A retrospective analysis was conducted on 58 patients with laryngeal and hypopharyngeal tumors and 27 patients with benign vocal cord lesions to explore the role of serum cytokines in these diseases’ characteristics and immunotherapy. The differences in the levels of 12 cytokines were measured. Additionally, the study examined the correlation between T helper cells (Th)1/Th2 cytokine levels and the clinical characteristics and immunotherapy efficacy of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancers. The results show that the balance of Th1/Th2 is biased towards Th2 in patients with laryngeal and hypopharyngeal tumors. Among these, interleukin (IL)-6 (P = 0.021) was highly expressed in laryngeal tumors, and the expression levels of IL-1β (P = 0.008), IL-6 (P = 0.005), and IL-8 (P = 0.05) were higher in patients with poorly differentiated laryngeal tumors. The level of IL-4 (P = 0.0048) was significantly correlated with tumor location. The expression levels of IL-2 (P = 0.010), IL-4 (P = 0.028), IL-10 (P = 0.011), IL-12p70 (P = 0.034), IL-17 (P = 0.024), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α (P = 0.003), and interferon (IFN)-γ (P = 0.007) were related to lymph node metastasis. The level of IFN-γ (P = 0.016) was correlated with the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy, while the level of IFN-α (P = 0.013) was significantly correlated with programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) results showed that patients with tumors, poor differentiation, and lymph node metastasis had higher levels of Th1 and Th2 cytokine separation. In conclusion, the shift in the balance of Th1 and Th2 cytokine expression indicates higher tumor invasiveness, and IFN has potential as a circulating molecular marker for immunotherapy of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

Plateau is characterized by low oxygen, low pressure, strong radiation, cold and dryness, among which low oxygen is the main factor that affects the normal life activities of human body. Altitude hypoxia leads to significant changes in the metabolic characteristics of drugs in vivo, which in turn affects the efficacy and adverse actions of drugs. This paper summarizes the present situation of rational drug use in plateau area and pinpoints the existing problems. Meanwhile, we posit the strategies and measures for realizing rational and precise pharmacotherapy of plateau residents. First, we need to acquire a panoramic view of differential and relative pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in between plateau area and plain area by carrying out comparative studies on drug metabolisms and on comprehensive drug efficacies and mechanisms. Second, we must apply the findings from basic research to clinical practice and formulate guidelines and recommendations of drug use for plateau habitants. Finally, we should eventually achieve precise and individualized drug use for plateau habitants based on their characteristic etiology and pathogenesis.

