Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most generally known neurodegenerative disorder, leading to a steady deterioration in cognitive ability. Deep learning models have shown outstanding performance in the diagnosis of AD, and these models do not need any handcrafted feature extraction over conventional machine learning algorithms. Since the 2012 AlexNet accomplishment, the convolutional neural network (CNN) has been progressively utilized by the medical community to assist practitioners to early diagnose AD. This paper explores the current cutting edge applications of CNN on single and multimodality (combination of two or more modalities) neuroimaging data for the classification of AD. An exhaustive systematic search is conducted on four notable databases: Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, and PubMed in June 2021. The objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of classification approaches on AD to analyze different kinds of datasets, neuroimaging modalities, preprocessing techniques, and data handling methods. However, CNN has achieved great success in the classification of AD; still, there are a lot of challenges particularly due to scarcity of medical imaging data and its possible scope in this field. With the rapid development of deep learning algorithms, it is gradually applied in UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) driving, visual recognition, target tracking, behavior recognition, and other fields. In the field of sports, many scientists put forward the research of target tracking and recognition technology based on deep learning algorithms for athletes' trajectory and behavior capture. Based on the target tracking algorithm, a regional proposal network RPN algorithm combined with the twin regional proposal network Siamese algorithm is proposed to study the tracking and recognition technology of athletes' behavior. Then, the adaptive updating network is used to track the behavior target of athletes, and the simulation model of behavior recognition is established. This algorithm is different from the traditional twin network algorithm. It can accurately take the athlete's behavior as the target candidate box in model training and reduce the interference of environment and other factors on model recognition. The results show that the Siamese-RPN algorithm can reduce the interference from the background and environment when tracking the athletes' target behavior trajectory. This algorithm can improve the training behavior recognition model, ignore the background interference elements of the behavior image, and improve the accuracy and overall performance of the model. Compared with the traditional twin network method for sports behavior recognition, the Siamese-RPN algorithm studied in this paper can perform offline operations and distinguish the interference factors of athletes' background environment. "Malignant mesothelioma (MM)" is an uncommon although fatal form of cancer. The proper MM diagnosis is crucial for efficient therapy and has significant medicolegal implications. Asbestos is a carcinogenic material that poses a health risk to humans. One of the most severe types of cancer induced by asbestos is "malignant mesothelioma." Prolonged shortness of breath and continuous pain are the most typical symptoms of the condition. The importance of early treatment and diagnosis cannot be overstated. The combination "epithelial/mesenchymal appearance of MM," however, makes a definite diagnosis difficult. This study is aimed at developing a deep learning system for medical diagnosis MM automatically. Otherwise, the sickness might cause patients to succumb to death in a short amount of time. Various forms of artificial intelligence algorithms for successful "Malignant Mesothelioma illness" identification are explored in this research. In relation to the concept of traditional machine learning, the techniques support "Vector Machine, Neural Network, and Decision Tree" are chosen. Computer tomography is an extensively used method for the detection of the disease in the subjects. Basically, computer-aided tomography depending on the artificial intelligence reveals its significance in smart health care monitoring system. Owing to its security and the private issue, analyzing the computed tomography dataset has become a tedious process. This study puts forward the convolutional autoencrypted deep learning neural network to assist unsupervised learning technique. By carrying out various experiments, our proposed method produces better results comparative to other traditional methods, which efficaciously solves the issues related to the artificial image description. Hence, the convolutional autoencoder is widely used in measuring the lumps in the bronchi. With the unsupervised machine learning, the extracted features are used for various applications.
