[Objectives] An ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was established for simultaneous determination of 26 antibiotics in the water around landfills. [Methods] After an HLB solid-phase extraction column was activated, and a water sample, which was adjusted with phosphoric acid to a pH of (2±0.5) and added with 500 mg of disodium EDTA, was loaded, and 5 ml of water and 20% methanol water was added for washing. Next, 10 ml of elution solution was added for elution, and the collected eluate was evaporated under reduced pressure at 40 °C to near dryness, and 1 ml of reconstitution solution was added to a constant volume. An ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (100 mm ×2.1 mm, 2.6 µm) chromatographic column was adopted for LC separation by gradient elution with 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile as the mobile phase. For MS detection, the MRM mode was adopted for collection, and the positive and negative ion modes were switched for simultaneous determination, and the internal standard method was used for quantification. [Results] The correlation coefficient R2 was greater than 0.99 in the linear range of each target substance. The limits of detection ranged from 0. 15 to 3.00 ng/L, and the limits of quantitation were between 0.80 and 10.00 ng/L, and the recoveries ranged from 77.9% to 104.85%. Objectives] This study was conducted to explore the occurrence levels of endocrine disruptors ( EDCs) in rural areas around a county landfill in Tongren City. [Methods] The water around the landfill was sampled and analyzed. [Objectives] To establish a method for the determination of active components in toad skin. [Methods] HPLC method was used to determine the content of five active components (bufotalin, cinobufotalin, bufalin, cinobufagin and resibufogenin) in toad skin. [Results] Chromatographic conditions are as follows; Agilent 20RBAX SB-CJS chromatographic column was used; acetonitrile (A)-0.3% glacial acetic acid (B) gradient elution (0 - 15 min, 28% A -54%A; 15 -35 min, 54% A -54% A) was conducted; the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 296 nm; the column temperature was 30 TJ; the sample size was 10 jjlL. Under the above conditions, the determination method of the five components can be established at one time. [Objectives] This study was conducted to establish the method for simultaneous determination of six active components. [Methods] Simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, phellodendrine, magnoflorine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine in Cortex Phellodendri was carried out by HPLC with a Dia-monsil Cl8 (4. 6 mm x250 mm, 5 p,m) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (l%o acetic acid, 2 mmol ammonium acetate) solution in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, and the column temperature was kept at 25 TJ and the flow rate was 1 ml/min. [Results] The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, phellodendrine, magnoflorine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine were 20. 00 -320.00, 18.75 -130. 00, 25.00 -200.00, 5. 00 - 100. 00, 20.00 -200.00, and 0.09 - 1.80 mg/L, respectively. The average recovery was 98.1%, 99. 4%, 97.5%, 97.3%, 104.0%, and 98.5%, respectively; and the RSDs were 0.5%, 0. 6%, 0. 8%, 1.0%, 1.4%, and 0. 9%, respectively. [Objectives] Chromatographic fingerprint analysis technology and quantitative analysis of multi-components by singlemarker (QAMS) were used to identify the authenticity and multi-component quantitative analysis of Streptocaulon griffithii Hook, which provided experimental reference for the quality evaluation and control of S. griffithii Hook. [Methods] Method was carried out on Agilent ZORBAX SB-CJS (150 mm x4.6 mm, 5 |xm) column with mobile phase composed of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min in gradient elution mode. The column temperature was maintained at 30 T, the injection volume was 5 [iL, and the detection wavelengths were set at 230 nm. The HPLC fingerprint of S. griffithii Hook was established by Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2012 edition), and the quality of 11 batches of S. griffithii Hook extracts was analyzed. The content of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and 4-methoxysalicylaldehyde in S. griffithii Hook was determined by QAMS. [Results] Thirteen common peaks were identified in the extract of S. griffithii Hook, and three components were identified as chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and 4-methoxysalicylaldehyde, there was no significant difference between QAMS method and external standard method with chlorogenic acid as reference substance. [Conclusions] The established HPLC method is specific, accurate, stable and reproducible, and it can be used as an effective method for the quality control of S. griffithii Hook. [Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a rapid and effective method for simultaneous extraction of 54 kinds of veterinary drug residues in animal-derived food, including sulfonamides, quinolones, tetracyclines, malachite greens, penicillins, nitroi mid azoles, tranquilizers and macrolides, by HPLC - MS. [Methods] The samples were extracted with 80% acetonitrile water (containing 0.1% formic acid), combined with QuEChERS extraction technology and C18 and PSA purification, analyzed by high performance liquid chrom atograp hy - mas s spectrometry, and quantified by external standard method. The target substances were analyzed on ZORBAX Eclipse C18 chromatographic column using 0. 