In the foggy environment, the images collected outdoors are prone to problems, such as low contrast and loss of details. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes an algorithm based on multiscale parallel-depth separable convolutional neural network (MSP-DSCNN) to remove fog from foggy images and improve image quality. The multiscale feature extraction module extracts texture feature details from fog images at different scales and extracts high-dimensional and low-dimensional features from fog images by using parallel depth and shallow channels. In order to further optimize the network model, a split convolution method is proposed, which can split the feature graph into two categories, one is the main feature and the other is the secondary feature. The key information is extracted from the main features with high complexity, and the compensation information is extracted from the minor features with low complexity. Experiments show that compared with other algorithms, the model constructed in this paper has obvious advantages in defogging effect, natural color of restored images, good detail retention, and dominant indicators. Detection and recognition of traffic signs are the keys to creating advanced driving assistance systems. Making highly precise maps also requires the identification and extraction of such road elements as traffic signs. Traditional detection and recognition methods no longer meet today's needs, and object recognition algorithms based on deep learning have become the mainstream solution. However, current algorithms have limitations. The recognition speed of one-stage strategy algorithms is fast, but recognition accuracy is not satisfactory especially for small objects. The accuracy of two-stage algorithms is higher, but the recognition speed is extremely slow. This paper solves these problems with a proposed parallel attention convolution module, a channel attention pyramid network, and a loss function diagonal and center point IoU based on the YOLOv3 algorithm. The improved models in this paper are compared with SSD, YOLOv3, and Faster RCNN. Experimental results show that the proposed models have some improvement over the above models: the mAP of the models with PACM, CAFPN, and DCPIoU was 76.02%, compared with SSD300, SSD500, Faster RCNN, and YOLOv3, which had improvements of 9.27%, 6.93%, 2.94, and 5.3%, respectively. The advancement in technology is taking place with an accelerating pace across the globe. With the increasing expansion and technological advancement, a vast volume of text data are generated everyday, in the form of social media platform, websites, company data, healthcare data, and news. Indeed, it is a difficult task to extract intriguing patterns from the text data, such as opinions, summaries, and facts, having varying length. Because of the problems of the length of text data and the difficulty of feature value extraction in news, this paper proposes a news text classification method based on the combination of deep learning (DL) algorithms. In order to classify the text data, the earlier approaches use a single word vector to express text information and only the information of the relationship between words were considered, but the relationship between words and categories was ignored which indeed is an important factor for the classification of news text. This paper follows the idea of a customized algorithm which is the combination of DL algorithms such as CNN, LSTM, and MLP and proposes a customized DCLSTM-MLP model for the classification of news text data. The proposed model is expressed in parallel with word vector and word dispersion. The relationship among words is represented by the word vector as an input of the CNN module, and the relationship between words and categories is represented by a discrete vector as an input of the MLP module in order to realize comprehensive learning of spatial feature information, time-series feature information, and relationship between words and categories of news text. To check the stability and performance of the proposed method, multiple experiments were performed. The experimental results showed that the proposed method solves the problems of text length, difficulty of feature extraction in the news text, and classification of news text in an effective way and attained better accuracy, recall rate, and comprehensive value as compared to the other models. With the development of deep learning, target detection from vision sensor has achieved high accuracy and efficiency. However, small target detection remains a challenge due to inadequate use of semantic information and detailed texture information of underlying features. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a small target detection algorithm based on Mask R-CNN model which integrates transfer learning and deep separable network. Firstly, the feature pyramid fusion structure is introduced to enhance the learning effect of low-level and high-level features, especially to strengthen the information channel of low-level feature and meanwhile optimize the feature information of small target. Secondly, the ELU function is used as the activation function to solve the problem that the original activation function disappears in the negative half axis gradient. Finally, a new loss function F-Softmax combined with Focal Loss was adopted to solve the imbalance of positive and negative sample proportions. In this paper, self-made data set is used to carry out experiments, and the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm makes the detection accuracy of small targets reach 66.5%. With the advent of the era of big data and the rapid development of deep learning and other technologies, people can use complex neural network models to mine and extract key information in massive data with the support of powerful computing power. However, it also increases the complexity of heterogeneous network and greatly increases the difficulty of network maintenance and management. In order to solve the problem of network fault diagnosis, this paper first proposes an improved semisupervised inverse network fault diagnosis algorithm; the proposed algorithm effectively guarantees the convergence of generated against network model, makes full use of a large amount of trouble-free tag data, and obtains a good accuracy of fault diagnosis. Then, the diagnosis model is further optimized and the fault classification task is completed by the convolutional neural network, the discriminant function of the network is simplified, and the generation pair network is only responsible for generating fault samples. The simulation results also show that the fault diagnosis algorithm based on network generation and convolutional neural network achieves good fault diagnosis accuracy and saves the overhead of manually labeling a large number of data samples. A variety of open relation extraction systems have been developed in the last decade. And deep learning, especially with attention model, has gained much success in the task of relation classification. Nevertheless, there is, yet, no research reported on classifying open relation tuples to our knowledge. In this paper, we propose a novel semieager learning algorithm (SemiE) to tackle the problem of open relation classification. Different from the eager learning approaches (e.g., ANNs) and the lazy learning approaches (e.g., kNN), the SemiE offers the benefits of both categories of learning scheme, with its significantly lower computational cost (O(n)). This algorithm can also be employed in other classification tasks. Additionally, this paper presents an adapted attention model to transform relation phrases into vectors by using word embedding. The reinforcement learning algorithms based on policy gradient may fall into local optimal due to gradient disappearance during the update process, which in turn affects the exploration ability of the reinforcement learning agent. In order to solve the above problem, in this paper, the cross-entropy method (CEM) in evolution policy, maximum mean difference (MMD), and twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm (TD3) are combined to propose a diversity evolutionary policy deep reinforcement learning (DEPRL) algorithm. By using the maximum mean discrepancy as a measure of the distance between different policies, some of the policies in the population maximize the distance between them and the previous generation of policies while maximizing the cumulative return during the gradient update. Furthermore, combining the cumulative returns and the distance between policies as the fitness of the population encourages more diversity in the offspring policies, which in turn can reduce the risk of falling into local optimal due to the disappearance of the gradient. The results in the MuJoCo test environment show that DEPRL has achieved excellent performance on continuous control tasks; especially in the Ant-v2 environment, the return of DEPRL ultimately achieved a nearly 20% improvement compared to TD3. Public security monitoring is a hot issue that the government and citizens pay close attention to. Multiobject tracking plays an important role in solving many problems for public security. Under crowded scenarios and emergency places, it is a challenging problem to predict and warn owing to the complexity of crowd intersection. There are still many deficiencies in the research of multiobject trajectory prediction, which mostly employ object detection and data association. Compared with the tremendous progress in object detection, data association still relied on hand-crafted constraints such as group, motion, and spatial proximity. Emergencies usually have the characteristics of mutation, target diversification, low illumination, or resolution, which makes multitarget tracking more difficult. In this paper, we harness the advance of the deep learning framework for data association in object tracking by jointly modeling pedestrian features. The proposed deep pedestrian tracking SSD-based model can pair and link pedestrian features in any two frames. The model was trained with open dataset, and the results, accuracy, and speed of the model were compared between normal and emergency or violent environment. The experimental results show that the tracking accuracy of mAP is higher than 95% both in normal and abnormal data sets and higher than that of the traditional detection algorithm. The detection speed of the normal data set is slightly higher than that of the abnormal data set. In general, the model has good tracking results and credibility for multitarget tracking in emergency environment. Since the breakthrough of deep learning in object classification in 2012, extraordinary achievements have been made in the field of