Sepsis, a complex clinical syndrome characterized by an exaggerated host response to infection, often necessitates hospitalization and intensive care unit admission. Delayed or inaccurate diagnosis of sepsis, coupled with suboptimal treatment strategies, can result in unfavorable outcomes, including mortality. Maresins, a newly discovered family of lipid mediators synthesized from docosahexaenoic acid by macrophages, have emerged as key players in promoting inflammation resolution and the termination of inflammatory processes. Extensive evidence has unequivocally demonstrated the beneficial effects of maresins in modulating the inflammatory response associated with sepsis; however, their bioactivity and functions exhibit remarkable diversity and complexity. This article presents a comprehensive review of recent research on the role of maresins in sepsis, aiming to enhance our understanding of their effectiveness and elucidate the specific mechanisms underlying their actions in sepsis treatment. Establishing an accurate quality prediction model is an essential prerequisite for quality management in diesel engine manufacturing factories. However, the large production scale and non-linear relationship between features and the diesel engine power significantly aggravate the complexity of establishing a power prediction model. The identification of key features can not only improve the prediction performance but also facilitate the control of product quality. The mainstream feature selection methods estimate features on a whole static sampling space, which ignores dynamic correlation among candidate features, selected features, and the label variable. This paper focuses on the relevance between the candidate features and diesel engine quality, the complementary and redundancy between the candidate features and selected features, proposing a conditional mutual information-based dynamic feature selection method for the prediction of diesel engine quality. Then, a high-accuracy AdaBoost model is proposed with support vector regression-partial swarm optimization (SVR-PSO) as weak learners, showing a satisfactory non-linear fitting ability and a convenient parameter optimization process. Finally, several cases are performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed methods. The proposed feature selection method shows a better performance than common feature selection methods on UCI datasets. Results on diesel engine power prediction declare that the proposed AdaBoost-SVR-PSO model is an effective quality prediction method compared with adaptive boosting, multilayer perception, and gradient boosting decision tree. IKBKE (Inhibitor of Nuclear Factor Kappa-B Kinase Subunit Epsilon) is an important oncogenic protein in a variety of tumors, which can promote tumor growth, proliferation, invasion and drug resistance, and plays a critical regulatory role in the occurrence and progression of malignant tumors. HMGA1a (High Mobility Group AT-hook 1a) functions as a cofactor for proper transcriptional regulation and is highly expressed in multiple types of tumors. ZEB2 (Zinc finger E -bo x Binding homeobo x 2) exerts active functions in epithelial mesenchymal transformation (EMT). In our current study, we confirmed that IKBKE can increase the proliferation, invasion and migration of glioblastoma cells. We then found that IKBKE can phosphorylate HMGA1a at Ser 36 and/or Ser 44 sites and inhibit the degradation process of HMGA1a, and regulate the nuclear translocation of HMGA1a. Crucially, we observed that HMGA1a can regulate ZEB2 gene expression by interacting with ZEB2 promoter region. Hence, HMGA1a was found to promote the ZEB2-related metastasis. Consequently, we demonstrated that IKBKE can exert its oncogenic functions via the IKBKE/HMGA1a/ZEB2 signalling axis, and IKBKE may be a prominent biomarker for the treatment of glioblastoma in the future. Nine polyacetylenes, including five new compounds named sadivaethynes E -I (1 – 5), were isolated from the roots of Saposhnikovia divaricata. Structural elucidation of compounds 1 – 5 was established by extensive spectroscopic analysis, quantum chemical calculations and DP4+ probability analysis. Among them, the absolute configuration of compound 1 – 2 , 4 – 5 was unambiguous determined by ECD. Also, all compounds were evaluated for cytotoxicity against two human cancer cell lines (A549, HEPG2) in vitro, compound 9 showed moderate inhibitory effect with an IC 50 value of 11.66 μM against HEPG2. A Janus photocathode of asymmetric wettability with hydrophobic oxygen storage layer and hydrophilic catalyst layer was successfully fabricated by graphite felt (GF) polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-hydrophobization and a subsequent hollow sphere NiFe 2 O 4 @ZnFe 2 O 4 (NF@ZF) Z-scheme photocatalysts coating on the other side of GF. The designed Janus electrode showed significantly higher H 2 O 2 production than hydrophilic (NF@ZF/GF) and hydrophobic (NF@ZF/PTFE/GF) electrodes, and achieved a higher faradaic efficiency of 72%, as well as a record H 2 O 2 production rate of 255.9 mg·L−1∙h−1, while maintaining a stable photoelectrochemical performance for 9 h at 2.8 mA∙cm−2 in Na 2 SO 4 solution. The two-electrode co-photoelectrolysis system by coupling the ORR with inorganic arsenic/organoarsenic oxidation can simultaneously produce H 2 O 2 at Janus photocathode and As (V) at Fe anode under a low energy consumption (a cell voltage of only 0.7 V), respectively, and then the generated As (V) could be rapidly removed (above 93%) by adsorption onto Fe (III) (hydro)oxides. It is a green and sustainable path to establish cheap solid waste-based catalyst to establish peroxymonosulfate (PMS) catalytic system for the degradation of carbamazepine (CBZ) in water. In this study, durable copper tailing waste residue-based catalyst (CSWR) was prepared, and efficient CSWR/PMS system was constructed for catalytic degradation of CBZ for first time. The morphology and structure of CSWR changed from clumps to porous and loose amorphous by alkali leaching and medium temperature calcination. The reconstructed surface of the CSWR exposes more active sites promotes the catalytic reaction and increases the degradation rate of CBZ by more than 39.8 times. And the CSWR/PMS achieved a CBZ removal of nearly 99.99 % in 20 min. In particular, perovskite-type iron-calcium compounds were formed, which stimulated the production of more HO• and SO 4 •− in the system. DFT calculation shows that CSWR has stronger adsorption energy and electron transfer ability to PMS molecules, which improved the degradation efficiency of the system. In general, this study proposed a means of high-value waste utilization, which provided a new idea for the preparation of solid waste based environmental functional materials and is expected to be widely used in practical wastewater treatment. • Magnetoelectric water combined with 15 mg/L foliar iron promoted spinach growth. • Chlorophyll content mainly affected the yield and iron absorption of spinach. • Logistic model and light response model well simulated the growth process of spinach. • The prediction model of spinach yield based on chlorophyll content was well fitting. Vegetable cultivation is highly profitable and can quickly generate earnings. The demand for vegetables is increasing daily compared with grain crops. However, the inefficient use of water resources and the lack of microelements in soil prevent improvements in vegetable quality and yield. This study conducted indoor pot experiments on spinach (Spinacea oleracea L.), including five concentrations of foliar iron (e.g., 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 mg/L) under conventional water and magnetoelectric water irrigation conditions. This experiment was conducted to clarify the effect of the combined application of magnetoelectric water and foliar iron fertilizer on the growth characteristics and iron absorption patterns of spinach. The results demonstrated that magnetoelectric water combined with the application of 15 mg/L foliar iron fertilizer was the most effective combination. These results occurred by (1) increasing the available iron content in the soil while promoting the accumulation of total nitrogen in spinach leaves and (2) increasing the chlorophyll content and maximum net photosynthetic rate of spinach leaves. This resulted in a significant increase of 31.91 % in the aboveground fresh weight of spinach and an iron enrichment coefficient of 