A bilinear map whose domain and target sets are identical is called a self-bilinear map. Original self-bilinear maps are defined over cyclic groups. Since the map itself reveals information about the underlying cyclic group, the Decisional Diffie–Hellman Problem (DDH) and the computational Diffie–Hellman (CDH) problem may be solved easily in some specific groups. This brings a lot of limitations to constructing secure self-bilinear schemes. As a compromise, a self-bilinear map with auxiliary information was proposed in CRYPTO'2014. In this paper, we construct this weak variant of a self-bilinear map from generic sets and indistinguishable obfuscation. These sets should own several properties. A new notion, One Way Encoding System (OWES), is proposed to summarize these properties. The new Encoding Division Problem (EDP) is defined to complete the security proof. The OWES can be built by making use of one level of graded encoding systems (GES). To construct a concrete self-bilinear map scheme, Garg, Gentry, and Halvei(GGH13) GES is adopted in our work. Even though the security of GGH13 was recently broken by Hu et al., their algorithm does not threaten our applications. Western dietary patterns (WDP) and typical food groups may play a major role in the risk of behavioral health disorders. Nevertheless, the relationships between WDP, common food categories, and mental health disorders lack consistency and remain incompletely understood in relation to potential mechanisms. Therefore, the objective of the present study was conducted to synthesize available evidence linking WDP and typical food groups to these outcomes. Web of Science, PubMed, EMBASE, and MEDLINE were searched up to August 2023. Random effect meta-analyses were performed to obtain pooled odds ratio and the relative risk for the prevalence of outcomes and the incidence of outcomes, respectively. A total of 54 articles were included. WDP was associated with increased risk of both depression (1.19; 95% CI: 1.06–1.32) and depressive symptoms (1.20; 95% CI: 1.08–1.34). Except for high-fat dairy products, food groups are associated with an increased risk of anxiety, depression, and depressive symptoms. This review presents evidence to further understand the relationship between WDP, typical food groups, and the incidence of behavioral health disorders, and more randomized controlled trials and cohort studies are urgently required to confirm these findings and elucidate potential mechanisms. The development of an exceptionally sensitive diagnostic technique for early identification of aquaculture diseases, specifically Aeromonas hydrophila, is essential for efficient management of disease outbreaks at aquaculture locations. In this research, a swift and sensitive diagnostic assay employing Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) of Aeromonas hydrophila was devised and compared to the conventional qPCR method documented by Rong Wang. Validation of the diagnostic assay was carried out using actual samples obtained from aquaculture fish. The findings revealed that based on the rapid detection of crude bacterial genomic DNA, the fluorescent LAMP assay possessed a lower limit of detection (LOD) of 0.559 ng/μL (0.315–1.693, 95% CI), while the LOD for qPCR stood at 4.301 ng/μL (2.084–8.876, 95% CI). Both techniques demonstrated outstanding specificity, exhibiting no cross-reactivity with bacteria from the same or closely related genera. A total of 74 fish samples suspected to be infected with the fish disease were gathered, with 26 and 23 samples testing positive for Aeromonas hydrophila via LAMP and qPCR, respectively. The concordance analysis for LAMP and qPCR methods generated a Kappa value of 0.909 (0.778–1.000, 95% CI), signifying a high degree of diagnostic consensus. This study highlights that the LAMP assay eliminates the thermal cycle temperature change process of qPCR, uses lysate to crudely extract bacterial genomic DNA, and can complete the detection within 40 min, rendering it a practical and efficient alternative for monitoring disease outbreaks at aquaculture sites. The industrial transfer of heavy industries such as non-metallic mineral manufacturing, metal smelting and manufacturing from the eastern coast of China to the central region is beneficial to the economic development of the central region on the one hand, but increases carbon emissions in the central region on the other hand. In February 2022, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River". This indicates that the urban agglomeration of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is an important region for implementing green development in the central area. The spatial and temporal evolution of carbon emissions and influencing factors in this region are the foundation for achieving carbon peaking and the carbon neutrality goal. This paper calculates the total carbon emissions of the cities in the urban agglomeration of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and uses models such as spatial autocorrelation, geographically weighted regression, and Geodetector to explore the spatial–temporal pattern of carbon emissions. The results show the following: (1) The total carbon emissions of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration showed fluctuations during 2010–2020, and the carbon emission reduction effect is unstable. Additionally, the carbon emissions of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city cluster show obvious spatial variability, but the high carbon emission area is always concentrated in Wuhan, and this remains unchanged. (2) In 2010, 2014 and 2017, population size was the most important factor affecting carbon emission divergence, and in terms of interaction, the interaction between energy intensity and GDP and urbanization is the reason for