In the recent years, the academic paper influence analysis has been widely studied due to its potential applications in the multiple areas of science information metric and retrieval. By identifying the academic influence of papers, authors, etc., we can directly support researchers to easily reach academic papers. These recommended candidate papers are not only highly relevant with their desired research topics but also highly-attended by the research community within these topics. For very recent years, the rapid developments of academic networks, like Google Scholar, Research Gate, CiteSeerX, etc., have significantly boosted the number of new published papers annually. It also helps to strengthen the borderless cooperation between researchers who are interested on the same research topics. However, these current academic networks still lack the capabilities of provisioning researchers deeper into most-influenced papers. They also largely ignore quite/irrelevant papers, which are not fully related with their current interest topics. Moreover, the distributions of topics within these academic papers are considered as varying and it is difficult to extract the main concentrated topics in these papers. Thus, it leads to challenges for researchers to find their appropriated/high-qualified reference resources while doing researches. To overcome this limitation, in this paper, we proposed a novel approach of paper influence analysis through their content-based and citation relationship-based analyses within the biographical network. In order to effectively extract the topic-based relevance from papers, we apply the integrated graph-based citation relationship analysis with topic modeling approach to automatically learn the distributions of keyword-based labeled topics in forms of unsupervised learning approach, named as TopCite. Then, we base on the constructed graph-based paper–topic structure to identify their relevancy levels. Upon the identified relevancy levels between papers, we can support for improving the accuracy performance of other bibliographic network mining tasks, such as paper similarity measurement, recommendation, etc. Extensive experiments in real-world AMiner bibliographic dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed ideas in this paper. Continual development necessitates innovation. One must discover seeds of innovation and then concentrate resources on these seeds. To do so, one must recognize technology trends and then adopt and execute appropriate innovation strategies. This study used advanced change point detection method to investigate leading indicators that represent changes in technology trends. We examine patents, papers, and newspaper articles in Japan and US for 55 technologies. Results suggest that patents can be more appropriate as leading indicators than either papers or newspapers. In this paper, we establish the error analysis for distributed pairwise learning with multi-penalty regularization, based on a divide-and-conquer strategy. We demonstrate with L 2 -error bound that the learning performance of this distributed learning scheme is as good as that of a single machine which could process the whole data. With semi-supervised data, we can relax the restriction of the number of local machines and enlarge the range of the target function to guarantee the optimal learning rate. With the accelerated construction of 5G and IoT, more and more 5G base stations are erected. However, with the increase of 5G base stations, the power management of 5G base stations becomes progressively a bottleneck. In this paper, we solve the problem of 5G base station power management by designing a 5G base station lithium battery cloud monitoring system. In this paper, first, the lithium battery acquisition hardware is designed. Second, a new communication protocol is established based on Modbus. Third, the windows desktop upper computer software and the cloud-based monitoring system are designed. Finally, this paper designs the improved ResLSTM algorithm which is fused with ResNet algorithm based on Stacked LSTM. The algorithm designed in this paper is tested in comparison with SVM and LSTM. The performance of the algorithm designed in this paper is better than SVM and LSTM. Furthermore, the communication test, as well as the training and testing of the ResLSTM algorithm are outstanding. The 5G base station lithium-ion battery cloud monitoring system designed in this paper can meet the requirements. It has great significance for engineering promotion. One of the main issues of an agile software project is how to accurately estimate development effort. In 2014, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) regarding this subject was published. The authors concluded that there were several gaps in the literature, such as the low level of accuracy of the techniques and little consensus on appropriate cost drivers. The goal of our work is to provide an updated review of the state of the art based on this reference SLR work. We applied a Forward Snowballing approach, in which our seed set included the former SLR and its selected papers. We identified a strong indication of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning methods for effort estimation in Agile Software Development (ASD). We also identified that there is a gap in terms of agreement on suitable cost drivers. Thus, we applied Thematic Analysis in the selected papers and identified a representative set of 10 cost drivers for effort estimation. With the advent of the era of big