. The results show that the relationship between the penetration of the tubular piles and time function (blow counts) changes from a logarithmic function to a linear function when piles penetrate from the loose layer to the sandy layer, and then to the silty soil layer. The penetration rates differ significantly under different formation conditions. There are obvious plugging and squeezing effects as tubular piles penetrate different strata. The plugging effect radiates outward in a rectangular shape. The influence sphere of the squeezing effect is divided into the shear failure zone, radial squeezing zone, and hemispherical expansion zone. According to the measurement data, the squeezing effect increases first and then weakens during the construction of tubular piles. This makes the adjacent pile deviate from the initial position by 17.4 mm, making the next pile deviate from the initial position by 6.4 mm, to the maximum extent. This further verifies the superiority of pile-jumping construction. The research conclusions can provide reasonable suggestions and a reference basis to improve the penetration parameters of tubular piles and optimise their construction techniques. China has been the world's largest producer and consumer of paper products. In the context of the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals", China's papermaking industry which is traditionally a high energy-consuming and high-emissions industry, desperately needs a nationally appropriate low-carbon development path. From the consumption-side perspective, this paper calculates the CO2 emissions of China's papermaking industry from 2000 to 2019 by using carbon emission nuclear algorithm, grain-straw ratio, first-order attenuation method, and STIRFDT decomposition model, etc., to further explore the core stages and basic patterns affecting the industry's carbon peaking. The results show that the total CO2 emissions of China's papermaking industry showed an upward trend from 2000–2013, stable from 2013–2017, and a steady but slight decline from 2017–2019. Meanwhile, the total CO2 emissions of the full life cycle of paper products in China have decreased to a certain extent in the raw material acquisition, pulp, and paper making and shipping stages, with only the waste paper disposal stage showing a particular upward trend. We find that from 2000 to 2019, China's CO2 emissions in the pulping and papermaking stage of paper products accounted for 68% of the total emissions in the whole life cycle, of which 59% was caused by coal consumption. Moreover, the scenario prediction shows that improving the energy structure and increasing the waste paper recovery rate can reduce the CO2 emissions of the industry, and it is more significant when both work. Simple Summary: Diarrhea often occurs in suckling piglets and milk secreted by lactating sows with metritis–vaginitis–mastitis is one of the most important contributors. Chinese herbal medicine has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects due to its bioactive ingredients, and it is of interest to explore whether maternal feeding with Chinese herbal medicine can increase the level of milk ingredients with anti-infectious and anti-inflammatory properties. The present study found that supplementation of fermented compound Chinese medicine feed additive to sows increased the concentration of functional ingredients, such as quercetin, pinocembrin, chlorogenic acid, methyl succinic acid, L-tryptophan, adenosine, guanine, arteannuin, inosine, guanosine, benzene-1,2,4-triol, hypoxanthine, adenine, ferulic acid, echimidine N-oxide, pogostone, kynurenine and trehalose 6-phosphate in the milk of sows, most of these functional ingredients have anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative and immune-enhancing effects. The findings of this study hint that supplementation with fermented compound Chinese medicine feed additive in sows is beneficial for the improvement of milk quality. Different untargeted metabolomics approaches were used to identify the differential metabolites between milk samples collected from two groups. Sows were supplemented with fermented compound Chinese medicine feed additive at levels of 0 g/d/sow (control group, n = 10) and 50 g/d/sow (experimental group, n = 10), respectively, from d 104 of gestation to d 25 of lactation, samples of colostrum and mature milk were collected. Data indicated that supplementing fermented compound Chinese medicine feed additive to sows significantly increased the concentrations of quercetin, pinocembrin, chlorogenic acid, methyl succinic acid, L-tryptophan, adenosine, guanine, arteannuin, ferulic acid, echimidine N-oxide, pogostone and kynurenine in the colostrum and inosine, guanosine, benzene-1,2,4-triol, hypoxanthine, adenine, trehalose 