the increasing carbon emissions. (3) The influence of population size on carbon emissions decreases from north to south, the influence of energy intensity on carbon emissions shows a spread from the most influential region in the northwest to the centre and then to the northeast, and the GDP per capita has little influence on the difference of carbon emissions spatial distribution. Aquatic environments are important reservoirs for drug resistance. Aquatic foods may act as carriers to lead antibiotic-resistant commensal bacteria into the human gastrointestinal system, then contacting gut microbiota and spreading antibiotic resistance. Here, several shrimp farms were investigated to identify colistin resistance among commensal bacteria of aquaculture. A total of 884 (41.6%) colistin-resistant isolates were identified among 2126 strains. Electroporation demonstrated that colistin-resistant fragments were present in some commensal bacteria that could be transferred to other bacteria. Most of the resistant bacteria were Bacillus spp., with 69.3% of the Bacillus species exhibiting multiple drug resistance. Bacillus licheniformis was prevalent, with 58 strains identified that comprised six sequence types (ST) based on multilocus sequence typing. Whole-genome sequencing and comparisons with previous B. licheniformis genomes revealed a high degree of genomic similarity among isolates from different regions. Thus, this species is widely distributed, and this study provides new insights into global antibiotic-resistant characteristics of B. licheniformis. Sequence analyses further revealed some of these strains are even pathogenic and virulent, suggesting the antibiotic resistance and hazards of commensal bacteria in aquaculture should be considered. Considering the "One Health" perspective, improved monitoring of aquatic food is needed to prevent the spread of drug-resistant commensal bacteria from food-associated bacteria to humans. In order to realize the high efficiency and precision clamping of large workpieces with several processes and multiple species processing, the distribution number and position of the zero point clamping unit in the flexible quick-change process system for big thin-walled cylindrical structural parts are presented. The error model of the flexible quick-change process system is established by the Monte Carlo method, which is used to optimize the system structure design. The error variation of the flexible quick-change process system under the action of transposition and extreme working conditions such as cutting force is revealed, and further analysis on the sensitivity of the workpiece's global displacement error and global attitude error to each error source is carried out. After the optimization, a high-quality, cost-effective, flexible quick-change clamping system is created. The three-coordinate measurement experiment is used to test the functionality and accuracy of the flexible quick-change process system. A significantly improved level of the system's repetitive positioning accuracy (less than 0.01 mm) is detected. Importantly, the flexible quick-change system obtained by the combinatorial optimal design method has been successfully applied to the production of aerospace components with improved quality and efficiency. The high uniform magnetic field combined with pre-deformation and vacuum heat treatment processing is designed for improving the diffusion bonding properties of the 1420 Al-Li alloy. Serial magneto-thermal coupling treatment experiments of 1420 Al-Li alloy and the pure aluminium diffusion couple, together with the gallium interlayer, is carried out in a superconducting high magnetic field device. Various parameter combinations are used to produce different samples on which interface organization and connection performance are studied. Electron microscopic analysis reveals various interface topographies and fracture morphologies after shear strength tests. Influence of diffusion bonding temperature on element diffusion under a high uniform magnetic field is investigated. The diffusion activation energy of Mg element in pure aluminum under a 12 T magnetic field is calculated in this paper. It is found that the bonding quality and bonding performance of the interface are improved greatly after heat treatment with a strong magnetic field, and the bonding temperature is an important factor affecting the interface bonding and bonding strength. The diffusion coefficient of the Mg element in the 1420 Al-Li alloy to L2 pure aluminum increases with the increase of diffusion bonding temperature. Background and Objectives: To estimate the clinical outcomes of uniportal and biportal full-endoscopic spine surgery for the treatment of lumbar degenerative disease (LDD), and to provide the latest evidence for clinical selection. Materials and Methods: Relevant literatures published in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CNKI, and WanFang Database before 21 November 2021 were searched systematically. Two researchers independently screened the studies, extracted data, and evaluated the risk of bias of the included studies. The systematic review and meta-analysis were performed using the Review Manager software (version 5.4; The Cochrane Collaboration). Results: A total of seven studies were included in this meta-analysis, including 198 patients in a uniportal endoscopy group and 185 patients in a biportal endoscopy group. The results of this meta-analysis demonstrated that the biportal endoscopy group experienced less intraoperative estimated blood loss (WMD = −2.54, 95%CI [−4.48, −0.60], p = 0.01), while the uniportal endoscopy group displayed significantly better recovery results in Visual Analog Scale (VAS) assessments of the back within 3 days of surgery (WMD = 0.69, 95%CI [0.02, 1.37], p = 0.04). However, no