Mining-induced disturbance to stress fields can lead to many engineering disasters such as rock bursts, roadway collapses, and coal and gas outbursts. The evolution characteristic of abutment pressure during the mining process is of great significance for prevention of engineering disasters. Based on a case study of No.12526E Panel in Xieqiao coalmine of Huainan mining area in China, this paper investigated the evolution characteristic of abutment pressure during the retreat mining process. A field measurement was performed using three-dimensional (3D) pressure sensor, and the abutment pressure was continuously monitored during the mining process. The monitoring results indicate that the abutment pressure curve can be divided into strong interference area and weak interference area. Further, the evolution characteristics of abutment pressure during the retreat mining process were simulated using a 3D discrete-element program. Periodic caving characteristics of rock strata were obtained, and the major causes of stress concentration and the bearing stress inflection point were analyzed. With the periodic caving of the overlying strata, the stress inflection point appears, and fracture cracks are generated and hinder stress recovery. Finally, the detailed dynamic evolution process of the abutment pressure as well as the deformation and caving characteristics of the overlying strata of the No.12526E Panel were analyzed. 3D printing of articular cartilage tissue faces challenges like replicating its complex structure, time‐consuming in vitro stem cell culture, and a lack of robust in situ regeneration methods for osteochondral defects (OC). In response, an innovative approach utilizing pre‐designed bioink modular units for one‐step printing and immediate implantation is proposed, circumventing the need for prior in vitro stem cell cultivation. The resulting printed scaffold not only accurately reproduces the three‐layer structure and material gradient of articular cartilage tissue but also attains impressive compressive strength (6.3 MPa) through the reinforcement of hydroxyapatite nanofibers and the establishment of chemical bonds with hydrogels. Moreover, the scaffold integrates stem cell capturing and homing layers on its bottom and top layers via chemical crosslinking aptamer and loading poly (lactic‐co‐glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanospheres encapsulated with stromal cell‐derived factor‐1α (SDF‐1α), respectively. This design enables the specific capture of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in vivo through aptamer interaction, followed by their mobilization to home in on the hyaline cartilage layer via the chemotaxis of SDF‐1α concentration gradient. Within the scaffold's microenvironment, these BMSCs undergo differentiation into distinct cells for each layer, effectively contributing to the repair of OC defects in rabbits. Background: This study employs systematic review and meta-analysis to explore the incidence and characteristics of spinal cord injury (SCI) between 2000 and 2021, aiming to provide the most recent and comprehensive data support for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care of SCI. Methods: Systematic searches were conducted on epidemiological studies of SCI published between January 1, 2000, and March 29, 2024. Meta-analysis, subgroup analysis, meta-regression, publication bias detection, and literature quality assessment were extensively utilized. Results: The pooled results from 229 studies indicated that the overall incidence rate of SCI was 23.77 (95% CI, 21.50–26.15) per million people, with traumatic spinal cord injuries (TSCI) at a rate of 26.48 (95% CI, 24.15–28.93) per million people, and non-traumatic spinal cord injuries (NTSCI) at a rate of 17.93 (95% CI, 13.30-23.26) per million people. The incidence of TSCI exhibited a marked age-related increase and was significantly higher in community settings compared to hospital and database sources. Males experienced TSCI at a rate 3.2 times higher than females. Between 2000 and 2021, the incidence of TSCI remained consistently high, between 20 and 45 per million people, whereas NTSCI incidence has seen a steady rise since 2007, stabilizing at a high rate of 25–35 per million people. Additionally, the incidence of TSCI in developing countries was notably higher than that in developed countries. There were significant differences in the causes of injury, severity, injury segments, gender, and age distribution among the TSCI and NTSCI populations, but the proportion of male patients was much higher than that of female patients. Moreover, study quality, country type, and SCI type contributed to the heterogeneity in the meta-analysis. Conclusions: The incidence rates of different types of SCI remain high, and the demographic distribution of SCI patients is changing, indicating a serious disease burden on healthcare systems and affected populations. Titanium alloys have broad application prospects in the field of marine engineering due to their excellent corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties. Titanium alloys, when connected with other metals, such as copper-nickel alloys, could produce two distinct effects. On the one hand, the passive film gives titanium alloys positive potential, which could accelerate galvanic corrosion of negative-potential metals. On the other hand, the passive film could obstruct current flow and prevent further development of galvanic corrosion. In this paper, Potentiodynamic Polarization, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy, and Electrochemical Noise techniques were utilized to investigate the galvanic corrosion behavior of B10/Ti80 under simulated seawater environment. The corrosion morphology and product composition were studied using Scanning Electron Microscope and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. The above experimental results showed that Ti80 and B10 served as the anode and cathode respectively in the early stages of corrosion (within 2.5 h of immersion), due to the incomplete formation of the passivation film on Ti80. While in the latter stages of corrosion, due to the positive shift of Ti80's potential by passivation, there was a noticeable accelerated corrosion effect on B10, which was proportional to the area ratio of Ti80/B10 and showed a gradually stable trend after 28 days of immersion in the seawater. Electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) offers a sustainable strategy for producing fuels and chemicals. However, it suffers from sluggish CO2 activation and slow water dissociation. In this work, we construct a (P−O)δ− modified In catalyst that exhibits high activity and selectivity in electrochemical CO2 reduction to formate. A combination of in situ characterizations and kinetic analyses indicate that (P−O)δ− has a strong interaction with K+(H2O)n, which effectively accelerates water dissociation to provide protons. In situ attenuated total reflectance surface‐enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy (ATR‐SEIRAS) measurements together with density functional theory (DFT) calculations disclose that (P−O)δ− modification leads to a higher valence state of In active site, thus promoting CO2 activation and HCOO* formation, while inhibiting competitive hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). As a result, the (P−O)δ− modified oxide‐derived In catalyst exhibits excellent formate selectivity across a broad potential window with a formate Faradaic efficiency as high as 92.1 % at a partial current density of ~200 mA cm−2 and a cathodic potential of −1.2 V vs. RHE in an alkaline electrolyte. Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) resistance in Kawasaki disease (KD) was associated with coronary artery lesions. Neutrophil percentage-to-albumin ratio (NPAR) is an index of mortality in several inflammatory diseases. This study focused on the association of NPAR with IVIG- resistance in KD. Clinical and laboratory data of 438 children with KD before IVIG treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Notably, high NPAR was associated with older age, high WBC, NP, ALT, total bilirubin and CRP, as well as with high the incidence of IVIG-resistance, and with low hemoglobin (Hb), PLT, ALB and sodium levels. NPAR (OR: 2.366, 95% CI: 1.46–3.897, p = 0.001) and Hb (OR: 0.967, 95% CI: 0.944–0.989, p = 0.004) were independent risk factors for IVIG-resistance. NPAR showed linear relation with IVIG-resistance (p for nonlinear = 0.711) and the nonlinear correlation was found between IVIG-resistance and Hb (p for nonlinear = 0.002). The predictive performance of NPAR was superior to Beijing model (z = 2.193, p = 0.028), and not inferior to Chongqing model (z = 0.983, p = 0.326) and the combination of NPAR and Hb (z = 1.912, p = 0.056). The concept of volume fracturing has revolutionized the conventional limits of low permeability, expanded the effective resource space, and significantly enhanced oil well production in tight oil reservoir development. This paper elucidates the mechanism of volume fracturing technology for tight sandstone reservoirs by considering multiple factors such as the initiation range of multi-fractures, influence of far-well horizontal principal stress on fracture initiation and propagation, degree of natural fractures development, and mechanical parameters of reservoir rock. Through simulation based on the mechanical parameters of reservoir rock, a comparative analysis was conducted between the model-calculated rock fracture pressure value and measured data from fracturing construction wells in the study area. The results revealed that there was a discrepancy within 10% between the model calculations and actual data. By simulating the effects of different injection volumes of fracturing fluid, pumping rates, and perforation methods on the fracture geometry, optimal design parameters for volume fracturing technology were obtained. Additionally, we propose optimization ideas and suggestions for construction parameters applicable to field operations. The simulation results indicate that a minimum recommended fluid volume scale exceeding 1800 m3 is advised for the reservoir. Based on frictional calculations, it is recommended to have an on-site construction rate not less than 18.0 m3/min along with 36–48 holes/section for perforation purposes. The numerical simulation research presented in this paper provides a theoretical reference basis and practical guidance for the application of fracturing network technology in tight sandstone reservoirs. The importance of halogen bonds (XBs) in the regulation of material properties through a variation in the electrostatic potential of the halogen atom is not attracted much attention. Herein, this study utilizes in situ single crystal X‐ray diffraction and synchrotron‐based X‐ray techniques to investigate the cooling‐triggered irreversible single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal transformation of the DMF solvated iodo‐substituted squaraine dye (SQD‐I). Transformation is observed to be mediated by solvent‐involved XB formation and strengthening of electrostatic interaction between adjacent SQD‐I molecules. By immersing a DMF solvate in acetonitrile a solvent exchange without loss of long‐range ordering is observed. This is attributed to conservation of the molecular charge distribution of SQD‐I molecules during the process. The different solvates can be used in combination for temperature‐dependent image encryption. This work emphasizes the changes caused by XB formation to the electrostatic potentials of halogen containing molecules and their influence on material properties and presents the potential utility of XBs in the design of soft‐porous crystals and luminescent materials. The characteristic features of the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) microenvironment are synovial inflammation and hyperplasia. Therefore, there is a growing interest in developing a suitable therapeutic strategy for RA that targets the synovial macrophages and fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs). In this study, we used graphene oxide quantum dots (GOQDs) for loading anti-arthritic sinomenine hydrochloride (SIN). By combining with hyaluronic acid (HA)-inserted hybrid membrane (RFM), we successfully constructed a new nanodrug system named HA@RFM@GP@SIN NPs for target therapy of inflammatory articular lesions. Mechanistic studies showed that this nanomedicine system was effective against RA by facilitating the transition of M1 to M2 macrophages and inhibiting the abnormal proliferation of FLSs in vitro. In vivo therapeutic potential investigation demonstrated its effects on macrophage polarization and synovial hyperplasia, ultimately preventing cartilage destruction and bone erosion in the preclinical models of adjuvant-induced arthritis and collagen-induced arthritis in rats. Metabolomics indicated that the anti-arthritic effects of HA@RFM@GP@SIN NPs were mainly associated with the regulation of steroid hormone biosynthesis, ovarian steroidogenesis, tryptophan metabolism, and tyrosine metabolism. More notably, transcriptomic analyses revealed that HA@RFM@GP@SIN NPs suppressed the cell cycle pathway while inducing the cell apoptosis pathway. Furthermore, protein validation revealed that HA@RFM@GP@SIN NPs disrupted the excessive growth of RAFLS by interfering with the PI3K/Akt/SGK/FoxO signaling cascade, resulting in a decline in cyclin B1 expression and the arrest of the G2 phase. Objective: To summarize the clinical characteristics and prognosis of febrile infection-related epilepsy syndrome with claustrum lesions (FIRES-C). Method: Clinical data of FIRES-C patients were collected retrospectively. The study reviewed and analyzed their clinical manifestations, treatment strategies, and prognosis. Result: Twenty patients were enrolled, including 13 females and 7 males, with a median onset age of 20.5 years. All patients developed seizures after fever, with a median interval of 5 days. Brain MRI showed symmetric lesions in the claustrum in all patients. The median interval from seizure onset to abnormal MRI signals detection was 12.5 days. All patients had negative results for comprehensive tests of neurotropic viruses and antineuronal autoantibodies. Seventy percent of cases had been previously empirically diagnosed with autoimmune encephalitis or viral encephalitis before. All patients received anti-seizure medicine. Eleven patients (55%) received antiviral therapy. All patients received immunotherapy, including glucocorticoids (100%), intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) (65%), plasma exchange (PLEX) (10%), tocilizumab (10%), rituximab (5%), and cyclophosphamide (5%). Sixty percent of patients received long-term immunotherapy (≥ 3 months). The median follow-up was 11.5 months;60% of patients were diagnosed with refractory epilepsy. Conclusion: Bilateral claustrum lesion on MRI is a distinctive neuroimage feature for FIRES, which may serve as an indication for the initial clinical assessments. FIRES-C should be classified as a type of inflammatory encephalopathy characterized by a monophasic nature. Polarization‐sensitive infrared photodetectors have vast application prospects in imaging systems and polarization sensors due to the addition of new detection dimensions beyond wavelength and intensity. However, most polarization‐sensitive photodetectors are operated in the visible wavelength range and still encounter challenges of limited responsivity (R) and polarization ratio (PR) under short‐wave infrared illumination. To address these issues, a vertical heterostructure of β‐In2Se3‐on‐Te is reported, achieving high‐performance and polarization‐sensitive imaging sensors in the short‐wave infrared (SWIR) region. The high R (2 A/W at 1310 nm and 0.71 A/W at 1550 nm) and specific detectivity (2.14 × 109 Jones at 1310 nm and 7.3 × 108 at 1550 nm) are obtained, which surpasses most photodetectors using anisotropic 2D material in the infrared range. Considering the strong anisotropic nature of Te nanosheets, the device exhibits notable polarization sensitivity with a PR value of 4.95 under 1310 nm laser irradiation. This work proposes a multifunctional photodetector for the great applications of ASCII code transmission and polarization‐sensitive infrared imaging, offering a new opportunity for versatile angle‐resolved optoelectronics in the infrared communication band. This study investigates the responses of the urban atmospheric thermal environment to two distinct heat waves in Hefei, China, and