Comprehensive Summary: To better understand the impact of different anions on the structures and SCO properties of the CoII SCO complexes, six new complexes [Co(terpy‐CH2OH)2]A2·sol (terpy‐CH2OH = 4′‐(hydroxymethyl)‐2,2′;6′,2″‐terpyridine, A = Br– (1, sol = 1.5H2O), I– (2), N3– (3, sol = 2H2O), H3BCN– (4), OTf– (5), and TsO– (6, sol = 4H2O·CH3CN), have been synthesized and characterized. All six compounds consist of mononuclear [Co(terpy‐CH2OH)2]2+ cations and charge‐balancing anions that differ in size, shape, and hydrogen bonding capacity. Complexes 1, 2, 3, and 6 displayed incomplete gradual SCO transitions, whereas 4 and 5 exhibited abrupt hysteretic spin transitions with loops of 12 and 16 K (250.0—262.0 K for 4, and 370.0—386.0 K for 5, respectively), closely resembling our previously reported complexes with SCN– and SeCN– anions. The occurrence of the order‐disorder transition of the CH2OH groups and their transition temperatures are determined by the size and hydrogen bonding capability of the anions. Remarkably, the transition temperatures of complexes with H3BCN–, SCN–, OTf–, and SeCN– anions exhibit an upward trend as the size and mass of the anions increase, as confirmed through detailed single crystal structure analyses conducted in both high‐spin and low‐spin states for all four complexes. Ceramsite was made from sludge, phosphogypsum, and red mud and then modified with different concentrations of hydrochloric, nitric, or citric acid. The resulting composite ceramsite was subsequently utilized for the adsorption of Pb(II). The maximum adsorption capacities of hydrochloric acid– and nitric acid–modified ceramsites were 90.38 and 88.57 mg/g, respectively, which were much higher than those of unmodified ceramsite (66.86 mg/g) and citric acid–modified ceramsite (57.85 mg/g). The variation of isoelectric point, acidic and basic groups, and Fourier transform infrared spectra of ceramsite were compared before and after adsorption. A decrease of isoelectric point implied weakening of electrostatic repulsion between Pb(II) and the modified ceramsite. Functional groups, such as O─H, C═O (or C═C), and Si─O─Si (or Al─O─Al), were involved in the adsorption. In addition, phenol hydroxyl, which exhibited a significant increase in modified ceramsite and a noticeable decrease after adsorption, was the most important group. Besides, the modified ceramsite had larger specific surface areas and pores (30.66 g/m2,.11256 cm3/g), more functional groups, and lower isoelectric points (8.57), which were favorable for adsorption. The adsorption processes described by pseudo‐second‐order kinetics were controlled by chemical adsorptions. Isothermal studies indicated that monolayer adsorption occurred on hydrochloric acid–modified ceramsite and multiple processes occurred on nitric acid– and citric acid–modified ceramsites. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) plays a critical role in metabolic waste clearance from the brain, requiring its circulation throughout various brain pathways, including the ventricular system, subarachnoid spaces, para‐arterial spaces, interstitial spaces, and para‐venous spaces. The complexity of CSF circulation has posed a challenge in obtaining noninvasive measurements of CSF dynamics. The assessment of CSF dynamics throughout its various circulatory pathways is possible using diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with optimized sensitivity to incoherent water movement across the brain. This review presents an overview of both established and emerging diffusion MRI techniques designed to measure CSF dynamics and their potential clinical applications. The discussion offers insights into the optimization of diffusion MRI acquisition parameters to enhance the sensitivity and specificity of diffusion metrics on underlying CSF dynamics. Lastly, we emphasize the importance of cautious interpretations of diffusion‐based imaging, especially when differentiating between tissue‐ and fluid‐related changes or elucidating structural versus functional alterations. To meet the demand for estimating actuator and sensor faults simultaneously in a class of repetitive nonlinear time‐delay systems, this paper proposes a novel fault estimation strategy based on an iterative learning scheme. Firstly, an iterative‐learning‐based fault estimation law is designed to estimate actuator faults while system is free of sensor failures. Both the fixed initial shift and random one are taken into consideration. Secondly, a novel sensor fault observer is proposed based on an augmented state variable which consists of original system state and sensor fault signal; output compensation strategy is also provided to ensure the iterative‐learning‐based actuator fault estimation method is effective considering the existence of sensor failures. In addition, theorems based on λ$$ \lambda $$‐norm and linear matrix inequality are provided to determine values or ranges of gain matrices and parameters in proposed sensor fault observer and iterative‐learning‐based actuator fault estimation law. Inorganic CsPbI3 perovskite has great potential to fabricate deep‐red light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) owing to excellent color purity, thermal stability, and carrier mobility. However, fabricating high‐quality CsPbI3 thin films for high‐performance LEDs remains challenging. While it is demonstrated that hydrogen bonds between organic ammonium cations and molecule additives can lead to high‐quality organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite films, this method cannot be applied to CsPbI3 thin films due to the absence of hydrogen bonds between Cs+ ions and additives. In this study, an amorphous complex‐seed‐crystal growth process to fabricate high‐quality γ‐CsPbI3 cuboid crystallite thin films, is reported. During the initial annealing, the metastable intermediates formed crystal nucleate seeds and transformed into amorphous complex intermediates, maintaining stability at an elevated temperature for perovskite crystallization. With prolonged annealing, the amorphous complex around the nucleate seeds gradually converts to γ‐CsPbI3 perovskite, enabling us to fabricate CsPbI3 thin films with high crystallinity and orientation. The resulting deep‐red LEDs exhibit a peak external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 16.5% and a high maximum luminance of 3158 cd m−2. Moreover, the devices show significantly suppressed efficiency roll‐off, maintaining an EQE of 14.8% even under a high current density of 500 mA cm−2. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aim: Cognitive impairment is a common comorbidity in individuals with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE), yet the underlying mechanisms remain unknown. This study explored the putative association between in vivo synaptic loss and cognitive outcomes in TLE patients by PET imaging of synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A (SV2A). Methods: We enrolled 16 TLE patients and 10 cognitively normal controls. All participants underwent SV2A PET imaging using [18F]SynVesT‐1 and cognitive assessment. Lithium chloride‐pilocarpine‐induced rats with status epilepticus (n = 20) and controls (n = 6) rats received levetiracetam (LEV, specifically binds to SV2A), valproic acid (VPA), or saline for 14 days. Then, synaptic density was quantified by [18F]SynVesT‐1 micro‐PET/CT. The novel object recognition and Morris water maze tests evaluated TLE‐related cognitive function. SV2A expression was examined and confirmed by immunohistochemistry. Results: Temporal lobe epilepsy patients showed significantly reduced synaptic density in hippocampus, which was associated with cognitive performance. In the rat model of TLE, the expression of SV2A and synaptic density decreased consistently in a wider range of brain regions, including the entorhinal cortex, insula, hippocampus, amygdala, thalamus, and cortex. We treated TLE animal models with LEV or VPA to explore whether synaptic loss contributes to cognitive deficits. It was found that LEV significantly exerted protective effects against brain synaptic deficits and cognitive impairment. Conclusion: This is the first study to link