significant differences in operation time, length of hospital stay, complication rates, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) (within 3 months), ODI (last follow-up), VAS for back (within 3 months), VAS for back (last follow-up), and VAS for leg (within 3 days, within 3 months, last follow-up) were identified between the two groups. Conclusions: According to our meta-analysis, patients who underwent the uniportal endoscopic procedure had more significant early postoperative back pain relief than those who underwent the biportal endoscopic procedure. Twelve new specimens of sporidesmium-like taxa were collected from freshwater habitats in China and Thailand. Phylogenetic analysis of nuc 28S rDNA (LSU), internal transcribed spacer (ITS), translation elongation factor 1-alpha (TEF1-α) and second-largest subunit of RNA polymerase II (RPB2) sequence data, combined with morphological data, revealed that they are Distoseptispora species. Among them, six new species, including D. aqualignicola, D. aquamyces, D. crassispora, D. curvularia, D. nonrostrata and D. pachyconidia, are introduced. Two new combinations, D. adscendens and D. leonensis, are transferred from Ellisembia. Aqueous zinc-ion batteries offer the greatest promise as an alternative technology for low-cost and high-safety energy storage. However, the development of high-performance cathode materials and their compatibility with aqueous electrolytes are major obstacles to their practical applications. Herein, we report the synthesis of orthorhombic V2O5·nH2O nanorods as cathodes for aqueous zinc batteries. As a result, the electrode delivers a reversible capacity as high as 320 mAh g−1 at 1.0 A g−1 and long-term cycling stability in a wide window of 0.2 to 1.8 V using a mild ZnSO4 aqueous electrolyte. The superior performance can be attributed to the improved stability of materials, inhibited electrolyte decomposition and facilitated charge transfer kinetics of such materials for aqueous zinc storage. Furthermore, a full cell using microsized Zn powder as an anode within capacity-balancing design exhibits high capacity and stable cycling performance, proving the feasibility of these materials for practical application. In this study, an electric dynamic load simulation system (EDLSS) algorithm was proposed based on an inertia simulation predictive model to mitigate strong-coupling torque disturbance and load torque fluctuation caused by the change in the motion state of a bearing system. First, the inertia simulation model was proposed by combining the dynamic equations of both the EDLSS and the target system. The aforementioned inertia simulation model converted the conventional realisation method of the inertia simulation into the tracking of the motion characteristics for the target system under the same working conditions. Next, based on the aforementioned inertia simulation model while considering the strong-coupling torque effect and motor braking state disturbance as two influential factors, an inertia simulation predictive model and a load simulation algorithm were proposed. The predicted speed calculated by the predictive model was consistent with the dynamic characteristics of the target system under the same working conditions and input into the control loop. Based on the analysis of the braking state and power model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, an energy feedback control method was proposed to improve EDLSS stability caused by the braking state of the loading motor. Finally, the experimental data revealed that the maximum speed fluctuation range of the loading motor was approximately 7.5, which was 84% lower than the range before the application of the aforementioned algorithm, which was about 46.8. Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of the major pathogenic Vibrio species that contaminate seafood. Rapid and accurate detection is crucial for avoiding foodborne diseases caused by pathogens and is important for food safety management and mariculture. In this study, we established a system that combines chemically enhanced clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) and recombinase-aided amplification (RAA) (CE–RAA–CRISPR) for detecting V. parahaemolyticus in seafood. The method combines RAA with CRISPR-associated protein 12a (Cas12a) for rapid detection in a one-pot reaction, effectively reducing the risk of aerosol contamination during DNA amplifier transfer. We optimized the primers for V. parahaemolyticus, determined the optimal crRNA/Cas12a ratio, and demonstrated that chemical additives (bovine serum albumin and L-proline) could enhance the detection capacity of Cas12a. The limit of detection (at optimal conditions) was as low as 6.7 × 101 CFU/mL in pure cultures and 7.3 × 101 CFU/g in shrimp. Moreover, this method exhibited no cross-reactivity with other microbial pathogens. In this study, the interactions of magnesium (Mg) atom and Mg(001) surface with different metal-atom-doped graphene were investigated using a density functional theory (DFT) method. For the interactions of magnesium with Al-, Mn-, Zn-, and Zr-doped and intrinsic graphene, it was found that the magnesium atoms were physisorbed into the hollow sites of the intrinsic graphene with only the smallest interaction energy (approximately −1.900 eV). However, the magnesium atoms tended to be chemisorbed on the doped graphene, which exhibited larger interaction energies and charge transfers. Additionally, the Zn-doped graphene displayed the largest interaction energy with the Mg atom (approximately −3.833 eV). For the interactions of Mg(001) with Al-, Mn-, Zn-, and Zr-doped and intrinsic graphene (intrinsic and doped graphene/Mg interface), doped atoms interacted with a Mg layer to make graphene wrinkle, resulting in a higher specific surface