With the continuous deepening and progress of the research in the physical education discipline, the school and the state put the landing point on the integration of information technology and the development of the discipline. In this paper, we design the system framework and perform data module design, on the basis of which we conduct detection research on teacher-student interaction behavior. The article employs an intelligent analysis system based on the YOLOv5 model to establish a model of teacher-student interaction behavior. This model is based on the movement and facial observations of both teachers and students in a physical education classroom. The intelligent analysis system, based on the YOLOv5 model and independent t-test, observed the behavior of teacher-student interaction based on the ratio of teacher-student verbal interaction and analyzed it accordingly. In teacher- and student-type speech, the ratio of teacher-direct influence speech is 45.62%, which is higher than indirect influence speech, while the ratio of student-passive speech is 5.54%, which is higher than student-active speech. Finally, the interactive intelligent system was evaluated for teaching and learning to understand students’ feedback on the intelligent analyzing system based on the YOLOv5 model from two parts: physical education test scores and students’ satisfaction surveys. In the physical education classroom, the teacher primarily uses their own words and interacts with the students less frequently. However, the system has the potential to significantly enhance students’ performance in Physical Education, with the majority of students reporting improvements in their PE skills and other areas. In terms of participation in the physical education classroom, 32 students thought that there was a “great improvement,” and 22 students thought that there was an “improvement,” for a total percentage of 98.18%, which is a significant effect.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the upper limit and technical parameters of black tea brewing with suitable taste and establish the relative brewing method system of daily drinking. Methods: The black tea soup was prepared by sensory evaluation method and diluted in a gradient with one bud and two leaves and then was tasted and scored by 50 volunteers to determine the appropriate taste consistency. On the basis of determining the suitable taste concentration, the quality concentrations of water extract, theaflavin and theaflavin under the suitable taste were used as the indexes to optimize and screen the technical parameters of black tea brewing each time and the brewing times under the appropriate taste. Results: When the mass concentrations of aqueous extract, theaflavin and thearubin in black tea soup were 1.40, 0.04 and 0.60 mg/mL respectively, and it had a suitable taste. The first brewing was made with a tea-water ratio (mtea∶Vwater) of 1∶100 (g/mL) and pure water at 82 ℃ for 4.5 min, and the second brewing was made with a tea-water ratio (mtea∶Vwater) of 1∶50 (g/mL) and pure water at 86.0 ℃ for 3.5 min.The tea broth obtained in both times had a suitable taste and reached the mass concentration of water extract, theaflavin and theaflavin of suitable taste. However, after the third brewing with tea-water ratio (mtea∶Vwater) of 1∶50 (g/mL) and 97.3 ℃ pure water for 6.4 min, the resulting tea broth was too light in taste, and the water extracts and theaflavins also failed to reach the quality concentration requirement under suitable taste. Conclusion: It is appropriate to brew black tea for two times with appropriate taste kept.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the best parameters of buckwheat noodle composite preformed powder. Methods: Single factor experiment, multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the special composite preformed powder recipe of buckwheat noodles. Results: The best parameters of buckwheat noodle composite preformed powder were 45% of buckwheat flour, 8% of modified starch, 1.2% of compound phosphate and 3% of gluten powder. In this situation, the tensile area of composite flour dough was 3 378.6 g·mm; the stabilization time was 7.23 min, the content of wet gluten was 23.71%; the sensory score was 89.2; the comprehensive score of multiple indexes was 0.926 5. Compared to the groups of single factor test and orthogonal test, the quality of composite powder in each test group was significantly improved (P＜0.05), and its application in non-fried instant noodles had a good effect. Conclusion: The optimized composite powder can be used as the raw powder of various kinds of noodles, such as buckwheat coarse grain noodles, semi-dry noodles and new-type non-fried coarse cake.

Objective In this study, short⁃term prognosis of cerebral revascularization was evaluated by comparative analysis of patients with moyamoya disease (MMD) with different disease types and different bypass. Methods A total of 44 patients with MMD treated in Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2010 to October 2011 were enrolled. All patients underwent cerebral revascularization. The improvement of neurological function was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) 3 months after surgery, and the improvement of clinical symptoms was observed. DSA or CTA were reviewed to determine whether the bridge vessels were unobstructed and surgical complications were recorded. Results DSA or CTA reexamination showed that the anastomosis was unobstructed, and no surgical complications occurred. Patients with MMD were divided into 3 groups according to the onset type: ischemic, hemorrhagic and mixed. Compared with hemorrhagic type and mixed type, neurological function improved 3 months after surgery in patients with ischemic type (χ2=3.853, P=0.001; χ2=4.110, P=0.001) and improvement of clinical symptoms (χ2=3.934, P=0.000; χ2=4.138, P=0.000) were better. According to the operation type, the patients were divided into 4 groups: anterior⁃frontal, anterior⁃temporal, posterior⁃frontal and posterior⁃temporal bypass. The improvement of neurological function in anterior⁃frontal bypass group was higher than that in anterior⁃temporal bypass group (χ2=2.079, P=0.038). The improvement of neurological function and clinincal symptooms in posterior⁃frontal bypass group were higher than those in anterior⁃temporal bypass group (χ2=2.909; P=0.004; χ2=2.812, P=0.005), and those in posterior⁃frontal bypass group were also higher than those in posterior⁃temporal bypass group (χ2=2.295, P=0.022; χ2=2.580, P=0.010). Conclusions Compared with the other 2 groups, symptoms of ischemic MMD may improved better than before, and the intraoperative selection of posterior⁃frontal and anterior⁃frontal bypass may be better than anterior⁃temporal and posterior⁃temporal bypass.

