The article reports on the redevelopment plan that showcases best practices in ecologically sustainable urban development in Western Australia. According to sources, the Wungong Urban Water Master plan, which caters for 40 thousand residents is considered the first of its kind in Australia. Wungong residents will benefit from this diverse and vibrant residential area due to new standards in natural resource management, water sensitive urban design and energy-efficient housing.