explores potential changes associated with future urban expansion. During the Event 1, characterized by clear and dry conditions, the western Pacific subtropical high limits water vapor influx, resulting in a significant cooling effect in rural area due to higher surface latent heat flux. The urban heat island (UHI) intensity, calculated using surface temperature and 2‐m temperature, reaches 5.2°C and 1.7°C during the Event 1, respectively. Although Event 2, characterized by cloudy and humid conditions, exhibits weaker UHI and urban dry island effects, it remains highly unfavorable for human comfort. During distinct heat waves, the vertical extent of the warming effect induced by future urban expansion varies, which can be attributed to environmental factors, such as atmospheric stability and near‐surface wind speed. Summary: Seminal roots play a critical role in water and nutrient absorption, particularly in the early developmental stages of wheat. However, the genes responsible for controlling SRN in wheat remain largely unknown.Genetic mapping and functional analyses identified a candidate gene (TraesCS3D01G137200, TaSRN‐3D) encoding a Ser/Thr kinase glycogen synthase kinase 3 (STKc_GSK3) that regulated SRN in wheat. Additionally, experiments involving hormone treatment, nitrate absorption and protein interaction were conducted to explore the regulatory mechanism of TaSRN‐3D.Results showed that the TaSRN‐3D4332 allele inhibited seminal roots initiation and development, while loss‐of‐function mutants showed significantly higher seminal root number (SRN). Exogenous application of epi‐brassinolide could increase the SRN in a HS2‐allelic background. Furthermore, chlorate sensitivity and 15N uptake assays revealed that a higher number of seminal roots promoted nitrate accumulation. In the realm of flexible optoelectronic devices, intrinsic flexible fully π‐conjugated polymers (FπCPs) assume a pivotal role owing to their concurrent intrinsic viscoelasticity and robust optoelectronic properties. As flexible devices are destined to encounter diverse stress environments, the selection of functional materials based on mechanical requirements becomes imperative. Here, VPERD assessment system is introduced to scrutinize the mechanical properties of side‐chain plasticizing FπCPs. The acronym VPERD encapsulates five key aspects of mechanical characteristics, namely viscidity (V), plasticity (P), elasticity (E), rigidity (R), and ductility (D). The mechanical characteristics of FπCPs are tuned through the control of flexible chain density (FCD). Enhancing FCD induces superior chain softness, favorable solubility, and heightened viscoplasticity. Through precise regulation of FCD and thoughtful structural design, freestanding FπCPs nano‐films exhibit a remarkable maximum fracture strain of ≈50%. Deep‐blue flexible polymer light‐emitting diodes (PLEDs) reveal that maintaining FCD at ≈50% achieves a balance between mechanical and optoelectronic properties. The stretched films after strain fatigue both show that mild strain is conducive to enhancing the efficiency of FπCPs films and devices. According to VPERD assessment system, the prerequisite for achieving intrinsically flexible FπCPs lies in controlling the degree of side‐chain internal plasticization through the tuning of FCD. Summary Escherichia coli is known to easily contaminate noodles and form biofilms during noodle processing. Sheeting was a key step in the processing. The objective of our study was to investigate the influence of sheeting pressure on the viability of E. coli. Our findings revealed a significant reduction in the E. coli count (by 1.46 log CFU g−1), as well as their swimming diameter (by 46.7%) and biofilm formation (by 25.7%) following an additional 20 sheeting treatments. The expression of genes (flhC, flhD, rpoS, csgD and adrA) validated the weakening of E. coli survival due to sheeting pressure. Moreover, the alterations in dough texture properties had adverse effects on the survival of E. coli. These results highlight that sheeting pressure can effectively reduce E. coli viability in dough. ABSTRACT The development of flowers in soybean (Glycine max) is essential for determining the yield potential of the plant. Gene silencing pathways are involved in modulating flower development, but their full elucidation is still incomplete. Here, we conducted a forward genetic screen and identified an abnormal flower mutant, deformed floral bud1‐1 (Gmdfb1‐1), in soybean. We mapped and identified the causal gene, which encodes a member of the armadillo (ARM)‐repeat superfamily. Using small RNA sequencing (sRNA‐seq), we found an abnormal accumulation of small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) and microRNA (miRNAs) in the Gmdfb1 mutants. We further demonstrated that GmDFB1 interacts with the RNA exosome cofactor SUPER KILLER7 (GmSKI7). Additionally, GmDFB1 interacts with the PIWI domain of ARGONAUTE 1 (GmAGO1) to inhibit the cleavage efficiency on the target genes of sRNAs. The enhanced gene silencing mediated by siRNA and miRNA in the Gmdfb1 mutants leads to the downregulation of their target genes associated with flower development. Manipulating and optimizing the room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) behavior of organic luminophores is highly desirable for exploring their extensive potential applications. However, achieving tailored and precise control over RTP emission colors remains a challenging task. Herein, three regioisomers, namely o‐Br, m‐Br, and p‐Br, are developed by directly bonding the nitrogen atom of commercial carbazole and the sulfur atom of the sulfonylbenzene group. This design not only features the bromine substitution at different positions but also leads to the formation of N─S═O resonance linkages. With the variation in position of bromine from ortho to para, the RTP color changes from yellow to red. Experimental investigations and theoretical calculations demonstrate that this color variation arises from the modulation of contributions from different canonical forms of N─S═O, which can be attributed to the regioisomerization of bromine atoms for fine‐tuning intra‐ and intermolecular interactions. Additionally, the in vitro cell imaging is successfully realized by employing red RTP nanoparticles prepared from the p‐Br luminophore. Background: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) prevalence is on the rise globally. Offspring of diabetic mothers face increased risk of neonatal hypoglycaemia (NH), and women with GDM have abnormal lipid profiles. However, there is no consensus on the link between maternal blood lipids and NH in infants from mothers with GDM. This study aimed to explore how maternal blood lipids affect NH. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Information on participants' baseline characteristics and maternal metabolic profiles of glucose and lipids was collected. Significant variables from the univariate analysis were included in logistic regression, which was used to construct the predictive model for NH. A nomogram was constructed for visualizing the model and assessed using the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC). Results: Neonatal capillary blood glucose (CBG) decreased rapidly in the first hour after birth, increased gradually from the first to the second hour, and then remained stable. In the NH group, 86.11% (502/583) of hypoglycaemia cases occurred within the first two hours after birth. Multivariate logistic regression suggested that the lipid indices of maternal apoprotein B/apoprotein A1 (Apo-B/Apo-A1) (odds ratio (OR) = 1.36, 95% confidence intervals (CIs): 1.049–1.764, P = 0.02) and apoprotein E (Apo-E) (OR = 1.014, 95% CIs: 1.004–1.024, P = 0.004) were positively associated with NH in neonates from mothers with GDM. Triglycerides (TGs) (OR = 0.883, 95% CIs: 0.788–0.986, P = 0.028) were inversely associated with NH. Maternal glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c), age, twin pregnancy and caesarean delivery also had predictive value of NH. The AUC of the nomogram derived from these factors for the prediction model of NH was 0.657 (95% CIs: 0.630–0.684). Conclusions: The present study revealed that the Apo-B/Apo-A1 and Apo-E levels were associated with an increased risk of