data, English teachers can apply the latest research results to classroom teaching. For example, the rational use of social media helps students to learn and communicate in the language, cultivate students' creativity in learning English, and improves the quality of teaching. Corporate social media has become the most important way for corporate employees to record their lives, express opinions, share and communicate, and it is also one of the reliable and real-time sources of big data that reflects the true state of English learners. Real, accurate, and timely enterprise social media big data samples contain an enormous educational value, providing more possibilities for educational research. From the perspective of value, through sentiment analysis, topic mining, social network analysis, etc. on social media big data, learner portraits can be realized, thereby providing decision-making reference and support for stakeholders. This paper first builds a learning interest classification model based on TCNN-GRU deep learning, collects experimental data sets from an online English learner's social media platform and performs learning interest classification and labeling, and then uses the TCNN-GRU model to determine the user's learning interest tendency. On this basis, the concept of learning interest index is further proposed, and a neural network-based corporate social platform English learner portrait model is established. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional machine learning model, convolutional neural network model, and recurrent neural network model, the TCNN-GRU model can obtain better results in learning interest classification. How to efficiently use cluster analysis for industrial Internet big data mining is an urgent problem that needs to be solved. This paper proposes an improved differential evolution particle swarm algorithm for industrial Internet big data clustering analysis. Differential Evolution (DE) strategy can improve the problem that the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm tends to fall into local optimum in the later stage as the number of iterations increases. Considering the influence of the randomness of the arrangement order of the cluster center vectors among the individuals on the learning and updating among individuals, this paper designs a method of adaptively adjusting the arrangement order of the cluster center vectors to optimize the cluster center vector with maximum similarity among individuals. Concrete crack detection is essential for infrastructure safety, and its detection efficiency and accuracy are the key issues. An improved YOLOV5 and three measurement algorithms are proposed in this paper, where the original prediction heads are replaced by Transformer Heads (TH) to expose the prediction potential with one self-attention model. Experiments show that the improved YOLOV5 effectively enhances the detection and classification of concrete cracks, and the Mean Average Precision (MAP) value of all classes increases to 99.5%. The first method is more accurate for small cracks, whilst the average width obtained based on the axial traverse correction method is more exact for large cracks. The crack width obtained from the concrete picture sample is the same as that obtained from the manual detection, with a deviation rate of 0–5.5%. This research demonstrates the recognition and classification of concrete cracks by integrating deep learning and machine vision with high precision and high efficiency. The Π -shaped open section girder is a very common section, which has been widely used in the construction of modern bridges. However, compared with a streamlined box girder, it is easy to cause vortex-induced vibration (VIV) in bridges due to its bluff section shape and poor aerodynamic stability. In this paper, a typical open section with a height–width ratio of 10:1 is taken as the research object. Through wind tunnel tests and numerical simulation technology, the time-history data of VIV of the Π -shaped section are obtained. By selecting three different neural network models to establish the relationship between external parameters (wind attack angle, wind speed, turbulence) and structural response parameters (the onset wind speed of VIV, the length of the lock-in interval). After comparing different machine learning methods, the most suitable machine learning model is selected to predict the VIV response characteristics of the main girder. The research results show that the typical open section has a serious VIV phenomenon. The BP neural network model has the best performance in predicting the VIV performance of the open section in terms of calculation speed, prediction accuracy and solving nonlinear adaptability. At the same time, it is found that different characteristic parameters of the incoming wind field have different influences on the prediction results of the VIV response. Among them, the wind attack angle is the key parameter that affects the onset wind speed of VIV, but the turbulence intensity has a greater impact on the maximum amplitude of VIV. At the same time, the optimized BP model can predict the characteristic parameters of VIV response under unknown wind fields. This paper provides a new idea to study the effect of different incoming flow parameters on the performance of section VIV and further improves people's understanding of VIV system. With the rapid development of economic globalization, population, capital and information are rapidly flowing and clustering between regions. As the most