Multimodal tasks based on attention mechanism and language face numerous problems. Based on multimodal hierarchical attention mechanism and genetic neural network, this paper studies the application of image segmentation algorithm in data completion and 3D scene reconstruction. The algorithm refers to the process of concentrating attention that humans subjectively pay attention to and calculates the difference between each pixel in the genetic neural network test image in the color space and the average value of the target image, which solves the problem of static feature maps and dynamic feature maps of image sequences. In addition, in view of the problem that the number of attention enhancement feature extraction modules is too large and the parameters are too large, the recursive mechanism is used as the feature extraction branch, and new model parameters are not added when the network depth is increased. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the improved image saliency detection algorithm based on the attention mechanism reaches 89.7%, and the difference between the average value of the single-point pixel and the target image is reduced to 0.132, which further promotes the practicability and reliability of the image segmentation model. To solve the problems of low accuracy, low real-time performance, poor robustness and others caused by the complex environment, this paper proposes a face mask recognition and standard wear detection algorithm based on the improved YOLO-v4. Firstly, an improved CSPDarkNet53 is introduced into the trunk feature extraction network, which reduces the computing cost of the network and improves the learning ability of the model. Secondly, the adaptive image scaling algorithm can reduce computation and redundancy effectively. Thirdly, the improved PANet structure is introduced so that the network has more semantic information in the feature layer. At last, a face mask detection data set is made according to the standard wearing of masks. Based on the object detection algorithm of deep learning, a variety of evaluation indexes are compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. The results of the comparations show that the mAP of face mask recognition can reach 98.3% and the frame rate is high at 54.57 FPS, which are more accurate compared with the exiting algorithm. Ordinal regression is to predict categories of ordinal scale and it has wide applications in many domains where the human evaluation plays a major role. So far several algorithms have been proposed to tackle ordinal regression problems from a machine learning perspective. However, most of these algorithms only seek one direction where the projected samples are well ranked. So a common shortcoming of these algorithms is that only one dimension in the sample space is used, which would definitely lose some useful information in its orthogonal subspaces. In this paper, we propose a novel ordinal regression strategy which consists of two stages: firstly orthogonal feature vectors are extracted and then these projector vectors are combined to learn an ordinal regression rule. Compared with previous ordinal regression methods, the proposed strategy can extract multiple features from the original data space. So the performance of ordinal regression could be improved because more information of the data is used. Deep learning has made substantial progress in crowd density estimation, but there are still some problems in existing methods, such as large population density, background interference, and scale change, which makes it difficult to count people. To solve the above problems, we proposed a crowd counting method based on a cross column fusion attention mechanism. First, the first ten layers of VGG16 with good migration ability and feature extraction ability are used as the front-end network to preliminarily extract human head features. Then, a cross column fusion attention module is designed. In this module, feature maps are fused across columns to make the network contain richer deep and shallow features. At the same time, to alleviate the background interference, the attention mechanism is used to guide the network to focus on the head position in the picture, and different weights are assigned to different positions according to the attention score map, so as to highlight the crowd and weaken the background, and finally get a high-quality density map. In addition, a shallow convolution module is designed as another branch. The output feature map of the shallow convolution module and the output feature map of the attention module of cross column fusion are fused to solve the problem of scale change effectively. Finally, in the last layer of the network, the convolution layer of 1 × 1 is used to replace the full connection layer, and fewer network parameters are used to reduce the calculation and the population density map is regressed. In the microblog network, users' forwarding behavior is widespread and the propagation range is difficult to predict quantitatively. To solve this problem, machine learning algorithms are used to quantitatively predict propagation breadth and depth of microblog users' forwarding behavior. The dataset is preprocessed, and the extracted features are divided into three types: user features, microblog features and social features. Then the dataset is analyzed in detail; machine learning algorithms are used to predict the propagation breadth and depth of users' forwarding behavior; and the influence of the three types of features on prediction precision is studied. The experimental results show that the prediction precision of the improved random forest algorithm has less fluctuations, and it is not sensitive to the changes of various features. The improved random forest algorithm has higher precision and better generalization ability than the other algorithms, which shows that the prediction results have high reference value. Social features have the greatest influence on the prediction precision for each prediction algorithm. User features have the similar influence as microblog features on the prediction precision.