synaptic loss to cognitive deficits in TLE, suggesting [18F]SynVesT‐1 PET could be a promising biomarker for monitoring synaptic loss and cognitive dysfunction. High‐quality, low‐cost, and rapid detection is essential for the society to reopen the economy during the critical period of transition from Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID‐19) pandemic response to pandemic control. In addition to performing sustainable and target‐driven tracking of SARS‐CoV‐2, conducting comprehensive surveillance of variants and multiple respiratory pathogens is also critical due to the frequency of reinfections, mutation immune escape, and the growing prevalence of the cocirculation of multiple viruses. By utilizing a 0.05 cents wax interface, a Stable Interface assisted Multiplex Pathogenesis Locating Estimation in Onepot (SIMPLEone) using nested RPA and CRISPR/Cas12a enzymatic reporting system is successfully developed. This smartphone‐based SIMPLEone system achieves highly sensitive one‐pot detection of SARS‐CoV‐2 and its variants, or multiple respiratory viruses, in 40 min. A total of 89 clinical samples, 14 environmental samples, and 20 cat swab samples are analyzed by SIMPLEone, demonstrating its excellent sensitivity (3–6 copies/reaction for non‐extraction detection of swab and 100–150 copies/mL for RNA extraction‐based assay), accuracy (>97.7%), and specificity (100%). Furthermore, a high percentage (44.2%) of co‐infection cases are detected in SARS‐CoV‐2‐infected patients using SIMPLEone's multiplex detection capability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the gradual increase of the demand for wooden products, people's requirements for processing quality of wooden products become higher. In this work, the dimension of groove micro‐texture is determined by finite element simulation analysis of tool structure strength. In this article, by designing milling experiments, the wood surface quality and wood surface morphology after milling with ordinary tools, micro‐textured tools, coated tools and micro‐textured coated tools are compared. The experimental results show that the quality of wood surface after milling with micro‐texture coating tool is better than that of the other three kinds of tools. And the wood surface after milling with micro‐texture coating tool is smooth, and the processing defects, such as burr and crack are less. Purpose: Echo modulation curve (EMC) modeling enables accurate quantification of T2 relaxation times in multi‐echo spin‐echo (MESE) imaging. The standard EMC‐T2 mapping framework, however, requires sufficient echoes and cumbersome pixel‐wise dictionary‐matching steps. This work proposes a deep learning version of EMC‐T2 mapping, called DeepEMC‐T2mapping, to efficiently estimate accurate T2 maps from fewer echoes. Methods: DeepEMC‐T2 mapping was developed using a modified U‐Net to estimate both T2 and proton density (PD) maps directly from MESE images. The network implements several new features to improve the accuracy of T2/PD estimation. A total of 67 MESE datasets acquired in axial orientation were used for network training and evaluation. An additional 57 datasets acquired in coronal orientation with different scan parameters were used to evaluate the generalizability of the framework. The performance of DeepEMC‐T2 mapping was evaluated in seven experiments. Results: Compared to the reference, DeepEMC‐T2 mapping achieved T2 estimation errors from 1% to 11% and PD estimation errors from 0.4% to 1.5% with ten/seven/five/three echoes, which are more accurate than standard EMC‐T2 mapping. By incorporating datasets acquired with different scan parameters and orientations for joint training, DeepEMC‐T2 exhibits robust generalizability across varying imaging protocols. Increasing the echo spacing and including longer echoes improve the accuracy of parameter estimation. The new features proposed in DeepEMC‐T2 mapping all enabled more accurate T2 estimation. Conclusions: DeepEMC‐T2 mapping enables simplified, efficient, and accurate T2 quantification directly from MESE images without dictionary matching. All‐inorganic CsPbI3 perovskite semiconductor is attractive for deep‐red light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) because of its high photoluminescence, good thermal stability, excellent charge transport, and solution processability. However, the metastable phase of optically active CsPbI3 hinders the fabrication of efficient and bright deep‐red LEDs. Herein, a multifunctional ionic ligand regulation strategy using (2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylphenyl) triphenyl‐phosphonium iodide and 3‐(N, N‐dimethyloctylammonio) propanesulfonate is reported to regulate the optically active CsPbI3 crystallization and thus obtain high‐quality γ‐CsPbI3 thin films. The high crystallinity and preferential orientation of γ‐CsPbI3 arise from the strong bonding between the ionic ligands and ionic lead halide clusters. The obtained γ‐CsPbI3 thin films also possess suppressed defect densities, high luminescence, and high stability. Using this high‐quality thin film, an efficient and bright deep‐red LED with a peak external quantum efficiency of 13.34% and a maximum luminance of 2110 cd m−2 is successfully fabricated. The operational lifetime of the fabricated LED (time to half of the initial brightness, T50) reaches up to 40 min under a high current density of 50 mA cm−2 (corresponding to the initial brightness of 200 cd m−2). The improvement of performance and yield in both cultivar and species mixtures has been well established. Despite the clear benefits of crop mixtures to agriculture, identifying the critical mechanisms behind performance increases are largely lacking. We experimentally demonstrated that the benefits of rice cultivar mixtures were linked to relatedness‐mediated intraspecific neighbour recognition and discrimination under both field and controlled conditions. We then tested biochemical mechanisms of responses in incubation experiments involving the addition of root exudates and a root‐secreted signal, (–)‐loliolide, followed by transcriptome analysis. We found that closely related cultivar mixtures increased grain yields by modifying root behaviour and accelerating flowering over distantly related mixtures. Importantly, these responses were accompanied by altered concentration of signalling (–)‐loliolide that affected rice transcriptome profiling, directly regulating root growth and flowering gene expression. These findings suggest that beneficial crop combinations may be generated a‐priori by manipulating neighbour genetic relatedness in rice cultivar mixtures and that root‐secreted (–)‐loliolide functions as a key mediator of genetic relatedness interactions. Precise regulation of the active site structure is an important means to enhance the activity and selectivity of catalysts in CO2 electroreduction. Here, we creatively introduce anionic groups, which can not only stabilize metal sites with strong coordination ability but also have rich interactions with protons at active sites to modify the electronic structure and proton transfer process of catalysts. This strategy helps to convert CO2 into fuel chemicals at low overpotentials. As a typical example, a composite catalyst, CuO/Cu−NSO4/CN, with highly dispersed Cu(II)−SO4 sites has been reported, in which CO2 electroreduction to formate occurs at a low overpotential with a high Faradaic efficiency (−0.5 V vs. RHE, FEformate=87.4 %). Pure HCOOH is produced with an energy conversion efficiency of 44.3 % at a cell voltage of 2.8 V. Theoretical modeling demonstrates that sulfate promotes CO2 transformation into a carboxyl intermediate followed by HCOOH generation, whose mechanism is significantly different from that of the traditional process via a formate intermediate for HCOOH production. All‐solid‐state lithium batteries (ASSLIBs) show significant promise as the next‐generation energy technology due to their high energy density and inherent safety. However, the severe interface reactions between solid electrolyte and the high‐voltage cathodes pose a major challenge, particularly at higher charge voltages. Herein, a H3PO4‐triggered H+/Li+ exchange strategy is