area and better stability. Mg–C chemical bonds were formed at the Al-, Zn-, and Zr-doped interface, and Mg–Mn chemical bonds were formed at the Mn-doped interface. The two-sheet hollow structure of the 1420 Al-Li alloy was prepared by the method of superplastic forming and diffusion bonding. The interface combination status of the diffusion bonding region and the microstructure of the superplastic forming region were observed by an optical microscope. The thickness distribution of the superplastic forming region was measured by an ultrasonic thickness meter machine, the defect detection was tested by X-ray nondestructive inspection, and the failure modes of the samples were analyzed. The results showed that the two-sheet hollow structure of the 1420 Al-Li alloy was prepared successfully, the structure was integrated, and there were no shape defects such as pit, wrinkle, and collapse. The structure shape was almost attached to the die completely, and the thickness was almost uniform distribution. The no deforming area of the two-sheet hollow structure of the 1420 Al-Li alloy was a long strip, rolled microstructure, while the grains near the round corner area were equiaxed states resulting from dynamic recrystallization. The improper control of the superplastic gas pressure in the forming process would lead to the tearing or the die-attaching failure for the two-sheet hollow structure of the 1420 Al-Li alloy. This paper presents an output-based tracking controller for a class of car-like mobile robot (CLMR) subject to slipping and skidding. The slipping and skidding are regarded as external disturbances, and an event-triggered extended state observer (ET-ESO) is utilized to recover the velocities as well as to estimate the uncertainties and disturbances. The constrained longitudinal velocity is established, conforming to the traffic flow theory on the kinematic level. The velocity control law and heading angle control law are developed on the dynamic level, respectively. The input to state stability (ISS) of the closed-loop system is analyzed via cascade theory. Sulfur-based cathode chemistries are essential for the development of high energy density alkali-ion batteries. Here, we elucidate the redox kinetics of sulfur confined on carbon nanotubes, comparing its performance in ether-based and carbonate-based electrolytes at room temperature. The solvent is found to play a key role for the electrochemical reactivity of the sulfur cathode in sodium–sulfur (Na–S) batteries. Ether-based electrolytes contribute to a more complete reduction of sulfur and enable a higher electrochemical reversibility. On the other hand, an irreversible solution-phase reaction is observed in carbonate solvents. This study clearly reveals the solvent-dependent Na–S reaction pathways in room temperature Na–S batteries and provides an insight into realizing their high energy potential, via electrolyte formulation design. A 4 × 25 Gb/s ultrawide misalignment tolerance wavelength-division-multiplex (WDM) transmitter based on novel bidirectional vertical grating coupler has been demonstrated on complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS)-compatible silicon-on-insulator (SOI) platform. Simulations indicate the bidirectional grating coupler (BGC) is widely misalignment tolerant, with an excess coupling loss of only 0.55 dB within ±3 μm fiber misalignment range. Measurement shows the excess coupling loss of the BGC is only 0.7 dB within a ±2 μm fiber misalignment range. The bidirectional grating structure not only functions as an optical coupler, but also acts as a beam splitter. By using the bidirectional grating coupler, the silicon optical modulator shows low insertion loss and large misalignment tolerance. The eye diagrams of the modulator at 25 Gb/s don't show any obvious deterioration within the waveguide-direction fiber misalignment ranger of ±2 μm, and still open clearly when the misalignment offset is as large as ±4 μm. Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. is one of the original plants for traditional Chinese medicines Trichosanthis Fructus, Trichosanthis Semen, Trichosanthis Pericarpium and Trichosanthis Radix. Amino acids, nucleosides and carbohydrates are usually considered to have nutritional value and health-care efficacy. In this study, methods involving high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD), UV-visible spectrophotometry and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) were established for quantifying carbohydrates (fructose, glucose, stachyose, raffinose and polysaccharide), fourteen nucleosides and twenty one amino acids. Moreover, sixty-three samples from nine different parts, including pericarp, seed, fruit pulp, stem, leaf, main root, main root bark, lateral root and lateral root bark of T. kirilowii from different cultivated varieties were examined. The established methods were validated with good linearity, precision, repeatability, stability, and recovery. The results showed that the average content of total amino acids in roots (15.39 mg/g) and root barks (16.38 mg/g) were relatively higher than for others. Contents of nucleosides in all parts of T. kirilowii were below 1.5 mg/g. For carbohydrates, fruit pulp has a higher content than others for glucose (22.91%), fructose (20.63%) and polysaccharides (27.29%). By using partial least-squared discriminate analysis (PLS-DA), Variable importance in the projection (VIP) plots and analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis, the characteristic components of the different organs (fruit, stems and leaves, roots) were found. This analysis suggested there were potential medicinal and nutritive health care values in various parts of the T. kirilowii, which provided valuable information for the development and utilization of T. kirilowii.