6-phosphate in mature milk, respectively. Seven pathways (flavone and flavanol biosynthesis, galactose metabolism, phenylpropanoid biosynthesis, stilbenoid and gingerol biosynthesis, flavonoid biosynthesis, ABC transporters and purine metabolism) in colostrum and two pathways (sucrose metabolism and retrograde endocannabinoid signaling) in mature milk were significantly enriched in the experimental group compared to control group, respectively. For the multiphase motor drive system, current harmonic components in stator windings and the common-mode voltage are the main factors affecting the control performance. In this paper, a novel model predictive torque control (MPTC) considering both harmonic and common-mode voltage suppression is proposed to improve the control performance. First, with the vector space decoupling (VSD) theory, 12 virtual voltage vectors are constructed based on the principle that the amplitudes of the vectors in the x-y harmonic subplace are zero to achieve the harmonic suppression. Then, these 12 virtual vectors are further simplified to six vectors to realize the common-mode voltage suppression, and they are taken as the candidate vectors to be rolling optimized to output the optimal voltage vector. This novel MPTC strategy can reduce the computational burden and avoid the weight factor design for the traditional multi-objective optimization. The effectiveness of this novel MPTC strategy was verified by simulations and experiments in comparison with normal MPTC methods, and it can save over 44% of the execution time of the traditional MPTC method and provide better suppression of the harmonic current components and the common-mode voltage. In offshore engineering, the sand beneath an embankment may be subjected to traffic loads, resulting in a series of engineering issues. The behaviour of the sand beneath the embankment may change under a long-term traffic load. A series of drained cyclic and post-cyclic monotonic triaxial tests were performed on Fujian sand with different relative densities. The drained strength and stress–dilatancy behaviours were studied. The results indicated that the normalised peak strength ratio after cyclic loading was greater than that without cyclic loading, depending on the cyclic stress amplitude, while the critical state strength seemed to be only slightly affected by the cyclic loading history. The dilative response of sand could also be influenced by cyclic loading-induced fabric. Under constant relative density conditions, the higher the cyclic stress amplitude applied to the sand sample, the larger the volume strain produced in the critical state. Body fluids/tissue identification (BFID) is an essential procedure in forensic practice, and RNA profiling has become one of the most important methods. Small non-coding RNAs, being expressed in high copy numbers and resistant to degradation, have great potential in BFID but have not been comprehensively characterized in common forensic stains. In this study, the miRNA, piRNA, snoRNA, and snRNA were sequenced in 30 forensic relevant samples (menstrual blood, saliva, semen, skin, venous blood, and vaginal secretion) using the BGI platform. Based on small RNA profiles, relative specific markers (RSM) and absolute specific markers (ASM) were defined, which can be used to identify a specific body fluid/tissue out of two or six, respectively. A total of 5204 small RNAs were discovered including 1394 miRNAs (including 236 novel miRNA), 3157 piRNAs, 636 snoRNAs, and 17 snRNAs. RSMs for 15 pairwise body fluid/tissue groups were discovered by differential RNA analysis. In addition, 90 ASMs that were specifically expressed in a certain type of body fluid/tissue were screened, among them, snoRNAs were reported first in forensic genetics. A recessive gene PmQ conferring powdery mildew resistance was previously localized on the long arm of chromosome 2B in winter wheat landrace Qingxinmai. Breeder-friendly molecular markers are necessary for introgressing this gene into adapted wheat backgrounds for developing disease-resistant wheat cultivars. Three Kompetitive allele-specific PCR (KASP) markers were developed and validated based on SNP variants detected by Bulked segregant analysis-RNA-Seq (BSR-Seq) analysis using a recombinant inbred population derived from cross Qingxinmai × 041133. Two polymorphic SSR markers were also developed from the motifs in the Chinese Spring reference genome sequences of the target genomic region. Those markers were incorporated into a more saturated genetic linkage map for PmQ. The two flanking markers, Xicsq405 and Xicsk18, are 1.1 and 0.9 cM from PmQ, respectively. The KASP marker Xicsk19 produced unique amplification pattern in 158 out of 160 wheat cultivars