Blade has the characteristics of high machining quality of complex curved surface. If there is no benchmark before machining, it is impossible to judge whether the blades before machining are qualified. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the blade measurement data. Due to the large measurement point error and disordered distribution, it is necessary to optimize the blade registration. Therefore, blade model registration and positioning is particularly important in blade shape detection and analysis. First, preregistration is carried out based on the six point optimization selection of the blade. After preregistration, the selection method of registration control point set based on theoretical model and statistical error is proposed, planning the registration datum point set on the blade model. The registration control point set is obtained through the registration operation between the measurement data and the registration reference point set. Finally, based on the stability and reliability of important sampling sensitivity and statistical error, obtain the probability density function of error normal distribution statistics samples and important samples. The selection of statistical control points and the rationality of the objective function were verified. The stability/reliability of the statistical alignment point selection is proved to be feasible. The statistical registration deviation is [0.015,0.026] mm, and the ICP registration deviation is [0.031,0.035] mm. The average deviation of statistics registration is about 0.013 mm smaller than the average deviation of ICP registration. The deviation of statistical sampling points is about 0.0214 mm, and that of traditional sampling points is about 0.0275 mm. The deviation of statistical sampling points is about 0.0061 mm smaller than that of traditional sampling points. Wet-tissue adhesives have long been attractive materials for realizing complicated biomedical functions. However, the hydration film on wet tissues can generate a boundary, forming hydrogen bonds with the adhesives that weaken adhesive strength. Introducing black phosphorus (BP) is believed to enhance the water absorption capacity of tape-type adhesives and effectively eliminate hydration layers between the tissue and adhesive. This study reports a composite patch integrated with BP nanosheets (CPB) for wet-tissue adhesion. The patch's improved water absorption and mechanical properties ensure its immediate and robust adhesion to wet tissues. Various bioapplications of CPB are demonstrated, such as rapid hemostasis (within ~1-2 seconds), monitoring of physical-activity and prevention of tumour-recurrence, all validated via in vivo studies. Given the good practicability, histocompatibility and biodegradability of CPB, the proposed patches hold significant promise for a wide range of biomedical applications. The utility of wet-tissue adhesives has been impeded by the suboptimal adhesive strength. Here the authors report a composite patch integrated with BP nanosheets that improve the wet-tissue adhesion by enhancing the water absorption and mechanical properties of the patch and demonstrate the uses of the patch in hemostasis, physical-activity monitoring and tumour-recurrence prevention. This article discusses the use of cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) as a potential treatment for chordomas, a type of skull base tumor that is difficult to treat. CAP is a room temperature gas that has been shown to have anti-tumor effects in various types of cancer. The study found that CAP exposure decreased the survival of chordoma cells in vitro. Further research is needed to understand the mechanism of cell death and how to increase the sensitivity of chordoma cells to CAP. [Extracted from the article]

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) pandemic has greatly stressed the global community, exposing vulnerabilities in the supply chains for disinfection materials, personal protective equipment, and medical resources worldwide. Disinfection methods based on cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) technologies offer an intriguing solution to many of these challenges because they are easily deployable and do not require resource‐constrained consumables or reagents needed for conventional decontamination practices. CAP technologies have shown great promise for a wide range of medical applications from wound healing and cancer treatment to sterilization methods to mitigate airborne and fomite transfer of viruses. This review engages the broader community of scientists and engineers that wish to help the medical community with the ongoing COVID‐19 pandemic by establishing methods to utilize broadly applicable CAP technologies. This article presents a resistor-array-tuning-based hybrid adaptive digital delay compensated rectifier for wireless power transfer systems. A no-crossing problem and nonlinearity problem for conventional delay-compensations are analyzed. In order to enhance the robustness of digital control, the on-delay and off-delay are compensated with different compensation schemes. The on-delay is compensated with a comparator-offset-adjusted technique, while the off-delay is compensated with a pulsewidth modulation (PWM)-based technique to guarantee falling zero-voltage crossing and adjust off-delay time linearly. Compared with the previous works, the delay time is adjusted by tuning the voltage drop across resistor arrays instead of changing the injected offset current of push–pull comparator so as to improve the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and loop stability. Implemented in a 0.18- $\mu$ m BCD process with a total area of 0.446 mm $^{2}$ , the rectifier delivered a maximum output power of 54.5 mW. With a 13.56 MHz ac input voltage in the range of 2.5 and 3.3 V, the measurement results show the peak VCR of 96.1 $\%$ and peak PCE of 93.1 $\%$ for the load resistance of 2 k $\Omega$ and 500 $\Omega$ , respectively. Background: The infiltration of CD8 T cells is usually linked to a favorable prognosis and may predict the therapeutic response of breast cancer patients to immunotherapy. The purpose of this research is to investigate the competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network correlated with the infiltration of CD8 T cells. Methods: Based on expression profiles, CD8 T cell abundances for each breast cancer (BC) patient were inferred using the bioinformatic method by immune markers and expression profiles. We were able to extract the differentially expressed RNAs (DEmRNAs, DEmiRNAs, and DElncRNAs) between low and high CD8 T-cell samples. The ceRNA network was constructed using Cytoscape. Machine learning models were built by lncRNAs to predict CD8 T-cell abundances. The lncRNAs were used to develop a prognostic model that could predict the survival rates of BC patients. The expression of selected lncRNA (XIST) was validated by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). Results: A total of 1,599 DElncRNAs, 89 DEmiRNAs, and 1,794 DEmRNAs between high and low CD8 T-cell groups were obtained. Two ceRNA networks that have positive or negative correlations with CD8 T cells were built. Among the two ceRNA networks, nine lncRNAs (MIR29B2CHG, NEAT1, MALAT1, LINC00943, LINC01146, AC092718.4, AC005332.4, NORAD, and XIST) were selected for model construction. Among six prevalent machine learning models, artificial neural networks performed best, with an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.855. Patients from the high-risk category with BC had a lower survival rate compared to those from the low-risk group. The qRT-PCR results revealed significantly reduced XIST expression in normal breast samples, which was consistent with our integrated analysis. Due to their potential benefits, cold atmospheric plasmas (CAPs), as biotechnological tools, have been used for various purposes, especially in medical and agricultural applications. The main effect of CAP is associated with reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS). In order to deliver these RONS to the target, direct or indirect treatment approaches have been employed. The indirect method is put into practice via plasma-activated water (PAW). Despite many studies being available in the field, the permeation mechanisms of RONS into water at the molecular level still remain elusive. Here, we performed molecular dynamics simulations to study the permeation of RONS from vacuum into the water interface and bulk. The calculated free energy profiles unravel the most favourable accumulation positions of RONS. Our results, therefore, provide fundamental insights into PAW and RONS chemistry to increase the efficiency of PAW in biological applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