2% formic acid water and 0. 2% methanol as mobile phases. The gradient elution mode was used for chromatographic separation and multiple reaction detection. [Results] In the linear range of 0.5 - 50.0 ng/ml, the linear relationship of the 54 kinds of veterinary drug residues was good, with correlation coefficients (r2) greater than 0.995, and the detection limits ranged from 0. 30 to 1. 00 jjig/kg. The results showed that the recovery ranged from 75.4% to 11& 2% when different matrixes were added for recovery. [Condusions] This method is simple, efficient, accurate, stable, and highly operable. [Obbectives] To identify stained Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus in Lifei Tablets with carmine and acid red 73 as target substances. [Methods] High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography tandem-mas spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was used to analyze the 70% methanol extract of the drug. The HPLC was equipped with an Inertstain-C18 (250 mm x4. 6 mm, 5 µm) chromatographic column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution, gradient elution & volume flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min, column temperature of 30 X, detection wavelength of 509 nm. LC-MS/MS was equipped with a Waters-C18 (2.1 mmx150 mm, 1.7 µm) chromatographic column, the mobile phase was methanol--. 1% formic acid solution (containing 5 mmolL ammonium acetate), gradient elution; the volume flow rate was 0. 3 mL/min; ESI ion source, positive ion mode, full scan of primary and secondary mas spectrometry. [ Results] Carmine and acid red 73 showed good linear relationship in HPLC and LC-MS/MS, with r greater than 0. 995. The sample recovery and RSD val¬ues of HPLC and LC-MS/MS met the requirements. The RRSD of the results determined by HPLC and LC-MS/MS was not greater than 5.0%. Both methods had good compatibility and could be used for the examination of carmine and acid red 73 in Lifei Tablets. [Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a qualitative method for rapid detection of pesticide residues in feed. [Methods ] A rapid screening method for 82 pesticide residues in feed was established using ultra liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOFMS) combined with optimized pretreatment methods. [Results] Feed samples were extracted with 0. 2% formic acid-acetonitrile solution, shaken, centrifuged, and re-centrifuged, and the supernatant was filtered with a 0.22 μm filter membrane for determination. The samples were separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 chromatographic column (2.1 mm x 50 mm, 1. 8 μm), and subjected to gradient elution with methanol-water solution as the mobile phase, and scanning was performed in ESI + mode. 82 compounds could be accurately qualitatively detected in 13 min. [Conclusion] This method is simple to operate, time-saving, and can be applied to rapid screening of large-scale feed. [Objectives] To determine the content of hyperin and luteolin in Vernonia cinerea (L.) Less., and to provide basic experimental data for experimental research and clinical application of V. cinerea (L.) Less. [Methods] The components to be determined were extracted by ultrasonic extraction, and the hyperin and luteolin in V. cinerea (L.) Less, were separated and determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (chromatographic conditions: reverse C18 column, methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase for gradient elution, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, detector wavelength of 360 nm). [Results] The precision and repeatability of the experimental method were good, and the solution of V. cinerea (L.) Less, was stable within 18 h. There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of hyperin and luteolin and the chromatographic peak area within the prescribed range, and the recovery rate was qualified. The content of hyperin and luteolin in V. cinerea (L.) Less, was 0.066 5 mg/g (n=3) and 0.1004 mg/g (n=3), respectively. [Objectives] To establish a method to simultaneously determine the content of paederosidic acid in Paederia scandens dried by four different methods. [Methods] Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was adopted. The chromatographic column; Thermo SCIENTIFIC Hypersil GOLD Dim. (mm); mobile phase; acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution; gradient elution; column temperature; 30 °C; flow rate; 1 mL/min; detection wavelength; 236 nm; injection volume; 10 µL. [Results] The linear range of the detection injection volume of paederosidic acid was 0.64 -9.60 µg (R =0.999 2); the limit of quantity (LOQ) was 5.10 ng, and the limit of detection (LOD) was 1.36 ng; the RSD of the precision, stability and reproducibility test was all less than 3%; the sample recovery rate was 98.87%, RSD<3.00, n-6. The results show that the content