Innovating higher education teaching and learning is challenging due to structural, cultural, and resource-related reasons, and research indicates that university innovation benefits from a bottom-up approach as well as strategic alignment with university objectives. In this paper, we investigate such bottom-up innovation processes within higher education as supported by a specific tool: the University Innovation Canvas (UIC). Adapted from the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas, the UIC is designed to promote educational technology innovation and foster alignment of the innovation process with strategic objectives of the university: namely, sustainability and user orientation. An evaluation of the UIC based on interview and questionnaire data shows that its usage differs between innovation teams (on paper vs. digital, individual vs. collaborative, co-located vs. remotely, and synchronous vs. asynchronous). UIC usability is linked with these differences and with teams' experience in realizing innovations. Overall, the UIC is perceived to be useful by (particularly, less-experienced) innovation teams and is successful at supporting sustainable and user-oriented innovations, as 14/15 innovations are still in use after up to four years since completion. Neoliberal ideologies influence both the content and pedagogical approach of educational leadership programmes. This article proposes an alternate pedagogy, one which privileges the experiential nature of the leadership and challenges students to critique prevailing ideologies within education. The authors describe the reshaping of a compulsory, foundational academic paper within a Masters of educational leadership programme to focus on the phenomenon of leadership more explicitly. They illustrate the use of student stories and hermeneutic interpretation to deepen the appreciation of the contextual nature of educational leadership practice. The authors suggest that the influence of this pedagogical approach resides in the sincerity of the pedagogical comportment of the teaching faculty and the elusiveness of the taken-for-granted nature of leadership. They conclude that pedagogical processes that maintain a centrality of concern for the humanity of leadership experiences are a matter of urgency in our present educational context. This position paper describes the legal framework requirements when crediting digital teaching formats towards the teaching load in higher education medical teaching, as exemplified by the Federal State of Bavaria in Germany. It reveals the need for precise rules adapted to the advances in technology, if the process of digitalisation in higher education (HE) is not to come to a halt. If HE institutions are to act as centres of innovation with respect to the implementation of digital teachingand learningformats, then structural and strategic positioning with regard to e- and blended learning above all is called for in addition to financial resources, as well as the distribution and sustainable incorporation of digital offerings in faculties and HE institutions. There is a great deal of insecurity however with respect to the legal framework requirements and how best to count digital teaching towards one's own teaching load. This results to some extent from the complexity of current laws and regulations partially overtaken by didactic and methodological changes in education, with decentralised educational federalism only adding to the complexity. Bearing in mind teaching and learning formats that are undergoing change or have already been transformed, ways of adaptingthe (legal) framework to the digital shift need to be found, last but not least in order to offer enthusiastic teaching staff incentives to develop and expand digital formats. The purpose of this study is to compare primary school 5th-class students' electronic text reading performance, reading speed and reading comprehension with tablet PCs and printed books. This study examined a sample of 20 students. The students were randomly divided into two groups, a control group and a treatment group. The control group students read ordinary printed books, and the students in the treatment group read the same text on an electronic tablet PC display. Both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools were used for the study. Qualitative data were collected on the reading speed and reading comprehension skills for both groups of students. Statistically, there was no significant difference between the groups in reading speed or the level of reading comprehension. The article highlights the integrated and less fragmented post secondary music curriculum advocated by Claire Detel. The author stated that the hard-boundedness that Detels wants to change is a significant problem for music education, thus music teachers need to work to make its boundaries more supple. In addition, music teachers need to carefully think about the kinds of dispositions it requires in order to flourish, to have interdisciplinarity benefit from music education. However, the author contradicts the claim of Detel that specialization and fragmentation are to blame for flagging support for the arts, since the reasons for the problem are more complex than his suggestions.