proposed to covert LiCoO2 (LCO) surface to spinel Co3O4/Li3PO4 ionic‐conductive interphase. This spinel interphase presents a thickness of 15 nm and good affinity with LCO, which provides long‐lasting protection to suppress interfacial parasitic reactions. Besides, both spinel Co3O4 and amorphous Li3PO4 feature high ionic conductivity compared to bulk LCO, thereby facilitating the interfacial ionic transportation. With such modification, ASSLIBs delivers high specific capacity (146.2 mAh g−1 at 0.1 C), outstanding rate performance (116.4 mAh g−1 at 2 C), and long‐term cyclability (350 cycles at 0.5 C) under a cut‐off voltage of 4.3 V versus Li/Li+. Moreover, this robust spinel interphase further improves the stable cycling (168.9 mAh g−1 at 0.1 C for 100 cycles) under elevated cut‐off voltage (4.5 V vs Li/Li+). This finding highlights the H+/Li+ exchange to convert LCO surface to a spinel ionic‐conductive interphase, which poses new insights for interface design in ASSLIBs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to investigate the significant relationship between serum heavy metals (lead [Pb], cadmium [Cd], mercury [Hg]) and the risk of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV‐1) infection. Data were derived from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) conducted in the United States from 2007 to 2016. This nationally representative survey, conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics, assessed the health status of participants through interviews, physical examinations, and laboratory tests. After excluding participants lacking serum Pb, Cd, and Hg data, as well as those missing HSV‐1 testing data and pregnant women, the analysis included 13 772 participants, among whom 3363 were adolescents. A survey‐weighted multivariate logistic regression model was used to evaluate the association between heavy metal exposure and the risk of HSV‐1 infection, and to explore the dose–response relationship between them. In adults and adolescents, serum concentrations of Pb and Cd were higher in those infected with HSV‐1 than in those not infected. However, an increase in serum Hg concentration was observed only in infected adolescents. After adjusting for potential confounders, elevated serum Pb and Cd concentrations in adults were associated with an increased risk of HSV‐1 infection. Higher serum Pb and Cd concentrations were associated with an increased risk of HSV‐2 infection, irrespective of HSV‐1 infection status. In adults, serum concentrations of Pb and Hg showed an approximately linear relationship with HSV‐1 infection risk (p for nonlinearity > 0.05), whereas the dose–response relationship between serum Cd concentration and HSV‐1 infection was nonlinear (p for nonlinearity = 0.004). In adolescents, serum concentrations of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg) showed an approximately linear relationship with HSV‐1 infection (p for nonlinearity > 0.05). Furthermore, the study examined the relationship between serum heavy metal levels and the risk of HSV‐1 infection across different genders, races, income levels, weight statuses, and immune statuses. In conclusion, there is a significant association between serum heavy metal concentrations and HSV‐1 infection, which warrants further investigation into the causal relationship between them. Temperature stability of electrocaloric effect (ECE) is a thorny problem in ferroelectrics (FE). A general method is to design ferroelectric-to-relaxor phase transition at a sacrifice of electrocaloric (EC) strength. The Pb(Yb1/2Nb1/2)O3 antiferroelectrics (AFE) + Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 relaxors strategy designed in this work is effective to tackle this dilemma [(1 -- x)PYN--xPMN, x = 0.08-0.36]. PMN addition induces a successive phase transition and dual phase boundaries of ferrielectric (FIE)-nonergodic relaxor (NER) and NER-ergodic relaxor (ER), where ferroelectric polarization/strain and ECE reach a localmaximum. Thermally stable ΔT is unexpectedly achieved in FIE (x = 0.14) and NER (x = 0.24), except for a generality for ER state (x = 0.30). A dome-like variation trend is observed in x = 0.14 and 0.24 with a wide temperature span of ~60 and ~55 K (±15%ΔTmax). Notably, x = 0.24 NER possesses a large directlymeasured ΔTmax ~0.64 K simultaneously. Dielectric/ferroelectric properties clarify that two-stage transition of AFE rigid-order de-texture and dissociation of de-textured AFE domains into polar nano-entities accounts for thermal stability of ΔT as the alternation of ordered antipolar domains to disorder relaxors serves as a buffer to compensate for the thermal-shock enhanced random field. This work not only accounts for the underlying mechanism for thermal stability of ΔT at FIE and NER side for the first time in physics but also provides an exotic approach to seek for high-performance EC materials in practical applications. Aim: The study aimed to identify predictive risk factor to identify high‐stage histological chorioamnionitis (HCA) in pregnancies with cervical incompetence (CIC). Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted by including 116 pregnant women with cervical incompetence that required prophylactical and therapeutical cerclage. The histopathology examination on placenta was conducted with informed patient consent. All the cases included in this study were divided based on the severity degree of HCA. The demographic characteristic and the parameters related to maternal and fetal outcome were all analyzed. Besides, perioperative parameters of cerclage, including cervical length, cervical morphology, and laboratory indexes were also compared between two groups. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to determine the risk factor of severe chorioamnionitis. Results: Severe HCA was significantly associated with cervical morphology, cerclage indication, cerclage type, and cervical length measured via ultrasound and vaginal examination. After adjusted for confounders, V‐type funneling and short cervix was indicated as independent risk factors of severe HCA by multivariate logistic regression analysis, respectively. Conclusions: V‐type funneling and short cervix may indicate the elevated risk of high‐stage HCA. Due to the negative outcomes related with high‐stage HCA, appropriate prenatal treatment would improve the pregnancy outcomes in cerclaged population. To facilitate postpartum treatment, placental histological examination should be routinely recommended to identify the high‐stage HCA, especially in high risk pregnancies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: Structural–functional coupling (SFC) has shown great promise in predicting postsurgical seizure recurrence in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). In this study, we aimed to clarify the global alterations in SFC in TLE patients and predict their surgical outcomes using SFC features. Methods: This study analyzed presurgical diffusion and functional magnetic resonance imaging data from 71 TLE patients and 48 healthy controls (HCs). TLE patients were categorized into seizure‐free (SF) and non‐seizure‐free (nSF) groups based on postsurgical recurrence. Individual functional connectivity (FC), structural connectivity (SC), and SFC were quantified at the regional and modular levels. The data were compared between the TLE and HC groups as well as among the TLE, SF, and nSF groups. The features of SFC, SC, and FC were categorized into three datasets: the modular SFC dataset, regional SFC dataset, and SC/FC dataset. Each dataset was independently integrated into a cross‐validated machine learning model to classify surgical outcomes. Results: Compared with HCs, the visual and subcortical modules exhibited decoupling in TLE patients (p <.05). Multiple default mode network (DMN)‐related SFCs were significantly higher in the nSF group than in the SF group (p <.05). Models trained using the modular SFC dataset demonstrated the highest predictive performance. The final prediction model achieved an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of.893 with an overall accuracy of.887. Significance: Presurgical hyper‐SFC in the DMN was strongly associated with