of paederosidic acid in the shade-dried P. scandens is the highest, and the order of the content is P. scandens (dry in shade) > P. scandens (dried at 50 °C) > P. scandens (dried at 60 °C) > P. scandens (dried at 70 °C). [Conclusions] This method is sensitive, reliable and reproducible, and can be used to simultaneously determine the content of paederosidic acid in P. scandens dried by four different methods. [Objectives] This study aimed to establish a quality evaluation method for Herba Cistanche based on the HPLC characteristic chromatograms of the phenylethanoid glycosides and iridoid glycosides, and compare the HPLC characteristic chromatograms of different origins of Herba Cistanche. [Methods] The chromatographic conditions used were as follows: column, Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column (4. 6 mm x 250 mm, 5 µm) ; gradient elution, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution; flow rate, 1.0 mL/min; detection wave length, 240 nm; column temperature, 30 °C. [Results] Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk) Wight showed 9 characteristic peaks, Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma showed 10 characteristic peaks, Cistanche salsa (C. A. Mey.) G. Beck showed 7 characteristic peaks, and Cistanche sinensis G. Beck showed 4 characteristic peaks. Peak 6 was echinacoside, peak 7 was verbascoside, peak 8 was tubuloside A, peak 9 was isoacteoside and peak 10 was cistanoside A. The characteristic chromatograms of the four different origins of Herba Cistanche were significantly different. [Conclusions] This characteristic chromatogram method has good reproducibility and can be used to distinguish 4 different origins of Herba Cistanche, C. deserticola Y. C. [Objectives] To determine active components of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo. [Methods] A new method was developed for the quantitative determination of L. rotata by using Ultra-performance convergence chromatography. The separation of active components of L. rotata was successfully achieved on Waters ACQUITY UPC column, with gradient elution carbon dioxide and methanol solvent at flow rate of 0.7 mL/min. The separation gradient elution rate was as follows: 15% methanol 0-1 min, 18% methanol 1-5 min, 20% methanol 5-6 min, 25% methanol 6-7 min, 30% methanol 7-8 min, 30% methanol 8-9 min, 15% methanol 9-10 min. The conditions used in the separation process was as follows: column temperature 30 °C; injection volume 2 µL. Under the abovementioned conditions, the content of methyl glucoside was measured by 3D-full wavelength scanning. The validity of the method was tested by analyzing the precision, reproducibility, stability and accuracy. [Results] The results indicated that in terms of extraction and separation of compounds, supercritica CO2 not only has the diffusion property of gas, but also has the density and fluidity of liquid. [Objectives] To determine the content of mangiferin and homomangiferin in mango leaves by HPLC. [Methods] The mangiferin and homomangiferin were separated and determined by Elite Hypersil C18（5 μm, 4.6 mm ID×250 mm） chromatographic column. Acetonitrile-0.1%（V/V） phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 258 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 5 μL. [Results] There was a good linear relationship between mangiferin and homomangiferin in the range of 0.025 4-0.508 0 μg/μL（r=0.999 9） and 0.000 960-0.019 200 μg/μL（r=0.999 9）, respectively. The average recovery rate（n=6） of mangiferin and homomangiferin in mango leaves was 101.7%（RSD=2.0%） and 101.0%（RSD=1.7%）, respectively. [Conclusions] There were great differences in the content of mangiferin and homomangiferin in the leaves of different varieties of mango. [Objectives] A rapid screening and analysis method for 26 organophosphorus agrochemicals in fresh milk was established using ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry. [Methods] Raw milk was extracted with acetonitrile solution containing 0. 2% formic acid by volume, and purified with a Dikma ProElut QuECHERS solid phase extraction cartridge. Target compounds were separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 chromatographic column (2.1 mm x50 mm, 1.8 μm) with methanol-water solution as a mobile phase for gradient elution, and through scanning with an electrospray ion source in positive ion mode, 26 kinds of organophosphorus agrochemicals could be accurately qualitatively determined within 10 min. [Results] When using formic acid acetonitrile with a volume fraction of 0.2%, there were more types of detected compounds and a greater recovery; and using B cartridge could effectively eliminate the interference of non-polar substances such as phospholipids, achieve higher number of detected compounds than those of A and C, and well separate the 26 kinds of agrochemical residues. [Objectives] To establish the quality eontroi method of Dujieqing pit. [Methods] Tangerine peei and Panax notoginseng in Dujieqing pis wero qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The content of hesperidin and ginsenosine Rb1 was determined by HPLC. [Objective] The paper was to determine the contents of gallic acid and cinnamic acid in Chinese herb rhubarb by HPLC. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established with the following conditions: Thermo SCIENTIFIC Hypersil GOLD Dim column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 µm), mobile phase methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution, gradient elution, detection wavelength 278 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, column temperature 30 °C, injection volume 10 µL. [Result] The content of gallic acid and cinnamic acid in rhubarb was determined by HPLC, and they showed good linear relationship in the linear ranges of 0.125-1.250 µg (R²=0.999 8) and 0.038 2-0.382 0 µg (R²=0.999 4), respectively. [Conclusion] A HPLC method is established to determine gallic acid and cinnamic acid content in rhubarb. [Objectives] To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 14 characteristic components in Gegen Qinlian tablets and the content of Gegen Qinlian tablets in 11 manufacturers. [Methods] A Inertsil ODS-3 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography column was used with acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate+0.03% triethylamine solution(adjusted with glacial acetic acid to pH of 4.3) as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The determination wavelength of 8 components (puerarin, daidzin, liquiritin, baicalin, wogonoside, daidzein, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, baicalein) was 250 nm; the determination wavelength of wogonoside was 280 nm; the determination wavelength of 5 components (epierberine, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride, coptisine, palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride) was 346 nm. [Results] There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of puerarin, daidzin, liquiritin, baicalin, wogonoside, epierberine, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride, coptisine, daidzein, palmatine hydrochloride, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, berberine hydrochloride, baicalein and wogonin and peak area (r>0.999 0) in the range of 146.26-585 0.24, 24.13-965.04, 18.45-738.00, 79.18-316 7.32, 9.57-382.80, 4.76-190.40, 2.57-102.80, 13.41-536.40, 10.60-424.00, 11.33-453.22, 12.08-483.20, 46.73-186 9.25, 20.28-811.20, 12.11-484.50 ng, respectively; the average recovery rates (n=6) were 2.18%, 1.79%, 1.81%, 1.68%, 2.27%, 2.13%, 1.96%, 1.07%, 0.93%, 0.61%, 2.92%, 0.77%, 2.79% and 0.62%, respectively; the precision, repeatability and stability were good, and the RSD was less than 3%. This method was used to determine 16 batches of Gegen Qinlian tablets produced by 11 enterprises. Wogonoside was not detected in a lot of samples, but 14 components were detected for other enterprises, but the content was different. [Objectives] To establish suitable quality standards of children antipyretic lotion. [Methods] Qualitative identification was performed for Paederia seandens and Artemisia carvifolia in Children Antipyretic Lotion by thin-layer chromatography (TLC), and the content of paederosidic acid in children antipyretic lotion was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Besides, chromatographic column Feinigen XPeonyx CJS(250 mm x4.6 mm, 5 p,m), mobile phase was used, gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution, the detection wavelength was 236 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 T,, and the injection volume was 10 jjlL. [Results] The thin-layer chromatography of P. seandens and A. carvifolia reference materials showed clear spots, good separation effect, strong specificity, and no interference in the limit control; paederosidic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.65 -9.75 p,g (R2 =0.999 6), the average sample recovery rate was 99.72% (RSD = 2.52%). [ Conclusions] The qualitative and quantitative methods established in this experiment are simple, reproducible, and the results are accurate and reliable, and can be applied as a quality control method for children antipyretic lotions. [Objectives] This study aimed to establish the fingerprint of Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult, by HPLC. [Methods] Taking the peak of chlorogenic acid as the references, the 10 batches of C. buchananii Roem. et Schult, materials were detected by HPLC under the conditions of column of Thermo ODS-2 Hypersil (5 p,m, 4.6 mm x250 mm), detection wavelength of 323 nm, column temperature of 25 °C, mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution, gradient elution and injection volume of 20 p,L. The common peak identification and similarity evaluation were carried out according to Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Chinese Traditional Medicine (Version 2004 A). [ Results] Among the HPLC fingerprints of the 10 batches of C. buchananii Roem. et Schult, materials, there are 13 common peaks, and their similarity is all greater than 0.9, indicating good similarity. [Objectives] This study aimed to establish HPLC chromatograms of decoction pieces, standard decoction and formula granules of Spica Prunellae. [ Methods ] The chromatographic conditions were as follows : column, SH1SEIDO CAPCELL PAK CiS MGII column (4.6 mm x250 mm, 5 jxm) ; mobile