NH. A nomogram was developed to forecast the risk of NH in babies born to mothers with GDM, incorporating maternal blood lipids, HbA1c, age, twin pregnancy, and caesarean section. The sonodynamic activities of gold nanoparticles (GNPs) with different morphologies, gold nanospheres (GNSs), gold nanoflowers (GNFs) and gold nanorods (GNRs), were explored by multi‐spectroscopic methods, in which the lesion degree of human serum albumin (HSA) was used as assessment index. The results revealed that three GNPs all had certain sonosensitivity but varying from different morphologies. It was also found that GNPs concentration and ultrasonic parameters were all critical influencing factors of sonodynamic injury HSA. Investigating the physical damage mechanism, the results indicated that the secondary and tertiary structure of HSA were compromised by ultrasound (US) combined with GNPs, so that the conformation of HSA was altered and the function was variously disturbed due to GNPs different morphologies. Studying the chemical damage mechanism, the results discovered that the yield of singlet oxygen (1O2) produced by GNPs with various morphologies combined with US was significant difference. Therefore, comprehensively analyzing the research results under different factors, the order of sonodynamic activities of GNPs was GNSs≈GNFs>GNRs. The effective treatment of long-gap peripheral nerve injury (PNI) remains a challenge in clinical settings. The autograft, the gold standard for the long-gap PNI therapy, has several limitations, including a limited supply of donor nerve, size mismatch between the donor and recipient sites, functional loss at the donor site, neuroma formation, and the requirement for two operations. With the increasing abundance of biocompatible materials with adjustable structures and properties, tissue engineering provides a promising avenue for bridging peripheral nerve gaps and addressing the above issues of autograft. The physical cues provided by tissue engineering scaffolds, essential for regulating the neural cell fate and microenvironments, have received considerable research attention. This review elaborates on three major physical cues of tissue engineering scaffolds for peripheral nerve regeneration: topological structure, mechanical support, and electrical stimulation. These three aspects are analogs to Lego bricks, wherein different combinations result in diverse functions. Innovative and more effective bricks, along with multi-level and all-around integration, are expected to provide new advances in tissue engineering for peripheral nerve generation. In a long-term evolution, fungal endophytes have formed a mutually beneficial relationship with host plants. Therefore, what roles do fungal endophytes play in the growth and development of rice, one of the major food crops in the world, and agricultural production? This mini-review aims to highlight the diversity, identification, colonization, function, and mechanism of action of endophytic fungi isolated from rice tissues through a literature review; comprehensively expound the interaction mechanism between rice fungal endophytes and their hosts in stimulating the growth of rice plants and alleviating biological and abiotic stresses on plants; and contribute new ideas for rice production and a sustainable rice industry. A number of cis-regulatory elements (CREs) conserved during evolution have been found to be responsible for phenotypic novelty and variation. Cucurbit crops such as cucumber (Cucumis sativus), watermelon (Citrullus lanatus), melon (Cucumis melo), and squash (Cucurbita maxima) develop fruits from an inferior ovary and share some similar biological processes during fruit development. Whether conserved regulatory sequences play critical roles in fruit development of cucurbit crops remains to be explored. In six well-studied cucurbit species, we identified 392,438 conserved noncoding sequences (CNSs), including 82,756 that are specific to cucurbits, by comparative genomics. Genome-wide profiling of accessible chromatin regions (ACRs) and gene expression patterns mapped 20,865 to 43,204 ACRs and their potential target genes for two fruit tissues at two key developmental stages in six cucurbits. Integrated analysis of CNSs and ACRs revealed 4,431 syntenic orthologous CNSs, including 1,687 cucurbit-specific CNSs that overlap with ACRs that are present in all six cucurbit crops and that may regulate the expression of 757 adjacent orthologous genes. CRISPR mutations targeting two CNSs present in the 1,687 cucurbit-specific sequences resulted in substantially altered fruit shape and gene expression patterns of adjacent NAC1 (NAM, ATAF1/2, and CUC2) and EXT-like (EXTENSIN-like) genes, validating the regulatory roles of these CNSs in fruit development. These results not only provide a number of target CREs for cucurbit crop improvement, but also provide insight into the roles of CREs in plant biology and during evolution. We evaluated the quality and fertilizing ability of frozen–thawed porcine sperm that were selected using a commercially available device (MIGLIS, Menicon Life Science) consisting of three parts: an outer lid, an inner lid, and a tube. Firstly, to determine an adequate concentration of caffeine for separation, frozen–thawed sperm were incubated with different concentrations of caffeine (0, 1, 2.5, 5, and 10 mM) in a MIGLIS device. To determine the appropriate incubation time for separating sperm in the MIGLIS device, frozen–thawed sperm were incubated with 2.5 mM caffeine for 5, 10, 15, or 20 min. To evaluate the fertilization and embryo development of oocytes fertilized with frozen–thawed sperm separated into two regions (outer and inner) in the MIGLIS device, the separated sperm from the three boars was used to fertilize in vitro‐matured oocytes and cultured in vitro for 7 days. Sperm quality parameters of sperm collected from the inner tube after incubation with 2.5 mM caffeine were superior to sperm incubated without caffeine. Moreover, sperm collected from the inner tube after incubation for 10 min had a higher progressive motility. The rate of blastocyst produced from spermatozoa collected from the inner tube after incubation with 2.5 mM caffeine for 10 min significantly increased compared to that produced from spermatozoa from the outer tube, regardless of the boar. In conclusion, sperm sorting using the MIGLIS device may be useful for separating high‐quality sperm after incubation with 2.5 mM caffeine for 10 min to improve blastocyst formation. We investigated the optimization effects of KOH solution treatment and SiN x sacrificial layer treatment on the contact characteristics of V/Al/Ni/Au on plasma-etched n-AlGaN. The results showed that the contacts on n-Al0.5Ga0.5N with both surface treatments are truly Ohmic in nature, while the contacts on untreated plasma-etched samples are still rectifying. Surface atomic concentration analysis revealed that both surface treatment methods effectively reduced the nitrogen vacancies on n-AlGaN induced by plasma etching, which mostly act as acceptor-like states, leading to severe compensation and hindering of the formation of Ohmic contact. Moreover, the operating voltage was reduced by 0.9 V at 20 mA for 285 nm ultraviolet light-emitting diodes, demonstrating that the surface treatment could work well for plasma-etched n-AlGaN Ohmic contacts. To explore the problems of coal wall spalling and roof fall of a working face passing through a fault, the II 1044 working face with a large dip angle in the Taoyuan Coal Mine is taken as the engineering research background. FLAC3D is used to simulate the working face advancing towards the fault. The vertical stress distribution, plastic zone evolution, and fault slip displacement characteristics of the stope are studied when the working face is advanced to different positions, and safety measures are formulated accordingly. The research shows that the vertical stress and the stress concentration area in the lower part of the working face with a large dip angle are larger than those in the upper part of the working face. As the working face advances towards the fault, the slip amount of the silt rock is the largest, and the slip amount of the immediate roof is the smallest. When the working face is 40 ∼ 50 m away from