Black‐and‐white snub‐nosed monkeys (Rhinopithecus bieti) rely on behavioral and dietary flexibility to survive in temperate latitudes at high‐elevation habitats characterized by climate and resource seasonality. However, little is known about how elevation influences their behavioral and dietary flexibility at monthly or seasonal scales. We studied an isolated R. bieti population at Mt. Lasha in the Yunling Provincial Nature Reserve, Yunnan, China, between May 2008 and August 2016 to assess the impacts of elevation on feeding behavior and diet. Across our sample, R. bieti occupied elevations between 3031 and 3637 m above mean sea level (amsl), with a 315.1 m amsl range across months and a 247.3 m amsl range across seasons. Contrary to expectations, individuals spent less time feeding when ranging across higher elevations. Lichen consumption correlated with elevation use across months and seasons, with individuals spending more time feeding on this important resource at higher elevations. Leaf consumption only correlated with elevation use during the spring. Our results suggest that R. bieti do not maximize their food intake at higher elevations and that monthly and seasonal changes in lichen and leaf consumption largely explain variation in elevation use. These findings shed light on the responses of R. bieti to environmental change and offer insight into strategies for conserving their habitats in the face of anthropogenic disturbance. Endometriosis is defined as an oestrogen‐dependent and inflammatory gynaecological disease of which the pathogenesis remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the cellular heterogeneity and reveal the effect of CD8+ T cells on the progress of endometriosis. Three ovarian endometriosis patients were collected, and single‐cell RNA sequencing (scRNA‐seq) progressed and delineated the cellular landscape of endometriosis containing five cell clusters. The endometrial cells (EMCs) were the major component, of which the mesenchymal cells were preponderant and characterized with increased inflammation and oestrogen synthesis in endometriosis. The proportion of T cells, mainly CD8+ T cells rather than CD4+, was reduced in endometriotic lesions, and the cytokines and cytotoxicity of ectopic T cells were depressed. CD8+ T cells depressed the proliferation of ESCs through inhibiting CDK1/CCNB1 pathway to arrest the cell cycle and triggered inflammation through activating STAT1 pathway. Correspondingly, the coculture with ESCs resulted in the dysfunction of CD8+ T cells through upregulating STAT1/PDCD1 pathway and glycolysis‐promoted metabolism reprogramming. The endometriotic lesions were larger in nude mouse models with T‐cell deficiency than the normal mouse models. The inhibition of T cells via CD90.2 or CD8A antibody increased the endometriotic lesions in mouse models, and the supplement of T cells to nude mouse models diminished the lesion sizes. In conclusion, this study revealed the global cellular variation of endometriosis among which the cellular count and physiology of EMCs and T cells were significantly changed. The depressed cytotoxicity and aberrant metabolism of CD8+ T cells were induced by ESCs with the activation of STAT1/PDCD1 pathway resulting in immune survival to promote endometriosis. Application of silicon‐based anodes is significantly challenged by low initial Coulombic efficiency (ICE) and poor cyclability. Traditional pre‐lithiation reagents often pose safety concerns due to their unstable chemical nature. Achieving a balance between water‐stability and high ICE in prelithiated silicon is a critical issue. Here, we present a lithium‐enriched silicon/graphite material with an ultra‐high ICE of ≥110 % through a high‐stable lithium pre‐storage methodology. Lithium pre‐storage prepared a nano‐drilled graphite material with surficial lithium functional groups, which can form chemical bonds with adjacent silicon during high‐temperature sintering. This results in an unexpected O−Li−Si interaction, leading to in situ pre‐lithiation of silicon nanoparticles and providing high stability in air and water. Additionally, the lithium‐enriched silicon/graphite materials impart a combination of high ICE, high specific capacity (620 mAh g−1), and long cycling stability (>400 cycles). Background: Extrathyroid implantation or dissemination of thyroid tissue secondary to a thyroid procedure is rare. Most of these belonged to thyroid carcinoma with metastatic potential and uncommon for benign pathologies. Methods: We report the case of a 31‐year‐old female who was identified to have multiple subcutaneous implantation of thyroid tissue 5 years after transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach. A comprehensive literature search on implantation of thyroid tissue secondary to thyroid procedures was performed. Results: Accidental tearing of the capsule during previous surgery may lead to the subcutaneous implantation. Through literature review, a total 29 articles with 47 patients were identified. 33.3% were benign lesions, and implantation was mostly secondary to fine needle aspiration biopsy (46.5%). Conclusions: Subcutaneous or port site implantation after endoscopic thyroid surgery may occur in benign thyroid pathologies and therefore, oncologic principles must be strictly followed during surgery regardless of its histopathological nature. To evade immune surveillance, tumor cells express ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase phosphodiesterase 1 (ENPP1) on the surface of their membrane, which degrades extracellular cyclic GMP‐AMP (cGAMP), thereby inhibiting the cyclic GMP‐AMP synthase (cGAS) stimulator of interferon gene (STING) DNA‐sensing pathway. To fully understand this tumor stealth mechanism, it is essential to determine whether other forms of ENPP1 with hydrolytic cGAMP activity also are present in the tumor microenvironment to regulate this innate immune pathway. Herein, it is reported that various tumor‐derived exosomes carry ENPP1, and can hydrolyze synthetic 2′3′‐cGAMP and endogenous 2′3′‐cGAMP produced by cells to inhibit cGAS‐STING pathway in immune cells. Moreover, tumor exosomal ENPP1 also can hydrolyze 2′3′‐cGAMP bound to LL‐37 (an effective transporter of 2′3′‐cGAMP) to inhibit STING signaling. Furthermore, high expression of ENPP1 in exosomes is observed isolated from human breast and lung cancer tissue, and tumor exosomal ENPP1 inhibited the immune infiltration of CD8+ T cells and CD4+ T cells. The results elucidate the essential function of tumor exosomal ENPP1 in the cGAS‐STING pathway, furthering understanding of the crosstalk between the tumor cells and immune system. The selective removal and immobilization of uranyl ions from aqueous solutions is essential for the sustainable development of nuclear energy. Herein, a robust lanthanide‐organic framework material (IHEP‐24) is developed for simultaneous fluorescence sensing, selective adsorption, and photocatalytic reduction of uranium, integrating three different functions in one material. The confined space formed by the coordination assembly of viologen derivative ligands and metal‐oxygen clusters can act as precise recognition sites for uranyl, allowing IHEP‐24 to efficiently detect and capture uranyl ions. In addition, the presence of a viologen‐based radical ligand enables IHEP‐24 to a further photocatalytic reduction of the adsorbed uranyl to amorphous UO2. The mechanisms of adsorption and photocatalysis are revealed by batch experiments, photoelectrochemical characterizations, and theoretical calculations. This study provides a reference for the construction of robust multi‐functional MOF materials and also provides support for the deep removal and immobilization of radionuclides from aqueous solution. Tight junction (TJ) proteins establish a physical barrier between epithelial cells, playing a crucial role in maintaining tissue homeostasis by safeguarding host tissues against pathogens, allergens, antigens, irritants, etc. Recently, an increasing number of studies have demonstrated that abnormal expression of TJs plays an essential role in the development and progression of inflammatory airway diseases, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, allergic rhinitis, and chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) with or without nasal polyps. Among them, CRS with nasal polyps is a prevalent chronic inflammatory disease that affects the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, leading to a poor prognosis and significantly impacting patients' quality of life. Its pathogenesis primarily involves dysfunction of the nasal epithelial barrier, impaired mucociliary clearance, disordered immune response, and excessive tissue remodeling. Numerous studies have elucidated the pivotal role of TJs in both the pathogenesis and response to traditional therapies in CRS. We therefore to review and discuss potential factors contributing to impair and repair of TJs in the nasal epithelium based on their structure, function, and formation process. Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) presents a significant global health burden, characterized by a heterogeneous molecular landscape and various genetic and epigenetic alterations. Programmed cell death (PCD) plays a critical role in CRC, offering potential targets for therapy by regulating cell elimination processes that can suppress tumor growth or trigger cancer cell resistance. Understanding the complex interplay between PCD mechanisms and CRC pathogenesis is crucial. This study aims to construct a PCD‐related prognostic signature in CRC using machine learning integration, enhancing the precision of CRC prognosis prediction. Method: We retrieved expression data and clinical information from the Cancer Genome Atlas and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) datasets. Fifteen forms of PCD were identified, and corresponding gene sets were compiled. Machine learning algorithms, including Lasso, Ridge, Enet, StepCox, survivalSVM, CoxBoost, SuperPC, plsRcox, random survival forest (RSF), and gradient boosting machine, were integrated for model construction. The models were validated using six GEO datasets, and the programmed cell death score (PCDS) was established. Further, the model's effectiveness was compared with 109 transcriptome‐based CRC prognostic models. Result: Our integrated model successfully identified differentially expressed PCD‐related genes and stratified CRC samples into four subtypes with distinct prognostic implications. The optimal combination of machine learning models, RSF + Ridge, showed superior performance compared with traditional methods. The PCDS effectively stratified patients into high‐risk and low‐risk groups, with significant survival differences. Further analysis revealed the prognostic relevance of immune cell types and pathways associated with CRC subtypes. The model also identified hub genes and drug sensitivities relevant to CRC prognosis. Conclusion: The current study highlights the potential of integrating machine learning models to enhance the prediction of CRC prognosis. Understanding how resilient forests are to ecological engineering projects (EEPs) is essential to forest management and ecosystem health. Despite growing evidence that EEPs achieve increasing carbon stocks, whether such benefits can be sustainable and what are the consequences of EEPs on forest health remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the long‐term effects of EEPs using forest resilience from aspects of resistance and recovery, by applying a change detection algorithm (breaks for additive seasonal and trend; BFAST) spatially on net ecosystem production (NEP) (proxy for carbon stocks) time series (1981–2019) in red soil hilly region (RSHR) of subtropical China. The spatial parameters (e.g., the number, magnitude, and time of changes) used to construct resilience metrics were generated based on BFAST‐derived breakpoints. These metrics were then utilized to analyze the dynamics of forest resilience in relation to EEPs factors in terms of plantation area, forest type, and stand age. Our results observed 92.77% of breakpoints in NEP after 2000, which corresponds well with the periods that multiple EEPs were conducted. NEP resilience showed great variability during 2001–2019, with a positive increasing trend in resistance (R2 = 0.72) and a continuous decline (R2 = 0.37) in recovery, indicating an unhealthy ecosystem in RSHR. Our findings revealed that forest resistance was strongly associated with plantation area (R = 0.71), and the presence of monoculture and young coniferous forest may be the potential factors for the decline in recovery. Estimation of energy partitioning at leaf scale, such as fluorescence yield (ΦF) and photochemical yield (ΦP), is crucial to tracking vegetation gross primary productivity (GPP) at global scale. Nitrogen is an important participant in the process of light capture, electron transfer, and carboxylation in vegetation photosynthesis. However, the quantitative relationship between leaf nitrogen allocation and leaf energy partitioning remains unexplored. Here, a field experiment was established to explore growth stage variations in energy partitioning and nitrogen allocation at leaf scale using active fluorescence detection and photosynthetic gas exchange method in rice in the subtropical region of China. We observed a strongly positive correlation between the investment proportion of leaf nitrogen in photosynthetic system and ΦF during the vegetative growth stage. There were significant differences in leaf energy partitioning, leaf nitrogen allocation, and the relationship between ΦF and ΦP before and after flowering. Furthermore, flowering weakened the correlation between the investment proportion of leaf nitrogen in photosynthetic system and ΦF. Background: Cancer patients are increasingly affected by chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction. The reported incidence of this condition vary significantly across different studies. Hypothesis: A better comprehensive understanding of chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction incidence in cancer patients is imperative. Therefore, we performed a meta‐analysis to establish the overall incidence of chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction in cancer patients. Methods: We searched articles in PubMed and EMBASE from database inception to May 1, 2023. Studies that reported the incidence of chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction in cancer patients were included. Results: A total of 53 studies involving 35 651 individuals were finally included in the meta‐analysis. The overall pooled incidence of chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction in cancer patients was 63.21 per 1000 person‐years (95% CI: 57.28−69.14). The chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction incidence increased steeply within half a year of cancer chemotherapy. Also, the trend of chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction incidence appeared to have plateaued after a longer duration of follow‐up. In addition, chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction incidence rates are significantly higher among patients with age ≥50 years versus patients with age <50 years (99.96 vs. 34.48 per 1000 person‐years). The incidence rate of cardiac dysfunction was higher among breast cancer patients (72.97 per 1000 person‐years), leukemia patients (65.21 per 1000 person‐years), and lymphoma patients (55.43 per 1000 person‐years). Conclusion: Our meta‐analysis unveiled a definitive overall incidence rate of chemotherapy‐related cardiac dysfunction in cancer patients. In addition, it was found that the risk of developing this condition escalates within the initial 6 months postchemotherapy, subsequently tapering off to become statistically insignificant after a duration of 6 years. Background: The data of the prognostic