phase, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid; gradient elution; detection wavelength, 280 nm; flow rate, 1.0 mL/min; and column temperature, 30 °C. The correlation between the decoction pieces, standard decoction and formula granules of Spica Prunellae was analyzed by specific chromatograms. [Results] The fingerprint chromatograms of decoction pieces, standard decoction and formula granules of Spica Prunellae showed five common peaks, with good correlation. Among the five common peaks, four of them were tanshi- nol, protocatechuic acid, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid. [Conclusions] The main chemical constituents of decoction pieces, standard decoction and formula granules of Spica Prunellae are basically the same. [Objectives] To establish an High Performance Dquid Chromatography (HPLC) method for simultaneous determination of four amino acids in Fufang Ejiao Buxue Granule. [ Methods] The quantitative analysis was carried out with a Waters Sunfire CJS column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm). A binary mobile solvent was used: mobile solvent A was acetonitrile -0.1 mol/L sodium acetate solution (adjusting pH to 6.5 with 36% acetic acid) (7:93) and mobile solvent B was acetonitrile -H20 (4M). The mobile phase was delivered at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min with a gradient elution profile (0-13 min, 100% A→93% A; 13-17.9 min, 93% A → 88% A; 17. 9 -29.0 min, 88% A → 85% A; 29 -39 min, 85% A → 66% A; 39 -45 min, 66% A →-0% A). The column temperature was at 43 °. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. [Results] The injection volume of L-hydroxyproline, glycine, alanine, and L-proline showed a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.012 to 0.117,0.022 to 0.218, 0.010 to 0.097, 0.016 to 0.160 μg, separately. The average recovery rate (n=6) was 96.4%, 97.3%, 97.1%, and 99.4%, respectively; the relative standard deviations were 1.2%, 1.9%, 1.7%, and 0. 9%, respectively. [Objectives] To study the typical HPLC chromatogram of petroleum ether in Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet from different habitats, in order to provide experimental basis for the quality control of A. indicum and the spectrum-efficacy relationship of petroleum ether. [Methods] The HPLC chromatogram of petroleum ether was obtained using Agilent SB-C18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 µm) and acetine-0.1% phosphoric acid solution for gradient elution at temperature of 30 °C, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength of 205 nm. [Results] The typical HPLC chromatogram of petroleum ether in A. indicum was preliminarily established, with 12 characteristic peaks. It was verified by A. indicum from different habitats, characterized by reproducibility and stability. [Conclusions] Typical HPLC chromatogram provides a stable new method for the quality control of petroleum ether in A. indicum. [Objectives] To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) wavelength switching method for the simultaneous determination of content of six constituents (phellodendrine chloride, gentiopicrin, paeoniflorin, tetrandrine, berberine hydrochloride and pae-onol) in Cangbaiqutong capsules, and provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Cangbaiqutong capsule. [Methods] The chromatographic column of Waters XSELECT CSH-C18 (4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 µm), the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate solution, gradient elution (0-15 min, 10% - 18% A; 15 - 30 min, 18% - 50% A; 30 - 35 min, 50% - 10% A); the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, wavelength switching of 284 (0 - 7 min, phellodendrine), 274 (7 - 10 min, gentiopicrin), 230 (10 - 14 min, paeoniflorin) and 274 nm (14 - 35 min, tetrandrine, berberine hydrochloride, paeonol), the injection volume of 10 µL. [ Results] There was a good linear relationship between the area of chromatographic peak and the injection volume of phellodendrine chloride, gentiopicrin, paeoniflorin, tetrandrine, berberine hydrochloride and paeonol in the range of 0.150 - 1.504, 0.768 - 7.680, 1.096 - 10.960, 0.220 - 2.200, 0.296 - 2.956, 0.0345 - 0.345 µg, respectively; the average recovery rates (n = 6) were 98.3%, 99.2%, 98.8%, 98.8%, 99.1% and 98.2%, respectively; the RSD value was 1.32%, 1.46%, 1.08%, 1.31%, 1.26% and 1.21%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method can be used to determine many kinds of constituents at the same time, and the operation is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of compound Cangbaiqutong capsules. To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Spilanthes paniculata Wall. ex DC. and provide reference for the quality control of medicinal materials. [Methods]Welch Ultimate XB-C18( 5 μm,250 mm ×4. 