In a world, which is characterized by globalization and a high speed of changes to working processes and jobs, the topic of innovation as a driver and precondition of economic growth becomes more and more important. The aim of this conference paper is to document the role of vocational education and training and its influence on innovation. Innovation is the basis for economic growth and the basis for economic growth is a well-trained workforce, which is only available when education systems, especially occupational education systems, target to bring forth highly qualified people, who have foresight and the potential to excel. The success of a country and its position in world economy is a result of its capability to develop human resources, to make people ready and open-minded for innovation and innovation processes. Abstract: Growing demand for paper is putting pressure on the World''s forests, and although paper made from agricultural residues could meet global demand five times over, today less than 10% is made using these resources. The primary reason for this is the absence of cost effective, small-scale (∼10,000 tonnes per annum), environmentally sound pulping technology. The BioRegional MiniMill was developed in response to this problem. The MiniMill is a modular, regional scale, sustainable pulping process designed for straw and other non-wood feedstocks. The MiniMill innovates in two key areas: (i) preparation, feeding and pulping of straw using a twin screw extruder to reduce energy use, produce pulp in a shorter time and improve pulp quality, and (ii) the inclusion of a small-scale black liquor chemical and energy recovery system, based upon novel fluidised bed technology. The MiniMill is projected to be cost competitive at less than one-tenth the size of the smallest conventional wood-based pulping mill. As with conventional pulp mills, the MiniMill recovers enough renewable energy from the effluent to power the mill and qualifies for carbon emissions credits in accredited countries. In this work we report on some of the key research and development activities, at laboratory, pilot and semi-industrial scale, that have underpinned the design and development of the MiniMill. The ultimate goal of the project is to make available a technically and economically viable process for small-scale cellulose pulp production, that will facilitate the uptake of alternative uses of wheat straw, hemp or flax into the market place. Virtual reality software has evolved to create ever more realistic virtual environments. Sophisticated virtual education laboratory experiments are now possible. Some educators and researchers question the value of hands-on laboratories relative to virtual laboratories. Researchers have investigated students' acceptance of virtual laboratories and the relative effectiveness of virtual laboratories compared to traditional hands-on laboratories. Research results indicated that students' attitudes toward virtual laboratory experiments are positive, and researchers found virtual laboratory experiments to be as effective as or more effective than traditional hands-on laboratories. However, researchers have not measured simulated laboratory effectiveness for all standard education laboratory goals. Simulated laboratory technology will be part of science education, but how to introduce laboratory simulations and the appropriate role for simulated laboratories remains a subject of debate. Are virtual laboratory experiments acceptable substitutes for hands-on laboratories in secondary education? To explore this question, laboratory goals and effectiveness criteria must be defined and measured for secondary education. This paper explores the goals and effectiveness of virtual and hands-on education laboratories. This paper also outlines the arguments for and against the replacement of traditional hands-on labs with simulated laboratories in secondary science education and makes a case for using laboratory simulations to supplement rather than replace traditional hands-on laboratories. For some years now there has been a growing use of cloud computing technologies in education. This paper reports a systematic mapping study (SMS) about the interest in the innovation of methods, techniques, and tools applied to teaching activities based on the use of cloud computing. The SMS presented here was designed using a consolidated, reliable, rigorous methodology and implemented in a replicable and verifiable manner. The process adopted is based on the selection of papers in accredited online digital libraries. This research made it possible to identify and analyze the empirical evidence in relation to the use of cloud computing in education with the aim of identifying both the main topics currently shared by researchers and the less explored areas to be integrated into a research agenda. The results show that only 17% of the 940 works examined report empirical research about the innovation introduced in educational environments of all levels and degrees by the cloud. The results also show that the type of method most widely used was that of feedback. The areas that have attracted the most interest from the research community are those of the new learning environment, collaboration platforms, and virtual laboratories. There are still disparities in technology-access despite economic pressures and widespread promises to overcome them. The induced digital gap defines the degree of digital citizenship for which, unified policies have yet to be drawn at various educational levels to reduce that gap. The quest for a broad participation to develop digital citizenship competencies needs further investigations into innovative educational approaches, pedagogical methods, and routine practices that foster digital literacy, and narrows the digital divide. This special issue accumulates original theoretical and empirical research contributions across contemporary digital citizenship perspectives. The study of variables related to the use of ICT in the classroom is a topic of interest that has been frequently researched. In this paper, after examining the importance of teacher training in explaining the use of ICT in the classroom, we focused on analysing the weight of variables related to teaching practices and the organisational context of schools, which are variables that are less frequently addressed in the literature. To do so, a secondary analysis was carried out using data provided by the Teaching and Learning International Study (TALIS 2018). Specifically, we worked with a sample of 3,918 principals and 64,899 teachers from a total of 3921 schools in 21 countries. A multilevel binary regression model with random intercept, fixed coefficients and a two-level structure with teachers at level 1 and schools at level 2 was used. The results indicate that the presence of ICT in the classroom is associated