role of V‐Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1 (BRAF) mutations in early‐stage lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients is scarce. This study aimed to investigate the proportion, clinicopathological features, and prognostic significance of patients with stage I LUAD carrying BRAF mutations. Methods: We collected 431 patients with pathological stage I LUAD from cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics and 1604 LUAD patients tested for BRAF V600E and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations from Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital. Survival curves were drawn by the Kaplan–Meier method and compared by log‐rank test. Cox proportional hazard models, propensity‐score matching (PSM), and overlap weighting (OW) were performed in this study. The primary endpoint was recurrence‐free survival (RFS). Results: The proportion of BRAF mutations was estimated at 5.6% in a Caucasian cohort. BRAF V600E mutations were detected in six (1.4%) patients in Caucasian populations and 16 (1.0%) patients in Chinese populations. Two BRAF V600E‐mutant patients were detected to have concurrent EGFR mutations, one for 19‐del and one for L858R. For pathological stage I LUAD patients, BRAF mutations were not significantly associated with worse RFS than wild‐type BRAF patients (HR = 1.111; p = 0.885). After PSM and OW, similar results were presented (HR = 1.352; p = 0.742 and HR = 1.246; p = 0.764, respectively). BRAF V600E mutation status also lacked predictive significance for RFS (HR, 1.844; p = 0.226; HR = 1.144; p = 0.831 and HR = 1.466; p = 0.450, respectively). Conclusions: In this study, we demonstrated that BRAF status may not be capable of predicting prognosis in stage I LUAD patients. There is a need for more data to validate our findings. Achieving circularly polarized organic ultralong room‐temperature phosphorescence (CP‐OURTP) with a high luminescent dissymmetry factor (glum) is crucial for diverse optoelectronic applications. In particular, dynamically controlling the dissymmetry factor of CP‐OURTP can profoundly advance these applications, but it is still unprecedented. This study introduces an effective strategy to achieve photoirradiation‐driven chirality regulation in a bilayered structure film, which consists of a layer of soft helical superstructure incorporated with a light‐driven molecular motor and a layer of room‐temperature phosphorescent (RTP) polymer. The prepared bilayered film exhibits CP‐OURTP with an emission lifetime of 805 ms and a glum value up to 1.38. Remarkably, the glum value of the resulting CP‐OURTP film can be reversibly controlled between 0.6 and 1.38 over 20 cycles by light irradiation, representing the first example of dynamically controlling the glum in CP‐OURTP. Aims: Sleep disorders are prevalent among stroke survivors and impede stroke recovery, yet they are still insufficiently considered in the management of stroke patients, and the mechanisms by which they occur remain unclear. There is evidence that boosting phasic GABA signaling with zolpidem during the repair phase improves stroke recovery by enhancing neural plasticity; however, as a non‐benzodiazepine hypnotic, the effects of zolpidem on post‐stroke sleep disorders remain unclear. Method: Transient ischemic stroke in male rats was induced with a 30‐minute middle cerebral artery occlusion. Zolpidem or vehicle was intraperitoneally delivered once daily from 2 to 7 days after the stroke, and the electroencephalogram and electromyogram were recorded simultaneously. At 24 h after ischemia, c‐Fos immunostaining was used to assess the effect of transient ischemic stroke and acute zolpidem treatment on neuronal activity. Results: In addition to the effects on reducing brain damage and mitigating behavioral deficits, repeated zolpidem treatment during the subacute phase of stroke quickly ameliorated circadian rhythm disruption, alleviated sleep fragmentation, and increased sleep depth in ischemic rats. Immunohistochemical staining showed that in contrast to robust activation in para‐infarct and some remote areas by 24 h after the onset of focal ischemia, the activity of the ipsilateral suprachiasmatic nucleus, the biological rhythm center, was strongly suppressed. A single dose of zolpidem significantly upregulated c‐Fos expression in the ipsilateral suprachiasmatic nucleus to levels comparable to the contralateral side. Conclusion: Stroke leads to suprachiasmatic nucleus dysfunction. Zolpidem restores suprachiasmatic nucleus activity and effectively alleviates post‐stroke sleep disturbances, indicating its potential to promote stroke recovery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives: As a critical component of the epithelial barrier, tight junctions (TJs) are essential in nasal mucosa against pathogen invasion. However, the function of TJs has rarely been reported in nasal inverted papilloma (NIP). This study aims to investigate the potential factors of TJs' abnormality in NIP. Methods: We assessed the expression of ZO‐1, occludin, claudin‐1, claudin‐3, and claudin‐7 in healthy controls and NIP by real‐time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and immunofluorescent staining. The correlation between TJs expression and neutrophil count, TH1/TH2/TH17 and regulatory T cell biomarkers, and the proportion of nasal epithelial cells was investigated. Results: Upregulation of ZO‐1, occludin, claudin‐1, and claudin‐7, along with downregulation of claudin‐3, was found in NIP compared to control (all p < 0.05). An abnormal proportion with a lower number of ciliated cells (control vs. NIP: 37.60 vs. 8.67) and goblet cells (12.52 vs. 0.33) together with a higher number of basal cells (45.58 vs. 124.00) in NIP. Meanwhile, claudin‐3 was positively correlated with ciliated and goblet cells (all p < 0.01). Additionally, neutrophils were excessively infiltrated in NIP, negatively correlated with ZO‐1, but positively with claudin‐3 (all p < 0.05). Furthermore, FOXP3, IL‐10, TGF‐β1, IL‐5, IL‐13, and IL‐22 levels were induced in NIP (all p < 0.01). Occludin level was negatively correlated with IL‐10, IL‐5, IL‐13, and IL‐22, whereas ZO‐1 was positively with TGF‐β1 (all p < 0.05). Conclusion: Nasal epithelial barrier dysfunction with TJs anomalies is commonly associated with abnormal proliferation and differentiation of epithelial cells and imbalance of immune and inflammatory patterns in NIP. Objective: The lateral periaqueductal gray (LPAG), which mainly contains glutamatergic neurons, plays an important role in social responses, pain, and offensive and defensive behaviors. Currently, the whole‐brain monosynaptic inputs to LPAG glutamatergic neurons are unknown. This study aims to explore the structural framework of the underlying neural mechanisms of LPAG glutamatergic neurons. Methods: This study used retrograde tracing systems based on the rabies virus, Cre‐LoxP technology, and immunofluorescence analysis. Results: We found that 59 nuclei projected monosynaptic inputs to the LPAG glutamatergic neurons. In addition, seven hypothalamic nuclei, namely the lateral hypothalamic area (LH), lateral preoptic area (LPO), substantia innominata (SI), medial preoptic area, ventral pallidum, posterior hypothalamic area, and lateral globus pallidus, projected most densely to the LPAG glutamatergic neurons. Notably, we discovered through further immunofluorescence analysis that the inputs to the LPAG glutamatergic neurons were colocalized with several markers related to important neurological functions associated with physiological behaviors. Conclusion: The LPAG glutamatergic neurons received dense projections from the hypothalamus, especially nuclei such as LH, LPO, and SI. The input neurons were colocalized with several markers of physiological behaviors, which show the pivotal role of glutamatergic neurons in the physiological behaviors regulation by LPAG. Provisioning can significantly affect the ranging patterns, foraging