Temporin-GHa (GHa) was cloned from Hylarana guentheri, showing a weak antimicrobial activity. In order to improve its bactericidal efficacy, GHaR6R, GHaR7R, GHaR8R and GHaR9W were designed and synthesized. Compared to the parent peptide, the GHa-derived peptides show potent antimicrobial activities against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), which is the main pathogen with high morbidity and mortality that causes various infections in humans. These peptides exert bactericidal actions on MRSA by permeabilizing the cytoplasmic membranes and damaging membrane integrity. All of the four peptides exhibit excellent stability under harsh conditions, including extreme temperature and salts. Furthermore, they inhibit the formation of biofilm and eradicate mature biofilm of MRSA. The GHa-derived peptides decrease bacterial surface hydrophobicity, autoaggregation and polysaccharide intercellular adhesion synthesis in concentration-dependent manner. Real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR analysis revealed that the peptides downregulate the expression of adhesion genes icaADBC involved in biofilm formation. Except for GHaR7R, the other three peptides have low hemolytic toxicity against human erythrocytes. In the presence of human erythrocytes, GHaR7R, GHaR8R and GHaR9W interact with MRSA preferentially. GHaR6R, GHaR8R and GHaR9W show less toxicity toward normal cells HL-7702 and hFOB1.19. These results suggest that the GHa-derived peptides may be promising antimicrobial candidates against MRSA infections.

As the social economy is further developed, there have been increasingly severe ecological and environmental issues. For instance, rivers located in mountainous areas are often encountered with the issue of zero flow. The ecological base flow was put forward to ensure the continuous flow of rivers, to realize the minimum ecological function, and to meet the most fundamental requirements of sustaining the river ecosystem. Wulong River Basin in Yantai City of China was taken as example here. Based on the runoff data collected in the Tuanwang Hydrological Station from 1960 to 2016, the measured runoff data was restored to natural runoff sequence by adopting the item-by-item investigation method. The different ecological base flows of Wulong River were calculated by adopting the Tennant Method, the Qp90 Method, the Texas Method, the Base Flow Ratio Method, the Tessman Method, and Wetted Perimeter Method. The research findings have shown that the Base Flow Ratio Method proves to be the optimal approach for calculating the ecological base flow of Wulong River. Based on the analysis of the assurance degree of ecological base flow, the period from April to June is the period with the lowest assurance degree of ecological base flow.

In order to master the fire-extinguishing efficiency of different concentrations of CO2 on the oxidized coal re-combustion, a self-developed coal spontaneous oxidation program temperature increasing experimental device was adopted to study the inhibitory effect of CO2 on coal oxidation and heating process, and the samples of Pingdingshan No.8 Coal Mine were fed with CO2 concentrations of 10 %, 20 %, 30 % and 40 % respectively.The oxygen consumption rate, the production rate of CO and the change law of apparent activation energy of coal were measured, and the result shows that different volume fractions of CO2 have inhibitory effects on the heating process of coal oxidation.The results show that different volume fractions of CO2 have an inhibitory effect compared with the oxidation under pure air conditions.At the same time, the larger the volume fraction of CO2 introduced, the lower the oxygen consumption and CO generation rate both the primary and secondary coal oxidation process, while the higher the apparent activation energy.That is to say, the larger the volume of CO2, the better the inhibition efficiency of the re-combustion process of oxidized coal.

To systematically review the knowledge attitudes and the influential factors on human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination among Chinese women.

Paillier algorithm has higher time efficiency than other homomorphic encryption algorithms due to only one power operation is required, but its encryption range is limited to integer, which cannot meet the need of electronic scoring system to encrypt real. To solve the problem, an electronic scoring scheme based on real Paillier algorithm is put forward. In the proposed scheme, compound transformation is introduced to convert real to large integer. The encryption range of Paillier algorithm is extended from integer to real by the large integer operation, which can make the scoring results more precision. In addition, a more secure and efficient two-way identity authentication strategy between clients and servers is designed by using Horner's rule. After hashing the username and password by Horner's rule, the obtained hash value is encrypted and transmitted, which can not only improve system security by avoiding disclosure of user's information during transmission, but also increase the computation efficiency due to the reduction of data size in encryption and decryption. In the experiment, compared with the existing encryption algorithms on different scoring data sets, the whole encryption and decryption time is slightly increased by 0.28% compared with the traditional Paillier, but computing real score is realized in the proposed method. The efficiency of addition and multiplication of the proposed method is increased averagely by 25.99% and 42.75%. The average shorten time of two-way identity authentication is 27.22 milliseconds due to the using of Horner's rule. When the number of clients is more than 105, the time efficiency is improved more obviously.