with self-efficacy in teaching and the cognitive activation of students and with the organisational aspects of the school, which are scarcely addressed by the existing literature on this topic of interest, such as school climate, educational innovation and cooperation among teachers. Nowadays, innovation and entrepreneurship courses occupy a very important place in universities and colleges and have also become an important teaching position in the process of building a new science. Colleges and universities actively respond to the challenge of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” and define the goals and specifications of the talent training mechanism based on data fusion algorithms to cultivate as much high-quality applied talent as possible. In view of some shortcomings and problems in the current talent training mechanism in universities and colleges, this paper proposes a data fusion algorithm based on information fusion theory and proof theory. The aim is to verify the feasibility of establishing a talent training mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities and colleges. And this paper analyzes and explores the data fusion algorithm and the elements of innovation and entrepreneurial talent training, and forms an operating mechanism for entrepreneurial talent training according to social needs. Among them, the efficiency of the data fusion algorithm used by the GM(1,1) model plays a significant role in the final result, and the minimum relative error value is 3.2%. Finally, it is concluded that we should focus on establishing a perfect talent training system for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education to improve students’ own comprehensive quality and various abilities, and to solve some social problems that are difficult to find employment in essence. The Smart Education of China, a large education data platform for the aggregation and application of high-quality educational resources, is vital for China to stimulate the balanced development of education and to reduce students' learning burden. This study focuses on the long-term mechanism of the Smart Education of China, adopting TOE framework and qualitative comparative analysis research method to investigate the technological conditions, environmental conditions, organizational conditions and content conditions of the Smart Education of China before summarizing four usage paths of the Smart Education of China. With regard for the existing issues, the study concludes that for the sake of a long-term mechanism the Smart Education of China needs to solve four problems, including unfinished construction, content-insufficient platform, popular but ineffective application, and substandard quality. The conventional college innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem is not considered to be designed for low energy consumption, and there is confusion in function switching, which leads to a large value of packet loss rate in system transmission. In this paper, we analyze the construction of college innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem and construct the scientific ecosystem of college innovation and entrepreneurship education based on user experience so as to realize college. At the same time, it takes into account the principle of green and low energy consumption of system hardware and software design, in which the hardware part selects S3C6410 RISC microcontroller as the core component to build the structure of educational ecological controller, connects a 16 bit buffer in parallel outside the controller, uses the buffer as the actual conversion port, specifies the function switching bearing interface, uses a protocol conversion chip, and designs the data acquisition circuit structure. The software part builds a model of user experience elements, sets to get an ecological interaction interface under the interoperability between the model and information data, and uses JAVA programming to realize functional modules according to the deviation of educational information shown by users. The experimental results show that the educational ecosystem designed in this paper has high data throughput, high fault tolerance, and low packet loss rate and system energy consumption, which verifies the effectiveness of the system. Although values in business have a long history, only recently has their pivotal role in innovation and its management become a topic attracting growing attention from both researchers and practitioners. Values-based innovation management is developing into a vibrant field of studies and practice with increasing relevance for innovation managers and entrepreneurs, providing a powerful toolbox of new methods and applications as well as having societal impact. We survey the state-of-the-art discussions in the field, including related concepts and methods and values-based approaches in areas such as innovation consulting and education, business modelling and entrepreneurship. As an introduction to the papers in IJIM's Special Issue on Managing Values for Innovation, this editorial paper revisits and repositions some widespread assumptions about the nature, functions and potential of values in innovation contexts. We show to what extent values are an inevitable moment of innovation-related activities, requiring contributions from diverse stakeholders in normative, strategic and operational management dimensions. We illustrate their practicality to promote rather than handicap innovation and clarify their potential to change and assume different meanings rather than being static entities. The explanatory power of a values-based approach, its generative potential and its emancipatory impact motivate further research and development. Future avenues for research and development include impact management studies, attention to different levels of values and advancing the methodology and available tools to manage values for innovation in order to achieve more desirable outcomes. The rise of AI technology across different sectors has drastically influenced