the fault, the influence of mining on the fault slip characteristics changes from weak to strong. Therefore, it is decided to apply grouting 40 m from the fault in the working face, reducing the probability of coal wall spalling. Related monitoring data show that the support pressure of the working face is stable between 23 MPa and 35 MPa after grouting, which is far less than the support pressure without grouting at approximately 45 MPa. One key post-transcriptional modification mechanism that dynamically controls a number of physiological processes in plants is alternative splicing (AS). However, the functional impacts of AS on fruit ripening remain unclear. In this research, we used RNA-seq data from climacteric (VED, Harukei 3) and non-climacteric (PI, PS) melon cultivars to explore alternative splicing (AS) in immature and mature fruit. The results revealed dramatic changes in differential AS genes (DAG) between the young and mature fruit stages, particularly in genes involved in fruit development/ripening, carotenoid and capsaicinoid biosynthesis, and starch and sucrose metabolism. Serine/arginine-rich (SR) family proteins are known as important splicing factors in AS events. From the melon genome, a total of 17 SR members were discovered in this study. These genes could be classified into eight distinct subfamilies based on gene structure and conserved motifs. Promoter analysis detected various cis-acting regulatory elements involved in hormone pathways and fruit development. Interestingly, these SR genes exhibited specific expression patterns in reproductive organs such as flowers and ovaries. Additionally, concurrent with the increase in AS levels in ripening fruit, the transcripts of these SR genes were activated during fruit maturation in both climacteric and non-climacteric melon varieties. We also found that most SR genes were under selection during domestication. These results represent a novel finding of increased AS levels and SR gene expression during fruit ripening, indicating that alternative splicing may play a role in fruit maturation. Surface structure and relevant oxygen vacancy play an important role in the application of RE2Si2O7 for environmental barrier coatings, in which the oxygen vacancies in RE2Si2O7 may influence their thermal and optical properties. In this work, the structure and thermodynamics of (0 0 1) and (1 1 0) surfaces of RE2Si2O7 (RE = Yb, Lu) are studied via first‐principles calculations to reveal the underlying mechanism of the surface formation and the associated oxygen vacancy behavior. The (1 1 0) surface is preferred energetically, being in good agreement with the experiential results. It is uncovered that the weak chemical bond broken dominates the decrease of the surface energy, together with the contribution from the polyhedral distortion. Furthermore, the [O3Si–O–SiO3] site is found to be the preferred site for oxygen vacancies on (1 1 0) surface. The formation energies of oxygen vacancies on the (1 1 0) surfaces are lower than those in the bulk, suggesting their segregation on the surfaces. These findings provide essential insights into the surface excitation and oxygen vacancy behaviors of RE2Si2O7, which could shield light on the experimental improvement of the thermal, mechanical, and corrosion properties for RE2Si2O7‐based environmental barrier coating materials. As the cost of deep learning training increases, using heterogeneous GPU clusters is a reasonable way to scale cluster resources to support distributed deep learning (DDL) tasks. However, the commonly used synchronous stochastic gradient descent (SSGD) algorithm based on the bulk synchronous parallel (BSP) model suffers from stragglers in heterogeneous clusters, resulting in a significant reduction in training efficiency. To overcome this challenge, we propose load-balanced batching (LBB) to eliminate stragglers in DDL workloads. LBB first formulates the load balancing problem and builds performance models for all workers in DDL workloads, which is achieved by analyzing the relationship between DDL iteration time and each worker's local batch size. Then the LBB balances all workers' workloads by coordinating local batch sizes. In particular, the LBB greatly mitigates static stragglers and severe dynamic stragglers by solving the load balancing problem and eliminates stragglers by batch size fine-tuning during training. LBB is implemented in PyTorch, and extensive experiments are performed on a heterogeneous server equipped with four GPUs with three different models. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of LBB on standard benchmarks, demonstrating that LBB can significantly reduce training time by 64.57%, 59%, and 5.4% compared to SSGD, local SGD, and FlexRR, respectively, without sacrificing accuracy. In the surgery of knee cruciate ligament repair, how to accurately and personalized obtain cruciate ligament insertion centers is the key issue and a great challenge for surgeons. Current artificial judgment is often with deviation, which increases the risk of surgical failure, complications, and the need for a second surgery. Surgical failure can cause imbalanced force on the knee joint (even limping). In this paper, we propose a personalized preoperative positioning method framework of cruciate ligament insertion centers. We focus on locating the insertion centers and verifying the accuracy of the results. The main steps of the method are as follows. First, we propose a new network model W-UNet to better segment accurate bone regions and small ligament regions from MRI. Second, based on RANSAC algorithm and ICP algorithm, MRI bone model and CT bone model are registered. Third, based on the extracted bone and ligament models, we propose an accurate and personalized method for locating the insertion centers. Fourth, we propose a method based on the principle of calculus, using broken lines instead of curves, to solve the problem of ligament reconstruction blocked by intercondylar protrusions. Finally, the length of cruciate ligament with different flexion angles verifies the accuracy of insertion centers. Preoperative personalized insertion centers preoperative positioning can be performed according to the patient's MRI and CT images. Validation experiments proved the accuracy and robustness of this method. Surgeons can use this framework to accurately obtain personalized preoperative insertion centers location for target patients. This framework provides a reasonable and feasible technical means for locating and marking cruciate ligament insertion centers. Compared with traditional portland cementitious material, alkali-activated material (AAM) had the advantages of low carbon emission, energy saving, excellent durability, strength, and high temperature resistance. It has been proved that the addition of a fiber or nano-particle could improve the mechanical properties of AAM. The fresh and hardened properties of nano-CaCO3 (NCC) and polypropylene fiber (PPF) reinforced AAM were studied in this paper. The hybrid effects of PPF with various volume fractions (0%, 4%, and 8%), aspect ratios (0–464.52), and NCC with various content (0%, 1%, and 2%) on the slump spread, flow rate, flexural strength, compressive strength, and ultrasonic velocity of AAM were investigated. For flowability, the mixture with 0.4% 6 mm and 0.4% 12 mm PPF was the optimal, showing a positive hybrid effect. The hybrid use of PPF and NCC significantly improved the flexural strength, but the compressive strength was not significantly improved. The hybrid effect factors for compressive strength were lower than those for flexural strength. The positive hybrid effect of strength was most obvious when the nano-CaCO3 was 1%. The threshold for fiber factors was 200. Microstructure studies showed that the bridging effect of PPFs can limit the crack development and enhance the strength of AAM. Nano-CaCO3 promoted the denseness of AAM and bond between fiber and matrix. The hybrid of PPF in different lengths and NCC could decrease fiber consumption, reducing the cost and promoting the engineering application of fiber-reinforced AAMs. The effect of hybridization of calcium carbonate nano-particles with polypropylene fibers on the fresh and hardening properties of alkali-activated materials has practical