In order to improve the analysis and forecasting effect of economic fluctuations, this paper combines the high-frequency financial sequence algorithm to conduct measured analysis of economic fluctuations. Under the continuous jump-diffusion price model, this paper considers the jump part and the continuous part in the process of asset pricing. Moreover, for the jump part, this paper uses the wavelet method to analyze the observation data, and obtains the estimator of the second-order jump covariation difference matrix and its convergence speed. For the continuous part, this paper adopts a two-scale realized volatility model under the continuous price model. In addition, this paper verifies the effect of the intelligent model proposed in this paper through simulation experiments. The simulation data shows that the economic fluctuation analysis system based on high-frequency financial time series proposed in this paper has good economic analysis and economic forecasting effects. To improve the effect of regional financial and economic data processing, this study combines the distributed decoding technology to construct the regional financial data processing system. Furthermore, this study combines the technical characteristics of cooperative communication and unitary space-time codes to design a non-differential distributed space-time code based on cyclic unitary matrix groups. In addition, this study uses the particularity of trigonometric functions to design a non-differential distributed space-time code based on trigonometric functions. Finally, according to the characteristics of the distributed space-time code of trigonometric functions, this study obtains a decoding algorithm with low decoding complexity and uses MATLAB to conduct simulation experiments to verify the financial data processing and economic analysis effect of the system in this study. The experimental analysis results show that the regional financial and economic data processing system based on distributed decoding technology proposed in this study can play an important role in the analysis of financial and economic data. The second-order elastic constants, third-order elastic constants, and the generalized-stacking-fault energy for semiconductor GaAs are investigated using the first-principles calculations. The predictions of elastic constants are obtained from the coefficients of the fitted polynomials of the energy-strain functions. It is found that the nonlinear elastic effects must be considered when the applied deformations are larger than approximately 1.5%. With the Lagrangian strains up to 6.4%, the terms included up to third order in energy expansion functions are sufficient. The elastic constants given in this work agree well with the previous results and experimental data except for C144. C144 given by the present paper is a positive value, and the estimated 3 GPa agrees well with the experimental result of 2 GPa. The research results can provide a reference for understanding the elasticity of GaAs. The generalized-stacking-fault energy has been calculated without and with structural relaxation, respectively. The unstable stacking fault energy with structural relaxation is about two-thirds of that without relaxation. The dislocation width and Peierls stress for 30° partial in GaAs have been investigated based on the improved P-N theory. The dislocation width is very narrow (only about one-fifth of Burgers vector b), which is reasonable for covalent materials. The Peierls stress is about 4 GPa, in good agreement with the experimental result of 2∼3 GPa. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the development of circulating fluidized beds (CFB) and dense upflow bubbling fluidized beds (UBFB) as chemical reactors, or in the capture and storage of solar or waste heat, the associated downcomer has been proposed as an additional heat transfer system. Whereas fundamental and applied research towards hydrodynamics has been carried out, few results have been reported on heat transfer in downcomers, even though it is an important element in their design and application. The wall-to-suspension heat transfer coefficient (HTC) was measured in the downcomer. The HTC increases linearly with the solids flux, till values of about 150 kg/m2 s. The increasing HTC with increasing solid circulation rate is reflected through a faster surface renewal by the downflow of the particle-gas suspension at the wall. The model predictions and experimental data are in very fair agreement, and the model expression can predict the influence of the dominant parameters of heat transfer geometry, solids circulation flow, and particle characteristics. Background. Differentiation among types of muscular dystrophy (MD) has remained challenging. In this retrospective study, we sought to develop a methodology for differentiation of MD types using analysis of serum enzyme profiles. Methods. The serum levels of enzymes from 232 patients, including 120 with DMD, 36 with BMD, 36 with FSHD, 46 with LGMD, and 11 with EDMD, were evaluated. Results. The characteristic profiles of serum enzymes facilitated differentiation of these five types of MD. DMD was characterized by simultaneous elevation of ALT, AST, LDH, and ALP; BMD and LGMD were characterized by elevation of ALT, AST, and LDH; and FSHD and EDMD were characterized by a lack of abnormal serum enzyme levels. We further developed discriminant functions to distinguish BMD and LGMD. For LGMD, LGMD2B patients had significantly higher ALP levels than non-LGMD2B patients (98±59 U/L versus 45±9 U/L, resp., p<0.05). Conclusions. Our approach enabled the determination of MD subtypes using serum enzyme profiles prior to genetic testing, which will increase the chance a mutation will be found in the first gene analyzed. Background. To improve assessment of dystrophinopathy, the aim of this study was to identify whether serum creatinine (Crn) level reflects disease severity. Methods. Biochemical, Vignos score, and genetic data were collected on 212 boys with dystrophinopathy. Results. Serum Crn level had a strong inverse correlation with Vignos score by simple correlation (r=-0.793) and partial correlation analysis after adjustment for age, height, and weight (r=-0.791; both P<0.01). Serum Crn level was significantly higher in patients with in-frame than out-of-frame mutations (Z=-4.716, P<0.01) and in Becker muscular dystrophy (BMD) patients than Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) patients at ages 4, 5, 7, and 9 yr (all P<0.0125). After adjusting for age, height, and weight, BMD patients still had a significantly higher serum Crn level than DMD patients (β=7.140, t=6.277, P<0.01). Conclusions. Serum Crn level reflected disease severity and may serve as a supplemental index to distinguish DMD from BMD in clinical practice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