jobs and employment overall. This paper's goal is to identify and redefine the fundamental skills that are needed in the job market in relation to the massive application of artificial intelligence. The methodology used includes a case study and document analysis. The case study is centred on the Finnish universities that have implemented a project to connect academic training and professional requirements in the era of artificial intelligence. The results of this paper suggest a radical shift from the usual and well-known labour-oriented competencies to a far more complex cognitive and interdisciplinary array of skills like complex problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and flexibility. Most importantly, the case study that this paper brings forward underscores that the educational process and innovation must be sustained in the job market because technology can never be stagnant and is continuously redrawing the boundaries of the job's responsibilities. In a nutshell, the competencies required in the labour market will have to be recast with the integration and development of artificial intelligence systems. Such developments need proactive actions from stakeholders, especially educational institutions, through which a proper channel is established for the smooth coexistence of the workforce in the future headed by artificial intelligence. This paper is a review of student perceptions and usage of ChatGPT and other Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Technology has made significant changes in education, and in the last 30 years, none may be as impactful as what we refer to as ChatGPT as this was the first tool to make inroads into a chat-based artificial intelligence available to nearly all. Rather than viewing such a technological disruptive change in a negative light, we sought insight from students at a local higher education institution on their usage and beliefs to explore positive implications. The paper presents an overview of challenges and demands related to teachers' digital skills and technology integration into educational content and processes. The paper raises a debate how technologies have created new skills gaps in pre-service and in-service teacher training and how that affected traditional forms of teacher education. Accordingly, it is discussed what interventions might be applicable to different contexts to address these challenges. This paper describes an overview of olfactory displays (human-computer interfaces that generate and diffuse an odor to a user to stimulate their sense of smell) that have been proposed and researched for supporting education and training. Past research has shown that olfaction (the sense of smell) can support memorization of information, stimulate information recall, and help immerse learners and trainees into educational virtual environments, as well as complement and/or supplement other human sensory channels for learning. This paper begins with an introduction to olfaction and olfactory displays, and a review of techniques for storing, generating and diffusing odors at the computer interface. The paper proceeds with a discussion on educational theories that support olfactory displays for education and training, and a literature review on olfactory displays that support learning and training. With economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology, many colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students' innovative thinking and creativity, and innovation and entrepreneurship education has also become an important part of the education system. Due to the current unevenness of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, high training cost, and lack of strong atmosphere, this paper optimizes the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system in colleges and universities through OpenStack cloud computing. This paper optimizes the cloud computing platform according to the OpenStack virtual machine and the multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm and then designs the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system. The multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm uses the way ants find food to find the best information resource route from the traces left by the information trend in the cloud platform. In order to test the effectiveness of these methods, this paper uses the simulation method to test. The results show that, sometimes, the load utilization rate of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system in colleges and universities exceeds 80%, which is in line with the expected settings. Through the OpenStack cloud computing platform, it can provide a good innovation and entrepreneurship training environment for more users at low cost and low risk and promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this paper, the authors propose the 3D-IVF intelligent sensor overlay algorithm wisdom laboratory system structure and application mode through in-depth investigation of collaborative laboratory, build the macroenvironment and construction demand of collaborative experiment management platform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, comprehensively analyze the current situation, problems, and effectiveness of its integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education. In addition, we explore the operation mechanism of its organizational system, curriculum system, management system, and platform construction in the practice of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education. The average coverage rate of the 3D-IVF-based 3D coverage algorithm is 92.15%, and the deployment time is 2.5857 s; the average coverage rate is improved by 0.76%, and the deployment time is reduced by 0.1712 s. Design FIR filter using MATLAB and Hilbert transform filter, generate HDL code, and implement it on FPGA. Use the designed low-pass and band-pass filters to filter the 100 KHz square wave signal sampled by the ADC. When the number of iterations of the algorithm reaches 30, the