Ionospheric diurnal double maxima (DDM) is a twin-peak pattern in the ionospheric electron density/total electron content (TEC) during the daytime. Understanding the characteristics of DDM is essential to study the physical mechanisms of the ionosphere. In this paper, the vertical TEC data (VTEC) in 2019–2020 derived from 537 globally distributed GPS stations were used to investigate the DDM phenomenon. The results reveal that the occurrence rate of DDMs is roughly quasi-symmetrical about the magnetic equator. In the northern hemisphere, it first increases, then decreases, and finally increases with the increase of magnetic latitude. The DDM phenomenon also exhibits significant seasonal variation. It mainly appears in summer/winter in the northern/southern hemisphere, and the valley and the second peak usually appear earlier in winter and later in summer. According to the difference in the magnitude of the two peaks of DDM, the DDM phenomenon is mainly manifested as the front peak significant type or the posterior peak significant type. The probability of the former shows an M-shaped variation with increasing longitude in the middle and high latitudes of the northern hemisphere and an inverted V-shaped variation in the high latitudes of the southern hemisphere within 180°W~60°W. The probability of the posterior peak significant type shows a trend opposite to the front peak significant type in each area. The occurrence time of DDM structures is usually about one hour later in low-latitude regions than in other regions, and the duration is usually shorter than in other regions. The relative magnitude of the DDM’s twin peaks in low-latitude regions is usually smaller than in other regions.

Grinding balls in wet ball mill are important consumables in mine grinding equipment, which have poor wear resistance and large consumption. It is imperative to find excellent wear-resistant materials for the grinding balls. Carbidic Austempered Ductile Iron (referred to as CADI) was used as small and medium-sized wet ball mills. This grinding ball has the advantages of less wear, low crushing rate, power saving and low noise. However, the CADI grain boundaries are distributed with net-like eutectic carbides, which seriously damage the continuity of the matrix. In addition, the mechanism of corrosion wear and impact fatigue is lack of research due to complex phase composition and unclear mechanism of phase properties on improving performance. So CADI can’t be applied to the grinding balls in large wet ball mill. Based on the above problems, this paper first analyzed the heteronucleation mechanism and adsorption mechanism of M3C type carbides by using the first principle of microalloying elements, and then verified it by combining with experimental results. Then the thermodynamics and kinetics of austenite homogenization and isothermal transformation of ductile iron containing carbides were analyzed by means of modeling calculation and experiment. On this basis, a new type heat treatment process comprising super-high temperature pretreatment and austempering treatment (S&A treatment) was used to process CADI, which provides a new idea for further improving toughness of CADI. Finally, the CADI corrosion wear and impact fatigue failure mechanism were revealed by analyzing the change rule of the sample surface and cross section after corrosion wear and impact fatigue.

In order to study the characteristics of thermal environment and comfort of residential buildings during winter in hot summer and cold winter (HSCW) climate zone of China, this study conducted a questionnaire survey and field test. It was found that 70.9% of residential buildings in HSCW climate zone had space heating equipment, among that the percentage of air conditioning, electric equipment (electric oil-filled radiator and fan heater) and other were 56.0%, 27.6% and 16.4%, respectively. Furthermore, 77.3% (48.7%) of residents only heat their bedrooms (living rooms), and 76.5% of residents heat their rooms only in cold weather, which shows the “part-space” and “part-time” space heating characteristics in HSCW climate zone. For rooms with space heating, the thermal environment is category I in general, but more than 30% of these residents hope a higher indoor temperature. For rooms without space heating, the indoor temperature is below the hygiene limit of 12°C, which belongs to category II, but thermal feeling for 55% of residents is cold and 90.9% of residents hope a warmer indoor environment. The results indicated that the existing evaluation criteria in HSCW climate zone are inconsistent with the thermal sensation and expectation, and an advanced evaluation criterion is needed.

In order to improve the thermal environment of residential buildings in winter for Xinjiang, this research conducted a field test and a survey of residential buildings under typical heating methods. The results show that the indoor temperature and humidity are dynamically changing, and the variation of central heating and gas wall-mounted furnace fluctuated less than that of coal heating. Furthermore, the thermal environment evaluation shows that the thermal comfort level under gas wall-mounted furnace heating are the highest, which belongs to category Ⅰ. For the central heating and coal stove, only 12% and 26% of buildings achieve to category Ⅱ. Moreover, it is found that the acceptable temperature range of coal furnace heating residents can be as low as 19.5°C, while that of central heating and gas wall-mounted furnace heating is 20.3°C~25.7°C, which relate to the clothing insulation of residents under different heating methods. In addition, all residents almost have the same habit of window opening behaviour during heating period, and 72% of residents open windows for ventilation. Correspondingly, 62% of residents feel dry during heating season, which induce xerosis cutis, dry mouth and other uncomfortable symptom, and can be improved by using humidifier, planting plants and so on.