important transportation mode in the high-speed transportation systems, airports are playing an increasingly important role in promoting regional economic development, yielding a number of airport economic promotion areas. To boost effective development management of these areas, accurate risk assessment through data analysis is quite important. Thus in this paper, the idea of ensemble learning is utilized to propose a big data-driven assessment model for supply chains in airport economic promotion areas. In particular, we combine two aspects of data from different sources: (1) national economic statistics and enterprise registration data from the Bureau of Industry and Commerce; (2) data from the Civil Aviation Administration of China and other multi-source data. On this basis, an integrated ensemble learning method is constructed to quantitatively analyze the supply chain security characteristics in domestic airport economic area, providing important support for the security of supply chains in airport economic area. At present, some achievements have been made in the research of plant leaf classification such as the introduction of artificial intelligence algorithm. But there are still some problems. First, the existing achievements do not consider the subjective perception mechanism and role of human visual system in leaf classification data labels. Second, the implementation of the deep learning algorithm completely depends on the computing power level of the high-cost machine hardware and the large-scale image database. Finally, these research results rarely consider the noise pollution of leaf image samples. In order to solve the above problems, the paper fully considered the subjective perception principle and characteristics of human vision system (HVS), and proposed a lightweight classification method of noisy plant leaves (LCM-NPLs) based on visual domain perception. First, the most suitable HVS front-end perception characteristics were applied to the physical visual processing of leaves. Then the plant leaves were denoised through the information processing mechanism of HVS back-end. The visual effect of regular and orderly plant leaves is obtained. Finally, the classification is realized by principal component analysis (PCA) and third-order nearest neighbor algorithm. The results of ablation contrast experiments show that the classification accuracy of the method in this paper is 82.50% for plant leaves in the presence of serious noise interference with PSNR of 10.2421, more than 90% for plant leaves with general noise pollution transmission with PSNR of more than 15.3759, and 98.33% for plant leaves of light pollution with PSNR of 20.5659. The proposed method has achieved very good results. The proposed method can not only accurately classify plant leaves in different growth periods, but also maintain a high classification accuracy rate in the presence of serious noise interference. "Fake news" refers to the deliberate dissemination of news with the purpose to deceive and mislead the public. This paper assesses the accuracy of several Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, using a style-based technique that relies on textual information extracted from news, such as part of speech counts. To expand the already proposed styled-based techniques, a new method of enhancing a linguistic feature set is proposed. It combines Named Entity Recognition (NER) with the Frequent Pattern (FP) Growth association rule mining algorithm, aiming to provide better insight into the papers' sentence level structure. Recursive feature elimination was used to identify a subset of the highest performing linguistic characteristics, which turned out to align with the literature. Using pre-trained word embeddings, document embeddings and weighted document embeddings were constructed using each word's TF-IDF value as the weight factor. The document embeddings were mixed with the linguistic features providing a variety of training/test feature sets. For each model, the best performing feature set was identified and fine-tuned regarding its hyper parameters to improve accuracy. ML algorithms' results were compared with two Neural Networks: Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long-Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The results indicate that CNN outperformed all other methods in terms of accuracy, when companied with pre-trained word embeddings, yet SVM performs almost the same with a wider variety of input feature sets. Although style-based technique scores lower accuracy, it provides explainable results about the author's writing style decisions. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a popular neurological disorder affecting a critical part of the world's population. Its early diagnosis is extremely imperative for enhancing the quality of patients' lives. Recently, improved technologies like image processing, artificial intelligence involving machine learning, deep learning, and transfer learning have been introduced for detecting AD. This review describes the contribution of image processing, feature extraction, optimization, and classification approach in AD recognition. It deeply investigates different methods adopted for multiclass diagnosis of AD. The paper further presents a brief comparison of existing AD studies in terms of techniques adopted, performance measures, classification accuracy, publication year, and datasets. In stock trading, a common phenomenon is that the trends of stocks in the same industry are very similar. In