Mobile learning is considered a new phase of e-learning which gives the opportunity to learn more effectively and efficiently. In addition, the use of mobile devices for leaning is more sophisticated and more useful. The m-learning has become available anywhere and anytime for all students and professors. Moreover, the features of these mobile devices include ease of use in every place and time, very reasonable cost for students, and the ability to communicate through the internet or mobile networks, encouraging the development of many kinds of methods and systems. Now, a huge number of applications, in several domains, are oriented to this kind of mobile device. Researchers have been exploiting this technology to enhance the knowledge of learner (especially foreign languages learning). In this paper, the author proposed an educational system that provides the opportunity for students to learn English language outside the classroom and encourages them to get actively involved in their own learning processes.

Grid is the collection of geographically distributed computing resources. For efficient management of these resources, the manager must maximize its utilization, which can be achieved by efficient load balancing with Job Migration techniques.Job Migration from overloaded resources to underloaded is an attempt to load balancing across all processors, thus reduce average response time. The decision of migration is based on the information exchange between resources.In this paper, the authors propose a novel Job Migration Algorithm for Dynamic Load Balancing (JMADLB), in which parameters such as CPU load and queue length have been considered and have been used for the selection of overloaded resources (or underloaded ones) in Grid. Here, the overloaded resources do not accept any new job; but, the new jobs are migrated to underloaded resources, even though this mechanism migrate extra jobs to obtain load balancing. The performances of the proposed algorithms were tested in Alea 2 simulator by using different parameters like response time, resources utilization and waiting time in the global queue. In addition, they were compared with other scheduling algorithms such as First Come First Served (FCFS) and Earliest Deadline First (EDF).

There are many methods for segmentation which vary strongly in their approach to the problem of image segmentation. In this paper, We specified the study in a particular segmentation method of radiological images based on the active edges detection. The optimize solutions was chosen as the genetic algorithm optimization method, and to compare this formalism with other existing methods, we chose a greedy algorithm is criterion for its timeliness. we propose a method of genetic active edge detection in images gray level. In fact, for the convergence of the edge to the object edges, we use the classic and the greedy method. Indeed, the proposed method is based on the active edges optimization using the genetic algorithms process to minimize a sum various energies, in order to evolve a population of snakes to an individual who has the minimum energy.

This paper describes an algorithm for reformulation of XQuery queries. The mediation is based on an essential component called mediator. The main role of the mediator is to reformulate a user query, written in terms of global schema, in queries written in terms of sources schemas. Our algorithm is based on the principle of logical equivalence, simple and complex unification, to obtain a better reformulation. It takes as parameter the query XQuery, the global schema (written in XMLSchema), mappings GLAV and gives as a result a query written in terms of sources schemas. The results of implementation show the proper functioning of the algorithm.

Companies market their services and products on social media platforms with today's easy access to the internet. As result, they receive feedback and reviews from their users directly on their social media sites. Reading every text is time-consuming and resourcedemanding. With access to technology-based solutions, analyzing the sentiment of all these texts gives companies an overview of how positive or negative users are on specific subjects will minimize losses. In this paper, we propose a deep learning approach to perform sentiment analysis on reviews using a convolutional neural network model, because that they have proven remarkable results for text classification. We validate our convolutional neural network model using large-scale data sets: IMDB movie reviews and Reuters data sets with a final accuracy score of ~86% for both data sets. The Internet of Things (IoT) has gained much attention during the last decade. A novel aspect like context management is a fundamental requirement for development of such systems. In literature, there are different approaches enabling the context management for internet of IoT. This paper has both objectives: 1) firstly, it establishes a set of classification criteria: heterogeneity, mobility, the influence of the physical world, scalability, security, privacy, quality of context, autonomous deployment of entities, characterization multi scales, interoperability, context acquisition, context modeling, context reasoning, context distribution, design method, and tools of implementation; 2) secondly, it refers to the previous criteria to make a comparative study between the well known existing approaches. Nowadays, development of application that supports cooperative works has attracted recent attention. Thus, several approaches and methods were proposed to reach this aim. In this context, we propose a new solution to the problem of collective work that presents a result of hybridization of several cooperative approaches, as follows: the non-communicative approach to minimizing the required time to perform a cooperative activity and conflict resolution approach based competency for improving the quality of cooperative works. Therefore, we propose a cooperation framework fault tolerant called CoMAS (Cooperative Multi-Agent System) brings preemption resources to cooperating agents (CA) in case of failure to prevent the blocking and ensure the survival of the system. Moreover, we study the case of cooperative authoring systems for e-learning to examine the behavior of our framework with a cooperative activity. The long use of a system causes its degradation. Hence, the maintenance activity is required in order to keep and improve the efficiency in the system. With the rapid development in networking technology, a need appears to change the manufacturing strategies. These new technologies improve the maintenance process, and establish remote maintenance (tele-maintenance, e-maintenance and m-maintenance). These kinds of maintenance try to provide personnel maintenance with the right information at the suitable time, which makes information available, anywhere and anytime. Our proposition is the use of mobile agent technology to reduce the maintenance costs and solve the problem of the unavailability of an expert in all phases of condition-based maintenance (CBM) strategy. The mobile agent technology overcomes a lot of problems and there is not much work that has used this technology. We have also used the web services (WS) to insure interoperability between machines and to support interaction over the network. Our approach gives great support to the maintenance engineer as it facilitates the access to decision-making support, work order, etc. which are available in the device like smartphone. This paper presents the development of a mobile maintenance support system based on mobile agent technology. In Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems (RMSs), the structure of the system can be changed during execution of the system. This reconfiguration can be motivated by a new requirement in the production process, or to avoid some problems caused by machines breakdowns. These systems offer a high flexibility leading to more productivity and efficiency. However, their design is more complicated implying new techniques and paradigms. The use of formal high level Petri Nets offers the ability to design these systems and to analyse or prove their properties. In this paper, we apply Reconfigurable Object Nets (RONs) for the modelling, simulation and analysis of reconfigurable manufacturing systems. We propose a formal approach, where the reconfiguration is specified as graph transformations, the simulation is realized using the RON-tool, and the analysis exploits some software tools such as TINA-tool and PIPE-tool. We use an evolutionary process to seek a specialized set of rules among a wide range of rules to be used by Cellular Automata (CA) for a range of tasks, extracting edges in a given gray or colour image, noise filtering applied to black-white image. This is the best set of local rules determine the future state of CA in an asynchronous way. There have been significant developments in the development of computing and communication technology. Classical teaching methods are very slow and students are obliged to be present at specific times, which may be inconvenient for the majority of learners. Thus, so-called Elearning emerged via the Internet, whose aims are to reduce the time required to learn, as well as mitigate some drawbacks of traditional education.