applications in the construction industry. One of its main advantages is its excellent flowability, which allows the material to be self-consolidating. This property allows it to be used effectively in areas such as post-tensioned grouting, pipe concrete, and other grouting processes, where the material flows effortlessly and fills voids efficiently. In addition, the mixing effect of the CaCO3 -nano-particles and the polypropylene fibers enhances the stability and strength of the material, which further enhances the durability and structural stability of the concrete elements. Overall, this blend has excellent flow and self-consolidation properties, making it an important choice for applications such as postgrouting and reinforced concrete construction. First, biocompatible 2D peptide nanosheets (PNSs) were designed and prepared through peptide self-assembly. These served as a support matrix for assembling polyethylene glycol-modified Ag 2 S quantum dots (PEG-Ag 2 SQDs) to form a 2D nanoplatform (PNS/PEG-Ag 2 SQDs) with unique fluorescent and photothermal properties. The designed 2D nanoplatform not only showed improved photothermal efficacy and an elevated photothermal conversion efficiency of 52.46 %, but also demonstrated significant lethality against tumors in both in vitro and in vivo cases. Additionally, it displays excellent imaging effects in the near-infrared II region, making it suitable for synergistic fluorescent imaging-guided PTT of tumors. Calcium supplementation has been shown to be efficacious in mitigating the progression of senile osteoporosis (SOP) and reducing the incidence of osteoporotic fractures resulting from prolonged calcium shortage. In this study, Grifola frondosa (GF) peptides‐calcium chelate were synthesized through the interaction between peptide from GF and CaCl2. The chelation reaction was shown to involve the participation of the amino and carboxyl groups in the peptide, as revealed by scanning electron microscope, Fourier‐transform infrared, and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Furthermore, a mouse model of (SOP) induced by d‐galactose was established (SCXK‐2018‐0004). Results demonstrated that low dosage of low‐molecular weight GF peptides‐calcium chelates (LLgps‐Ca) could significantly improve serum index and pathological features of bone tissue and reduce bone injury. Further research suggested that LLgps‐Ca could ameliorate SOP by modulating the disrupted metabolic pathway, which includes focal adhesion, extracellular matrix receptor interaction, and PI3K‐Akt signaling pathway. Using Western blot, the differentially expressed proteins were further confirmed. Thus, calciumchelating peptides from GF could serve as functional calcium agents to alleviate SOP. Exposure to chronic psychosocial stress is a risk factor for metabolic disorders. Because dipeptidyl peptidase‐4 (DPP4) and cysteinyl cathepsin K (CTSK) play important roles in human pathobiology, we investigated the role(s) of DPP4 in stress‐related adipocyte differentiation, with a focus on the glucagon‐like peptide‐1 (GLP‐1)/adiponectin‐CTSK axis in vivo and in vitro. Plasma and inguinal adipose tissue from non‐stress wild‐type (DPP4+/+), DPP4‐knockout (DPP4−/−) and CTSK‐knockout (CTSK−/−) mice, and stressed DPP4+/+, DPP4−/−, CTSK−/−, and DPP4+/+ mice underwent stress exposure plus GLP‐1 receptor agonist exenatide loading for 2 weeks and then were analyzed for stress‐related biological and/or morphological alterations. On day 14 under chronic stress, stress decreased the weights of adipose tissue and resulted in harmful changes in the plasma levels of DPP4, GLP‐1, CTSK, adiponectin, and tumor necrosis factor‐α proteins and the adipose tissue levels of CTSK, preadipocyte factor‐1, fatty acid binding protein‐4, CCAAT/enhancer binding protein‐α, GLP‐1 receptor, peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor‐γ, perilipin2, secreted frizzled‐related protein‐4, Wnt5α, Wnt11 and β‐catenin proteins and/or mRNAs as well as macrophage infiltration in adipose tissue; these changes were rectified by DPP4 deletion. GLP‐1 receptor activation and CTSK deletion mimic the adipose benefits of DPP4 deficiency. In vitro, CTSK silencing and overexpression respectively prevented and facilitated stress serum and oxidative stress‐induced adipocyte differentiation accompanied with changes in the levels of pref‐1, C/EBP‐α, and PPAR‐γ in 3T3‐L1 cells. Thus, these findings indicated that increased DPP4 plays an essential role in stress‐related adipocyte differentiation, possibly through a negative regulation of GLP‐1/adiponectin‐CTSK axis activation in mice under chronic stress conditions. Recently, bimetallic nanoparticles (NPs) are promising for driving nitrate (NO3 −) reduction reaction (NO3RR) to produce ammonia (NH3) due to their multiple active sites and electron redistribution via strong metal–metal interaction. However, the quantitatively determining the atomic configuration of the active sites and revealing their respective roles in NO3RR process are still challenged. Herein, the configuration of atomically ordered PdFe3 L12 intermetallic NPs into mesoporous carbon nanofibers (O‐PdFe3‐mCNFs) is reported as an efficient NO3RR catalyst for NH3 synthesis. Compared to the face‐centered cubic one, the O‐PdFe3‐mCNFs demonstrate a high NO3− removal of 98.3% within 270 min with a large NH3 yield rate of 1014.2 µmol h−1 cm−2. The detailed in situ and theoretical analysis reveals that the high performance of O‐PdFe3‐mCNFs is attributed to the synergetic effect from the periodic adjacent Pd‐Fe pair sites at the ordered (110) facet via accelerating proton relay, where the Fe sites show preferable stabilization of nitrogen−oxygen (*NO) intermediates while Pd sites serve as proton reservoir for *NO hydrogenation. Moreover, the strong d‐d orbital hybridization tunes d‐band center of the alloy NPs and effectively modulates the adsorption energy of *NO3− and *NO. Accurate forecasts of water demand are a crucial factor in the strategic planning and judicious use of finite water resources within a region, underpinning sustainable socio-economic development. This study aims to compare the applicability of various artificial intelligence models for long-term water demand forecasting across different water use sectors. We utilized the Tuojiang River basin in Sichuan Province as our case study, comparing the performance of five artificial intelligence models: Genetic Algorithm optimized Back Propagation Neural Network (GA-BP), Extreme Learning Machine (ELM), Gaussian Process Regression (GPR), Support Vector Regression (SVR), and Random Forest (RF). These models were employed to predict water demand in the agricultural, industrial, domestic, and ecological sectors using actual water demand data and relevant influential factors from 2005 to 2020. Model performance was evaluated based on the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), with the most effective model used for 2025 water demand projections for each sector within the study area. Our findings reveal that the GPR model demonstrated superior results in predicting water demand for the agricultural, domestic, and ecological sectors, attaining R2 values of 0.9811, 0.9338, and 0.9142 for the respective test sets. Also, the GA-BP model performed optimally in predicting industrial water demand, with an R2 of 0.8580. There is tremendous interest in the development of highly wear‐resistant coatings for metallic materials to reduce energy loss and prolong service life. In this study, the authors propose an approach to develop nanocomposite coatings featuring deformable nanocrystals embedded in amorphous matrix for self‐lubrication and superior wear resistance. The dual‐layered nanocomposite coatings are prepared by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) on a Ti‐Nb‐Ta‐Zr‐Hf (TNZTH) refractory multi‐principal element alloy (RMPEA) and commercially pure Ti (cpTi). The inner layers of PEO coatings are composed of substrate element oxides (amorphous TNZTH─O oxide or anatase TiO2), while their outer layers exhibit typical nanocomposite structures. Different from the cpTi‐based PEO coating outer layers composed of brittle rutile TiO2 nanoparticles dispersed in an amorphous matrix of SiO2 and Na2O·nSiO2, the outer layers of TNZTH‐based PEO