or breeding lines. This marker with the gene-linked SSR markers Xicsqc, Xicsqd and Xicsq405 provides an efficient means in molecular marker-assisted selection for PmQ in wheat breeding. The corresponding genomic region of PmQ in the Chinese Spring reference genome has a conserved synteny with the genomes of sequenced wheat cultivars and Triticum durum, T. diccocoides, T. uratu, and barley. Cut flower ornamental kale (Brassica oleracea var. acephala) is a biennial cultivar, which completes a sexual reproductive generation in two years. Isolated microspore culture (IMC) can accelerate plant homozygosity instead of self-pollinations. However, the application of IMC in cut flower ornamental kale was rare since its low rate of embryogenesis. It is proved that histone acetylation might affect the gene expression in microspores and led to the transformation of microspores from pollen development pathway to embryogenesis. In this paper, microspores, derived from three varieties of cut flower ornamental kale, Crane Bicolor (CB), Crane Pink (CP) and Crane Feather Queen (CFQ), were treated with histone deacetylation inhibitor (HDACI) trichostatin A (TSA). Results revealed that the appropriate concentration of TSA was 10 nM for CB with obtaining 5.39 embryos per bud, while for CP and CFQ was 5 nM with acquiring 10.89 and 16.99 embryos per bud, respectively. TSA treatment also reduced the embryonic mortality, of which 10 nM TSA treatments CB was the optimal and the embryonic mortality decreased to 25.01%. Postharvest yellowing of leafy plant is a manifestation of senescence, and melatonin (MT) is known to delay leaf senescence in some higher plants. Herein, we investigated the effect of exogenous MT treatment on postharvest pakchoi by monitoring the ethylene biosynthesis and respiratory metabolism. Results showed that exogenous MT effectively extended the shelf life, delayed leaf yellowing, minimized the alteration in Fv/Fm ratio and maintained higher integrity of chloroplast in pakchoi. There was a significant correlation between yellowing index, respiration rate and ethylene production. MT treatments greatly delayed the yellowing process of pakchoi that was associated with the reduced activity of glycolysis pathway and tricarboxylic acid cycle (TCA), increased proportion of pentose phosphate pathway (PPP) in respiratory metabolism, as manifested by the lower activity of phosphohexose isomerase (PHI), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and cytochrome C oxidase (COX), downregulated the expression of their corresponding genes, but enhanced the activity and expression level of 6 phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6PGDH). MT also markedly maintain chlorophyll content by inhibiting ethylene production and action during shelf life, likely a consequence of reduced activities of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) synthase (ACS) and ACC oxidase (ACO), as well as the expression levels of their related genes. These results collectively indicate that melatonin alleviated leaf yellowing of postharvest pakchoi might be attributed to the suppression of the ethylene biosynthesis and respiratory metabolism, and our findings contribute to provide a good candidate measure for extending shelf life and reducing postharvest loss of pakchoi. With the rapid development of communication technology in civil and military fields, the problem of electromagnetic radiation pollution caused by the electromagnetic wave becomes particularly prominent and brings great harm. It is urgent to explore efficient electromagnetic wave absorption materials to solve the problem of electromagnetic radiation pollution. Therefore, various absorbing materials have developed rapidly. Among them, iron (Fe) magnetic absorbent particle material with superior magnetic properties, high Snoek's cut-off frequency, saturation magnetization and Curie temperature, which shows excellent electromagnetic wave loss ability, are kinds of promising absorbing material. However, ferromagnetic particles have the disadvantages of poor impedance matching, easy oxidation, high density, and strong skin effect. In general, the two strategies of morphological structure design and multi-component material composite are utilized to improve the microwave absorption performance of Fe-based magnetic absorbent. Therefore, Fe-based microwave absorbing materials have been widely studied in microwave absorption. In this review, through the summary of the reports on Fe-based electromagnetic absorbing materials in recent years, the research progress of Fe-based absorbing materials is reviewed, and the preparation methods, absorbing properties and absorbing mechanisms of iron-based absorbing materials are discussed in detail from the aspects of