contrast, the movements of stocks in different industries are often different. Therefore, applying the same model to all stock trading is inappropriate without distinguishing the industries in which the stocks belong. However, recommending an optimal industry stock trading model is very challenging based on performance evaluation indicators. First, the indicators of the trading model are diverse. Second, the ranking of multiple indicators is often inconsistent. In the paper, we model the problem to be solved as a multi-criteria decision-making process. Therefore, we first divide stock dataset into nine industries according to their main business. Then, we apply several machine learning algorithms as candidate models to generate trading signals. Second, we conduct daily trading backtesting based on the trading signals to obtain multiple performance evaluation indicators. Third, we propose an optimal recommendation algorithm for the industry stock trading model with TODIM. The experimental results in the US stock market and China's A-share market show that the proposed algorithm can get a better trading model out-of-sample industry stock. Moreover, we effectively evaluate the generalization ability of the algorithm based on the proposed metrics. Depression is a serious mood disorder that can significantly impact a person's ability to live a normal life. In severe cases, it can even lead to suicidal thoughts. As such, accurate detection of depression is crucial for effective management and treatment. This paper presents a facial expression-based approach for depression detection, which is composed of two steps. First, static features are extracted using Local Binary Pattern (LBP), Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG), and Bag of Words (BOW). Second, dynamic features are obtained by applying LBPs on Three Orthogonal Planes (LBP-TOP) and Eight Vertices LBP (EVLBP) frame by frame. Next, the static and dynamic features are combined to create a 1377-dimensional vector for each video. Finally, Gradient Boosting Regression is used to predict depression scores. The experimental results on the AVEC 2014 depression dataset (RMSE = 8. 6 5 , MAE = 6. 9 1) demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. These results indicate that the low-dimensional vectors extracted by the proposed method can effectively capture the facial motion of individuals with depression, and also suggest that hand-crafted methods could have potential in depression detection. A literature review on sarcasm detection has been undergone in this research work. To have a meaningful study about the existing works on sarcasm detection, a total of 65 research papers have been analyzed in diverse aspects like the datasets utilized, language, pre-processing technique, type of features, feature extraction technique, machine learning/deep learning-based sarcasm classification. All these papers belong to diverse international as well as national journals. Moreover, the performance of each work in terms of accuracy, F-score and recall will also be manifested. The development of young people's physique and health is the core element of national manpower reserves, which is related to the rise and fall of national power in the future. Wireless devices are emerging rapidly due to their sensing, computing and communication capabilities and are gradually being applied to physique and health research. Universities play a huge role in the cultivation of talents. Especially in the context of internationalization, the teaching of English as a common language is becoming more and more important. This paper introduced the traditional methods for evaluating the quality of English teaching, established a deep learning algorithm for evaluating the quality of English teaching with the evaluation indicators of the traditional methods combined with the convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm, conducted simulation experiments on the CNN algorithm, and compared it with the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. The results showed that the scores obtained by the CNN algorithm had some errors with the actual scores but were much lower than the scores obtained by the SVM algorithm, and the CNN algorithm consumed a shorter time in computing. This paper used the CNN algorithm combined with evaluation indexes constructed by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to evaluate the quality of English teaching and verified the effectiveness of the CNN algorithm through a comparison with the SVM algorithm, which provides an effective reference for intelligent evaluation of English teaching quality. It is difficult to balance detection speed and detection accuracy in current methods for sampling on feature maps. We combine the parameterless interpolation algorithm used in the traditional method with the algorithm in deep learning to improve shortcomings of the traditional interpolation algorithm by introducing learnable parameters into the algorithm. The new algorithm guarantees the features of the original image by calculating the correlation between feature map channels and pixels to ensure the correct restoration of the image features during up-sampling. In this paper, we propose a new up-sampling operation model — Reparametric Blend Up-sampling (RBU), which uses the method of rearranging pixels to obtain a feature map that matches the up-sampling size, uses blending to compute inter-pixel and inter-channel correlations and back-propagates the model to learn the appropriate parameters to ensure