40.12 %. Additionally, the accuracy of the logistic growth and light response model to simulate the growth and light response process of spinach was greater than 0.98, indicating good fitting effects. The increase in chlorophyll content was the main factor promoting spinach growth and iron absorption, and the prediction model of spinach yield based on chlorophyll content was well fitting. These results provide theoretical references and technical support for promoting magnetoelectric water irrigation technology combined with foliar iron fertilizer to improve vegetable yields. In recent years, the rapid advancement of deep learning and the advent of extensive human motion datasets have significantly enhanced the prominence of human motion prediction technology. This article presents an overview of prevalent model architectures within this field, critically examining their advantages and drawbacks. It methodically reviews recent research breakthroughs, offering in-depth analyses of significant works. Additionally, the paper provides a comprehensive survey of current methodologies, widely used datasets, and standard evaluation metrics in human motion prediction. A novel zero carbon emission combined power and hydrogen system is developed in this paper, which integrates power generation, hydrogen production, and energy storage. The novel combined system is composed of solar power tower subsystem, supercritical carbon dioxide recompression Brayton cycle subsystem, hydrogen gas turbine subsystem, hydrogen production subsystem and thermoelectric generator subsystem. Considering the solar instability, three operating modes are set for the combined system: pure hydrogen mode, solar‑hydrogen hybrid mode and pure solar energy mode. Comprehensive energy, exergy and economic analyses are performed for the combined system. The effects of five key parameters on the system performance are investigated. Taking the maximum exergy efficiency and the minimum levelized cost of energy as the objective function, the key parameters are optimized by the genetic algorithm. Results show that in pure hydrogen mode, the thermal and exergy efficiency of the combined system are 44.79% and 45.49%, respectively. Compared with pure hydrogen mode, the levelized cost of energy is reduced by 44.76% and 75.16% in solar‑hydrogen hybrid and pure solar energy mode. There is an optimal compressor pressure ratio to make the combined system have better thermodynamic and economic performance. Parameter optimization results show that for pure solar mode, the levelized cost of energy of the combined system is 75.4% and 56.3% lower than that of pure hydrogen mode, solar‑hydrogen hybrid mode respectively in the levelized cost of energy optimal design. The derived significant contributions of this work highlight strong potentials for combined system based on solar energy‑hydrogen complementary utilization. Largemouth bass (LMB; Micropterus salmoides) is an economically consequential piscine species spanning North America, Europe, and China. Elevated nitrite concentrations in aquatic environments cause significant physiological changes in fish, including stunted growth, appetite changes, reduced feed intake, and impaired oxygen transport, collectively affecting overall fish health. This study embarked on uncovering the molecular mechanisms underscoring the influence of various nitrite concentrations (0 mg/L, 400 mg/L, 600 mg/L, and 600 mg/L followed by recovery in nitrite-free water) on LMB, leveraging transcriptomics and metabolomics. Our findings revealed that a nitrite exposure of 400/600 mg/L may incite temporary, recoverable damage to the spleen, heart, and gills, but potentially enduring, irreversible hepatic pathologies. The spleen emerged as the most vulnerable organ to nitrite-induced deleterious impacts, causing acute, reversible damage and widespread apoptosis. Nitrite reprogramed splenocyte gene expressions, and prompted apoptosis, autophagy, and changes in metabolic pathways. It also triggered cell-type transitions and promoted adhesion-related gene expressions, as well as inhibited nucleotide metabolism and cell cycle progression. Notably, the immune cell repertoire within the spleen was affected by different nitrite concentrations, possibly linking to nitrite-induced spleen tissue impairment. Following the construction of a LMB protein–protein interaction (PPI) network, several pivotal genes uniquely expressed in distinct nitrite concentrations were identified, such as hdac4 , hdac5 , and brg1 in the N2 group (400 mg/L), hdac1 , hells , and nccrp1 in the N3 group (600 mg/L), and Actr1 , brd4 , atf7a , and kat2b in the N4 group (600 mg/L recovery). The LMB spleen transcriptome was most profoundly influenced in the N3 group. Applying the MCODE algorithm for network module segmentation, we discerned eight MCODE subnetworks. Detailed analyses of these subnetworks shed light on their core functional pathways and pivotal genes. In particular, the MCODE1 core network implicated mainly Notch-HLH transcription, histone deacetylation, and protein deacetylation pathways, with pivotal genes such as ESRRGB , ATF7A , JDP2A , BRD4 , and THRB. Metabolomic analysis results paralleled those of transcriptomic examination, corroborating analogous metabolic pathway alterations. • Rigid-flexible block copolymer improves PI membrane water flux. • Build microphase separation to produce efficient water mass transfer channel and realize rapid molecular mass transfer. • Use PDMS block to weaken the molecular spacing of PI, construct continuous phase of PI realizing efficient dehydration. High concentration ethanol dehydration had attracted great attentions through membrane separation methodology in the past years, of which membrane is the key factor to decide the separation performance. In this paper, a series of novel self-supported membranes were prepared based on PDMS- b -PI- b -PDMS triblock copolymers by solution casting method. The composition and structure of the copolymers were confirmed by FTIR, GPC and 1HNMR. The self-supported dehydrated membranes showed good thermal, chemical, and mechanical stability. Their water contact angle decreased obviously from 96° to 61° with the increasing PI contents from 50% to 100% in the triblock copolymers. The clear microphase separation with continuous PI domains of PDMS- b -PI- b -PDMS based membranes were observed in the TEM image. The microphase domain size increased with the increasing of molecular weight and content of PDMS. The higher domain size resulted in lower flux and higher separation factor of these membranes. The membrane M3, which has 70 wt% of PI content in the triblock copolymer, exhibit excellent ethanol dehydration performance with flux of 3.96 kg·m−2·h−1, separation factor of 255 and maintained 120 h with barely decreasing in separation performance, for 95 wt% ethanol solution at 20 °C. When elevated the feed temperature upto 60 °C, the dehydration flux increased to 16.90 kg·m−2·h−1, and the separation factor decreased to 37. This study first constructs an evaluation index system based on the pressure state response model, and assigns weights through entropy method and coefficient of variation method, providing theoretical and methodological support for comprehensive measurement and evaluation. Second, the least squares decision model is introduced and the PVAR model is used to analyze the development level of China's marine economy, ecology, and technological and financial innovation. The results indicated that from 2012 to 2022, the marine economic development level, marine ecological development level, and marine technology and financial innovation development level of 9 coastal provinces in China all showed a certain growth trend. However, in terms of the level of marine ecological development, various provinces had shown a downward trend, with Hebei performing the best, with an average of 0.230. Although various regions have achieved significant development in marine economy, ecology, and technological and financial innovation, the level of development varies among regions, and some regions have relatively low levels of technological innovation. Nowadays, the development of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) is advancing rapidly, and intelligent devices are increasingly exposed to more security risks on the network. Deep learning‐based intrusion detection is an effective security defence approach. Federated learning (FL) is capable of enabling deep learning models to be trained on local clients without uploading their data to a central server. This paper proposes a novel federated learning aggregation algorithm called fed‐dynamic gravitational search algorithm (Fed‐DGSA), which incorporates the GSA algorithm to optimize the weight updating process of FL local models. During the updating process, the decay rate of the gravity coefficient is optimized and random perturbations and dynamic weights are introduced to ensure a more stable and efficient FL aggregation process. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of Fed‐DGSA has reached about 97.8%, and it is demonstrated that the model trained using Fed‐DGSA achieves higher accuracy compared to Fed‐Avg. PETase exhibits a high degradation activity for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic under moderate temperatures. However, the effect of non-active site residues in the second shell of PETase on the catalytic performance remains unclear. Herein, we proposed a crystal structure- and sequence-based strategy to identify the key non-active site residue. D186 in the second shell of PETase was found to be capable of modulating the enzyme activity and stability. The most active PETaseD186N improved both the activity and thermostability with an increase in Tm by 8.89 °C. The PET degradation product concentrations were 1.86 and 3.69 times higher than those obtained with PETaseWT at 30 and 40 °C, respectively. The most stable PETaseD186V showed an increase in Tm of 12.91 °C over PETaseWT. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations revealed that the D186 mutations could elevate the substrate binding free energy and change substrate binding mode, and/or rigidify the flexible Loop 10, and lock Loop 10 and Helix 6 by hydrogen bonding, leading to the enhanced activity and/or thermostability of PETase variants. This work unraveled the contribution of the key second-shell residue in PETase in influencing the enzyme activity and stability, which would benefit in the rational design of efficient and thermostable PETase. MiR399 plays an important role in plant growth and development. The objective of the present study was to elucidate the evolutionary characteristics of the MIR399 gene family in grapevine and investigate its role in stress response. To comprehensively investigate the functions of miR399 in grapevine, nine members of the Vvi-MIR399 family were identified based on the genome, using a miRBase database search, located on four chromosomes (Chr 2, Chr 10, Chr 15, and Chr 16). The lengths of the Vvi-miR399 precursor sequences ranged from 82 to 122 nt and they formed stable stem–loop structures, indicating that they could produce microRNAs (miRNAs). Furthermore, our results suggested that the 2 to 20 nt region of miR399 mature sequences were relatively conserved among family members. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the Vvi-MIR399 members of dicots (Arabidopsis, tomato, and sweet orange) and monocots (rice and grapevine) could be divided into three clades, and most of the Vvi-MIR399s were closely related to sweet orange in dicots. Promoter analysis of Vvi-MIR399s showed that the majority of the predicted cis-elements were related to stress response. A total of 66.7% (6/9) of the Vvi-MIR399 promoters harbored drought, GA, and SA response elements, and 44.4% (4/9) of the Vvi-MIRR399 promoters also presented elements involved in ABA and MeJA response. The expression trend of Vvi-MIR399s was consistent in different tissues, with the lowest expression level in mature and young fruits and the highest expression level in stems and young leaves. However, nine Vvi-MIR399s and four target genes showed different expression patterns when exposed to low light, high light, heat, cold, drought, and salt stress. Interestingly, a putative target of Vvi-MIR399 targeted multiple genes; for example, seven Vvi-MIR399s simultaneously targeted VIT_213s0067g03280.1. Furthermore, overexpression of Vvi_MIR399e and Vvi_MIR399f in Arabidopsis enhanced tolerance to drought compared with wild-type (WT). In contrast, the survival rate of Vvi_MIR399d-overexpressed plants were zero after drought stress. Background: Breast Cancer (BC) is a highly heterogeneous and complex disease. Personalized treatment options require the integration of multi-omic data and consideration of phenotypic variability. Radiogenomics aims to merge medical images with genomic measurements but encounter challenges due to unpaired data consisting of imaging, genomic, or clinical outcome data. In this study, we propose the utilization of a well-trained conditional generative adversarial network (cGAN) to address the unpaired data issue in radiogenomic analysis of BC. The generated images will then be used to predict the mutations status of key driver genes and BC subtypes. Methods: We integrated the paired MRI and multi-omic (mRNA gene expression, DNA methylation, and copy number variation) profiles of 61 BC patients from The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). To facilitate this integration, we employed a Bayesian Tensor Factorization approach to factorize the multi-omic data into 17 latent features. Subsequently, a cGAN model was trained based on the matched side-view patient MRIs and their corresponding latent features to predict MRIs for BC patients who lack MRIs. Model performance was evaluated by calculating the distance between real and generated images using the Fréchet Inception Distance (FID) metric. BC subtype and mutation status of driver genes were obtained from the cBioPortal platform, where 3 genes were selected based on the number of mutated patients. A convolutional neural network (CNN) was constructed and trained using the generated MRIs for mutation status prediction. Receiver operating characteristic area under curve (ROC-AUC) and precision-recall area under curve (PR-AUC) were used to evaluate the performance of the CNN models for mutation status prediction. Precision, recall and F1 score were used to evaluate the performance of the CNN model in subtype classification. Results: The FID of the images from the well-trained cGAN model based on the test set is 1.31. The CNN for TP53, PIK3CA, and CDH1 mutation prediction yielded ROC-AUC values 0.9508, 0.7515, and 0.8136 and PR-AUC are 0.9009, 0.7184, and 0.5007, respectively for the three genes. Multi-class subtype prediction achieved precision, recall and F1 scores of 0.8444, 0.8435 and 0.8336 respectively. Herein, we report a facile method to directly self‐assemble a poly(3‐(2‐ethylhexyl)thiophene), P3EHT‐based block copolymer into densely aligned micellar brushes through surface‐initiated living crystallization‐driven self‐assembly. The presence of an ethyl pendant on the side group intrinsically moderates the crystallization rate of the polythiophene main chains, and hence favors the controlled living growth of long conjugated fibers and the subsequent fabrication of conjugated micellar brushes. The corona of the micellar brush can be further decorated with platinum nanoparticles, which enables the formation of erect nanoarrays with heights up to 2700 nm in the dried state. This also renders the micellar brush catalytically active toward hydrogen evolution reaction, which shows a low overpotential of 27 mV at 10 mA cm−2. Pyrolae herba (PH), a kind of Chinese herb, has been identified to have an anti-inflammatory effect, while the potential for treating cognitive impairment (CI), as well as the underlying mechanisms, is unclear. Currently, the interaction between neuroinflammation and neural function play a critical role in pathophysiology of CI. To elucidate therapeutic effect of PH for CI as well as its underlying mechanisms with LPS-treated mice model. In this study, male C57BL6/J mice received lipopolysaccharide (LPS) injection for 10 days to establish CI model and were administrated with PH for 14 days. We used piracetam as a positive control. Memory and spatial function was tested by Morris water maze (MWM). The level of inflammation-related cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-10, IL-6) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in serum and western blot in hippocampus. Immunofluorescence (IF) was used to measure the levels of ionized calcium binding linker molecule 1 (IBA-1), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), BrdU, Ki67 and doublecortin (DCX) in hippocampus. The mRNA sequencing was used to screen the potential target of PH with therapeutic CI. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to determine the gene alteration of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) in hippocampus. We used western blot to determine protein expressions of TREM2 and its related signaling, as well as synaptic proteins in hippocampus. The results revealed that LPS contributed to CI, and PH or piracetam treatment significantly ameliorated CI in MWM test. LPS contributed to increasing expressions of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum and hippocampus, which both reversed by PH or piracetam. PH or piracetam could inhibit the activation of glial cells including microglia and astrocyte in the hippocampus in LPS-induced CI model. The mRNA sequencing and RT-PCR results showed that LPS significantly increased the gene expression of TREM2, which was reversed by PH. The alteration of TREM2 expression was the most significant among the 10 genes (TREM2, Slc24a2, Ptch2, Gck, Il1rapl1, Cadps2, Btbd11, Secisbp2l, Tenm3 and Prepl) in hippocampus. Protein results showed that LPS upregulated the expressions of TREM2 and its related proteins including DAP12, spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) phosphorylation and ADAM 10, which were all reversed by PH or piracetam in hippocampus. Furthermore, LPS was capable of reducing the expression of BrdU and DCX co-labeled positive cells in hippocampal dentate gyrus (DG), which was reversed only by PH. Moreover, PH or piracetam treatment significantly increased the expression of Ki67 and DCX co-labeled positive cells in hippocampal DG. The expression of synapsin1 was obviously decreased by LPS and was significantly reversed by PH or piracetam. PH could alleviate CI by suppressing the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines and mitigating astrocyte activity by restraining microglia's activation in hippocampus, further facilitating neurogenesis and proliferation, thereby enhancing pre-synaptic protein. Jiawei-Xiaoyao pill (JWX), a traditional Chinese medicine, was recorded in ancient Chinese medicine pharmacopoeia using for treatment of various diseases, including mood disorders. Current mainstream antidepressants have a disadvantage in delayed onset of action. The rapid antidepressant potential of JWX and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. We aimed to assess the rapid antidepressant potential of JWX, within the prescription dose range, and the distinct underlying neuroplasticity signaling mechanism. The rapid antidepressant response of JWX were determined using various behavioral paradigms, and in a corticosterone (CORT)-induced depression model in mice. The molecular neuroplasticity signaling and the expression of BDNF in the hippocampus was evaluated using immunoblotting and immunostaining. The contribution of specific signaling was investigated using pharmacological interventions. A single dose of JWX induced rapid and persistent antidepressant effects in both the normal and chronic CORT-exposed mice. The phosphorylation of CaMKII, mTOR, ERK and the expressions of BDNF, synapsin1 and PSD95 increased at 30 min post JWX. JWX restored the expression of BDNF in the hippocampal dentate gyrus reduced by CORT-exposure. The rapid antidepressant effect and upregulation of BDNF expression by JWX was blunted by a mTOR antagonist, rapamycin, or a CaMKII antagonist, KN-93. CaMKII signaling blockade blunted mTOR signaling activated by JWX, but not vice versa. JWX elicits a rapid antidepressant effect, via quickly stimulating CaMKII signaling, subsequently activating mTOR-BDNF signaling pathway, and thus enhancing hippocampal neuroplasticity. Multi-column periodic counter-current chromatography is a promising technology for continuous antibody capture. However, dynamic changes due to disturbances and drifts pose some potential risks for continuous processes during long-term operation. In this study, a model-based approach was used to describe the changes in breakthrough curves with feedstock variations in target proteins and impurities. The performances of continuous capture of three-column periodic counter-current chromatography under ΔUV dynamic control were systematically evaluated with modeling to assess the risks under different feedstock variations. As the concentration of target protein decreased rapidly, the protein might not breakthrough from the first column, resulting in the failure of ΔUV control. Small reductions in the concentrations of target proteins or impurities would cause protein losses, which could be predicted by the modeling. The combination of target protein and impurity variations showed complicated effects on the process performance of continuous capture. A contour map was proposed to describe the comprehensive impacts under different situations, and nonoperation areas could be identified due to control failure or protein loss. With the model-based approach, after the model parameters are estimated from the breakthrough curves, it can rapidly predict the process stability under dynamic control and assess the risks under feedstock variations or UV signal drifts. In conclusion, the model-based approach is a powerful tool for continuous process evaluation under dynamic changes and would be useful for establishing a new real-time dynamic control strategy. Five new biflavonoids, diphybiflavonoids A − E (1 – 5), were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of Diphylleia sinensis. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic data, including UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS and 2D NMR. Their absolute configurations were determined by ECD spectra. All isolated compounds were evaluated for acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity. Compounds 1 – 4 exhibited the potent AChE inhibitory activities with IC 50 values of 1.62, 2.10, 2.08, and 5.15 μM, respectively. The preliminary structure-activity relationship study indicated that the connection mode (C2-O-C4′′′/C3-O-C3′′′ or C2-O-C3′′′/C3-O-C4′′′) of biflavonoid subunits, and 3-hydroxy group of flavonol subunit were important structural factors for AChE inhibitory activity. Biflavonoids, containing a C2-O-C4′′′/C3-O-C3′′′ or C2-O-C3′′′/C3-O-C4′′′ linkage, can be a potentially useful platform for development of cholinesterase inhibitors. The myometrium, composed of the inner circular muscle (CM) and outer longitudinal muscle (LM), is crucial in establishing and maintaining early pregnancy. However, the molecular mechanisms involved are not well understood. In this study, we identified the transcriptomic features of the CM and LM collected from the mesometrial (M) and anti-mesometrial (AM) sides of the pig uterus on day 18 of pregnancy during the placentation initiation phase. Some genes in the cellular zinc ion level regulatory pathways (MT-1A , MT-1D , MT-2B , SLC30A2 , and SLC39A2) were spatially and highly enriched in uterine CM at the mesometrial side. In addition, the histone modification profiles of H3K27ac and H3K4me3 in uterine CM and LM collected from the mesometrial side were characterized. Genomic regions associated with the expression of genes regulating the cellular zinc ion level were detected. Moreover, six highly linked variants in the H3K27ac-enriched region of the pig SLC30A2 gene were identified and found to be significantly associated with the total number born at the second parity (P < 0.05). Frequency diverse array (FDA) multiple-input multiple-out (MIMO) radar has an inherent higher-dimensional data structure that can be exploited in temporal, spatial, and range-dependent dimensions for space–time-range adaptive processing (STRAP). This paper addresses the problem of tensor filters in application to space–time-range clutter suppression for FDA-MIMO radar. The characteristics of space–time-range clutter are discussed to establish the multidimensional signal models. FDA-MIMO radar can divide the secondary range cell within the range resolution cell of MIMO radar when they have the same matching filter bandwidth in the receive channel. Specifically, the target-free covariance information can be estimated from more secondary training cells for FDA-MIMO radar. According to the discussed properties of space–time-range clutter, namely secondary clutter rings, clutter degrees of freedom (DOFs), and the range-dimensional non-stationary characteristic, a tensor-based STRAP approach with range compensation is proposed to suppress clutter for FDA-MIMO radar. Numerical results verify the mentioned clutter characteristics