strategies, and time budget of wild primates. In this study, we document for the first time, the effects of provisioning on the activity budget and foraging effort in an Asian colobine. Over 3‐years, we used an instantaneous scanning method at 10‐min intervals to collect data on the activity budget of a semiprovisioned breeding band (SPB) of black‐and‐white snub‐nosed monkeys (Rhinopithecus bieti) (42–70 individuals) at Xiangguqing (Tacheng), Yunnan, China. We then compared the effects of provisioning in our study band with published data on a sympatric wild nonprovisioned breeding band (NPB) of R. bieti (ca. 360 monkeys) at the same field site. The SPB spent 25.6% of their daytime feeding, 17.1% traveling, 46.9% resting, and 10.3% socializing. In comparison, the NPB devoted more time to feeding (34.9%) and socializing (14.1%), less time to resting (31.3%), and was characterized by a greater foraging effort (1.74 versus 0.96, foraging effort = (feeding + traveling)/resting; see Methods). There was no difference between bands in the proportion of their activity budget devoted to traveling (15.7% vs. 17.1%). In addition, the SPB exhibited a more consistent activity budget and foraging effort across all seasons of the year compared to the NPB. These findings suggest that the distribution, availability, and productivity of naturally occurring feeding sites is a major determinant of the behavioral strategies and activity budget of R. bieti. Finally, a comparison of our results with data on six nonprovisioned R. bieti bands indicates that caution must be raised in meta‐analyses or intraspecific comparisons of primate behavioral ecology that contain data generated from both provisioned and nonprovisioned groups. Electrophilic addition reaction to alkynes is of fundamental importance in organic chemistry, yet the regiocontrol when reacting with unsymmetrical 1,2‐dialkyl substituted alkynes is often problematic. Herein, it is demonstrated that the rarely recognized β‐boron effect can confer a high level of site‐selectivity in several alkyne electrophilic addition reactions. A broad range of highly functionalized and complex organoborons are thus formed under simple reaction conditions starting from propargylic MIDA (N‐methyliminodiacetic acid) boronates. These products are demonstrated to be valuable building blocks in organic synthesis. In addition to the regiocontrol, this study also observes a drastic rate enhancement upon B(MIDA) substitution. Theoretical calculation reveals that the highest occupied molecular obital (HOMO) energy level of propargylic B(MIDA) is significantly raised by 0.3 eV, and the preferential electrophilic addition to the γ position is due to its higher HOMO orbital coefficient and more negative natural bond orbital (NBO) charge compared to the β position. Aim: The purpose of this study was to provide a comprehensive understanding of the attitudes and experiences of the medical staff regarding the hospital bed‐sharing model. Design: The present research was a qualitative study. Methods: This qualitative study used in‐depth individual interviews with 7 doctors, 10 clinical nurses and 3 head nurses, which were then transcribed and analysed thematically. Results: The study identified six overall themes. Issues were raised about the efficient utilization of hospital bed resources, greater challenges for nursing work, adjustment of doctors' work modes, barriers to communication between doctors, nurses, and patients, potential medical risks, and differentiation of patients' medical experience. Implications for Nursing Management: Hospital administrators and nurse managers should work together to solve the challenges that medical staff face, including strengthening nursing training, improving medical–nursing collaboration models, standardizing and effective communication strategies, and improving patient experiences. The progression of prostate cancer (PCa) leads to poor prognosis. However, the molecular mechanism of PCa is still not completely clear. This study aimed to elucidate the important role of centromere protein A (CENPA) in PCa. Large numbers of bulk RNA sequencing (RNA‐seq) data and in‐house immunohistochemistry data were used in analysing the expression level of CENPA in PCa and metastatic PCa (MPCa). Single‐cell RNA‐seq data was used to explore the expression status of CENPA in different prostate subpopulations. Enrichment analysis was employed to detect the function of CENPA in PCa. Clinicopathological parameters analysis was utilised in analysing the clinical value of CENPA. The results showed that CENPA was upregulated in PCa (standardised mean difference [SMD] = 0.83, p = 0.001) and MPCa (SMD = 0.61, p = 0.029). CENPA was overexpressed in prostate cancer stem cells (CSCs) with androgen receptor (AR) negative compared to epithelial cells with AR positive. CENPA may influence the development of PCa through affecting cell cycle. Patients with nodal metastasis had higher expression level of CENPA. And patients with high CENPA expression had poor disease‐free survival. Taken together, Overexpression of CENPA may influence the development of PCa by regulating cell cycle and promoting metastasis. Background: Natural products are important sources of biopesticides to control plant virus, and flavonoids are identified as promising anti‐tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) agents. Since Desmodium caudatum is a rich source of flavonoids, this study focuses on the discovery of the new anti‐TMV active flavonoids from D. caudatum and their possible mode of action. Results: Three new (compounds 1–3) and nine known (compounds 4–12) C‐alkylated flavonoids were isolated from D. caudatum. To the best of our knowledge, the framework of 1–3 was reported in natural products for the first time. In addition, 1–3, 5, and 6 showed notable anti‐TMV activity with inhibition rates in the range of 35.8–64.3% at a concentration of 50 μg/mL, and these rates are higher than that of positive control (with inhibition rates of 34.6% ± 2.8). In addition, the structure–activity relationship study revealed that the (pyrrol‐2‐yl)methyl moiety on flavone can significantly increases the activity. This result is helpful to find new anti‐TMV inhibitors. Conclusion: C‐Alkylated flavonoids showed potent activities against TMV with multiple modes of actions. The increase of defense‐related enzyme activities, up‐regulate the expression of defense related genes, down‐regulate the expression of Hsp70 protein by inhibiting the related Hsp genes that are involved in tobacco resistance to TMV. By the actions mentioned earlier, the infection of TMV was influenced, thereby achieving the effects of control of TMV. Moisture harvesters with favourable attributes such as easy synthetic availability and good processability as alternatives for atmospheric moisture harvesting (AWH) are desirable. This study reports a novel nonporous anionic coordination polymer (CP) of uranyl squarate with methyl viologen (MV2+) as charge balancing ions (named U‐Squ‐CP) which displays intriguing sequential water sorption/desorption behavior as the relative humidity (RH) changes gradually. The evaluation of AWH performance of U‐Squ‐CP shows that it can absorb water vapor under air atmosphere at a low RH of 20 % typical of the levels found in most dry regions of the world, and have good cycling durability, thus demonstrating the capability as a potential moisture harvester for AWH. To the authors' knowledge, this is the first report on non‐porous organic ligand bridged CP materials for AWH. Moreover, a stepwise water‐filling mechanism for the water sorption/desorption process is deciphered by comprehensive characterizations combining single‐crystal diffraction, which provides a reasonable explanation for the special moisture harvesting behaviour of this non‐porous crystalline material. Inspired by our previous finding that disesquiterpenoids showed more potent antihepatoma cytotoxicity than their