feature extraction. In the field of object detection, this model replaces the original up-sampling operation and improves the mAP mean value by 1.1% and the detection of small target objects by 3.1% in the VOC dataset with the richest application scenarios. In machine learning, most models can be transformed into unconstrained optimization problems, so how to solve the unconstrained optimization problem for different objective functions is always a hot issue. In this paper, a class of unconstrained optimization where objection function has p th-order derivative and Lipschitz continuous simultaneously is studied. To handle such problems, we propose an accelerated regularized Chebyshev–Halley method based on the Accelerated Hybrid Proximal Extragradient (A-HPE) framework. It proves that convergence complexity of the proposed method is O ( − 1 5 ) , which is consistent with the lower iteration complexity bound for third-order tensor methods. The prevention and control of communicable diseases such as COVID-19 has been a worldwide problem, especially in terms of mining towards latent spreading paths. Although some communication models have been proposed from the perspective of spreading mechanism, it remains hard to describe spreading mechanism anytime. Because real-world communication scenarios of disease spreading are always dynamic, which cannot be described by time-invariant model parameters, to remedy such gap, this paper explores the utilization of big data analysis into this area, so as to replace mechanism-driven methods with big data-driven methods. In modern society with high digital level, the increasingly growing amount of data in various fields also provide much convenience for this purpose. Therefore, this paper proposes an intelligent knowledge discovery method for critical spreading paths based on epidemic big data. For the major roadmap, a directional acyclic graph of epidemic spread was constructed with each province and city in mainland China as nodes, all features of the same node are dimension-reduced, and a composite score is evaluated for each city per day by processing the features after principal component analysis. Then, the typical machine learning model named XGBoost carries out processing of feature importance ranking to discriminate latent candidate spreading paths. Finally, the shortest path algorithm is used as the basis to find the critical path of epidemic spreading between two nodes. Every enterprise in the supply chain will participate in managing the supply chain. The decisions made by each party will affect the future decisions of other members in the supply chain and themselves. There are trade-offs since the upstream and downstream of the multi-supply chain tackle problems from different perspectives based on their interests. With the increasing competition and cooperation among enterprises in multi-supply chains, game theory is widely used to analyze the competition and collaboration among enterprises. This study combines game theory and auction theory to obtain the relative optimal allocation through double auctions for multi-objective optimization. Nevertheless, there are a few issues, including the number of iterations and the potential for local monopoly in double auctions. To this end, the generalized genetic particle swarm optimization (GGPSO) algorithm is introduced to improve the double auctions mechanism, and finally, the global optimization of the supply chain is achieved. The simulation results show that the proposed method can efficiently complete the distribution and pricing among multi-supply chains and compensate the competing buyers with higher average quotations and the competing sellers with lower average quotes. Additionally, the GGPSO algorithm presented in this paper has a good performance in terms of the time needed to obtain the optimal solution, which is conducive to the global optimization of the supply chain. With the deepening of hospital informatization construction, the electronic health record (EHR) system has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process, resulting in a large amount of medical data. Electronic medical records contain a large amount of rich medical information, which is an important resource for disease prediction, personalized information recommendation, and drug mining. However, the medical information contained in electronic medical records cannot be automatically acquired, analyzed and utilized by computers. In this paper, we utilize machine learning algorithms for intelligent analysis of large-scale electronic medical records to explore and develop general methods and tools suitable for electronic medical record analysis in medical databases. This is of great value for summarizing the therapeutic effects of various diagnosis and treatment programs, disease diagnosis, treatment, and medical research. We propose an ECML-based intelligent analysis method for electronic medical records. First, we perform data preprocessing on the electronic medical record. Second, we design an intelligent analysis method for electronic medical records based on a deep learning model. Third, we design a model hyperparameter optimization method based on evolutionary algorithms. Finally, we compare and analyze the performance of the proposed model through experiments, and the experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper has good performance. Software vulnerabilities are one of the roots of computer security problems. The traditional static analysis and dynamic analysis methods based on