and illustrate the importance of the samples number and range compensation operation for the proposed tensor filter. The major histocompatibility complexes of vertebrates play a key role in the immune response. Antigen-presenting cells are loaded on MHC I molecules, which mainly present endogenous antigens; when MHC I presents exogenous antigens, this is called cross-presentation. The discovery of cross-presentation provides an important theoretical basis for the study of exogenous antigens. Cross-presentation is a complex process in which MHC I molecules present antigens to the cell surface to activate CD8+ T lymphocytes. The process of cross-representation includes many components, and this article briefly outlines the origins and development of MHC molecules, gene structures, functions, and their classical presentation pathways. The cross-presentation pathways of MHC I molecules, the cell lines that support cross-presentation, and the mechanisms of MHC I molecular transporting are all reviewed. After more than 40 years of research, the specific mechanism of cross-presentation is still unclear. Atomically precise low‐nuclearity (n<10) silver nanoclusters (AgNCs) have garnered significant interest due to their size‐dependent optical properties and diverse applications. However, their synthesis has remained challenging, primarily due to their inherent instability. The present study introduces a new feasible approach for clustering silver ions utilizing highly negative and redox‐inert polyoxoniobates (PONbs) as all‐inorganic ligands. This strategy not only enables the creation of novel Ag‐PONb composite nanoclusters but also facilitates the synthesis of stable low‐nuclearity AgNCs. Using this method, we have successfully synthesized a small octanuclear rhombic [Ag8]6+ AgNC stabilized by six highly negative [LiNb27O75]14− polyoxoanions. This marks the first PONb‐protected superatomic AgNC, designated as {Ag8@(LiNb27O75)6} (Ag8@Nb162), with an aesthetically spherical core–shell structure. The crystalline Ag8@Nb162 is stable under ambient conditions, What's more, it is water‐soluble and able to maintain its molecular cluster structure intact in water. Further, the stable small [Ag8]6+ AgNC has interesting temperature‐ and pH‐dependent reversible fluorescence response, based on which a multiple optical encryption mode for anti‐counterfeit technology was demonstrated. Two inorganic–organic hybrid polyoxotantalates, H4[Na(H2O)5]2[CoII(en)3]2{[CoIII(en)]2(Ta6O19)2}·22H2O (1) and H2K2Na6 (H2O)24{[CoIII(en)]2(Ta6O19)2}·33H2O (2) have been constructed from {[CoIII(en)(Ta6O19)]2}10− ({Co2Ta12}) dimers. Compound 1 has a three-dimensional supramolecular framework with a pcu-type topology. Compound 2 possesses a three-dimensional structure composed of {Co2Ta12} dimers and alkali metal ions (Na+/K+) via coordination bonds. Polyoxotantalates 1 and 2 have been used as active materials for ITO/1/Ag and ITO/2/Ag RRAM devices. These devices exhibit stable non-volatile storage behavior and rewritable resistive switching with high ON/OFF ratios of 1.43 × 103 and 2.17 × 104 for 1-based and 2-based RRAM devices, respectively, and stable cyclic performance during 100-cycle stability tests. Bulk photovoltaic effect, i.e. shift current, is a nonlinear second‐order optical response that can rectify an alternating current (AC) electric field into a direct current (DC). Depending on the wavelength of the incident light, shift current finds applications in various fields, including solar energy conversion and radiation detection. Its promising application in energy conversion and information processing has inspired investigations to uncover the relationship between shift current and electronic structures of materials. Despite numerous efforts dedicated to designing principles for strong bulk photovoltaic effect materials, the only widely accepted crucial parameter is the joint density of states (JDOS). In this study, employing effective model analysis and first‐principles calculations, an enhancement effect of bulk photovoltaic effect is found to arise from band hybridization that is typically along with anti‐crossing‐like electronic band structures, similar to the Berry curvature effects in intrinsic anomalous Hall conductivity. While this mechanism does not offer a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between electronic structure and the magnitude of bulk photovoltaic effect, it represents practical progress in the design of materials with strong bulk photovoltaic effect. Regulating nuclear export precisely is essential for maintaining mRNA homeostasis and impacts tumor progression. However, the mechanisms governing nuclear mRNA export remain poorly elucidated. Herein, it is revealed that the enhanced hypoxic long no‐ncoding RNA (lncRNA prostate cancer associated transcript 6 (PCAT6) in breast cancer (BC) promotes the nuclear export of m6A‐modified mRNAs, bolstering breast cancer stem cells (BCSCs) stemness and doxorubicin resistance. Clinically, hypoxic PCAT6 correlates with malignant BC features and poor prognosis. Mechanically, PCAT6 functions as a scaffold between interferon‐stimulated gene 15 (ISG15) and heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2/B1 (hnRNPA2B1), leading to ISGylation of hnRNPA2B1, thus protecting hnRNPA2B1 from ubiquitination‐mediated proteasomal degradation. Interestingly, as an m6A reader, hnRNPA2B1 selectively mediates m6A‐tagged mRNAs nuclear export via the Aly/REF export factor (ALYREF)/ nuclear RNA export factor 1 (NXF1) complex, which promotes stemness‐related genes expression. HnRNPA2B1 knockdown or mRNA export inhibition can result in the retention of nuclear m6A‐tagged mRNA associated with stemness maintenance, which suppresses BCSCs self‐renewal and effectively improves the efficacy of doxorubicin therapy. These findings demonstrate the pivotal role of m6A‐modified mRNA nuclear export in BC progression, highlighting that the inhibition of m6A‐tagged mRNA and its nuclear export is a potential therapeutic strategy for the amelioration of cancer chemotherapy. BACKGROUND METHOD RESULTS CONCLUSION The integration of inorganic and organic fertilizers is increasingly being recommended to address the demand for sustainable cotton cultivation and to mitigate the ecological impacts of reliance on inorganic fertilizers. However, the nuanced effects of this combined fertilization approach on soil quality, cotton growth, yield, and their interaction mechanisms, remain unclear.To elucidate this, a 2‐year field trial (2022–2023) was conducted, incorporating five fertilization treatments: low inorganic fertilizer (BI1), high inorganic fertilizer (BI2), organic fertilizer (BO), combined low inorganic and organic fertilizer (BIO1), and combined high inorganic and organic fertilizer (BIO2). This study aimed to evaluate the influence of these treatments on soil quality, cotton growth, and yield.The results indicate that the BO treatment significantly enhanced plant height growth rate, and BIO1 treatment increased leaf area index and dry matter accumulation growth rate. Critical soil parameters such as alkali‐hydrolyzed nitrogen and available potassium emerged as pivotal determinants of soil quality over the trial period, corresponding to soil quality index (SQI) values of 0.482 and 0.478, and yields of 7506.19 kg ha−1 and 6788.02 kg ha−1, respectively. Water productivity reached optimum levels at SQI values of 0.461 and 0.462, with corresponding efficiencies of 13.31 kg (ha mm)−1 and 12.16 kg (ha mm)−1. Partial least squares path modeling revealed that integrating organic fertilizer with reduced inorganic fertilizer usage significantly boosts cotton yield by enhancing soil quality (path coefficient: 0.842).In conclusion, this integrated fertilization strategy not only improves soil health but also increases agricultural productivity. Herein, a novel strategy is presented for the photoinduced decarboxylative and dehydrogenative cross-coupling of a wide range of α-fluoroacrylic acids with hydrogermanes. This methodology provides an efficient and robust approach for producing various germylated monofluoroalkenes with excellent stereoselectivity within a brief photoirradiation period. The regulation of PD‐L1 is the key question, which largely determines the outcome of the immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) based therapy. However, besides the transcription level, the protein stability of PD‐L1 is closely correlated with its function and has drawn