coverage rates of the four-node deployment strategies will stabilize, i.e., the forces between the nodes of the 3D-VF-based 3D coverage algorithm of this paper. This systematic literature review (SLR) explores the significant impact of LA in higher education, specifically its transformative role in personalizing and enhancing educational feedback mechanisms. Utilizing a wide range of educational data, LA facilitates a shift from generic to individualized feedback, leading to improved learning outcomes and equity. However, incorporating LA into higher education is not without challenges, ranging from data privacy concerns to the possibility of algorithmic errors. Addressing these challenges is vital for unlocking the full potential of LA. This paper also examines emerging LA trends, such as augmented reality, emotion-sensing technology, and predictive analytics, which promise to further personalize learning experiences in higher education settings. By anchoring these advancements within core educational principles, we foresee a future of education marked by innovation and diversity. As we all know, the random forest algorithm has the advantages of high classification intensity and wide application range. Nevertheless, it still has a lot of room for improvement. This paper introduces the basic idea and working principle of classification algorithm and random forest algorithm, so this paper proposes some improved algorithms on the basis of all current research studies. College students, as the most innovative and adaptable group, have gradually become a development direction of China's education reform to cultivate their innovative employment ability and develop innovative employment education. By constructing a model of the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and college students' employability, this paper examines the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode on college students' employment and entrepreneurship. At the same time, the model is tested by improving the random forest algorithm. The process of talent quality evaluation is to select talents with the best comprehensive quality based on various indicators of students' performance in school, which can be regarded as a classification problem of unbalanced data sets. The improved random forest algorithm proposed in this paper has little difference in precision and recall rate when it is used for talent training evaluation but has a certain degree of improvement in accuracy rate, which meets the design requirements. Finally, the big data discrete dynamic modeling technology is used to dynamically model and analyze the students' learning behavior and effect after the reform and innovation of physical education teaching strategy. Combined with the analysis data and students' behavior feedback, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the physical education teaching strategy after the reform and innovation. The results show that the visualization scheme of physical education teaching strategy based on intelligent computing can help students understand theoretical knowledge and realize the transformation from static classroom to dynamic classroom. In the main body of colleges and universities, the effect of college teaching psychology management is an important standard to test the quality of college teaching psychology management and its effects on the development of college teaching psychology management. However, the psychology management system used by traditional colleges and universities is challenging to meet the needs of the innovation of the new talent training model of higher vocational education. The construction of the new micro-level teaching organization inevitably requires the psychology management practice, structure, process, and technology at the medium and macro-levels to adapt to it. However, there are many mismatches in Higher Vocational Colleges' internal and external administrative systems in China, such as low administrative efficiency, generalization of administrative power, low degree of specialization in administrative psychology management, and unreasonable administrative and organizational structure. This paper innovates the psychology management of colleges and universities reforms in combination with the characteristics of the digital age. Based on the collaborative innovation theory of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the collaborative psychology management innovation network model of colleges and universities. The model combines the psychology management theory with the practical research of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities, expands the application and research field of innovation network theory, constructs the evaluation index system of students' satisfaction in teaching psychology management in colleges and universities, and discusses it through reading and consulting materials and communication with teachers and students. A questionnaire of college teaching psychology management based on student satisfaction is formed. The experiment shows that teaching satisfaction is improved by nearly 31% compared with before innovation and reform. One innovative strategy that can improve higher education is undergraduate students' engagement in research. Mentoring is one of the few opportunities that afford extended face-to-face and one-on-one instruction. However, mentoring undergraduate students in doing research is not the same at different types of colleges and universities. This paper gives insights from my perspective on how undergraduate students are being mentored in doing research in different university/college settings, namely a premier university (University of the Philippines Los Baños), a public research university (University at Buffalo), a public senior college (York College) and a private university (Pace University). The main goal of this paper is to compare the undergraduate research structure at the four institutions. I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each setting, emphasizing how I engaged my students