software source code mainly have some deficiencies, such as high false positive rate, high false negative rate and insufficient semantic information captured. Nevertheless, the application of machine learning, Natural Language Processing and other technologies in software vulnerability prediction can effectively mitigate such issues. First, by code intermediate representation and constructing a multiple-level N-gram feature generation model, two kinds of N-gram semantic features with different window size and different granularity at word and char level were extracted to retain the semantic and structural information of code. Second, TF–IDF was used to construct the vector space model as the input of prediction model. As a single classifier was prone to overfitting and poor generalization, this paper conducted benchmark testing on five classical machine learning algorithms (NB, SVM, DT, LR, RF), and then combined four (SVM, DT, LR, RF) among them, which had better performance as the base classifiers to form the stacking heterogeneous ensemble method to build the vulnerability prediction model. Finally, the proposed method was verified on buffer overflow vulnerability and resource management vulnerability datasets, with a lowest false positive rate and false negative rate which can reach 1.58% and 4.06%, respectively. Traditional search is about taking an input of the query text from the user and checking if the subsequence is a part of any sentence in the set of documents and showing the set to the user. In this paper, we have proposed a Bidiection Encoding Contextual algorithm that can be applied to different types of documents and do a semantic search across the corpus. The algorithm used to understand the meaning of the word, their relative relationship between other words and provide the user with the documents that not just has the textual reference but also contain the relative meaning of the query. On the COVID-19 dataset, test been performed on the reliability of the interpretation through the function of linguistic similarities. The experimental findings demonstrate the strong association between the conceptual term interpretation of human consciousness in the role of measuring the similarity. Heart muscle damage is a result of myocardial infarction (MI), which is caused by inadequate blood supply. Around the world, MI is the leading cause of death for middle-aged and older people. To reduce the risk of MI, early detection is important. This detection is obtained by using a deep learning algorithm. In the literature, few methods are reviewed which does not provide optimal results for detection. Hence, in this paper, the Enhanced AlexNet is developed for an effective diagnosis (ED) to identify MI signals (EAlexNet). To train AlexNet and obtain the best results, a hybrid spider monkey optimization (SMO) and salp swarm optimization (SSO) algorithm is used. Four phases are taken into consideration in the paper to find the MI signals. The input dataset is used to construct the echo frames, and the formed frames are then trained using the EAlexNet. Then, using an adaptive algorithm called a support vector machine (SVM) with kernel function, the process of feature extraction is carried out. Finally, the proposed approach is used to complete the MI classification process. The normal (non-MI) and abnormal (MI) cases are identified from the proposed model. The HMC-QU dataset is taken into account for analysis purposes, and the effectiveness of the suggested strategy is assessed. The suggested approach is contrasted with the current approaches, including ResNet, MobileNet, and VGGNet, respectively. Reducing the occurrence of diseases has become an important research direction in today’s social medicine. Accurate prediction of heart failure can greatly reduce the complication rate, allowing patients to know the condition in advance and receive treatment. To deal with heart failure, this paper proposes a heart failure prediction algorithm based on a reinforcement learning framework. This paper combines and improves the reinforcement learning algorithm and the swarm intelligence (SI) optimization algorithm, aiming to use the reinforcement learning algorithm to improve the global optimization capability of the SI optimization algorithm. In order to better improve the global search ability of the SI optimization algorithm, the penalty function will be replaced by a combination mode of dynamic and static reward. The improved reinforcement learning algorithm framework is significantly better than the previous algorithm framework and has been used to predict heart failure. Aiming at the limitations of existing algorithms of network intrusion detection in dealing with complex data of imbalance and high dimensionality, this paper proposes an intrusion detection algorithm based on convolutional neural network (CNN) and Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM). First, the data-type conversion, oversampling technology and image data conversion are included in the data preprocessing to make the data balanced and adapt to the input format. Then, by the convolutional layer, pooling layer and fully connected layer of the CNN model, the main features are abstracted from the converted image data. Finally, data of the main features is used for training and testing the LightGBM model, so as to get the final classification results. This paper uses KDDCUP99 dataset to carry out multi-classification experiments. By comparing the experiments before and after balancing the dataset, and comparing