increasing attention. In this study, EZH2 inhibition enhances PD‐L1 expression and protein stability, and the deubiquitinase ubiquitin‐specific peptidase 22 (USP22) is identified as a key mediator in this process. EZH2 inhibition transcriptionally upregulates USP22 expression, and upregulated USP22 further stabilizes PD‐L1. Importantly, a combination of EZH2 inhibitors with anti‐PD‐1 immune checkpoint blockade therapy improves the tumor microenvironment, enhances sensitivity to immunotherapy, and exerts synergistic anticancer effects. In addition, knocking down USP22 can potentially enhance the therapeutic efficacy of EZH2 inhibitors on colon cancer. Topological magnets (TMs) with the coupled topology of electronic band structures and spin configuration have exhibited exotic transport properties that are overwhelmingly appealing for transverse thermoelectric applications. Here, high‐performance Nernst generators are developed utilizing polycrystalline topological Heusler bulk magnets. Benefiting from the robustness of topological effect to grain boundary scattering, polycrystalline Co2MnGa is found to exhibit a large Nernst thermopower of ≈6.5 µV K−1 at 300 K, which is comparable to the previously reported record value in its single crystal. The developed Nernst generators thereby exhibit excellent performance with an output voltage of 5.4 mV and power of 14.3 µW, significantly higher than that of Nernst thermopiles assembled using conventional ferromagnets. DDB1‐Cullin‐4‐associated factor‐2 (DCAF2, also known as DTL or CDT2), a conserved substrate recognition protein of Cullin‐RING E3 ligase 4 (CRL4), recognizes and degrades several substrate proteins during the S phase to maintain cell cycle progression and genome stability. Dcaf2 mainly expressed in germ cells of human and mouse. Our study found that Dcaf2 was expressed in mouse spermatogonia and spermatocyte. The depletion of Dcaf2 in germ cells by crossing Dcaf2fl/fl mice with stimulated by retinoic acid gene 8(Stra8)‐Cre mice caused a reduction in progenitor spermatogonia and differentiating spermatogonia, eventually leading to the failure of meiosis initiation and male infertility. Further studies showed that depletion of Dcaf2 in germ cells caused abnormal accumulation of the substrate proteins, cyclin‐dependent kinase inhibitor 1A (p21) and thymine DNA glycosylase (TDG), decreasing of cell proliferation, increasing of DNA damage and apoptosis. Overexpression of p21 or TDG attenuates proliferation and increases DNA damage and apoptosis in GC‐1 cells, which is exacerbated by co‐overexpression of p21 and TDG. The findings indicate that DCAF2 maintains the proliferation and differentiation of progenitor spermatogonia by targeting the substrate proteins p21 and TDG during the S phase. Objective: To further comprehend the phenotype of multiple mitochondrial dysfunction syndrome type 3 (MMDS3:OMIM#615330) caused by IBA57 mutation. We present a case involving a patient who experienced acute neurological regression, and the literature was reviewed. Methods: Clinical data and laboratory test results were collected; early language and development progress were tested; and genetic testing was performed. Bioinformatics analysis was performed using Mutation Taster and PolyPhen‐2, and the literature in databases such as PubMed and CNKI was searched using MMDS3 and IBA57 as keywords. Results: The child, aged 1 year and 2 months, had motor decline, unable to sit alone, limited right arm movement, hypotonia, hyperreflexia of both knees, and Babinski sign positivity on the right side, accompanied by nystagmus. Blood lactate levels were elevated at 2.50 mmol/L. Brain MR indicated slight swelling in the bilateral frontoparietal and occipital white matter areas and the corpus callosum, with extensive abnormal signals on T1 and T2 images, along with the semioval center and occipital lobes bilaterally. The multiple abnormal signals in the brain suggested metabolic leukoencephalopathy. Whole‐exome sequencing analysis revealed that the child had two heterozygous mutations in the IBA57 gene, c.286T>C (p.Y96H) (likely pathogenic, LP) and c.992T>A (p.L331Q) (variant of uncertain significance, VUS). As of March 2023, a literature search showed that 56 cases of MMDS3 caused by IBA57 mutation had been reported worldwide, with 35 cases reported in China. Among the 35 IBA57 mutations listed in the HGMD database, there were 28 missense or nonsense mutations, 2 splicing mutations, 2 small deletions, and 3 small insertions. Conclusion: MMDS3 predominantly manifests in infancy, with primary symptoms including feeding difficulties, neurological functional regression, muscle weakness, with severe cases potentially leading to mortality. Diagnosis is supported by elevated lactate levels, multisystem impairment (including auditory and visual systems), and distinctive MRI findings. Whole‐exome sequencing is crucial for diagnosis. OBJECTIVE: To characterize high type 1 diabetes (T1D) genetic risk in a population where type 2 diabetes (T2D) predominates. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS: Characteristics typically associated with T1D were assessed in 109,594 Million Veteran Program participants with adult-onset diabetes, 2011–2021, who had T1D genetic risk scores (GRS) defined as low (0 to <45%), medium (45 to <90%), high (90 to <95%), or highest (≥95%). RESULTS: T1D characteristics increased progressively with higher genetic risk (P < 0.001 for trend). A GRS ≥90% was more common with diabetes diagnoses before age 40 years, but 95% of those participants were diagnosed at age ≥40 years, and their characteristics resembled those of individuals with T2D in mean age (64.3 years) and BMI (32.3 kg/m2). Compared with the low-risk group, the highest-risk group was more likely to have diabetic ketoacidosis (low GRS 0.9% vs. highest GRS 3.7%), hypoglycemia prompting emergency visits (3.7% vs. 5.8%), outpatient plasma glucose <50 mg/dL (7.5% vs. 13.4%), a shorter median time to start insulin (3.5 vs. 1.4 years), use of a T1D diagnostic code (16.3% vs. 28.1%), low C-peptide levels if tested (1.8% vs. 32.4%), and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibodies (6.9% vs. 45.2%), all P < 0.001. CONCLUSIONS: Characteristics associated with T1D were increased with higher genetic risk, and especially with the top 10% of risk. However, the age and BMI of those participants resemble those of people with T2D, and a substantial proportion did not have diagnostic testing or use of T1D diagnostic codes. Aqueous zinc‐ion batteries (AZIBs) with the merits of superior security, natural abundance, and inexpensive Zn hold great promises for next‐generation energy storage. Nevertheless, the instabilities of the Zn anodes arising from the unsatisfactory dendrite growth and parasitic reactions have seriously restricted their practical application. Herein, an interfacial protection engineering approach is proposed for stabilizing Zn anode via in‐situ constructing 3D hybrid fiber networks within high elastic polyether‐type polyurethane (TPEU) and super‐ionic conductor NaTi2(PO4)3 (NTP). This 3D NTP@TPEU fiber framework demonstrates synergistic effects of enhancing Zn2+ immigration kinetics and improving the desolvation process. Subsequently, such a superior protected interface induces a highly reversible Zn (002) deposition/stripping with a dendrites‐free feature. Moreover, the NTP@TPEU/Zn displays an ultralong lifespan of over 2000 cycles with an average Coulombic efficiency (CE) of 99.5% in the half‐cell configuration. To highlight, a full battery matched with Ca‐doped VO2 on carbon cloth cathode acquires an enhanced CE as high as 99.8% and delivers good cycling stability with a capacity retention of 81.6% at 2 A g−1 over 3000 cycles. Though platinum (Pt)‐based complexes have been recently exploited as immunogenic cell death (ICD) inducers for activating immunotherapy, the effective activation of sufficient immune responses with minimal side effects in deep‐seated tumors remains a formidable challenge. Herein, we propose the first example of a near‐infrared (NIR) light‐activated and lysosomal targeted Pt(II) metallacycle (1) as a supramolecular ICD inducer. 