corresponding parent monomers, natural product‐like guaianolide‐germacranolide heterodimers were designed and synthesized from guaianolide diene and germacranolides via a biomimetic Diels–Alder reaction to provide three antihepatoma active dimers with novel scaffolds. To explore the structure–activity relationship, 31 derivatives containing ester, carbamate, ether, urea, amide, and triazole functional groups at C‐14′ were synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against HepG2, Huh7, and SK‐Hep‐1 cell lines. Among them, 25 compounds were more potent than sorafenib against HepG2 cells, 15 compounds were stronger than sorafenib against Huh7 cells, and 17 compounds were stronger than sorafenib against SK‐Hep‐1 cells. Compound 23 showed the most potent cytotoxicity against three hepatoma cell lines with IC50 values of 4.4 µM (HepG2), 3.7 µM (Huh7), and 3.1 µM (SK‐Hep‐1), which were 2.7‐, 2.2‐, and 2.8‐fold more potent than sorafenib, respectively. The underlying mechanism study demonstrated that compound 23 could induce cell apoptosis, prevent cell migration and invasion, cause G2/M phase arrest in SK‐Hep‐1 cells. Network pharmacology analyses predicted PDGFRA was one of the potential targets of compound 23, and surface plasmon resonance (SPR) assay verified that 23 had strong affinity with PDGFRA with a dissociatin constant (KD) value of 90.2 nM. Organofluorine compounds have been widely used in pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and material sciences. Reported herein are divergent fluorination reactions of vinylcyclopropanes with different electrophiles, which allow the facile synthesis of homoallylic monofluorides and vicinal‐difluorides through ring‐opening 1,5‐hydrofluorination and ring‐retaining 1,2‐difluorination, respectively. Both protocols feature mild conditions, simple operations, good functional group tolerance, and generally good yields. The practicality of these reactions is demonstrated by their scalability, as well as the successful conversion of the formed homoallylic monofluorides into other complex fluorinated molecules. The bed nucleus of the stria terminalis (BNST) is a neuropeptide‐enriched brain region that modulates a wide variety of emotional behaviours and states, including stress, anxiety, reward and social interaction. The BNST consists of diverse subregions and neuronal ensembles; however, because of the high molecular heterogeneity within BNST neurons, the mechanisms through which the BNST regulates distinct emotional behaviours remain largely unclear. Prior studies have identified BNST calretinin (CR)‐expressing neurons, which lack neuropeptides. Here, employing virus‐based cell‐type‐specific retrograde and anterograde tracing systems, we mapped the whole‐brain monosynaptic inputs and axonal projections of BNST CR‐expressing neurons in male mice. We found that BNST CR‐expressing neurons received inputs mainly from the amygdalopiriform transition area, central amygdala and hippocampus and moderately from the medial preoptic area, basolateral amygdala, paraventricular thalamus and lateral hypothalamus. Within the BNST, plenty of input neurons were primarily located in the oval and interfascicular subregions. Furthermore, numerous BNST CR‐expressing neuronal boutons were observed within the BNST but not in other brain regions, thus suggesting that these neurons are a type of interneuron. The cholinergic neurons in the nucleus basalis of Meynert (NBM) are a key structure in cognition, the dysfunction of which is associated with various neurological disorders, especially dementias. However, the whole‐brain neural connectivity to cholinergic neurons in the NBM remains to be further and comprehensively researched. Using virus‐based, specific, retrograde, and anterograde tracing, we illustrated the monosynaptic inputs and axon projections of NBM cholinergic neurons in choline acetyltransferase (ChAT)‐Cre transgenic mice. Our results showed that NBM cholinergic neurons received mainly inputs from the caudate putamen and the posterior limb of the anterior commissure in the subcortex. Moreover, the majority of cholinergic terminals from the NBM were observed in the cortex mantle, including the motor cortex, sensory cortex, and visual cortex. Interestingly, although NBM cholinergic neurons received input projections from the caudate putamen, interstitial nucleus of the posterior limb of the anterior commissure, and central amygdaloid nucleus, NBM cholinergic neurons sparsely sent axon projection to innervate these areas. Furthermore, primary motor cortex, secondary motor cortex, and primary somatosensory cortex received abundant inputs from the NBM but sent few outputs to the NBM. Taken together, our results reveal the detailed and specific connectivity of cholinergic neurons of the NBM and provide a neuroanatomic foundation for further studies to explore the important physiological functions of NBM cholinergic neurons. Flow drill screwing (FDS) is the optimal process to realize the single‐side connection of metal sheets. However, the plastic deformation and high fractional temperature during the plate connection process significantly impact the mechanical properties and microstructure of the metal sheets. Herein, the AA6061‐T6 sheet is connected by the FDS process, and the forming quality and microstructure evolution of the alloy are studied. The results show that the plate and the screw are mechanically connected. Obvious plastic deformation and recrystallization occur in the aluminum alloy around the screw, resulting in a fine‐grained zone near the joint interface. The recrystallization phenomenon in the central bushing region promotes the intermolecular fusion between the plates. The high temperature in the connection process partially promotes the dissolution of the strengthening phase, resulting in a decreased strength of the alloy matrix near the screw. The softening zone and hardening zone appear in the plates after the connection, and the hardness values are 55.8% and 105.7% of the alloy matrix. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study developed an in‐mold induction heating system for the injection compression molding process to overcome the problem of incomplete filling of microstructures caused by the formation of skin layers and residual stress caused by flow. Moldex3D software was used with the Taguchi method to optimize the molding parameters for both injection molding and injection compression molding, with the aim of reducing warpage and improving optical quality. The in‐mold induction heating system has extremely high heating efficiency. Experiments revealed that a time of only 8 s was required to inducted‐heat up the core to the glass transition temperature which keeps the melt under a good state of flow and allows a replication rate of 97%. In addition, the ICM process can effectively reduce the flow‐induced residual stress and improve the optical properties of the obtained samples. Finally, the illuminance of the product fabricated through ICM with induction heating for 10 s was 2.3 times higher than that of the product obtained through ICM without induction heating. Background and Aim: The biological functions and clinical implications of lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 1 (LPCAT1) remain unclarified in gastric cancer (GC). The aim of the current study was to explore the possible clinicopathological significance of LPCAT1 and its perspective mechanism in GC tissues. Materials and Methods: The protein expression and mRNA levels of LPCAT1 were detected from in‐house immunohistochemistry and public high‐throughput RNA arrays and RNA sequencing. To have a comprehensive understanding of the clinical value of LPCAT1 in GC, all enrolled data were integrated to calculate the expression difference and standard mean difference (SMD). The biological mechanism of LPCAT1 in GC was confirmed by computational biology and in vitro experiments. Migration and invasion assays were also conducted