target detection, but the high time and space complexity of the target detection network based on deep learning has hindered the technology from application in actual product. To solve this problem, first of all, this paper uses the MobileNet classification network to optimize the Faster R-CNN target detection network. The experimental results on the rare earth element detection data set show that the MobileNet classification network is not suitable for optimizing the Faster R-CNN network. After that, this paper proposes a classification network that combines VGG16 and MobileNet, and uses the fusion network to optimize the Faster R-CNN target detection network. The experimental results on the rare earth element detection data set show that the Faster R-CNN target detection network optimized by the fusion classification network has the advantages of using VGG16 and MobileNet's Faster R-CNN target detection network to detect rare earth elements. The innovation of this article is that the results on 5 time series data sets show that CDA-WR has better predictive performance than other ELM variant models. The effect of determining trace cerium elements in rocks and minerals is increased by more than 50%, based on deep learning. The algorithm studies the methods of target detection and recognition and integrates it into the intelligent robot used in this subject, giving the robot the ability to accurately detect the target object in real time. This paper proposes a DRL-based cache content update policy in the cache-enabled network to improve the cache hit ratio and reduce the average latency. In contrast to the existing policies, a more practical cache scenario is considered in this work, in which the content requests vary by both time and location. Considering the constraint of the limited cache capacity, the dynamic content update problem is modeled as a Markov decision process (MDP). Besides that, the deep Q-learning network (DQN) algorithm is utilised to solve the MDP problem. Specifically, the neural network is optimised to approximate the Q value where the training data are chosen from the experience replay memory. The DQN agent derives the optimal policy for the cache decision. Compared with the existing policies, the simulation results show that our proposed policy is 56%–64% improved in terms of the cache hit ratio and 56%–59% decreased in terms of the average latency. In order to solve the problems of poor region delineation and boundary artifacts in Chinese style migration of images, an improved Variational Autoencoder (VAE) method for dress style migration is proposed. Firstly, the Yolo v3 model is used to quickly identify the dress localization of the input image, then, the classical semantic segmentation algorithm (FCN) is used to finely delineate the desired dress style migration region twice, and finally, the trained VAE model is used to generate the migrated Chinese style image. The results show that, compared with the traditional style migration model, the improved VAE style migration model can obtain finer synthetic images for dress style migration and can adapt to different Chinese traditional styles to meet the application requirements of dress style migration scenarios. We evaluated several deep learning-based models and achieved a BLEU value of 0.6 on average. The transformer-based model outperformed the other models, achieving a BLEU value of up to 0.72. Aiming at solving the problem that the recognition effect of rare slot values in spoken language is poor, which affects the accuracy of oral understanding task, a spoken language understanding method is designed based on deep learning. The local features of semantic text are extracted and classified to make the classification results match the dialogue task. An intention recognition algorithm is designed for the classification results. Each datum has a corresponding intention label to complete the task of semantic slot filling. The attention mechanism is applied to the recognition of rare slot value information, the weight of hidden state and corresponding slot characteristics are obtained, and the updated slot value is used to represent the tracking state. An auxiliary gate unit is constructed between the upper and lower slots of historical dialogue, and the word vector is trained based on deep learning to complete the task of spoken language understanding. The simulation results show that the proposed method can realize multiple rounds of man-machine spoken language. Compared with the spoken language understanding methods based on cyclic network, context information, and label decomposition, it has higher accuracy and F1 value and has higher practical application value. The intestine is an important organ of the human body, and its internal structure always needs to be observed in clinical applications so as to provide a basis for accurate diagnosis. However, due to the limited intestinal data obtained by a single institution, deep learning cannot effectively train the intestines, and the effect is not satisfied. For this reason, we propose a distributed training method to carry out federated learning to alleviate the situation of patient sample data shortage, not shared and uneven data distribution. And the blockchain is introduced to enhance the interaction between networks, to solve the problem of a single point of failure of the federated learning server.