1 synergistically potentiates immunomodulatory response in deep‐seated tumors via multiple‐regulated approaches, involving NIR light excitation, boosted reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, good selectivity between normal and tumor cells, and enhanced tumor penetration/retention capabilities. Specifically, 1 has excellent depth‐activated ROS production (~7 mm), accompanied by strong anti‐diffusion and anti‐ROS quenching ability. In vitro experiments demonstrate that 1 exhibits significant cellular uptake and ROS generation in tumor cells as well as respective multicellular tumor spheroids. Based on these advantages, 1 induces a more efficient ICD in an ultralow dose (i.e., 5 μM) compared with the clinical ICD inducer‐oxaliplatin (300 μM). In vivo, vaccination experiments further demonstrate that 1 serves as a potent ICD inducer through eliciting CD8+/CD4+ T cell response and Foxp3+ T cell depletion with negligible adverse effects. Background: Fusarium zanthoxyli is a destructive pathogen causing stem canker in prickly ash, an ecologically and economically important forest tree. However, the genome lack of F. zanthoxyli has hindered research on its interaction with prickly ash and the development of precise control strategies for stem canker. Results: In this study, we sequenced and annotated a relatively high-quality genome of F. zanthoxyli with a size of 43.39 Mb, encoding 11,316 putative genes. Pathogenicity-related factors are predicted, comprising 495 CAZymes, 217 effectors, 156 CYP450s, and 202 enzymes associated with secondary metabolism. Besides, a comparative genomics analysis revealed Fusarium and Colletotrichum diverged from a shared ancestor approximately 141.1 ~ 88.4 million years ago (MYA). Additionally, a phylogenomic investigation of 12 different phytopathogens within Fusarium indicated that F. zanthoxyli originated approximately 34.6 ~ 26.9 MYA, and events of gene expansion and contraction within them were also unveiled. Finally, utilizing conserved domain prediction, the results revealed that among the 59 unique genes, the most enriched domains were PnbA and ULP1. Among the 783 expanded genes, the most enriched domains were PKc_like kinases and those belonging to the APH_ChoK_Like family. Conclusion: This study sheds light on the genetic basis of F. zanthoxyli's pathogenicity and evolution which provides valuable information for future research on its molecular interactions with prickly ash and the development of effective strategies to combat stem canker. Background: Culex pipiens pallens is a well-known mosquito vector for several diseases. Deltamethrin, a commonly used pyrethroid insecticide, has been frequently applied to manage adult Cx. pipiens pallens. However, mosquitoes can develop resistance to these insecticides as a result of insecticide misuse and, therefore, it is crucial to identify novel methods to control insecticide resistance. The relationship between commensal bacteria and vector resistance has been recently recognized. Bacteriophages (= phages) are effective tools by which to control insect commensal bacteria, but there have as yet been no studies using phages on adult mosquitoes. In this study, we isolated an Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH that specifically targets resistance-associated symbiotic bacteria in mosquitoes. We investigated the impact of Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH in an abundance of Aeromonas hydrophila in the gut of Cx. pipiens pallens and its effect on the status of deltamethrin resistance. Methods: Phages were isolated on double-layer agar plates and their biological properties analyzed. Phage morphology was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) after negative staining. The phage was then introduced into the mosquito intestines via oral feeding. The inhibitory effect of Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH on Aeromonas hydrophila in mosquito intestines was assessed through quantitative real-time PCR analysis. Deltamethrin resistance of mosquitoes was assessed using WHO bottle bioassays. Results: An Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH was isolated from sewage and identified as belonging to the Myoviridae family in the order Caudovirales using TEM. Based on biological characteristics analysis and in vitro antibacterial experiments, Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH was observed to exhibit excellent stability and effective bactericidal activity. Sequencing revealed that the Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH genome comprises 43,663 bp (51.6% CG content) with 81 predicted open reading frames. No integrase-related gene was detected in the vB AH-LH genome, which marked it as a potential biological antibacterial. Finally, we found that Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH could significantly reduce deltamethrin resistance in Cx. pipiens pallens, in both the laboratory and field settings, by decreasing the abundance of Aeromonas hydrophila in their midgut. Conclusions: Our findings demonstrate that Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH could effectively modulate commensal bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila in adult mosquitoes, thus representing a promising strategy to mitigate mosquito vector resistance. In the realm of high-tech materials and energy applications, accurately measuring the transient heat flow at media boundaries and the internal thermal conductivity of materials in harsh heat exchange environments poses a significant challenge when using conventional direct measurement methods. Consequently, the study of photothermal parameter reconstruction in translucent media, which relies on indirect measurement techniques, has crucial practical value. Current research on reconstructing photothermal properties within participating media typically focuses on single-objective or time-invariant properties. There is a pressing need to develop effective methods for the simultaneous reconstruction of time-varying thermal flow fields and internal thermal conductivity at the boundaries of participating media. This paper introduces a computational model based on the numerical simulation theory of internal heat transfer systems in participating media, stochastic particle swarm optimization algorithms, and Kalman filter technology. The model aims to enable the simultaneous reconstruction of various thermal parameters within the target medium. Our results demonstrate that under varying levels of measurement noise, the inversion results for different target parameters exhibit slight oscillations around the true values, leading to a reduction in reconstruction accuracy. Background: Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) is highly prevalent in haemodialysis (HD) patients and is associated with an increased risk of death. Roxadustat and recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO, abbreviated as EPO) are the main treatment strategies for renal anaemia in HD patients, but it has not been clear whether there is a difference in their effect on LVH. Methods: In this multi‐centre, prospective, randomized trial of 12‐month duration, study participants were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the roxadustat group or the EPO group. The doses of both treatment regimens were adjusted so that the patients had a haemoglobin level of 10.0–12.0 g per dL. The primary study endpoint was the change from baseline to 12 months in the left ventricular mass index (LVMI, g/m2) measured by echocardiography. Results: In total, 114 patients were enrolled. The mean age was 50 years, and the median dialysis duration was 33 months. Sixty‐one patients were men, and 24 were diabetic. LVMI decreased from 116.18 ± 27.84 to 110.70 ± 25.74 g/m2 in the roxadustat group. However, it increased from 109.35 ± 23.41 to 114.99 ± 28.46 g/m2 in the EPO group, with a significant difference in the change in LVMI between the two groups [−5.48 (−11.60 to 0.65) vs. 5.65 (0.74 to 10.55), p < 0.05]. Changes in left ventricular mass, end‐diastolic volume and 6‐min walk test seemed superior in the roxadustat group. There were no significant differences in other cardiac geometry, biochemical parameters and major adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups. This study aimed to explore the distribution, characteristics and prognostic value of baseline peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in patients with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL). We conducted this cross-sectional study of 205 newly-diagnosed NKTCL patients receiving first-line chemotherapy and radiation at our institute between 2010 and 2020. Baseline peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected using flow cytometry, and the clinical