with similar algorithms, it verifies the superiority of the proposed algorithm in the classification performance of intrusion detection, especially for the minority attack classes. Code smells or bad smells are an accepted approach to identify design flaws in the source code. Although it has been explored by researchers, the interpretation of programmers is rather subjective. One way to deal with this subjectivity is to use machine learning techniques. This paper provides the reader with an overview of machine learning techniques and code smells found in the literature, aiming at determining which methods and practices are used when applying machine learning for code smells identification and which machine learning techniques have been used for code smells identification. A mapping study was used to identify the techniques used for each smell. We found that the Bloaters was the main kind of smell studied, addressed by 35% of the papers. The most commonly used technique was Genetic Algorithms (GA), used by 22.22% of the papers. Regarding the smells addressed by each technique, there was a high level of redundancy, in a way that the smells are covered by a wide range of algorithms. Nevertheless, Feature Envy stood out, being targeted by 63% of the techniques. When it comes to performance, the best average was provided by Decision Tree, followed by Random Forest, Semi-supervised and Support Vector Machine Classifier techniques. 5 out of the 25 analyzed smells were not handled by any machine learning techniques. Most of them focus on several code smells and in general there is no outperforming technique, except for a few specific smells. We also found a lack of comparable results due to the heterogeneity of the data sources and of the provided results. We recommend the pursuit of further empirical studies to assess the performance of these techniques in a standardized dataset to improve the comparison reliability and replicability. Computer vision and optical character recognition techniques have rapidly advanced in order to accurately capture text and other features from paper documents. While state-of-the-art tools in these fields now yield high accuracy, analyzing their outputs requires more research. Since tables are common in such documents, a new pipeline, based on multimodal learning, is proposed to better extract key–value pairs from tables. Its performance is evaluated with a synthetically generated dataset with randomly generated tables and a dataset of mechanical part documents provided by SiliconExpert Technologies. Its performance is also compared with another state-of-the-art model built for similar tasks, LayoutLM. The proposed pipeline provides a fully automated, end-to-end scalable solution, beginning with image processing and computer vision components to a machine learning model that uses data from optical character recognition and natural language processing to make the final decisions. In the best configuration, the pipeline achieved a 96.26% accuracy on a large, synthetically generated training and test set. When comparing the proposed pipeline with LayoutLM, the proposed pipeline performed similarly on the synthetic dataset and better on the real dataset. They can be used in a large number of contexts. In this paper, we propose the use of a recommendation system in the context of a recruitment platform. The use of the recommendation system allows to obtain precise profile recommendations based on the competences of a candidate to meet the stated requirements and to avoid companies to have to perform a very time-consuming manual sorting of the candidates. With the popularity of smart phones, Android has a large number of users. Android allows download and installation of other unofficial healthcare system applications, so it has attracted the attention of malware developers for healthcare system. However, most of the papers proposed a variety of different methods to improve accuracy, and the samples tested by each method in the experimental part are different, which may cause errors in comparison. It shows that permission is an important of the development as mobile phone storage. Therefore, this paper proposed Android's Permission and application program interface (API) as two features to perform machine learning to detect malicious programs business intelligence. It also uses machine learning method and other two algorithms to detect malicious programs. The average accuracy of using hybrid detection of unknown malicious programs reaches 89%, and the hit rate near 90%. The results show that under the same sample situation, the accuracy rate of the hybrid method used Random Forest is higher than the other two analyses. Compared with the dynamic analysis with others, it used the hybrid method and dynamic analysis has a high accuracy rate. The contribution of this paper is as follows: the advantage of static detection is that it does not need to execute Android application package (APK) features be extracted, and the speed is the fastest among the three detection modules. The features of dynamic detection for healthcare system are generated through the executed APK, and more powerful features can be extracted. Hybrid detection uses two method features, and extract most advantageous features to generate detection modules to detect APKs. Therefore, more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the research of learning early warning based on educational data mining or learning analysis. However, most early warning studies use traditional machine learning