The health services research network is showing a lot of interest in the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). In IoMT, the Internet is used to help compile important health-related data. A brain tumor is caused by a mass of random cells inside the brain, which is dangerous and harmful to the brain. Today, it is difficult to accurately recognise brain images. In order to find and correctly categorize malignant cells in recognizing brain pictures, this research offers a support value-based deep neural network (SDNN) in e-Health care administration utilizing the IoMT innovation. As a starting point, a database of investigation is created using picture data based on IoT innovation and clinical images. The input brain picture is subjected to skull stripping during the preprocessing stage in order to isolate the desired brain area. The preprocessed output pictures are then used to extract the useful characteristics, such as entropy, geometric, and texture features. Finally, based on the collected characteristics, the proposed support value based adaptive deep neural network (SDNN) identification classifies the brain pictures as normal or abnormal. The results of the experiments are examined to show how the suggested recognition approach outperforms the ones already in use.

Recently, big data analytics have gained significant attention in healthcare industry due to generation of massive quantities of data in various forms such as electronic health records, sensors, medical imaging, and pharmaceutical details. However, the data gathered from various sources are intrinsically uncertain owing to noise, incompleteness, and inconsistency. The analysis of such huge data necessitates advanced analytical techniques using machine learning and computational intelligence for effective decision making. To handle data uncertainty in healthcare sector, this article presents a novel metaheuristic rough set-based feature selection with rule-based medical data classification (MRSFS-RMDC) technique on MapReduce framework. The proposed MRSFS-RMDC technique designs a butterfly optimization algorithm for minimal rough set selection. In addition, Hadoop MapReduce is applied to process massive quantity of data. Moreover, a rule-based classification approach named Repeated Incremental Pruning for Error Reduction (RIPPER) is used with the inclusion of a set of conditional rules. The RIPPER will scale in a linear way with the number of training records utilized and is suitable to build models with data uncertainty. The proposed MRSFS-RMDC technique is validated using benchmark dataset and the results are inspected under varying aspects. The experimental results highlighted the supremacy of the MRSFS-RMDC technique over the recent state of art methods in terms of different performance measures. The proposed methodology has achieved a higher F-score of 96.49%.

In recent times, MapReduce has become a popular tool for handling big data. At the same time, uncertainty is related to arbitrariness, fuzziness, ambiguity, irregularity and incomplete knowledge. In RS theory, the uncertainty behaviour of the data in the dataset of interest is managed by using upper and lower approximate sets and classification accuracy. The RS model is integrated with data clustering technique for optimal outcomes. With this motivation, this study designs an Optimal Clustering with RS‐Based Rule Generation Model (OC‐RSRGM) for data classification on MapReduce environment. The OC‐RSRGM technique aims to generate an optimal set of rules using RST for the data classification process and it involves a two‐stage process namely Optimal Fuzzy c‐Means Clustering (OFCM) and RSRGM‐based rule generation with classification. The OFCM technique is derived to eradicate the local optimal problem of the FCM (Fuzzy c‐Means) model using Barnacles Mating Optimizer (BMO). It provides the decision‐makers with all the information needed to design appropriate mechanisms to support their decision‐making activities. The Hadoop MapReduce tool is used to handle big data. The proposed method combines an FCM, BMO, RS theory to accomplish effective decision‐making. The OC‐RSRGM technique can be employed to continuous value dataset where data point does not offer any class details and it might be uncertain. To validate the performance of OC‐RSRGM technique, a detailed experimental analysis is carried out to highlights the betterment of OC‐RSRGM technique. Machine learning (ML) is currently a crucial tool in the field of cyber security. Through the identification of patterns, the mapping of cybercrime in real time, and the execution of in-depth penetration tests, ML is able to counter cyber threats and strengthen security infrastructure. Security in any organization depends on monitoring and analyzing user actions and behaviors. Due to the fact that it frequently avoids security precautions and does not trigger any alerts or flags, it is much more challenging to detect than traditional malicious network activity. ML is an important and rapidly developing anomaly detection field in order to protect user security and privacy, a wide range of applications, including various social media platforms, have incorporated cutting-edge techniques to detect anomalies. A social network is a platform where various social groups can interact, express themselves, and share pertinent content. By spreading propaganda, unwelcome messages, false information, fake news, and rumours, as well as by posting harmful links, this social network also encourages deviant behavior. In this research, we introduce Deep Belief Network (DBN) with Triple DES, a hybrid approach to anomaly detection in unbalanced classification. The domain of medical diagnosis and predictive analytics is one of the key domains of research with enormous dimensions whereby the diseases of different types can be predicted. Nowadays, there is a huge panic of impact and rapid mutation of the COVID-19 virus impression. The world is getting affected by this virus to a huge extent and there is no vaccine developed so far. India is also having more than 10,000 patients with than 300 deceased. The global human community is having around 20 lacs of Coronavirus patients. The Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) is the contemporary high-performance approach in which the use of advanced neural networks is done for the cavernous analytics of the images and multimedia data. In this research work, the analytics of key points from medical images of the COVID-19 dataset is to be presented using which the diagnosis and predictions can be done for the patients. The GANs are used for the generation, transformation as well as presentation of the dataset and key points using advanced deep learning models which can analyze the patterns in the medical images including X-Ray, CT Scan, and many others. Using such approaches with the integration of GANs, the overall predictive analytics can be made high performance aware as compared to the classical neural networks with multiple layers.
