Abstract
The article explores the sociological aspects and social relations between health care personnel and patients involved in Health Centres managed by the National Health Service in Great Britain. Emphasis is given to topics such as the relationship between organizational structure and patterns of communication, the identification of casual relationships, and the social aspects of working conditions.