algorithms, and there are still deficiencies in the granularity of data collection, technical implementation mechanism, early warning state recognition and so on. With the success of deep learning in artificial intelligence and other fields, scholars began to study the application of deep learning to solve the problems in the field of learning early warning. Combining variational self-coding (LVAE) and deep neural network, this paper proposes a scheme (LVAEpre) which can solve the problem of unbalanced distribution of educational data sets. This paper determines the weight value of each dimension and index by adjusting the weight parameters of the model, and obtains the threshold value of the early warning line, and empirically tests its effectiveness. Finally, the paper designs a learning early warning model and builds a learning early warning platform based on process data. The results show that the early warning effect is good. The proposal of the learning early warning model based on process data and the application of the learning early warning platform have greatly improved the teaching quality, reduced the risk of students failing to attend the course, and effectively realized the early warning function. Despite an exponential increase in publications on clinical prediction models over recent years, the number of models deployed in clinical practice remains fairly limited. In this paper, we identify common obstacles that impede effective deployment of prediction models in healthcare, and investigate their underlying causes. We observe a key underlying cause behind most obstacles — the improper development and evaluation of prediction models. Inherent heterogeneities in clinical data complicate the development and evaluation of clinical prediction models. Many of these heterogeneities in clinical data are unreported because they are deemed to be irrelevant, or due to privacy concerns. We provide real-life examples where failure to handle heterogeneities in clinical data, or sources of biases, led to the development of erroneous models. The purpose of this paper is to familiarize modeling practitioners with common sources of biases and heterogeneities in clinical data, both of which have to be dealt with to ensure proper development and evaluation of clinical prediction models. Colorization is a process used in image editing in which grayscale images are colored with realistic colors. Modern techniques of colorization could produce artfully colored images in such a way that it is difficult for human eyes to differentiate between actual and fake colorized images. As a result, identifying fraudulent colored pictures has captured the scientific community's attention in digital forensics. This paper provides an overview of the strategies used for detecting fake colorized images. Mainly, two approaches were used to design fake colorized image detection systems. The first one uses traditional machine learning (ML) techniques that rely on hand-crafted features derived from images and used to differentiate actual and fake images. The second approach uses deep learning (DL) techniques as "end to end" systems that don't have to be supplied with such hand-crafted features, as they can learn the features from the image directly. An important feature of Parkinson's disease (PD) patients is dyskinesia, and gait signal analysis can provide a strong basis for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of Parkinson's disease. Traditional machine learning methods are not suitable for directly classifying imbalanced data. In order to accurately distinguish healthy people from Parkinson's disease patients, a cost-sensitive support vector machine (CS-SVM) method is designed in this paper, which is used to construct the model for classification of gait signals between Kinson's disease patients and healthy individuals. Gait data for the entire subject was extracted from a real U-shaped electronic walkway. The extracted features are converted to a dimensionless form, the classification performance can be improved. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is listed among the top 20 leading causes of death worldwide, highlighting the urgent need for effective methods of early disease prediction for chronic conditions. This paper presents a novel strategy for the early diagnosis of CKD, leveraging machine learning (ML) methods to support researchers in their pursuit of preventative approaches. The study incorporates data from 400 patients, analyzing a comprehensive set of 25 attributes. The missing values in the dataset handled by mean and mode statistics were employed for numerical and nominal dimensions respectively. The recursive feature elimination (RFE) with cross-validation (CV) technique was utilized to identify the most crucial attributes. The resulting predictive model achieved positive outcomes in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F -measure across all implemented classification algorithms (random forest (RF), Naive Bayes (NB), decision tree (DT), multi-layer neural network (MLNN), partial decision tree algorithm (PART), repeated incremental pruning to produce error reduction (RIPPER), k  Star and extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost)). Notably, the XGBoost classification algorithm demonstrated an impressive accuracy of up to 99.5%. The utilization of predictive models is indispensable for healthcare professionals, as they play a pivotal role in enabling early detection of CKD and mitigating the risk of kidney failure occurrence.
