The article describes the correct procedures when fixing laptops, cameras, cellular phones, and iPods. When replacing an iPod battery, it is suggested to first turn off the iPod and lock the Hold switch and carefully work with a plastic wedge into the seam along the side. To revive a stuck liquid crystal display (LCD) pixel, it is advised to determine whether the pixel is completely dead, make sure that the LCD is clean, and download and install UDPixel to determine and fix the problem. Also include are guidelines when drying a submerged phone, cleaning a spill on a laptop, and cleaning a dirty camera.