coatings are featured by deformable Na2Zr(Hf)O3 nanocrystals heterogeneously embedded in an inhomogeneous amorphous matrix composed of TNZTH─O oxide, SiO2, and Na2O·nSiO2. Near‐infrared (NIR) phosphor‐converted light‐emitting diodes (pc‐LEDs) are considered as promising next‐generation light sources for optoelectronic and biomedical applications. Nevertheless, NIR phosphors with large bandwidths, long emission peaks, high external quantum efficiencies (EQEs) and valuable thermal stabilities are challenging to develop. Herein, this study reports a novel gallium germanate host, Ga3Al3Ge2O13 (GAGO), with a large bandgap and rigid host lattice for Cr3+ ion doping. The blue LED excitable GAGO:0.012Cr3+ phosphor can produce broadband NIR emission with a maximum intensity at 816 nm and a full‐width at half‐maximum (FWHM) of 187 nm. Notably, the phosphor also exhibits an excellent EQE of 35.8% and perfect thermal stability (I423 K/I298 K = 67.4%). Moreover, an attractive NIR afterglow duration of more than 24 h is achieved in the GAGO:0.004Cr3+ phosphor. The type and origin of the traps are discussed, and a possible long persistent luminescent (LPL) mechanism is proposed. Finally, an NIR pc‐LED based on a GAGO:0.012Cr3+ phosphor is fabricated. The results demonstrate that the obtained phosphors show great potential for use in night vision, nondestructive detection, bioimaging and information encryption. Electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) provides a renewable approach to transform CO2 to produce chemicals and fuels. Unfortunately, it faces the challenges of sluggish CO2 activation and slow water dissociation. This study reports the modification of Bi‐based electrocatalyst by S, which leads to a remarkable enhancement in activity and selectivity during electrochemical CO2 reduction to formate. Based on comprehensive in situ examinations and kinetic evaluations, it is observed that the presence of S species over Bi catalyst can significantly enhance its interaction with K+(H2O)n, facilitating fast dissociation of water molecules to generate protons. Further in situ attenuated total reflectance surface‐enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy (ATR‐SEIRAS) and in situ Raman spectroscopy measurements reveal that S modification is able to decrease the oxidation state of Bi active site, which can effectively enhance CO2 activation and facilitate HCOO* intermediate formation while suppressing competing hydrogen evolution reaction. Consequently, the S‐modified Bi catalyst achieves impressive electrochemical CO2RR performance, reaching a formate Faradaic efficiency (FEformate) of 91.2% at a formate partial current density of ≈135 mA cm−2 and a potential of −0.8 V versus RHE in an alkaline electrolyte. Background: M-type phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R) is a major auto-antigen of primary membranous nephropathy(PMN). Anti-PLA2R antibody levels are closely associated with disease severity and therapeutic effectiveness. Analysis of PLA2R antigen epitope reactivity may have a greater predictive value for remission compared with total PLA2R-antibody level. This study aims to elucidate the relationship between domain-specific antibody levels and clinical outcomes of PMN. Methods: This retrospective analysis included 87 patients with PLA2R-associated PMN. Among them, 40 and 47 were treated with rituximab (RTX) and cyclophosphamide (CTX) regimen, respectively. The quantitative detection of -immunoglobulin G (IgG)/-IgG4 targeting PLA2R and its epitope levels in the serum of patients with PMN were obtained through time-resolved fluorescence immunoassays and served as biomarkers in evaluating the treatment effectiveness. A predictive PMN remission possibility nomogram was developed using multivariate logistic regression analysis. Discrimination in the prediction model was assessed using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC-ROC).Bootstrap ROC was used to evaluate the performance of the prediction model. Results: After a 6-month treatment period, the remission rates of proteinuria, including complete remission and partial remission in the RTX and CTX groups, were 70% and 70.21% (P = 0.983), respectively. However, there was a significant difference in immunological remission in the PLA2R-IgG4 between the RTX and CTX groups (21.43% vs. 61.90%, P = 0.019). Furthermore, we found differences in PLA2R-CysR-IgG4(P = 0.030), PLA2R-CTLD1-IgG4(P = 0.005), PLA2R-CTLD678-IgG4(P = 0.003), and epitope spreading (P = 0.023) between responders and non-responders in the CTX group. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that higher levels of urinary protein (odds ratio [OR], 0.49; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.26–0.95; P = 0.035) and higher levels of PLA2R-CTLD1-IgG4 (OR, 0.79; 95%CI,0.62–0.99; P = 0.041) were independent risk factors for early remission. A multivariate model for estimating the possibility of early remission in patients with PMN is presented as a nomogram. The AUC-ROC of our model was 0.721 (95%CI, 0.601–0.840), in consistency with the results obtained with internal validation, for which the AUC-ROC was 0.711 (95%CI, 0.587–0.824), thus, demonstrating robustness. Conclusions: Cyclophosphamide can induce immunological remission earlier than rituximab at the span of 6 months. With the miniaturization, high frequency of electronic devices, and low‐carbon and sustainable development, higher requirements are put forward for thermal conductive polyurethane composites in terms of comprehensive performance and renewable raw materials. Herein, choosing bio‐based polyurethane (PU) derived from castor oil as matrix, and liquid metal (LM) and aluminum hydroxide (ATH) as hybrid thermal conductive filler, castor oil‐based PU composites were developed via high‐speed rotation and in‐situ polymerization method. The LM‐ATH hybrid filler displayed a synergistic enhancement effect on the thermal conductivity of composites due to the presence of LM‐bridging significantly improved the effective contact probability between ATH fillers. The thermal conductivity of 50LM‐ATH/PU reached 1.69 Wm−1 K−1, which was 9.9 times and 1.4 times higher than that of pure PU and 50ATH/PU, respectively. Notably, the 50LM‐ATH/PU exhibited outstanding mechanical properties including tensile strength up to 4.0 MPa and adhesion strength up to 7.9 MPa, especially elongation at break up to 120% which was improved by 200% compared with 50ATH/PU (40%). Additionally, the composite possessed excellent electric insulation, thermal stability, and inflaming retarding properties, showing great application potential in the electronic devices field. Rapid identification of pathogens with higher sensitivity and specificity plays a significant role in maintaining public health, environmental monitoring, controlling food quality, and clinical diagnostics. Different methods have been widely used in food testing laboratories, quality control departments in food companies, hospitals, and clinical settings to identify pathogens. Some limitations in current pathogens detection methods are time-consuming, expensive, and laborious sample preparation, making it unsuitable for rapid detection. Microfluidics has emerged as a promising technology for biosensing applications due to its ability to precisely manipulate small volumes of fluids. Microfluidics platforms combined with spectroscopic techniques are capable of developing miniaturized devices that can detect and quantify pathogenic samples. The review focuses on the advancements in microfluidic devices integrated with spectroscopic methods for detecting bacterial microbes over the past five years. The review is based on several spectroscopic techniques, including fluorescence detection, surface-enhanced Raman scattering, and dynamic light scattering methods coupled with microfluidic platforms. The key detection principles of different approaches were discussed and summarized. Finally, the future possible directions and challenges in microfluidic-based spectroscopy for isolating and detecting pathogens using the latest innovations were also discussed. Motivation Exploring potential associations between diseases can help in understanding pathological mechanisms of diseases and facilitating the discovery of candidate