This paper highlights the role of climate change as a persistent, systemic, long-term inflationary driver. The inflationary impacts of climate change have been commonly overlooked in the economic literature. As global temperatures rise and extreme weather events become more frequent and severe, the inflationary effects of climate change will only intensify. These effects could be further exacerbated by the considerable pricing power of the corporate sector. As a persistent inflationary driver, climate change poses a serious threat to central banks' ability to maintain price stability mandates. The traditional tools of monetary policy will be ineffective in curbing climate change-induced price pressures. Further, growth-based Green New Deal and related fiscal policies will be ineffective at mitigating climate change and reducing its inflationary impacts. Globalization, which presupposes the strengthening of multifactorial economic, social and other phenomena, needs strategic management, forecasting and foreseeing its impact on every spheres of public life without any exception. Unfortunately, the modern Russian strategic planning system appears to be unbalanced and ineffective; key indicators of the adopted and developed strategies are abstract in nature and are weakly correlated with the practical needs. This is clearly illustrated by the example of such an important branch of the economy as transport. Strategic air transport management in Russia in the context of the digital transformation of the economy, especially the practice of strategic planning and forecasting, has a number of bottlenecks and needs to be improved. A very vulnerable spot in modern strategic management is the occasional use of methods of strategic audit (control). This conclusion is confirmed by the analysis of the draft Transport Strategy for the period up to 2035, submitted for discussion and revision. It is not possible to solve this problem without scientific support and methods of strategizing approved by domestic and foreign practice.

He was highly critical of the ideological structure behind capitalism with liberalism putting property over people (Losurdo [35]; Henry [27]) and neoclassical economics being one, among other, frauds used to justify the capitalist socio-economic order (Henry [12]). I Erik Olsen i Recollections of John F. Henry I first encountered John in an Economics of Racism class at California State University-Sacramento in the summer of 1976. If one bases their analysis on social foundations, John argues, an ensuing theory cannot be natural, normal, and universal (which are the characteristics of neoclassical economics that John considered the "illusion" of our epoch). A festschrift in Dr. Henry's honor, I Marx, Veblen, and the Foundations of Heterodox Economics: Essays in Honor of John F. Henry i , was published in 2015 (Jo and Lee [31]). This article disputes the validity of the revisionist accounts of Carl Menger's theory of money's origins. While Menger's monetary thought underwent a complicated process of development and his later works reflected new Chartalist insights, Menger never escaped the theoretical framework of the spontaneous origins of the monetary unit, devoid of any action or intervention by the state. The role of the state in Menger's monetary theory was always confined to the later stages of money's development. While Menger once admitted a possibility of money's origins by the influence of public authority, he never incorporated it into his overall theoretical framework. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The pace of innovation in construction today lags behind most other industries. To increase the investment attractiveness of the industry, a new mechanism is needed to generate, spread and introduce innovations, including a strategic assessment of the economic effects of introducing innovations, which determines the relevance of the study. The purpose of this article is to develop strategic tools for assessing the economic effects of introducing innovations into the investment and construction cycle. Theoretical and empirical methods, expert assessment, classification and structuring of information, reference and statistical data, a comparison method were used to analyze the existing problem. As a result of the study, the scientific and theoretical foundations of the definition of innovation and the main aspects of the functioning of the investment and construction cycle were summarized. The most significant sources of the formation of the economic effect as a result of the introduction of innovations in the investment and construction cycle are highlighted. A set of methods is proposed, the adaptation of which allows us to evaluate the economic efficiency of introducing innovations into the investment and construction cycle. An algorithm has been developed for assessing the economic effect of introducing innovations into the investment and construction cycle.