postoperative seizure recurrence. While single‐shot late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) is useful for imaging patients with arrhythmia and/or dyspnea, it produces low spatial resolution. One approach to improve spatial resolution is to accelerate data acquisition using compressed sensing (CS). Our previous work described a single‐shot, multi‐inversion time (TI) LGE pulse sequence using radial k‐space sampling and CS, but over‐regularization resulted in significant image blurring that muted the benefits of data acceleration. The purpose of the present study was to improve the spatial resolution of the single‐shot, multi‐TI LGE pulse sequence by incorporating view sharing (VS) and k‐space weighted contrast (KWIC) filtering into a GRASP‐Pro reconstruction. In 24 patients (mean age = 61 ± 16 years; 9/15 females/males), we compared the performance of our improved multi‐TI LGE and standard multi‐TI LGE, where clinical standard LGE was used as a reference. Two clinical raters independently graded multi‐TI images and clinical LGE images visually on a five‐point Likert scale (1, nondiagnostic; 3, clinically acceptable; 5, best) for three categories: the conspicuity of myocardium or scar, artifact, and noise. The summed visual score (SVS) was defined as the sum of the three scores. Myocardial scar volume was quantified using the full‐width at half‐maximum method. The SVS was not significantly different between clinical breath‐holding LGE (median 13.5, IQR 1.3) and multi‐TI LGE (median 12.5, IQR 1.6) (P = 0.068). The myocardial scar volumes measured from clinical standard LGE and multi‐TI LGE were strongly correlated (coefficient of determination, R2 = 0.99) and in good agreement (mean difference = 0.11%, lower limit of the agreement = −2.13%, upper limit of the agreement = 2.34%). The inter‐rater agreement in myocardial scar volume quantification was strong (intraclass correlation coefficient = 0.79). The incorporation of VS and KWIC into GRASP‐Pro improved spatial resolution. Our improved 25‐fold accelerated, single‐shot LGE sequence produces clinically acceptable image quality, multi‐TI reconstruction, and accurate myocardial scar volume quantification. Summary: Carbon dioxide (CO2) has the potential to extend the storage time of raw milk, but its industrial application in this regard has not been thoroughly explored. This study aimed to investigate the microflora of CO2‐treated and untreated raw milk from South China using Illumina sequencing. The sequencing results confirmed the presence of Delftia, Pseudomonas and Serratia as the main spoilage species in raw cow milk from South China. However, CO2 treatment was found to selectively inhibit the growth of these spoilage bacteria. Principal coordinate analysis revealed differences in the microbiota structures of samples collected from the Fuyi and Guanyuan sites. Additionally, a total of 119 and 120 bacterial species were identified in the Fuyi and Guanyuan samples, respectively. The spoilage of raw milk from the Fuyi and Guanyuan was delayed by 7 and 19 days, respectively, with the application of CO2 treatment. Conversely, the samples without CO2 treatment were found to be contaminated with Pseudomonas fluorescens and Serratia. Moreover, the CO2‐treated samples from the Fuyi and Guanyuan ranches exhibited a different composition of spoilage bacteria, with a significant increase in the number of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) compared to the control samples. This study suggests that LAB have a remarkable tolerance to CO2, which is consistent with their selection in fruit, vegetable and meat products stored in CO2‐enriched modified atmosphere packaging. Despite multiple investigations assessing the impact of phytosterol supplementation on serum lipid levels, there is still a great deal of debate regarding the benefits of this intervention in the management of dyslipidemia. Therefore, we aimed at clarifying this dilemma by conducting the present umbrella review of interventional meta‐analyses. Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, and EMBASE were used to search for pertinent publications on the effect of phytosterol supplementation on the lipid profile in humans up to June 2023. To compute the overall effect size (ES) and confidence intervals (CI), the random‐effects model was used. The I2 statistic and Cochrane's Q‐test were applied to estimate the heterogeneity among the studies. Seventeen meta‐analyses with 23 study arms were included in the umbrella meta‐analysis. Data pooled from the 23 eligible arms revealed that phytosterol supplementation reduces low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL‐C) (ES = −11.47 mg/dL; 95% CI: −12.76, −10.17, p < 0.001), total cholesterol (TC) (ES = −13.02 mg/dL; 95% CI: −15.68, −10.37, p < 0.001), and triglyceride (TG) (ES = −3.77 mg/dL; 95% CI: −6.04, −1.51, p = 0.001). Subgroup analyses showed that phytosterol administration with dosage ≥2 g/day and duration over 8 weeks and in hypercholesterolemic subjects was more likely to decrease LDL‐C, TC, and TG. Phytosterol administration did not significantly modify HDL‐C (ES = 0.18 mg/dL; 95% CI: −0.13, −0.51, p = 258) levels when compared to controls. The present umbrella meta‐analysis confirms that phytosterol administration significantly reduces LDL‐C, TC, and TG, with a greater effect with doses of ≥2 g/day and treatment duration >8 weeks, suggesting its possible application as a complementary therapy for cardiovascular risk reduction. Further studies are needed to determine the efficacy of phytosterols in patients with specific health conditions, as well as to ascertain the adverse effects, the maximum tolerable dose, and the maximum recommended duration of phytosterol administration. Interlaminar fracture or delamination is one of the major failure modes for fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) laminate. Especially, the synergistic effect of environmental exposure and fatigue loads accelerates interface degradation. The main objective in this work was to investigate the fatigue damage propagation of basalt FRP (BFRP) laminate under coupling of acidic environment and fatigue load. The fatigue cycling of 40,000 and the maximum stress of 30% fu (fu = ultimate tensile strength) were adopted. The fatigue specimens under air condition (air fatigue), immersing in water (water fatigue) and immersing in acid (acid fatigue) were introduced. The double cantilever beam (DCB) test was used to evaluate the interlaminar damage of BFRP laminate after fatigue cycling. The fatigue damage propagation mechanism was explored by means of failure modes, load displacement curves, mode I fracture toughness and crack propagation resistance model. The results show that the fatigue weakened the interlaminar properties and resulted in reduced fiber bridging. Especially for the acid fatigue, the laminate was damaged by the coupling of fatigue and acid corrosion. The linear loading stage, nonlinear slow growing stage, stable crack propagation stage and linear unloading stage for DCB after fatigue were observed in the load–displacement curve. The fatigue cycling has caused fracture toughness decrease of 15.0%, 13.8% and 24.1% on air fatigue, water fatigue and acid fatigue respectively. Compared to air fatigue, additional 9.1% interlaminar toughness decrease was evidenced for acidic corrosion fatigue due to the coupling effect of chemical corrosion and physical swelling. The fluctuating decline of crack resistance was caused by discontinuous interface damage, and the interlayer damage was randomly distributed. Thus the interface damage model was proposed to characterize the damage distribution and the damage size. Gut microbiome is integral to the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. A novel probiotic Lactobacillus intestinalis (L. intestinalis) exerts a protective effect against dextran sodium sulfate‐induced colitis in mice. Based on flow cytometry, colitis‐associated Th17 cells are the target of L. intestinalis, which is supported by the lack of protective effects of L. intestinalis in T cell‐null Rag1−/− mice or upon anti‐IL‐17‐A antibody‐treated mice. Although L. intestinalis exerts no