to confirm the effect of LPCAT1 in GC. Results: Both protein and mRNA expression levels of LPCAT1 in GC were remarkably higher than those in noncancerous controls. Comprehensively, the SMD of LPCAT1 mRNA was 1.11 (95% CI = 0.86–1.36) in GC, and the summarized AUC was 0.85 based on 15 datasets containing 1727 cases of GC and 940 cases of non‐GC controls. Moreover, LPCAT1 could accelerate the invasion and migration of GC by boosting the neutrophil degranulation pathway and disturbing the immune microenvironment. In this study, the possibility of using Tween 80 to disturb the microstructures of 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BMIM]BF4) and 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM]PF6) was investigated under high pressures. The imidazolioum CH absorptions of pure ionic liquids (ILs) are significantly blue‐shifted under high pressures. However, mild changes in imidazolioum CH stretching frequencies were observed for IL/Tween 80 mixtures. Tween 80 may hinder cations of ILs to form network structures with anions under high pressures via pressure‐enhanced cation‐Tween 80 interactions. Based on the experimental results, Tween 80‐[BMIM]PF6 interactions are more effective in disturbing the local structure of imidazolium CH than Tween 80‐[BMIM]BF4 interactions. Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men. This study was conducted to investigate the role of euchromatic histone lysine methyltransferase 2 (EHMT2) and endoplasmic reticulum protein 29 (ERP29) in the progression of radioresistance in prostate cancer. The expression of EHMT2 and ERP29 in prostate cancer cells and during the progression of radioresistance was detected using quantitative reverse transcription‐polymerase chain reaction and western blotting, and the interaction between EHMT2 and ERP29 was investigated. The proliferation of transfected cells under x‐ray irradiation was determined using the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium and colony formation assays. Flow cytometry was used to analyze the apoptosis of the transfected cells under x‐ray irradiation. Nude mice were subcutaneously injected with prostate cancer (DU145) cells stably transfected with sh‐ERP29 or sh‐NC. The effect of ERP29 expression on radioresistance in nude mice was assessed by x‐ray irradiation. The expression of EHMT2 was upregulated and that of ERP29 was downregulated in prostate cancer cells during radioresistance progression. EHMT2 downregulation suppressed radioresistance in DU145 and androgen‐sensitive prostate cancer (LNCaP) cells. In irradiated DU145 cells, EHMT2 inhibition decreased the number of colonies and accelerated apoptosis. The transcription of ERP29 was suppressed by EHMT2 by upregulating H3K9me2 and downregulating H3K4me3, thereby regulating radioresistance in prostate cancer cells. In addition, the downregulation of ERP29 promoted the progression of radioresistance in prostate cancer cells in nude mice. Background: To investigate the correlation between the fibrinogen combined with neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (F‐NLR) and the clinicopathologic features of non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who underwent radical resection. Methods: This study reviewed the medical records of 289 patients with NSCLC who underwent radical resection. The patients were stratified into three groups based on F‐NLR as follows: patients with low NLR and fibrinogen were group A, patients with high NLR or fibrinogen were group B, and patients with high NLR and fibrinogen were group C. Receiver operating characteristic curve and Youden index were used to determine the cutoff value of the NLR and fibrinogen. Survival curves were described by Kaplan–Meier method and compared by log‐rank test. The univariate and multivariate analyses were performed with the Cox proportional hazard model to identify the prognostic factors. Results: A value of 3.19 was taken as the optimal cutoff value of NLR in this study. A value of 309 was used as the optimal cutoff value of fibrinogen. Cox multivariate analysis showed that tumor, nodes, metastasis (TNM) stage and F‐NLR were independent prognostic factors affecting the survival rate of patients. The first‐, third‐, and fifth‐year survival rates in group A were 99.2%, 96.6%, and 95.0%, respectively. The first‐, third‐, and fifth‐year survival rates in group B were 98.4%, 76.6%, and 63.2%, respectively. The first‐, third‐, and fifth‐year survival rates in group C were 91.3%, 41.1%, and 22.8%, respectively. F‐NLR was significantly correlated with overall survival in patients with NSCLC (p < 0.001). Conclusions: The F‐NLR level is markedly related to the prognosis of patients with NSCLC undergoing radical surgery. The polynuclear metal clusters continually attract wide interest due to their intriguing structures and potential applications in various scientific fields. Here, four actinide clusters have been synthesized by the utilization of multifunctional ligand ferrocenecarboxylic acid (HFcc) and Th4+/U4+ ions by solvent evaporation or solvothermal synthesis strategies in different solvents. Therein, compounds 1, 2 and 4 feature similar [An6(μ3‐O)4(μ3‐OH)4]12+ cores, which are further coordinated by 12 Fcc− ligands and different solvent molecules. The U6Fe12 cluster of compound 4 is linked by four free HFcc molecules via multiple hydrogen bonding to form a supramolecular cluster [U6(μ3‐O)4(μ3‐OH)4(Fcc)12(H2O)4] ⋅ 4HFcc. The cluster core of compound 3 is a μ3‐O2− bridged [U3(μ3‐O)]10+ unit, which is further coordinated by 10 Fcc− ligands via three kinds of coordination modes. It is worth noting that multifunctional Fcc− ligand not only endows compound 1 a main redox wave at E1/2=0.720 V in CH2Cl2/DMF solution, but also enables it to exhibit aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) property. The recently developed Li‐excess cation‐disordered rock salts (DRXs) exhibit an excellent chemical diversity for the development of alternative Co/Ni‐free high‐energy cathodes. Herein, the synthesis of a highly fluorinated DRX cathode, Li1.2Mn0.6Ti0.2O1.8F0.2, based on cost‐effective and earth‐abundant transition metals, via a solid‐state reaction, is reported. The fluorinated DRX cathode using ammonium fluoride precursor exhibits more uniform particle size and delivers a specific discharge capacity of 233 mAh g−1 and specific energy of 754 Wh kg−1, with 206 mAh g−1 retained after 200 cycles. The combined synchrotron X‐ray absorption spectroscopy and resonant inelastic X‐ray scattering spectroscopy analysis reveals that the remarkable cycling performance is attributed to the high fluorination and thus enhanced Mn content, enabling the utilization of more Mn redox than the oxide analog. This study demonstrates a great promise to develop next‐generation cost‐effective DRX cathodes with enhanced capacity retention for high‐energy Li‐ion batteries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Isolation and analysis of tumor‐derived extracellular vesicles (T‐EVs) are important for clinical cancer management. Here, we develop a fluid multivalent magnetic interface (FluidmagFace) in a microfluidic chip for high‐performance isolation, release, and protein profiling of T‐EVs. The FluidmagFace increases affinity by 105‐fold with fluidity‐enhanced multivalent binding to improve isolation efficiency by 13.9 % compared with a non‐fluid interface. Its anti‐adsorption property and microfluidic hydrodynamic shear minimize contamination, increasing detection sensitivity by two orders of magnitude. Moreover, its reversibility and expandability allow high‐throughput recovery of T‐EVs for mass spectrometric protein analysis. With the chip, T‐EVs were detected in all tested cancer samples with identification of differentially expressed proteins compared with healthy controls. Background: Hepatitis B core antibody (HBcAb) positivity is considered a prior hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. However, little is known about the effect of HBcAb positivity on surgical safety for hilar cholangiocarcinoma (hCCA). The present study aims to investigate the role of HBcAb positivity on postoperative complications of hCCA. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the status of HBcAb positivity, liver fibrosis, perioperative surgical complications, and long‐term outcomes of hCCA patients with Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) negativity who underwent surgical treatment in Tongji Hospital from April 2012 to September 2019. Results: HBcAb positivity with negative HBsAg occurs in 137 hCCA patients (63.1%). A total of 99 hCCA patients with negative HBsAg underwent extended hemihepatectomy, of whom 69 (69.7%) and 30 (30.3%) were HBcAb‐positive and HBcAb‐negative, respectively. Significant fibrosis was detected in 63.8% of the patients with HBcAb‐positive, which was markedly higher than those with HBcAb‐negative (36.7%) (p = 0.016). The postoperative complications and 90‐day mortality rates were 37.4% (37/99) and 8.1% (8/99), respectively. The incidence of postoperative complications in HBcAb‐positive patients (44.9%) was significantly higher than that in HBcAb‐negative patients (20.0%) (p = 0.018). All the patients who died within 30‐day after surgery were HBcAb‐positive. Multivariate analysis showed that the independent risk factors for complications were HBcAb positivity, preoperative cholangitis, portal occlusion >15 min, and significant fibrosis. There were no significant differences in recurrence‐free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) between HBcAb‐positive and HBcAb‐negative patients (p = 0.642 and p = 0.400, respectively). Conclusions: HBcAb positivity is a common phenomenon in hCCA patients from China, a country with highly prevalent HBcAb positivity. The status of HBcAb‐positive markedly increases the incidence of postoperative complications after extended hemihepatectomy for hCCA patients. The present study aims to evaluate the prevalence of HBcAb positivity in hCCA patients and explore the effect of HBcAb positivity on postoperative complications of hCCA patients after curative resection. Among all the 217 patients, 160 (73.7%) patients were HBcAb positive. Data of 99 HBsAg negative patients who underwent curative resection were analyzed, and the HBcAb positivity markedly increased the risk of postoperative complications and mortality after curative resection for hCCA. Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is an irreversible, progressive brain disorder that impairs memory, thinking, language, and, eventually, the ability to carry out the simplest of tasks. Tau protein, the major component of neurofibrillary tangles, is considered a key mediator of AD pathogenesis. The association between obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and circulating tau remains unclear. The aim of the present meta‐analysis was to evaluate the relationship between OSA and circulating tau via quantitative analysis. Methods: A systematic search of Pubmed, Embase, and Web of Science were performed. The mean values of circulating total tau (T‐tau) and phosphorylated tau (P‐tau) in OSA and control groups were extracted. Standardized mean difference (SMD) with 95% confidence interval (CI) was calculated by using a random‐effect model or fixed‐effect model. Results: A total of seven studies comprising 233 controls and 306 OSA patients were included in this study. The meta‐analysis showed that the circulating T‐tau level was significantly higher in OSA patients than those in the control group (SMD = 1.319, 95% CI = 0.594 to 2.044, z = 3.56, p <.001). OSA patients also had significantly higher circulating P‐tau level than control group (SMD = 0.343, 95% CI = 0.122 to 0.564, z = 3.04, p =.002). Conclusions: The present meta‐analysis demonstrated that both circulating T‐tau and P‐tau levels were significantly increased in OSA subjects when compared with non‐OSA subjects. From August 2012 to September 2013, we examined the effects of seasonal changes in food availability, temperature, and rainfall on the diet and behavioral ecology of Shortridge's langur (Trachypithecus shortridgei) an Endangered primate species inhabiting moist evergreen broadleaf forests in the Eastern Himalayas. Our field site represents the northernmost latitudinal distribution of this species. Data were collected using scan sampling at 10 min intervals, and analyzed based on generalized linear models. The results indicate that the langurs experienced two feeding peaks (9:00 and 17:00) and two traveling peaks (10:00 and 19:00) during each day. Periods of rest, mainly occurred between 10:00 and 13:00, and overnight. Feeding accounted for 38.5% of the daily activity budget, followed by resting (35%), traveling (24.5%), and socializing (2%). During periods when young leaves were most available, the langurs increased feeding time on young leaves (35% vs. 4%). During periods of maximum fruit availability, the langurs decreased total time spent feeding (36.6% vs. 40.4%), devoted more time to traveling (28.1% vs. 21%), and increased time spent consuming fruit (49.1% vs. 11.8%). During the winter, the langurs increased their consumption of mature leaves (44.5%) and reduced time spent traveling (20.2% vs. 25.4%). Overall, time spent resting was greatest in the spring (47.5%), time spent feeding was greatest during the summer (51.1%), and time spent in traveling was greatest in the autumn (33.2%). The frequency of social interactions remained relatively constant throughout the year. Foraging effort was greatest in the summer, when fruits dominated the diet. Like other species of temperate langurs, T. shortridgei devoted less time to resting, more time to feeding, and was characterized by a greater year‐round foraging effort than tropical/subtropical langurs. Bladder cancer (BC) is a common cancer worldwide with a high prevalence. This study was conducted to elucidate the expression and clinical significance of Sorbin and SH3 domain‐containing protein 1 (SORBS1) in BC as well as to explore its molecular mechanism in BC tumourigenesis. RNA‐sequencing data, microarray, and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) were applied to elucidated the SORBS1 expression at multiple levels. After that, the relationship between tumour‐immune infiltration and SORBS1 was also explored. Finally, SORBS1‐related genes in BC were identified to perform functional enrichment analyses. The expression integration revealed that the comprehensive expression of SORBS1 at the mRNA level was −1.02 and that at the protein level was −3.73, based on 12 platforms, including 1221 BC and 187 non‐BC samples. SORBS1 was negatively correlated with tumour purity (correlation = −0.342, p < 0.001) and positively correlated with macrophage (correlation = 0.358, p < 0.001). The results of enrichment analyses revealed that the most significant biological pathways of SORBS1‐related genes were epithelial‐mesenchymal transition. SORBS1 was significantly down‐regulated in BC and may play a role as tumour suppressor. This study provides new directions and biomarkers for future BC diagnosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The condensation of biomass‐derived molecules has been increasingly utilized as a sustainable strategy for the preparation of high‐carbon precursors for high‐density fuels, thus stimulating the demand for more efficient catalysts. This study concerns the synthesis of an aluminum‐doped mesoporous silica sphere (Al‐MSS) catalyst for the conversion of biobased furfural and 2‐methylfuran into a C15 diesel precursor through a hydroxyalkylation/alkylation (HAA) reaction. A series of Al‐MSS catalysts with different Si/Al ratios and calcination temperatures is prepared and extensively characterized, among which Al‐MSS20‐450 (Si/Al=20 : 1, calcined at 450 °C) exhibits unprecedentedly high reaction efficiency in catalyzing HAA reaction, offering a 94 % product yield at 140 °C in 20 min. The catalyst