different morphologies of Fe and Fe-based composite absorbers. Meanwhile, the future development direction of Fe-based absorbing materials is also prospected, providing a reference for the research and development of efficient electromagnetic wave absorbing materials with strong absorption performance, frequency bandwidth, light weight and thin thickness. YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) thin films with the addition of Cl were prepared on Hastelloy tape by the extremely low fluorine metal-organic deposition (MOD) technique. The composition and microstructure of the present samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was revealed that the Cl-added YBCO thin films achieved better texture and density compared with the pure YBCO films. The superconducting properties at magnetic fields were measured using the magnetic property measurement system (MPMS). The results showed that the sample onset transition temperature (Tc, on) did not change significantly after the addition of Cl. The critical current density (Jc) in the presence of YBCO with the addition of Cl increased significantly. Meanwhile, both the Jc and gravitational force (Fp) of the (Cl, Hf) co-added YBCO films were further enhanced at different magnetic fields. The thermodynamic analysis of the BaCO3 removal reaction revealed that the addition of Cl to YBCO formed chlorine compounds, which were effective in avoiding the formation of BaCO3. Further, the calculation results of the Gibbs free energy at different pressure quotients showed that the stability of the relevant chlorine compounds occurred in the order of BaCl2 > CuCl2 > YCl3 and the oxidation of BaCl2 to BaO required a higher temperature compared to BaF2, implying the potential advantages of inhibiting the a-axis growth. Purple non-heading Chinese cabbage is one of the most popular vegetables, and is rich in various health-beneficial anthocyanins. Research related to genes associated with anthocyanin biosynthesis in non-heading Chinese cabbage is important. This study performed integrative transcriptome and metabolome analysis in the purple non-heading Chinese cabbage wild type (WT) and its green mutant to elucidate the formation of purple leaves. The anthocyanin level was higher in purple than in green plants, while the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid were higher in the green mutant than in the purple WT. Twenty-five anthocyanins were identified in purple and green cultivars; eleven anthocyanin metabolites were identified specifically in the purple plants. RNA-seq analysis indicated that 27 anthocyanin biosynthetic genes and 83 transcription factors were significantly differentially expressed between the WT and its mutant, most of them with higher expression in the purple than green non-heading Chinese cabbage. Transcriptome and metabolome analyses showed that UGT75C1 catalyzing the formation of pelargonidin-3,5-O-diglucoside and cyanidin-3,5-O-diglucoside may play a critical role in purple leaf formation in non-heading Chinese cabbage. Simple Summary: Pasteurella multocida (Pm) infection can cause pasteurellosis in goats. Currently, the mechanisms of Pm infection in goats are limited. In this study, the effects of Pm infection to goats were characterized from the aspects of histopathology, miRNA and mRNA expression dynamics in lung of goats infected for 1, 2, 5 and 7 days and the clinical symptoms of animals. We further revealed the potential role of differentially expressed RNAs, which are commonly involved in and regulate the host immune reaction to the Pm infection. The differentially expressed genes were mapped to marker genes of the immune cells in the lung, which further confirmed the cells detected by the histopathological method. Pasteurella multocida (Pm) infection causes severe respiratory disease in goats. We investigated the effects of the Pm infection intratracheally on the histopathology, miRNA and mRNA expression dynamics in the lung of goats infected for 1, 2, 5 and 7 days. Pm infection caused fever, which significantly (p < 0.05) increased the body temperature of the goats from day 1 to 5. Haemotoxylin–eosin staining of the infected lung tissue showed characteristics of suppurative pneumonia with inflammatory cells infiltration and the lung structure destruction. During the Pm infection of the goats, compared with the control group, there were 3080, 3508, 2716 and 2675 differentially expressed genes and 42, 69, 91 and 108 significantly expressed miRNAs (|log2Fold Change| > 1, p < 0.05) in the Pm_d1, Pm_d2, Pm_d5 and Pm_d7 groups, respectively. Five miRNAs and nine immune-related genes were selected for confirmation by reverse transcription–polymerase chain reaction. The results indicated that the expression patterns of the