In stock trading, a common phenomenon is that the trends of stocks in the same industry are very similar. In contrast, the movements of stocks in different industries are often different. Therefore, applying the same model to all stock trading is inappropriate without distinguishing the industries in which the stocks belong. However, recommending an optimal industry stock trading model is very challenging based on performance evaluation indicators. First, the indicators of the trading model are diverse. Second, the ranking of multiple indicators is often inconsistent. In the paper, we model the problem to be solved as a multi-criteria decision-making process. Therefore, we first divide stock dataset into nine industries according to their main business. Then, we apply several machine learning algorithms as candidate models to generate trading signals. Second, we conduct daily trading backtesting based on the trading signals to obtain multiple performance evaluation indicators. Third, we propose an optimal recommendation algorithm for the industry stock trading model with TODIM. The experimental results in the US stock market and China's A-share market show that the proposed algorithm can get a better trading model out-of-sample industry stock. Moreover, we effectively evaluate the generalization ability of the algorithm based on the proposed metrics. As China's distributed energy is still in the development stage, energy transmission loss will inevitably occur in the transmission process from the source end to the load end. To reduce transmission energy loss, we should also beware of electricity theft. The principle of common electricity theft methods is analyzed to improve the accuracy of established electricity theft characteristics and electricity theft detection. The ReliefF multivariate characteristics selection algorithm optimizes the electricity theft characteristics. The back propagation (BP) neural network-based electricity theft detection model is built, and the optimized characteristics are selected as the model's input. Microblog is currently the largest social networking platform in China. In recent years, as a social media, the infiuence of microblog continues to expand. The users who have large infiuence play a guiding role in the spread of microblog, and even guide the trends of public opinion. Therefore, we propose an infiuence analysis method to find microblog users who are with great infiuence, which is of great significance for the research and mining of microblog. User infiuence analysis in microblog has great difficulties due to the limited amount of microblog information, quick updates and nonstandard microblog language. First, we use the label propagation algorithm combined with LDA algorithm to divide users by the user interest graph, according to the social relationship of microblog users and the content they generate. Then, depending on different interest areas, an improved PageRank algorithm based on user interaction behavior is proposed to calculate the user's infiuence. The Chinese remainder theorem (CRT), which appeared in ancient China, is widely used in many modern computer applications. This paper presents the CRT implementation by using the interval-index characteristic and minimum redundancy residue code. The proposed algorithm does not use large modulo addition operations and provides low computational complexity compared to conventional non-redundant RNS. The efficiency factors of using the minimally redundant RNS increase with the number k of non-redundant moduli, asymptotically approaching the threshold k/2. In recent years, with the growth of China's economy and the development of the automobile manufacturing industry, the number of various vehicles has continuously increased, and the incidence of traffic accidents has also increased. Especially in traffic blind areas, right-turning areas of vehicles, etc., traffic accidents such as vehicle collisions are extremely easy to occur, which poses a serious threat to people's lives and property, and is extremely harmful. Therefore, related research on collision detection of people and vehicles has been traffic-safe and has received extensive attention from field researchers. At present, the research on human-vehicle collision detection is to detect human-vehicle collision accidents by tracking the track of vehicles and pedestrians, but there are problems such as poor tracking effect, low accuracy of collision discrimination and complex algorithms. Aiming at these problems, this paper studies the human-vehicle collision detection algorithm based on image processing. Through the image processing of traffic monitoring video, the vehicle and pedestrian contour information is extracted. Based on this, a mathematical model for collision detection is constructed to realize human-vehicle collision detection. The results show that the proposed method can effectively distinguish the collision between pedestrians and vehicles, and the algorithm for image processing is simpler than the traditional tracking algorithm, and the time is shorter. The results show that the image-based collision detection algorithm based on image processing can effectively and quickly identify the traffic accidents in which people and vehicles collide, and then can issue alarm signals in time, shortening the accident processing time and reducing the accident time. Deep parsing of Chinese sentences is a very challenging task due to their complexity such as ambiguous word boundaries and meanings. An alternative mode of Chinese language processing is to perform shallow parsing of Chinese sentences in which chunk segmentation plays an important role. In this paper, we present a chunk segmentation algorithm using a combined statistical and rule-based approach (CSRA). The decision rules for refining chunk segmentation are generated from incorrectly segmented chunks from a statistical model which is built on a training corpus. Experimental results show that the CSRA works well and produces satisfactory chunk segmentation results for subsequent processes such as chunk tagging and chunk collocation extraction. With the rapid development of China's economic development, the demand for technical talents in all walks of life is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore, the research on the intelligent method of vocational education information is becoming more and more important. In this research, the cross-attention fusion module and attention mechanism are introduced into the knowledge map recommendation algorithm to build an algorithm model. The attention mechanism is used to give corresponding attention to each neighbour node of the head node in the knowledge map, and a weight matrix is established to represent different importances of the additional information contained by each neighbour node, which further improves the interpretability of the recommendation. Finally, the model is analysed experimentally. The results show that CAF is superior to other algorithms in Recall and NDCG, which further verifies that attention mechanism plays a significant role in communication. It can be seen that CAF optimisation model is superior to other algorithms in many tests, and is superior to a similar algorithm MKR, which further verifies the effectiveness and superiority of cross-attention fusion module. Applying the statistical hypothesis testing, we investigate several nonlinear properties embedded in the return series of the Chinese Fund Market (CFM), which suggests the series is non-normal, auto-correlative and heteroskedastic. We hereby analyze the Hurst exponent of the return series in different timescales on the basis of the detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) algorithm, and discuss the fractal behavior of the CFM. Furthermore, by studying the correlation of different weights in the volatility, we find the persistent long-range power-law correlation exists in the time series. We also provide hints that the above statistical properties are insensitive to the funds kind, and may be irrelevant to the market phases.