also gives high product yields across a broad temperature range from 80 °C to 140 °C with varied reaction time. Reaction kinetics reveal that both competitive substrate adsorption and temperature‐dependent system viscosity affect the reaction efficiencies. Correlations between the catalytic activity and surface acid sites disclose that moderate and strong acid sites are primarily responsible for catalysis. Brønsted and Lewis acid sites are found by poisoning assays to work synergistically to catalyze the reaction, with the former being the primary sites. Promoting light absorption range of photocatalysts is of great significance to improve solar light‐driven photocatalytic CO2 reduction efficiency. Herein, a new viologen‐based multicomponent heterotrimetallic metal–organic framework (MOF) [Cu3Th6(µ3‐O)4(µ3‐OH)4(cpb)12][FeIII(CN)6]6 (IHEP‐14) with an unprecedented (6, 18)‐connected she‐d topology is presented. Upon UV irradiation, this MOF undergoes ligand and iron photoreduction, and a single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal transformation to generate persistent radical‐containing MOF [Cu3Th6(µ3‐O)4(µ3‐OH)4(cpb•)12][FeII(CN)6]6 (IHEP‐15). This radical‐containing MOF shows excellent stability without fading after at least 2 months in air. Besides extending the photoabsorption to a wider wavelength range covering from 200 to 2,500 nm, the generation of persistent radical in IHEP‐15 also largely enhances its CO2 adsorption capacity by a factor of three due to the strong affinity between π orbital of the radical and the π system of CO2. These attributes endow IHEP‐15 with excellent visible/NIR light‐driven CO2 photoreduction activity, with CO production rates under visible and NIR irradiation of 570.3 and 209.3 µmol h−1 g−1, respectively. Background: Endometriosis is a benign gynecological disease with the feature of estrogen dependence and inflammation. The function of autophagy and the correlation with inflammation were not yet revealed. Methods: Autophagosomes were detected by transmission electron microscopy. Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database was referred to analyze the expression of autophagy‐related genes. Quantification of mRNA and protein expression was examined by qRT‐PCR and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry was performed to explore the expression of proteins in tissues. The mouse model of endometriosis was performed to analyze the autophagic activity and effect of LXA4. Results: The expression of autophagy‐related genes in endometriotic lesions were unusually changed. The number of autophagosomes and LC3B‐II expression was diminished, and p62 was increased in ectopic lesions from both patients and mice. Interleukin 1β (IL1β) attenuated the expression of LC3B and promoted the level p62. The autophagy activator MG‐132 upregulated the expression of LC3B and reduced IL1β, IL6, and p62. LXA4 reversed the inhibitory effect of IL1β on the expression of LC3B and p62, and blocking the receptor of LXA4 AhR (aryl hydrocarbon receptor) resulted in the incapacitation of LXA4 to influence the effect of IL1β. LXA4 depressed the phosphorylation of AKT and mTOR to against IL1β, and blocking AhR negatively regulated the effect of LXA4 on AKT/mTOR pathway. LXA4 reduced the ectopic lesions and the expression of IL1β and p62, but enhanced LC3B‐II in endometriotic mouse models. Conclusion: In endometriosis, increased inflammation of ectopic lesions prominently depresses autophagy. Melatonin (MT) is a signaling molecule that is widely present in plants and can help them resist abiotic stresses. In this study, the effects of different concentrations of exogenous MT on the growth and development of lettuce (Lactuca sativa) under cadmium stress (50 μmol/L) were investigated. Based on their Cd accumulation differences, the "Hong Feng" and "Luo Ma" lettuce cultivars were selected as research materials. The results showed that different concentrations of MT could promote the growth of lettuce under 50 μmol/L cadmium stress. The application of exogenous melatonin can significantly increase the plant height, biomass, chlorophyll, soluble protein and soluble sugar content of lettuce, and increase the net photosynthetic rate. MT could also reduce the malondialdehyde content in lettuce under cadmium stress and increase the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, and catalase activities. After treatment with different concentrations of MT, the Cd content in the shoots of both cultivars significantly decreased; in contrast, the Cd content in the roots was significantly increased, which limited the transport of Cd from underground to the shoots. In addition, both Cd stress and exogenous MT induced the synthesis of endogenous MT, and 50 μmol/L MT treatment most effectively induced this response. In conclusion, this study demonstrated that MT could alleviate the negative effects of Cd stress on lettuce with different Cd accumulation differences in terms of physiological indicators. Circular RNAs play critical roles in tumorigenesis. hsa_circ_0079480 was reported to be upregulated in colorectal cancer (CRC). However, its specific molecule in CRC is poorly understood. Hsa_circ_0079480, miR‐498, and ATP5E expressions in CRC tissues and CRC cells were determined using quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction assay. ATP5E protein level was assessed using Western blot. Cell proliferation, migration, and invasion were examined by 3‐(4, 5‐Dimethylthiazolyl2)‐2, 5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay and Transwell assays, respectively. Dual‐luciferase reporter gene assay was performed to analyze the interactions between hsa_circ_0079480, miR‐498, and ATP5E. This study results showed that hsa_circ_0079480 and ATP5E expressions were significantly increased in CRC tissues and CRC cells, while miR‐498 was downregulated. Hsa_circ_0079480 knockdown dramatically suppressed CRC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Meanwhile, it turned out that hsa_circ_0079480 knockdown inhibited CRC tumor growth in vivo. Hsa_circ_0079480 could negatively regulate miR‐498 expression by directly targeting miR‐498. MiR‐498 overexpression dramatically inhibited CRC cell malignant behaviors. miR‐498 negatively regulated ATP5E expression by directly binding to ATP5E. ATP5E knockdown suppressed CRC cell malignant behaviors. ATP5E overexpression mitigated the inhibitory effect of hsa_circ_0079480 on CRC cell malignant behaviors. Since hsa_circ_0079480 knockdown inhibited CRC cells malignant behaviors through regulation of the miR‐498/ATP5E axis, it can be concluded that hsa_circ_0079480 might have great potential as therapeutic target for CRC. Summary: Based on the distributed drive intelligent electric vehicle, considering the collision avoidance effect of the planned path, the path tracking accuracy, and the body stability requirements in the process of steering collision avoidance, this article proposes a control strategy for emergency steering collision avoidance. First, the fifth‐order polynomial method is used to generate collision avoidance paths, and then a designed cost function is used to evaluate and select the optimal collision avoidance path. Second, a decision‐making strategy that integrates multiple risk judgment models is built. Based on the model prediction method, a path tracking controller is built, and an optimization objective function is established to improve the tracking accuracy. In order to ensure the stability of the vehicle body, a vehicle stability controller is designed based on fuzzy theory. Finally, a vehicle‐in‐the‐loop intelligent driving algorithm test platform is built, and the control algorithm is tested through this platform. The test results show that compared with the pure path tracking control method, the control strategy is reasonable and effective and can better reduce the path tracking error and improve the vehicle's driving stability in the collision avoidance process.