to do research with emphasis at Pace University. This paper also includes the similarities and differences in how students achieved the following learning outcomes: knowledge, skills, attitudinal outcomes, and learned abilities. The integration of digital health concepts and biotechnological innovations into health education evaluation at higher education institutions represents a significant advancement in educational methodologies. This paper delves into the evolution of digital health from its origins in medical informatics to its current state as smart health, enriched by biotechnological applications. A detailed classification of digital health is proposed, emphasizing its coverage area and radiation range, which are critical for understanding its application in educational settings. The paper analyzes the characteristics of existing health education teaching models in colleges and universities, proposing basic forms of health education models that leverage digital health concepts. Furthermore, it introduces a comprehensive evaluation framework for health education, structured around digital health metrics. This framework includes evaluation indices such as audience level, benefit level, and implementation level, incorporating biotechnological tools and methods to enhance the accuracy and efficacy of these evaluations. For instance, using biotechnological innovations such as genetic algorithms and data analytics, the paper assesses the effectiveness of these educational models. The results show that for the C31 index, 26.5% of evaluations rated the educational outcomes as "excellent," while for the C32 index, 29.46% received a "good" evaluation. The adaptability of the model, supported by digital health tools, also achieved a favorable rating, demonstrating the practical benefits of integrating digital health and biotechnology into health education evaluations. Purpose: This study proposes directions for developing Entrepreneurship Education (EE) based on innovation by identifying and grouping its driving elements. It intends to build entrepreneurial skills and capacities, enabling individuals to create and manage their businesses successfully. Methodology/Approach: This work used the scientific method of Content Analysis to identify and analyse the EE-boosting elements in the literature. Findings: Among this work's theoretical contributions, the theoretical articulation of EE with the Triple Helix sectors--universities, industry, and Government--stands out. While some academic health centers have organizational structures to support educational scholarship, such as Medical Education Research Units (MERU), many education scholars may lack access to such institutional resources to support their research agenda and professional growth. In 2014, as part of an externally funded education grant, three faculty educators established a unique education data management system Research & Evaluation Data for Educational Improvement (REDEI). Lacking an institutional MERU, they established an educational research community of practice (CoP) using REDEI as the research dataset. The senior faculty member's effort to facilitate the group is funded by the Dean's Office. The CoP meets every 2 weeks to generate research ideas, discuss analytic approach and strategy, review analyses designed to address or explore a research question, and plans for manuscript development. Our CoP has grown from 3 to 18 members representing faculty educators, administrators, and staff across many departments in the School of Medicine. As of 2021, the REDEI system contains performance data on 1,246 students across all years of undergraduate medical education. To date, we have published 11 peer-reviewed educational research manuscripts. Five learners have served as coauthors (three medical students and two residents), three of whom were first authors. Eleven additional papers are in process. This community of practice supports productivity, provides mentorship, overcomes barriers, and is flexible enough for people to join when they can or when an area of interest is actively under development. We are working on educational interdisciplinary research grant submission and creating collaborations with other institutions. Our focus remains on honing skills in grantsmanship, identification of impactful research questions, application of rigorous methods and instrumentation to address them, and refining process of budget development, timelines, and other planning strategies. It is an unavoidable requirement of higher education to thoroughly refine the scientific concept of development and explore the innovative and entrepreneurial education of college students. Wide and effective creative and business literacy training for college students is an important means to reduce the fierce competition for jobs and an effective way to further build an innovative country. The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study on effective strategies to optimize creative and business literacy training for college students in the context of Internet+. This paper examines how to optimize college students' creative and business literacy training in the context of Internet+, explains the related concepts and development status of college students' creative and business literacy training, and discusses the value and practical significance of college students' creative and business literacy training as well as the current innovation of college students in China. Opportunities, challenges, and problems are encountered in entrepreneurship. Survey experiments were conducted. The results show that more than 83.6% of graduates have some idea about creative and business literacy training, but the satisfaction of college students with the current creative and business literacy training is only 58.2%. In an effort to advance the middle school movement, this paper examines the research trends from three organizations that support middle grades educational innovation, assessment, and research: The Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Educational