biomarkers and drug targets, thereby promoting disease diagnosis and treatment. Some computational methods have been proposed for measuring disease similarity. However, these methods describe diseases without considering their latent multi-molecule regulation and valuable supervision signal, resulting in limited biological interpretability and efficiency to capture association patterns. Results In this study, we propose a new computational method named DiSMVC. Different from existing predictors, DiSMVC designs a supervised graph collaborative framework to measure disease similarity. Multiple bio-entity associations related to genes and miRNAs are integrated via cross-view graph contrastive learning to extract informative disease representation, and then association pattern joint learning is implemented to compute disease similarity by incorporating phenotype-annotated disease associations. The experimental results show that DiSMVC can draw discriminative characteristics for disease pairs, and outperform other state-of-the-art methods. As a result, DiSMVC is a promising method for predicting disease associations with molecular interpretability. The practical design optimization of blade structures is crucial for enhancing the power capture capability of tidal turbines. However, the significant computational costs required for directly optimizing turbine blades through numerical simulations limit the practical application of blade structure optimization. This paper proposes a framework for tidal turbine blade design optimization based on deep learning (DL) and blade element momentum (BEM). This framework employs control points to parameterize the three-dimensional geometric shape of the blades, uses convolutional neural networks to predict the hydrodynamic performance of each hydrofoil section, and couples BEM to forecast the performance of tidal turbine blades. The multi-objective non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II is employed to optimize the geometric parameters of turbine blades to maximize the power coefficient and minimize the thrust coefficient, aiming to obtain the optimal trade-off solution. The results indicate that the prediction of the DL-BEM model agrees well with experimental data, significantly improving optimization efficiency. The optimized tidal turbine blades exhibit excellent power coefficients and reduced thrust coefficients, achieving a more balanced structural solution. The proposed optimization framework based on DL accurately and rapidly predicts the performance of tidal turbines, facilitating the design optimization of high-performance tidal turbine blades. To improve the thermal stabilities and polymerization activities of α-diimine nickel catalysts, two asymmetric nickel complexes, Cat1 and Cat2, bearing large steric hindrance fluorine-containing diphenylmethyl substituents were designed, synthesized and used for ethylene polymerization. These two homogeneous catalysts exhibited good thermal stability, especially Cat2, which exhibited an activity of 2.04 × 106 gPE/molNi h at 80 °C. To control the polymer particle morphology and avoid the fouled reactor, these α-diimine catalysts were covalently bonded to modified silica supports, and two supported α-diimine catalysts, S-Cat1 and S-Cat2, were prepared for ethylene polymerization. The particle morphology of the polyethylene was substantially improved. Additionally, the melting point of the polyethylene was increased to approximately 110–120 °C. The molecular weight of the polymer prepared with the supported catalyst was nearly twice that of the polymer catalyzed by the corresponding homogeneous catalyst, and the molecular weight of the polyethylene prepared by S-Cat2 reached 1790 kg/mol. Multiple datasets related to pond and marine aquaculture have been published using diverse remote sensing technologies, yet a comprehensive dataset detailing spatial distribution on both land and sea sides is lacking. Firstly, a meticulous comparison of datasets which we selected related to aquaculture ponds and marine, ensuring consistency in trends. Subsequently, the datasets published by our team were edited and integrated to illustrate aquaculture activities on both sides of China's coastal zone. Finally, a spatial differentiation of coastal aquaculture in major provinces was analyzed. This analysis also utilizes the types of coastline and statistical data, guiding coordinated resource management efforts. The results unveil a distinctive spatial distribution pattern, concentrating aquaculture in the northern regions—Bohai Sea, Jiangsu, Fujian, and Pearl River coasts in Guangdong. The provinces rich in aquaculture resources, such as Shandong, Guangdong, and Liaoning, exhibit extensive coastlines. However, remote sensing monitoring suggests an underestimation of Liaoning's marine aquaculture compared to statistical yearbook data. Furthermore, southern provinces like Guangdong and Fujian exhibit significantly higher aquaculture output than Liaoning. Zhejiang leads in fishing output. Most seismic data used for conventional exploration lack far‐offset signals and effective low‐frequency components. This makes it difficult for conventional full waveform inversion methods to recover the low‐wavenumber components of mid‐ and deep‐layer models. To resolve the bottleneck of ray‐theoretical reflection traveltime tomography, wave equations, such as reflection inversion methods, are receiving increasing attention. We reconstructed a wide‐spectrum velocity model based on the multiscale wave‐equation reflection inversion method for model decomposition. First, using the dynamic image warping method to obtain reflection traveltime residuals, the wave‐equation reflection traveltime inversion was used to recover the low‐wavenumber components of the background model, which also solved the cycle‐skipping problem. Second, the medium‐wavenumber component of the model is then supplemented by the reflection waveform inversion, while the reflectivity model is obtained relying on the least‐squares reverse time migration method. Based on this method, the background and perturbation models are updated alternately and iteratively. At the same time, the stratum structural tensor information was extracted using the perturbed model image to construct a preconditioned operator for the stratum structural constraint, suppress unreasonably high‐wavenumber components in the generalized gradient and improve the geological consistency of the inversion results. Testing of the model using the Sigsbee2b model and seismic field data from the East China Sea showed that, compared with the conventional reflection traveltime tomography method based on prestack depth migration, the wave‐equation reflection inversion strategy with well‐matched information from traveltimes to waveforms significantly improved the accuracy of the middle and deep velocity modelling and enhanced the imaging quality of the whole body. The perishable nature of vegetable commodities poses challenges for superstores, as reselling them is often unfeasible due to their short freshness period. Reliable market demand analysis is crucial for boosting revenue. This study simplifies the pricing and replenishment decision-making process by making reasonable assumptions about the selling time, wastage rate, and replenishment time for vegetable commodities. A single-objective planning model with the objective of profit maximization was constructed by fitting historical data using the nonparametric method of support vector regression (SVR). The study reveals a specific relationship between sales volume and cost-plus pricing for each category and predicts future cost changes using an LSTM model. Combining these findings, we substitute the relationship between sales volume and pricing as well as the LSTM prediction data into the model, and solve it using genetic algorithms in machine learning to derive the optimal replenishment volume and pricing strategy. Practical results show that the method can provide reasonable pricing and replenishment strategies for vegetable superstores, and after careful accounting, we arrive at an expected profit of RMB 22,703.14. The actual profit of the supermarket was RMB 19,732.89. The method, therefore, increases the profit of the vegetable superstore by 13.08%.