direct effect on T cell differentiation, it decreases C/EBPA‐driven gut epithelial SAA1 and SAA2 production, which in turn impairs Th17 cell differentiation. Cometabolism of L. intestinalis ALDH and host ALDH1A2 contributed to elevated biosynthesis of retinoic acid (RA), which accounts for the anti‐colitis effect in RAR‐α ‐mediated way. In a cohort of ulcerative colitis patients, it is observed that fecal abundance of L. intestinalis is negatively associated with the C/EBPA‐SAA1/2‐Th17 axis. Finally, L. intestinalis has a synergistic effect with mesalazine in alleviating murine colitis. In conclusion, L. intestinalis and associated metabolites, RA, have potential therapeutic effects for suppressing colonic inflammation by modulating the crosstalk between intestinal epithelia and immunity. Hydroxyapatite(HA) has received more and more attention as a drug carrier due to its excellent biocompatibility and bioactivity. However, the poor biodegradability of HA, low drug loading and uncontrollable release rate limits its application. In this paper, in order to study the effect of different HA and tricalcium phosphate (β‐TCP) phase contents on the drug release performance of the composite, co precipitation template method was used to prepare the composite with different Ca/P ratios (1.5~1.63) using polystyrene colloids as templates, and the Ca/P ratio which had the greatest effect on its morphology was selected. With the ibuprofen (IBU) as the drug model, the results showed that the IBU‐loading performance of the composite was significantly better than that of the ordered‐porous pure phase HA. When the Ca/P ratio was 1.5, the composite had the highest adsorption capacity for IBU, reaching 94.5 mg/g. In vitro release tests revealed that IBU release rates from composites with different Ca/P ratios were slower than those from pure‐phase HA in the initial 10 h, and reached the release equilibrium after the subsequent 30 h. Then, when the Ca/P ratio was 1.5, the composite had a cumulative release rate of 86.35 % for IBU. A new porous self‐precipitating magnetic anion exchange resin (CMIET) doped with γ‐Fe2O3 was prepared by suspension polymerisation and characterized by FT‐IR, TGA, SEM, BET, and VSM. An adsorbent with a rough surface porous structure, enriched with a mesoporous strong magnetic self‐absorbent was obtained. A specific surface area of 19.10 m2/g, a pore volume of 0.2045 cm3/g, a pore size of 36.71 nm exchange capacity of 7.81 mmol/g, and an equilibrium adsorption capacity of up to 46.28 mg/g were measured. The effects of contact time, initial concentration, and solution pH were investigated by batch adsorption experiments. In the removal process, the removal rate of TA was up to 95 % at pH=4–7, saturation adsorption was achieved in 30 min, and regeneration time of 120 min could restore the resin activity. The adsorption isotherm of TA on the resin was by the Langmuir model, the adsorption kinetics was by the Pseudo Secondary Kinetic model, and the adsorption process was spontaneous heat absorption. The regeneration experiments showed good reusability of CMIET, a highly efficient and fast magnetic ion exchange resin with a wide range of applications in the aqueous environment. Previous studies have mainly focused on examining families' struggles during the adaptive process of adversity, while the strength of family and how it arises were neglected. This study aims to explore the relationships between individual and family resilience among parents and children in families during COVID‐19. Guided by the longitudinal actor–partner interdependence model, one parent and a child in 136 Chinese families completed assessments of pandemic media exposure and individual resilience in mid‐February 2020 and family resilience in early March. Results showed that the child's individual resilience was positively associated with their own and their parents' family resilience, while parents' resilience was only positively associated with their own. The evidence indicated that a child's individual resilience was critical for all core family members' perceived family resilience and provided implications for family intervention programs. Background: Bipolar disorder's (BD) potential endophenotypes include neurological soft signs (NSS) and neurocognitive disorders (ND). Few research, meanwhile, has coupled NSS and ND as combined endophenotypes of BD. Object: This study intends to investigate NSS and ND and compare their differences in euthymic patients with bipolar disorder (EBP), their unaffected first‐degree relatives (FDR), and healthy controls (HC). Additionally, search for potential endophenotypic subprojects of NSS and ND and construct and verify a composite endophenotypic. Methods: The subjects were all Han Chinese and consisted of 86 EBP, 81 FDR, and 81HC. Cambridge Neurological Inventory and MATRICSTM Consensus Cognitive Battery tested NSS and ND independently. Results: All three groups displayed a trapezoidal distribution of NSS levels and cognitive abnormalities, with EBP having the most severe NSS levels and cognitive deficits, followed by FDR and HC. Among them, motor coordination in NSS and Information processing speed (IPS), Verbal learning (VL), and Working memory (WM) in neurocognitive function are consistent with the traits of the endophenotype of BD. The accuracy in differentiating EBP and HC or FDRs and HC was higher when these items were combined as predictor factors than in differentiating EBP and FDR. Conclusion: These results provide more evidence that motor coordination, IPS, VL, and WM may be internal characteristics of bipolar disease. Background and Aims: Neuronal intranuclear inclusion disease (NIID) is a rare progressive neurodegenerative disorder mainly caused by abnormally expanded GGC repeats within the NOTCH2NLC gene. Most patients with NIID show polyneuropathy. Here, we aim to investigate diagnostic electrophysiological markers of NIID. Methods: In this retrospective dual‐center study, we reviewed 96 patients with NOTCH2NLC‐related NIID, 94 patients with genetically confirmed Charcot–Marie‐Tooth (CMT) disease, and 62 control participants without history of peripheral neuropathy, who underwent nerve conduction studies between 2018 and 2022. Results: Peripheral nerve symptoms were presented by 53.1% of patients with NIID, whereas 97.9% of them showed peripheral neuropathy according to electrophysiological examinations. Patients with NIID were characterized by slight demyelinating sensorimotor polyneuropathy; some patients also showed mild axonal lesions. Motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) of the median nerve usually exceeded 35 m/s, and were found to be negatively correlated with the GGC repeat sizes. Regarding the electrophysiological differences between muscle weakness type (n = 27) and non‐muscle weakness type (n = 69) of NIID, nerve conduction abnormalities were more severe in the muscle weakness type involving both demyelination and axonal impairment. Notably, specific DWI subcortical lace sign was presented in only 33.3% of muscle weakness type, thus it was difficult to differentiate them from CMT. Combining age of onset, distal motor latency, and compound muscle action potential of the median nerve showed the optimal diagnostic performance to distinguish NIID from major CMT (AUC = 0.989, sensitivity = 92.6%, specificity = 97.4%). Non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) causes high mortality worldwide; however, its molecular pathways have not been fully investigated. The relationship between FOXA1 and CDC5L as well as their roles in NSCLC have not been comprehensively studied. Clinical tissues were collected from 78 NSCLC patients for clinical studies. The BEAS‐2B human normal lung epithelial cell line and the A549, Calu‐3, H526 and H2170 human NSCLC cell lines were used for in vitro studies. sh‐FOXA1 and oe‐CDC5L constructs were used to generate knockdown and overexpression models, respectively. The CCK‐8 assay was used to analyze cell viability. The cell cycle and apoptosis were evaluated by flow cytometry analysis. The relationship between FOXA1 and CDC5L was demonstrated using dual‐luciferase and ChIP assays. Gene levels were examined via immunohistochemistry, qRT‐PCR and western blot analysis. FOXA1 levels were increased in NSCLC clinical tissues and cell lines. Depletion of FOXA1 increased the apoptosis rate and increased the proportion of cells in G2/M phase. In addition, we demonstrated that FOXA1 was directly bound to the promoter of CDC5L and that depletion of FOXA1 inhibited CDC5L expression. Overexpression of CDC5L induced ERK1/2 phosphorylation, induced JAK2 phosphorylation, inhibited cell apoptosis, prolonged S phase, and significantly reversed the effects of FOXA1 knockdown on the progression of NSCLC. The present study demonstrated that FOXA1 prolongs S phase and promotes NSCLC progression through upregulation of CDC5L and activation of the ERK1/2 and JAK2 pathways. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer with high morbidity and mortality. The role of dysregulated circular RNAs (circRNAs) in human diseases are receiving more and more attention. In this study, we focused on the role and mechanism of circPKM2 in the progression of NSCLC. Methods: The expression levels of circPKM2, microRNA‐1298‐5p (miR‐1298‐5p) and metadherin (MTDH) in NSCLC were measured by real‐time quantitative PCR (qRT‐PCR) or Western blot. Cell counting kit‐8 (CCK‐8), colony formation, 5‐ethynyl‐2′‐deoxyuridine (EdU) staining, flow cytometry, transwell and tube formation assays were conducted to evaluate the effects of circPKM2 on malignant phenotypes of NSCLC. Western blot was used to measure related marker protein levels. Results: CircPKM2 and MTDH were highly expressed in NSCLC tissues and cells, while miR‐1298‐5p was downregulated. CircPKM2 knockdown effectively suppressed cell proliferation, migration, invasion and tube formation whereas induced apoptosis in vitro. CircPKM2 had a potential targeting site with miR‐1298‐5p and negatively regulated the expression of miR‐1298‐5p. MiR‐1298‐5p inhibitor reversed the effect of circPKM2 knockdown on the progression of NSCLC. CircPKM2 induced MTDH expression via sponging miR‐1298‐5p to promote the progression of NSCLC. MiR‐1298‐5p directly targeted MTDH, and the addition of MTDH partially attenuated the inhibition of miR‐1298‐5p on the progression of NSCLC. In addition, the downregulation of circPKM2 significantly slowed down the growth of xenograft tumors in vivo. Metal halide perovskite light‐emitting diodes (PeLEDs) are promising high‐definition display candidates due to their narrow emission bandwidth and wide color gamut. However, efficient and stable pure‐red PeLEDs have rarely been achieved. Herein, a robust and strongly‐coordinated sulfate anion passivation strategy is reported to achieve a spectrally stable and efficient pure‐red PeLED with an electroluminescent peak at 630 nm and full width at half maximum of 27 nm. Octylammonium sulfate is employed to construct a PbSO4 layer on the surface of CsPbI3−xBrx nanocrystals, which can effectively inhibit phase separation under UV light, humidity, or heat treatment. Using sulfate passivated CsPbI3−xBrx NC film, pure red PeLEDs with high external quantum efficiency of 12.6%, excellent spectral stability, and an operational half‐life time of over 300 min (T50@100 cd cm−2) are fabricated. Retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma is a rare benign tumor that is challenging in terms of clinical diagnosis. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging are usually performed for diagnosis rather than convenient and inexpensive ultrasonography. Here, we present the case of a 21‐year‐old female patient who was diagnosed by multimodal ultrasound imaging and whose diagnosis was confirmed by ultrasound‐guided core needle biopsy before surgery. We hope that this rare case will help clinicians and radiologists realize the advantages of multimodal ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of retropeitoneal solid tumors, and reduce misdiagnosis. Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), which has a high incidence and several harmful consequences, poses a severe danger to human health. Research on the function of ferroptosis in T2DM is increasing. This study uses bioinformatics techniques identify new diagnostic T2DM biomarkers associated with ferroptosis. Methods: To identify ferroptosis‐related genes (FRGs) that are differentially expressed between T2DM patients and healthy individuals, we first obtained T2DM sequencing data and FRGs from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database and FerrDb database. Then, drug‐gene interaction networks and competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks linked to the marker genes were built after marker genes were filtered by two machine learning algorithms (LASSO and SVM‐RFE algorithms). Finally, to confirm the expression of marker genes, the GSE76895 dataset was utilized. The protein and RNA expression of some marker genes in T2DM and nondiabetic tissues was also examined by Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and quantitative real‐time PCR (qRT‐PCR). Results: We obtained 58 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with ferroptosis. GO and KEGG enrichment analyses showed that these DEGs were significantly enriched in hypoxia and ferroptosis. Subsequently, eight marker genes (SCD, CD44, HIF1A, BCAT2, MTF1, HILPDA, NR1D2, and MYCN) were screened by LASSO and SVM‐RFE machine learning algorithms, and a model was constructed based on these eight genes. This model also has high diagnostic power. In addition, based on these eight genes, we obtained 48 drugs and constructed a complex ceRNA network map. Finally, Western blotting, IHC, IF, and qRT‐PCR results of clinical samples further confirmed the results of public databases. Aims: Differentiating mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (MTLE) and neocortical temporal lobe epilepsy (NTLE) remains challenging. Our study characterized the metabolic profiles between MTLE and NTLE and their correlation with surgical prognosis using 18F‐FDG‐PET. Methods: A total of 137 patients with intractable temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) and 40 age‐matched healthy controls were recruited. Patients were divided into the MTLE group (N = 91) and the NTLE group (N = 46). 18F‐FDG‐PET was used to measure the metabolism of regional cerebra, which was analyzed using statistical parametric mapping. The volume of abnormal metabolism in cerebral regions and their relationship with surgical prognosis were calculated for each surgical patient. Results: The cerebral hypometabolism of MTLE was limited to the ipsilateral temporal and insular lobes (p < 0.001, uncorrected). The NTLE patients showed hypometabolism in the ipsilateral temporal, frontal, and parietal lobes (p < 0.001, uncorrected). The MTLE patients showed extensive hypermetabolism in cerebral regions (p < 0.001, uncorrected). Hypermetabolism in NTLE was limited to the contralateral temporal lobe and cerebellum, ipsilateral frontal lobe, occipital lobe, and bilateral thalamus (p < 0.001, uncorrected). Among patients who underwent resection of epileptic lesions, 51 (67.1%) patients in the MTLE group and 10 (43.5%) in the NTLE group achieved Engel class IA outcome (p = 0.041). The volumes of metabolic increase for the frontal lobe or thalamus in the MTLE group were larger in non‐Engel class IA patients than Engel class IA patients (p < 0.05). Conclusions: The spatial metabolic profile discriminated NTLE from MTLE. Hypermetabolism of the thalamus and frontal lobe in MTLE may facilitate preoperative counseling and surgical planning. Aims: To compare different patterns of memory impairment in patients with two subtypes of mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (MTLE) and healthy controls. Methods: Thirty‐five healthy controls and 41 patients with MTLE were recruited, of which 25 patients were diagnosed as hippocampal sclerosis (HS‐MTLE), and the rest 16 patients were lesion‐negative (MRI‐neg MTLE). Participants completed the Wechsler memory assessment and a short‐term memory game on an automated computer‐based memory assessment platform with an eye tracker. Results: Both the MRI‐neg MTLE and HS‐MTLE groups took longer time to complete the short‐term memory game than healthy controls (p < 0.001, Cohen's d = 1.087; p = 0.047, Cohen's d = 0.787). During the memory encoding phase, the MRI‐neg MTLE group spent significantly shorter time than healthy controls on the difficult levels with three (p = 0.004, Cohen's d = 0.993) and four targets (p = 0.016, Cohen's d = 0.858). During the memory decoding phase, the HS‐MTLE group spent less time looking on the targets compared to controls when recalling and finding four targets (p = 0.004, Cohen's d = −0.793), while the MRI‐neg MTLE group spent significantly longer time on the distractors and shorter time on the region of interests (ROIs) for all difficulty levels (all p < 0.05) than controls. Furthermore, the eye tracking data were correlated with the scores of the Wechsler Memory Scale after Bonferroni correction (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Patients with MRI‐neg MTLE demonstrate impaired memory mostly due to attention deficits, while those with HS‐MTLE show memory impairment with relative sparing of attention. Eye tracking technology has the potential of facilitating the investigation of the mechanism of memory defect in MTLE and can serve as a supplementary neuropsychological tool for clinical diagnosis and long‐term monitoring. Purpose: To propose a framework called live‐view golden‐angle radial sparse parallel (GRASP) MRI for low‐latency and high‐fidelity real‐time volumetric MRI. Methods: Live‐view GRASP MRI has two stages. The first one is called an off‐view stage and the second one is called a live‐view stage. In the off‐view stage, 3D k‐space data and 2D navigators are acquired alternatively using a new navi‐stack‐of‐stars sampling scheme. A 4D motion database is then generated that contains time‐resolved MR images at a sub‐second temporal resolution, and each image is linked to a 2D navigator. In the live‐view stage, only 2D navigators are acquired. At each time point, a live‐view 2D navigator is matched to all the off‐view 2D navigators. A 3D image that is linked to the best‐matched off‐view 2D navigator is then selected for this time point. This framework places the typical acquisition and reconstruction burden of MRI in the off‐view stage, enabling low‐latency real‐time 3D imaging in the live‐view stage. The accuracy of live‐view GRASP MRI and the robustness of 2D navigators for characterizing respiratory variations and/or body movements were assessed. Results: Live‐view GRASP MRI can efficiently generate real‐time volumetric images that match well with the ground‐truth references, with an imaging latency below 500 ms. Compared to 1D navigators, 2D navigators enable more reliable characterization of respiratory variations and/or body movements that may occur throughout the two imaging stages. Conclusion: Live‐view GRASP MRI represents a novel, accurate, and robust framework for real‐time volumetric imaging, which can potentially be applied for motion adaptive radiotherapy on MRI‐Linac. Background: Due to the anatomically adjacent relationship between the left atrium (LA) and esophagus, energy delivery on the posterior wall of LA is limited. The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of a novel esophageal retractor (SAFER) with an inflatable C‐curve balloon during atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation. Method: Nine patients underwent AF ablation assisted with the SAFER. After inflation, the esophagus was deviated laterally away from the intended ablation site of the posterior wall under local anesthesia. The extent of mechanical esophageal deviation (MED) was evaluated under fluoroscopy, defined as the shortest distance from the trailing esophageal edge to the closest point of the ablation line. Gastroscopy was performed before and after ablation. The target ablation index used in all LA sites including the posterior wall was 400–450 after effective MED. All adverse events during the periprocedural period were recorded. Results: The mean deviation distance achieved 16.2 ± 9.6 mm away from the closest ablation point of the pulmonary vein lesion set. With respect to the individual left and right pulmonary vein lesion sets, the deviation distance was 19.7 ± 11.5 and 12.7 ± 6.8 mm, respectively. The extent of deviation was 0 to 5 mm, 5.1 to 10 mm, or >10 mm in 0(0%), 7(38.9%), and 11(61.1%), respectively. Procedural success was achieved in all patients without acute reconnection. There was only one esophageal complication which manifested as esophageal erosion and this patient experienced throat pain possibly related to the SAFER retractor with no clinical sequelae. Conclusion: Esophageal deviation with the novel eccentric balloon is a novel feasible choice during AF ablation, enabling adequate energy delivery to the posterior wall of LA. Purpose: Conventional 3D Look‐Locker inversion recovery (LLIR) T1 mapping requires multi‐repetition data acquisition to reconstruct images at different inversion times for T1 fitting. To ensure B1 robustness, sufficient time of delay (TD) is needed between repetitions, which prolongs scan time. This work proposes a novel deep learning‐assisted LLIR MRI approach for rapid 3D T1 mapping without TD. Theory and Methods: The proposed approach is based on the fact that T1*$$ {\mathrm{T}}_1^{\ast } $$, the effective T1 in LLIR imaging, is independent of TD and can be estimated from both LLIR imaging with and without TD, while accurate conversion of T1*$$ {\mathrm{T}}_1^{\ast } $$ to T1 requires TD. Therefore, deep learning can be used to learn the conversion of T1*$$ {\mathrm{T}}_1^{\ast } $$ to T1, which eliminates the need for TD. This idea was implemented for inversion‐recovery‐prepared Golden‐angel RAdial Sparse Parallel T1 mapping (GraspT1). 39 GraspT1 datasets with a TD of 6 s (GraspT1‐TD6) were used for training, which also incorporates additional anatomical images. The trained network was applied for T1 estimation in 14 GraspT1 datasets without TD (GraspT1‐TD0). The robustness of the trained network was also tested. Results: Deep learning‐based T1 estimation from GraspT1‐TD0 is accurate compared to the reference. Incorporation of additional anatomical images improves the accuracy of T1 estimation. The technique is also robust against slight variation in spatial resolution, imaging orientation and scanner platform. Conclusion: Our approach eliminates the need for TD in 3D LLIR imaging without affecting the T1 estimation accuracy. This document is a response to an article titled "Dynamic evolution of COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy over 2021–2023 among Chinese population: Repeated nationwide cross-sectional study" by Shen et al. The authors commend the study for its comprehensive analysis of vaccine hesitancy dynamics in China and its use of the 3Cs and EAH models to frame the study. They suggest that future research should consider the impact of misinformation on vaccine hesitancy and explore the role of trust in healthcare providers and institutions. They also recommend developing tailored communication strategies to address specific health concerns and improve vaccine uptake. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an 8‐week electronic couple‐based psychosocial support platform (WeChat) for gynaecological cancer. Design: Randomised controlled trial. Setting: Oncology hospital in Shaanxi Province, China. Participants: A total of 98 dyads of women with gynaecological cancer and their intimate male partners were included. Methods: Couple dyads were randomly allocated to either the WeChat couple‐based psychosocial support or to a control group receiving eight WeChat articles on general education content related to diet and exercise. Main outcome measures: The primary outcome was sexual function assessed with the Female Sexual Function Index. The secondary outcomes of relationship satisfaction and quality of life were assessed with the Chinese version of Revised Dyadic Adjustment Scale, Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy‐General and The World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF. These outcomes were assessed before randomisation, and immediately and 3 months after the intervention. Results: The study showed that the sexual function of women participants in the intervention group did not reach a significant level compared with the control group. Relationship satisfaction in the intervention programme improved significantly (adjusted mean difference 4.7, 95% confidence interval [CI] 2.0–7.4; p = 0.001) and quality of life (QoL 6.9, 95% CI 0.5–13.3; p = 0.035) 3 months after the intervention in women with gynaecological cancer. The intervention programme also showed significant positive effects on optimising relationship satisfaction (adjuste mean difference 3.0, 95% CI 0.3–5.7; p = 0.027) of male partners. Conclusions: The results provided additional knowledge and an evidence base for the application of the support programme to improve relationship satisfaction and QoL among couples living with gynaecological cancer. Sulfide‐based all‐solid‐state lithium‐ion batteries (ASSLIBs) are the widely recognized approach toward high safety owing to excellent ionic conductivity and nonflammable nature of solid‐state electrolytes (SSEs). However, narrow potential window of SSEs brings about serious interfacial parasitic reactions, resulting in fast degradation of the battery. Herein, a glassy/ceramic analogous solid electrolyte interface (SEI) is constructed on LiCoO2 (LCO) to enhance interfacial stability between LCO and the Li10GeP2S12 (LGPS) SSEs. In which, ceramic Li2TiO3 guarantees good mechanical toughness of analogous SEI, while glassy LixByOz reinforces the coverage to avoid parasitic reactions. Analogous SEI endows ASSLIBs with excellent cycling and rate performance under an upper charge voltage of 4.3 V with 82.3% capacity retention after 300 cycles at 0.2 C. When pushing charge voltage to 4.5 V, analogous SEI also enables desirable performance with an initial capacity of 172.7 mAh g−1 and long lifespan of 200 cycles at 0.2 C. Both experiments and theoretical computation reveal excellent stability between analogous SEI and LGPS, which endows ASSLIBs with small polarization and improved performance. Herein, we report two hybrid zero‐dimensional (0D) lead‐free metal oxide halides of [PPip]Sb2Cl6O (1) ([PPip]=1‐(2‐Pyridyl)piperazine) and [PmPip]Sb2Cl6O (2) ([PmPip]=1‐(2‐Pyrimidyl)piperazine). Compounds 1 and 2 are able to exhibit narrow blue light emissions excited by UV light with photo‐luminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) of 25.49 % and 24.71 %, respectively. Through systematical characterizations, these blue light emissions can be attributed to the radiative transition in conjugated organic cations. Benefiting from the highly efficient intrinsic blue emissions, compound 2 can be used as blue fluorophor to fabricate liquid crystal display. Background: High‐dose dual therapy (HDDT) is an emerging and promising therapeutic regime for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication. However, the pharmacokinetics of the components of HDDT, amoxicillin and proton pump inhibitor, are likely to be affected by body size. In this study, we aimed to find out the impact of body size on the efficacy of HDDT. Methods: We collected the medical data of 385 treatment‐naive patients infected with H. pylori who received HDDT (esomeprazole 20 mg and amoxicillin 750 mg four times daily) for 14 days from July 2020 to December 2021. The associations among the eradication efficacy, adverse events, and variables (sex, age, height, body weight, body mass index (BMI), body surface area (BSA), smoking, drinking, etc.) were analyzed respectively in our study. Among these factors, continuous variables were classified into categorical variables using the cut‐off values which were calculated by receiver operating characteristic analysis. Results: The eradication rate of HDDT was 89.9%. There were 55 (14.3%) patients who occurred adverse events during the treatment. Patients with height <170.5 cm, body weight <60.5 kg, BMI <20.55 kg/m2, BSA <1.69 m2 had a higher eradication rate (92.1% vs. 84.0%, 93.1% vs. 86.8%, 96.0% vs. 87.8%, 93.4% vs. 84.8%, all p <.05). The multivariate analysis showed that BSA ≥1.69 m2 (OR 2.53, 95% CI: 1.28–4.99, p =.007) was the only independent predictor of eradication failure. Conclusion: HDDT could achieve better eradication efficacy in patients with small BSA. Clinicians should be aware of the impact of BSA on the H. pylori eradication rate and pay more attention to patients with large BSA. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Exploring multifunctional photocatalysts with rational design and construction of unique transport channels is of great significance for the value‐added chemicals production and environmental remediation. In this work, a novel 2D/1D/‐2D RP/BP‐MBWO dual heterostructure photocatalyst has been successfully synthesized by loading the in‐situ grown 2D/1D RP/BP heterostructure on the 2D Bi2WO6 nanosheets. through simple ultrasonic agitation.Benefiting from this favourable interfacial and structural characteristics, the fabricated BP/RP‐MBWO photocatalyst shows a sharply improved photocatalytic H2 and H2O2 evolution performance. Excitingly, the optimal of H2O2 production rate of the BP/RP‐Bi2WO6 composites is as high as 622.5 μmol g−1 h−1 under visible light irradiation, which is approximately 15 times as that of pure MBWO. The hydrogen production performance of the complexes was significantly improved compared to the pure MBWO samples. When the BP/RP loading was 20 %, the prepared nanocomposites showed the highest photocatalytic hydrogen evolution efficiency with the hydrogen production rate of about 0.77 μmol ⋅ g−1 ⋅ h−1. N‐doped mesoporous carbon spheres (NHMC@mSiO2) encapsulated in silica shells were prepared by emulsion polymerization and domain‐limited carbonization using ethylenediamine as the nitrogen source, and Ru−Ni alloy catalysts were prepared for the hydrogenation of α‐pinene in the aqueous phase. The internal cavities of this nanomaterial are lipophilic, enhancing mass transfer and enrichment of the reactants, and the hydrophilic silica shell enhances the dispersion of the catalyst in water. N‐doping allows more catalytically active metal particles to be anchored to the amphiphilic carrier, enhancing its catalytic activity and stability. In addition, a synergistic effect between Ru and Ni significantly enhances the catalytic activity. The factors influencing the hydrogenation of α‐pinene were investigated, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined to be as follows: 100 °C, 1.0 MPa H2, 3 h. Background and Purpose: Gut microbes play an important role in the occurrence of lung cancer, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy. In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of gut microbes in patients with lung cancer and investigated the effect of gut microbes on anti‐PD‐1 therapy combined with chemotherapy. Methods: Fecal samples from 21 non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients and 22 healthy volunteers who were treated in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from 2019 to 2021 were collected. DNA was extracted from all samples, and the V3‐V4 region of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene was PCR‐amplified using the Illumina sequencing platform, and R language was used for data analysis. Results: There were significant differences in the Beta diversity and metabolic pathways of gut microbes between NSCLC patients and healthy individuals (p < 0.05). Bifidobacterium, Escherichia, and Sarterella were significantly enriched in patients with clinical benefit response (p < 0.05), and these three bacteria had certain predictive value for clinical benefit. Patients with Bifidobacterium breve had significantly longer median progression‐free survival (mPFS) compared with patients with no detectable Bifidobacterium breve feces at baseline (106 days vs. NR, p < 0.001). Multivariate COX analysis showed that the presence of B.breve was an independent good prognostic factor affecting the PFS of patients receiving combination therapy (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of anti‐PD‐1 therapy combined with chemotherapy in Chinese advanced NSCLC patients is closely related to the gut microbiota, and Bifidobacterium breve may be a potential biomarker to predict the efficacy of immune‐combined chemotherapy.