Testing Service, and the Institute of Education Sciences. Using an instrumental, multiple case study design, trends within and across these organizations regarding research on middle grades education were identified. We found trends across these organizations that reveal the following: They privilege quantitative methodologies; the research topics examined are limited in focus; and the end-result for much of their work results in exclusive products for sale. With the promotion and development of the "Internet+," the computer major has become a hot major in innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is more and more necessary to carry out the refined differences between majors. This is a training issue, but not an employment issue. The international vocational training system of "three combinations and five drives" has been established and implemented. In February 2020, the State Department of Higher Education issued the key work points of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education in 2020. The document makes it clear that it must be implemented in the whole process of talent training. BP neural net model will be a brand-new research and development idea. By constructing a scientific and reasonable training assessment index system, the efficiency of computer professional technology training can be improved. Taking the development of computer specialty as the main research objective, this paper firstly establishes the evaluation index system of computer specialty for the first time, then makes a scientific evaluation of computer specialty by using BP neural net model and then carries out an empirical study of innovative employment mode through the evaluation index system and makes an empirical quantitative analysis. The transformation of the European energy sector is becoming a priority for the European Union. This is indicated, for instance, in the European Union strategy known as the European Green Deal. According to the Green Deal, the area of 'research and innovation' is one which can counteract climate change. Universities can play a significant role in this by adopting a pedagogical approach aimed at mobilizing the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship in young professionals. In addition to modifying curricula related to mining, energy, and environmental engineering, i.e., activities in recognized, traditional schemes, one prospective tool may be the involvement of students and PhD candidates in European initiatives such as the InnoEnergy PhD School (which is funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology). This paper aims to discuss the InnoEnergy PhD School programme as a possible instrument for mitigating the negative effects of energy transformation. The article analyzes the programme using a case study method, including surveys and open interviews. The paper draws attention to and highlights the role of human resources in the field of education and the stimulation of innovation, as well as the need to strengthen the business component in the education of PhD candidates. This paper proposes a multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) based on the CoCoSo method under the intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) environment for quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) in vocational colleges. First of all, this paper extends the CoCoSo to the IFSs environment. Second, a new MAGDM model for quality evaluation of IEE in vocational colleges based on the CoCoSo algorithm is built. In this algorithm, the attribute weight is derived by subjective weight and objective weight, and the objective weights are defined by using the CRITIC method. In our current information societies, opportunities for innovative language teaching methodologies are plenty, yet we continue to teach languages as we did centuries ago. In this paper, I conduct a critical review of the history of language learning, the institutionalization of language education, and the information revolution in order to unveil the structural and material factors that limit methodological innovation and hinder the development of learner autonomy, critical thinking, and life-long learning. Based on this review I further argue that scarcity and the system's rational functionality are the root problem as well as the foundation of traditional language teaching. The conclusions of this paper offer a critical assessment of the possibilities as well as necessary conditions for the development of truly innovative methodologies and education reform. With the promotion and development of artificial intelligence, the computer major has become a hot major in innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is increasingly essential to carry out a refined evaluation of creativity and venture education to achieve professional differentiation. The purpose of this paper is to study and explore the innovative use of AI in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Internet universities. In the article, AI is first introduced. AI is inherently a novel instrument of human praxis, a tool of productivity that embodies human ability and volition. Then we analyze the innovation and venture education on the ground of the BP neural network, and finally, we conduct an empirical study on the innovation and venture on the ground of the BP neural network. Innovation and entrepreneurship refer to entrepreneurial activities based on one or several innovations in technological innovation, product innovation, brand innovation, service innovation, business model innovation, management innovation, organizational innovation, market innovation, and channel innovation. The report analyzes the influencing factors of creative venture education and designs an evaluation model of creative venture education. The test shows that the output of the BP neural network is the actual value, the real worth is reasonable, and the desired worth is also reasonable. The maximum error between the two is 1.64%. The results tend to be generally satisfactory.