6 mm) chromatographic column was adopted, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution for gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 328 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃, the similarities of 18 different batches of medicinal materials were evaluated, and the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of S.paniculata Wall. ex DC. was set up. [Results] The RSDs of precision, repeatability and stability of HPLC fingerprint of 18 batches of S.paniculata Wall. ex DC. medicine materials were all less than 3%; HPLC reference fingerprint of the medicine materials was established. [Objectives] This study aimed to establish HPLC fingerprint and conduct cluster analysis and principle component analysis for Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride. [Methods] Using the HPLC method, the determination was performed on XSelect® HSS T3C18 column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid solution (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The column temperature was 25˚C. The sample size was 10 μL. With peak of hesperidin as the reference, HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride were determined. The similarity of the 10 batches of samples was evaluated by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (2012 edition) to determine the common peaks. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were performed by using SPSS 17.0 statistical software. [Results] The HPLC fingerprints of the 10 batches of medicinal materials had total 11 common peaks, and the similarity was 0.919-1.000, indicating that the chemical composition of the 10 batches of medicinal materials was consistent. There were 11 common components in the 10 batches of medicinal materials, but their contents were different. When the Euclidean distance was 20, the 10 batches of samples were divided into two categories, S4 in the first category, and the others in the second one. When the Euclidean distance was 5, the second category could be further divided into two sub-categories, S1 and S10 in one sub-category, and S2, S3, S5, S6, S7, S8 and S9 in the other one. The principle component analysis showed that cumulative contribution rate of the two main component factors was 92.797%, and the comprehensive score of S7 was the highest with the best quality. [Conclusions] The results of HPLC fingerprinting, cluster analysis and principle component analysis can provide reference for the quality control of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride. [Objectives] The purpose of this study was to establish the HPLC fingerprint of Yixinshu tablets, in order to provide a basis for quality control of Yixinshu tablets. [Methods] The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column, Agilent 5 TC-C]S(2) (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 p,m) ; mobile phase, acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution) ; column temperature, 25 t ; detection wavelength, 280 nm (0 - 62 min) and 260 nm (62 - 125 min). Using salvianolic acid B as the reference, the fingeiprints of nine batches of Yixinshu tablets were determined. The similarity between the fingerprints was evaluated according to the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (Version 2012). [ Results] A total of 25 common peaks were calibrated, 10 of which were identified. The similarity between the fingerprints of the nine batches of Yixinshu tablets and the reference fingerprint was all greater than 95%, indicating good similarity. [Objectives] This study aimed to establish a method for determination of adulteration dye auramine 0 in Gegen Qinlian tablets by HPLC-MS/MS. [Methods] The instrument conditions were as follows: column, Agilent Eclipse plus CJS(2.1 mm x 100 mm, 1.8 pm) ; mobile phase, acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate; gradient elution; flow rate, 0.3 mL/min; column temperature, 35 C ; injection volume, 2 pL; ion source, electrospray ionization source (ESI) ; and scanning mode, multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). [ Results] Methodological validation shows that auramine 0 had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.093 4 - 1.869 pg (r =0.999 9), and the average recovery rate was 94.38% (RSD =3.60%, n-9). [Conclusions] The method established is accurate, convenient, precise, reproducible, and stable, with good linear relationship, and it can be used determine the content of adulteration dye auramine 0 in Gegen Qinlian tablets. [Methods] HPLC chromatography was adopted with column of Thermo Hypersil-Keystone CJS column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile (A) -0.03 mol/L ammonium acetate (pH adjusted to 2.4 with formic acid) (B), gradient elution (0 -5 min, 5% A; 5-10 min, 5% A→19% A; 10 -40 min, 19% A; 40 -68 min, 19% A→36% A; 68 -90 min, 36% A→95% A), flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and column temperature of 25 °C. [Results] The content of salvianic acid A sodium, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid B and tanshinone IIA showed good linear relationship with chromatographic peak area in the range of 3. 310 -18. 66, 0. 039 50 - 0.237 0, 0.750 0 - 4.500, 0. 059 20 - 0. 355 0 peg, respectively. The recovery rate (n = 6) was 101.75%, 96. 86%, 104. 15% and 99.03%, respectively, and the USD was 1.52%, 2.81%, 1.80%, and 1.37% respectively. [Results] The established fingerprint of P. calvata, was used to determine 10 batches of sample from different sources. 12 common peaks were confirmed as the character fingerprints through similarity analysis on the fingerprint of the P. calvata.