value was analyzed. Compared with healthy controls, patients with NKTCL presented with a distinct peripheral immunity with higher levels of cytotoxic CD8+ T cells (33.230 ± 12.090% vs. 27.060 ± 4.010%, p < 0.001) and NKT cells (7.697 ± 7.219% vs. 3.550 ± 2.088%, p < 0.001) but lower proportions of suppressive regulatory T cells (Treg, 2.999 ± 1.949% vs. 3.420 ± 1.051%, p = 0.003) and CD4+ helper T cells (Th, 33.084 ± 11.361% vs. 37.650 ± 3.153%, p < 0.001). Peripheral lymphocytes were differentially distributed according to age, stage, and primary site in patients with NKTCL. The proportion of Th cells/lymphocytes was associated with tumor burden reflected by stage (p = 0.037), serum lactate dehydrogenase (p = 0.0420), primary tumor invasion (p = 0.025), and prognostic index for NK/T-cell lymphoma (PINK) score (p = 0.041). Furthermore, elevated proportions of T cells (58.9% vs. 76.4%, p = 0.005), Th cells (56.3% vs. 68.8%, p = 0.047), or Treg cells (49.5% vs. 68.9%, p = 0.040) were associated with inferior 5-year progression-free survivals (PFS) via univariable survival analysis. Multivariate cox regression revealed elevated Th cells as an independent predictor for unfavorable PFS (HR = 2.333, 95% CI, 1.030–5.288, p = 0.042) in NKTCL. These results suggested the proportion of Th cells positively correlated with tumor burden and was a potential non-invasive biomarker for inferior survival for patients with NKTCL. Hydroponic experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of varying particle sizes (5 μm, 0.1 μm, and 0.08 μm) and concentrations (0, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, and 2000 mg/L) of polystyrene plastic microspheres (PS-MPs) on the germination and growth of P. sativum seeds in order to investigate the effects of the microplastic environment on crop seed germination and seedling growth. The findings demonstrated that PS-MPs significantly harmed P. sativum seed germination. Specifically, low concentrations or high particle sizes weakened or promoted P. sativum seed germination, indicating varying susceptibilities to PS-MP treatment at different particle sizes. The strongest inhibitory effect on growth was observed under small particle size (0.08 μm) and high concentration (2000 mg/L). Stress had less of an impact on P. sativum in environments with low concentrations of PS-MPs, but in environments with medium and high concentrations, physiological and biochemical indicators like germination rate, stem length, and root length were significantly impacted. Furthermore, the particle size and concentration of PS-MPs had an impact on the growth effect of P. sativum seedlings. The indices of P. sativum seed germination were significantly impacted by the particle size of PS-MPs, despite the fact that PS-MP concentration was low. When the concentration of PS-MPs is low, the effects of varying PS-MP particle sizes on seed germination and root length are as follows: 0.1 μm > 5 μm > 0.08 μm. Such models can improve prognostic accuracy, personalize medical interventions, and ultimately enhance live birth rates among patients with POR.This study aims to develop and validate a prognostic model for predicting clinical pregnancy outcomes in individuals with POR undergoing in vitro fertilization/ intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) cycles.A retrospective cohort of 969 patients with POR undergoing fresh embryo transfer cycles at the Reproductive Center of Fujian Maternal and Child Health Center from January 2018 to January 2022 was included. The cohort was randomly divided into model (n = 678) and validation (n = 291) groups in a 7:3 ratio. A single-factor analysis was performed on the model group to identify variables influencing clinical pregnancy. Optimal variables were selected using LASSO regression, and a clinical prediction model was constructed using multivariate logistic regression analysis. The model's calibration and discrimination were assessed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) and calibration curves, while the clinical utility was evaluated using decision curve analysis.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the age of the women (odds ratio [OR] 0.936, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.898–0.976, P = 0.002), body mass index (BMI) ≤ 24 (OR 2.748, 95% CI 1.724–4.492, P < 0.001), antral follicle count (AFC) (OR 1.232, 95% CI 1.073–1.416, P = 0.003), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) (OR 1.67, 95% CI 1.178–2.376, P = 0.004), number of mature oocytes (OR 1.227, 95% CI 1.075–1.403, P = 0.003), number of embryos transferred (OR 1.692, 95% CI 1.132–2.545, P = 0.011), and transfer of high-quality embryos (OR 3.452, 95% CI 1.548–8.842, P = 0.005) were independent predictors of clinical pregnancy in patients with POR. The cohort was randomly divided into model (n = 678) and validation (n = 291) groups in a 7:3 ratio. A single-factor analysis was performed on the model group to identify variables influencing clinical pregnancy. Optimal variables were selected using LASSO regression, and a clinical prediction model was constructed using multivariate logistic regression analysis. The model's calibration and discrimination were assessed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) and calibration curves, while the clinical utility was evaluated using decision curve analysis.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the age of the women (odds ratio [OR] 0.936, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.898–0.976, P = 0.002), body mass index (BMI) ≤ 24 (OR 2.748, 95% CI 1.724–4.492, P < 0.001), antral follicle count (AFC) (OR 1.232, 95% CI 1.073–1.416, P = 0.003), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) (OR 1.67, 95% CI 1.178–2.376, P = 0.004), number of mature oocytes (OR 1.227, 95% CI 1.075–1.403, P = 0.003), number of embryos transferred (OR 1.692, 95% CI 1.132–2.545, P = 0.011), and transfer of high-quality embryos (OR 3.452, 95% CI 1.548–8.842, P = 0.005) were independent predictors of clinical pregnancy in patients with POR. According to the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis, the prediction model exhibited an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.752 (0.714, 0.789) in the model group and 0.765 (0.708, 0.821) in the validation group. The clinical decision curve demonstrated that the model held maximum clinical utility in both cohorts when the threshold probability of clinical pregnancy ranged from 6–81% to 12–82%, respectively.Clinical pregnancy outcomes in patients with POR who underwent IVF/ICSI treatment were influenced by several independent factors, including the age of the women, BMI, AFC, AMH, number of mature oocytes, number of embryos transferred, and transfer of high-quality embryos. A clinical prediction model based on these factors exhibited favorable clinical predictive and applicative value. Nitrofurazone (NFZ), a nitroimidazole antibiotic, can cause serious toxicity when overused, its quantification is crucial for human health. Herein, crab shell waste is converted into porous biochar at a high temperature, which can be employed for the establishment of an electrochemical sensor for the quantitative detection of NFZ. The morphological and structural properties of the crab shell carbon at different temperatures were characterized by SEM, XRD, FT-IR and N 2 adsorption-desorption analyses. The crab shell carbon prepared at 500 °C (C-CS-500) and 700 °C (C-CS-700) is calcite-based and contains micro-fibrillar similar to chitin structure, while the crab shell carbon prepared at 900 °C (C-CS-900) is lime-based and lacks the similar structure. And the synergistic influence of calcite-based composition and micro-fibrillar structure of crab shell carbon offered strong electron-transport properties and a large electrode active at a higher carbonized temperature. The electrochemical signals demonstrated that the crab shell carbon prepared at 700 °C provided enhanced sensing capability for rapid NFZ detection with a wide linear range of 0.40–80 μM, a high sensitivity of 0.55 μA μM−1 and a low detection limit of 0.11 μM (S/N = 3), as compared to the crab shell carbon prepared at 500 °C and 900 °C. In addition, the sensor can also be utilized to quantify nitrofurazone in the real drug (compound cod liver oil ointment) with satisfactory recovery. An efficient electrochemical sensor based on biomass mesoporous carbon material was developed for detecting nitrofurazone with high sensitivity.