Productivity rise can be realized at high-speed welding, but in a practice, the constraints emanate from the tolerance welding speed limit beyond which generate humping defects and the likes. These defects are undesirable in welding as they undermined the weld bead integrity and decrease productivity. In this study, an investigation on a lap joint welding using a hybrid Laser-GMAW (L-GMAW) welding process on a carbon steel sheet was undertaken to examine the mechanisms involved in the arc behavior, the droplet transfer, and the weld pool flow dynamics in a hump defect formation at high-speed welding. A variation of the process parameters in the hybrid welding system such as the wire feed speed (WFS), the traveling speed (TS) and the oscillation of the laser beam were used as input signals. A high-speed video camera was used with different viewing positions to capture the sequence of events during the hybrid welding process. The high-speed images of the arc behavior, the weld pool flow pattern with the use of tracer particles in arriving at the root mechanisms were acquired. Based on the experimental resultant, the occurrence mechanisms of the weld defects were proposed. In this study, the key factors in the humping defect formation are the two dominant lateral flows toward the top and bottom sheets, the collision between the weld pool back- and rear-flow and the interruption of the weld pool flow channel. Also, the generation of copious spatter due to the two lateral flows and the swollen buildup towards the hump closure were responsible for the next hump initiation formation. The beam oscillation applied to wet the weld toe angle to delay the outset of the humping defect occurrence was insignificant at higher travel speed. At present, the development of rural tourism in China is faced with the embarrassment of "small scale, flat resources" and the lack of creative planning methods, which leads to the serious problem of the simplification and homogeneity of rural tourism products. From the perspective of cultural creativity, this paper puts forward TAIM model of rural tourism product development, and takes "Guangxi district-level rural tourism poverty alleviation village" Xintian village of Quanzhou county as an example to make an empirical analysis of this model, in order to provide some inspiration for the development of rural tourism products in China.

Chemical resistance is one of the important evaluation factors of ceramic tiles. This article describes the method for determining the chemical resistance of ceramic tiles, and discusses the influence of acid-base solution concentration on the test results during the experiment, and proposes corresponding improvement measures.

Two enhanced biological phosphorus removal (EBPR) reactors were operated in synthetic wastewater with different Chemical Oxygen Demand/Phosphorus (COD/P) ratios. The sludge samples at different sample times were lyophilized and characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Results showed that the infrared spectral curves from two reactors were similar but the intensities were different at specific wavenumbers. The spectral intensities at 1260cm-1 and 890cm-1 of the sludge samples from the reactor at low COD/P ratios were relatively stronger, but those of the reactor at high COD/P ratios were relatively weaker. The principal component projection plot of FTIR spectra analyzed with principal components analysis (PCA) showed that the sludge samples at the same COD/P ratios assembled together implicating the principal component projection plot could discriminate the sludge samples from different reactor. The infrared peak near 890cm-1 was separated and integrated with Gaussian peak fitting method. The integrated areas were correlated to the polyphosphate content in the sludge. Results showed that the prediction values were in good accordance with those determined by chemical method. This work provides a new method for the recognition of polyphosphate in sludge and provides a basis for the rapid determination of polyphosphate.

Service innovation has become an important way for manufacturing companies to obtain and maintain their competitive advantages. Organizational implants have been proven to enhance service innovation in manufacturing companies, while the rise of big data offers new opportunities for it. This study aims to explore the impact path from organizational implants of a manufacturing company to service innovation in the context of big data with the application of Single Case Study Method, and XI’AN SHAANGU POWER is selected as research object. The findings are suggested as follows: (1) There are two ways of organizational implants to achieve service innovation for manufactures. One is employee implants, and the other is device implants. (2) Employee implants can create relationship capital, and device implants can generate data resources. (3) Relationship capital has a direct and indirect positive impact on service innovation through professional knowledge acquisition and customer demands mining. (4) Data resources have an indirect positive impact on service innovation through customer demands mining and product technology upgrading.