miRNAs and genes were consistent with those determined by next-generation sequencing. The differentially expressed genes were enriched in cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, cell adhesion molecules, complement and coagulation cascades, tight junction and phagosome Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways and cytokine production, leukocyte migration, myeloid leukocyte migration, cell periphery, plasma membrane, extracellular region part, extracellular region and other Gene Ontology terms. The differentially expressed genes were mapped to marker genes in human and mouse lung cells. The results showed the presence of some marker genes of the immune cells. Compared with the CK group, five miRNAs and 892 common genes were differentially expressed in the Pm_d1, Pm_d2, Pm_d5 and Pm_d7 groups. The target relationships between the common 5 miRNAs and 892 differentially expressed genes were explored and the miRNAs involved in the host immune reaction may act through the target genes. Our study characterized goats' reaction in the lung from histopathological and molecular changes upon Pm infection, which will provide valuable information for understanding the responses in goats during Pm infection. With industrialization and urbanization, the competition among land production, living, and ecological (PLE) spaces has intensified. Particularly in ecological reserves, competition among various types of land use restricts the coordinated development of PLE space. To explore spatial sustainable development, this study starts from a PLE spatial perspective, based on Landsat long time series images. Object-based image analysis (OBIA) and landscape index analysis were selected to monitor the spatial and temporal land use and landscape pattern changes in the Poyang Lake region (PYL region) from 1989 to 2020. The RF-Markov-FLUS coupled model was used to simulate spatial changes in 2030 under four scenarios: production space priority (PSP), living space priority (LSP), ecological space priority (ESP), and an integrated development (ID). Finally, the goal-problem-principle was used to enhance PLE space. The results showed that: (1) production space and ecological spaces decreased in general from 1989 to 2020 by 3% and 7%, respectively; living space increased by 11%. (2) From 1989 to 2020, the overall landscape spread in the Poyang Lake (PYL) area decreased, connectivity decreased, fragmentation increased, landscape heterogeneity increased, and landscape geometry became more irregular. (3) Compared with the other three scenarios, the ID scenario maintained steady production space growth in 2030, the expansion rate of living space slowed, and the area of ecological space decreased the least. (4) Spatial pattern optimization should start with three aspects: the transformation of the agricultural industry, improving the efficiency of urban land use, and establishing communities of "mountains, water, forests, fields, lakes and grasses". The aim of this study was to examine the effect of built environment (BE) elements on older people's (OP) leisure-time physical activity (LTPA) and leisure-time walking (LTW) level in the city of Ningbo. Older participants numbering 312 were randomly recruited using cross-sectional survey in 2019. International Physical Activity Questionnaire-short version (IPAQ-S) and Neighborhood Environment Walkability Scale—abbreviated (NEWS-A)—were used to gather LTPA data and the perceive scores of BE, respectively. Liner regression analysis was performed to investigate the association relationship between the perceived scores of BE and OP's LTW and LTPA. The study's results showed that, when not considering different sex groups, OP's LTW was significantly related with the perceived scores of access to services (AE, p = 0.045), walking/cycling facilities (W/CF, p = 0.007), aesthetics, and land use mix diversity (LUMD, p = 0.04). OP's LTPA was significantly related with AE (p = 0.04) and aesthetics (p < 0.001). The association relationships of BE with LTW and LTPA varied in different sex groups. Three elements (AE, W/CF, and LUMD) and one element (pedestrian/traffic safety and P/TS) of BE were found be related with older male and older female's LTW, respectively. One element (aesthetics) and two elements (aesthetics, LUMD) of BE were found be related with older male and older female's LTPA, respectively. The results indicated that the effects of BE on OP's LTW and the effects of BE on OP's LTPA were different. The effect also varied in different sex groups. More studies are needed to confirm the effect of BE on OP's LTW and LTPA in different sex groups to globally enrich the scientific data base. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The preparation of YBCO superconducting films by using metal organic chemical deposition (MOD) involves low-temperature pyrolysis and high-temperature treatment. The former process generally requires the introduction of water vapor and other gases. The study on pyrolysis in a low vacuum environment and non-carrier gas atmosphere has never been reported. In this work, we explored a low vacuum pyrolysis scheme with simple Argon gas decompression and a carrier-free atmosphere. The effects of heating rate on the microstructure of pyrolysis films were investigated, and the high-temperature treatment temperature (Th) was also optimized. Compared with conventional pyrolysis, the present low-vacuum pyrolysis does not employ the flowing dry or wet gases, facilitating the internal gas release during film decomposition. More importantly, the efficiency was greatly improved with reduced pyrolysis time. The obtained film surface is free of CuO particle, which leads to a lower roughness. We also investigated the effect of Th on the final YBCO film texture and superconductivity. As Th increased from 810 °C to 815 °C, the BaCuO2 phase decreased with enhanced c-axis orientation being evident by XRD and Raman spectra. Stimuli-responsive polymer materials have a promising potential application in many areas. However, integrating multi-stimuli into one elastomer is still a challenge. Here, we utilized boronic esters and anthracene to prepare a cross-linked poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene) (SBS) which was endowed with responsiveness to three stimuli (light, heat, and alcohols). SBS was first functionalized with a certain amount of dihydroxyl groups via a thiol-ene "click" reaction between unsaturated double bonds in PB block and thioglycerol. Then, 9-anthraceneboronic acid was applied to form a cross-linked SBS network upon heat and ultraviolet radiation (λ = 365 nm). The prepared elastomer was demonstrated to be stimuli-responsive based on the dynamic nature of boronic esters and the reversible dimerization of anthracene. In addition, the mechanical properties of the elastomer could be regulated continuously owing to the stimulus responsiveness to ultraviolet or heat. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Mutagenesis is an important tool for breeding and genomic research. In this study, the germinated seeds and isolated microspores of a double haploid line 'FT' were treated with EMS, respectively, with the aim of comparing the effects of the two approaches on generating mutants in Chinese cabbage. For microspore EMS mutagenesis, the isolated microspores were treated with 0.12% EMS for 20 min, a total of 1268 plantlets were obtained, and 15 M1 mutants were screened with a mutation frequency of 1.2%. For seed EMS mutagenesis, 7800 germinated seeds were treated with 0.8% EMS for 12 h, and a total of 701 M2 mutants were screened, with a mutation frequency of 18.78%. In total, 716 mutants with heritable morphological variation including leaf color, leaf shape, leafy head, bolting, and fertility, were obtained from the EMS mutagenesis experiments. Homozygous mutant plants could be screened from M1 lines by microspore mutagenesis, and M2 lines by seed mutagenesis. The mutation frequency was higher in seed mutagenesis than in microspore mutagenesis. Based on these results, we propose that seed EMS mutagenesis is more suitable to generate a large-scale mutant library, and the microspore EMS mutagenesis is conducive to rapidly obtaining homozygous mutants. Existing literature about the impact of farmland titling on farmland transfer takes no account of farmland plot characteristics, which makes them unable to effectively identify the causal relationship between farmland titling and farmland transfer. After the theoretical analysis, based on land plot level micro-survey data, we adopt the instrumental variable (IV) and conditional mixed process (CMP) methods to ease the endogeneity problem in the model and conduct a quantitative analysis. The results show that the land titling program has significant and positive effects on the transfer-out of farmland. Through a heterogeneity test, we observe a more pronounced promotional effect in regions with a higher economic development level and in farmland transfer deals with government facilitation. Moreover, the further application of a mediating effect model shows that the land titling program increases the net income from farmland transfer-out through increasing the value of farmland and reducing the transaction costs, thus promoting the transferring out of farmland. The findings contribute to providing empirical evidence for how the government may facilitate and support the attaining of more efficient scale operations of farmland. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
