With the development of the times, UAVs are gradually promoted and popularized in military and civil fields, and the future airspace will also face more security risks. This paper combines the graph theory network algorithm to plan the initial path of UAV inspection and completes the dynamic collision avoidance path planning in the process of UAV inspection through the established joint model of UAV inspection sensing and avoidance. At the same time, the ant colony algorithm is introduced to improve the graph theory network algorithm to solve the dynamic collision avoidance optimal path in the process of UAV inspection. On this basis, simulation experiments of path planning design for UAV collision avoidance and kinematic simulation with two-fold priority judgment are carried out, and the kinematic parameters corresponding to the collision avoidance path are selected as the analysis anchor points. The extreme values of horizontal speed, climb speed, trajectory inclination angular rate, and heading angular rate are 31.6 m/s, 3 m/s, 5.7°/s, and 18.4°/s, respectively, which are within the given constraints, and verify the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed optimization scheme. The average time of the proposed algorithm is 0.0458s, which is much lower than the corresponding 0.7105s of the original scheme algorithm, through data comparison of simulation experiments and experimental validation. Using a graph theory network algorithm, the proposed optimization scheme is more efficient and stable and has a higher success rate for collision avoidance.

Bone defects are characterized by a hypoxic environment, which affects bone tissue repair. However, the role of hypoxia in the repair of alveolar bone defects remains unclear. Human periodontal ligament stem cells (hPDLSCs) are high‐quality seed cells for repairing alveolar bone defects, whose behavior changes under hypoxia. However, their mechanism of action is not known and needs to be elucidated. We hypothesized that hypoxia might be beneficial to alveolar bone defect repair and the osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs. To test this hypothesis, cobalt chloride (CoCl2) was used to create a hypoxic environment, both in vitro and in vivo. In vitro study, the best osteogenic effect was observed after 48 h of hypoxia in hPDLSCs, and the AKT/mammalian target of rapamycin/eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4e‐binding protein 1 (AKT/mTOR/4EBP‐1) signaling pathway was significantly upregulated. Inhibition of the AKT/mTOR/4EBP‐1 signaling pathway decreased the osteogenic ability of hPDLSCs under hypoxia and hypoxia‐inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF‐1α) expression. The inhibition of HIF‐1α also decreased the osteogenic capacity of hPDLSCs under hypoxia without significantly affecting the level of phosphorylation of AKT/mTOR/4EBP‐1. In vitro study, Micro‐CT and tissue staining results show better bone regeneration in hypoxic group than control group. These results suggested that hypoxia promoted alveolar bone defect repair and osteogenic differentiation of hPDLSCs, probably through AKT/mTOR/4EBP‐1/HIF‐1α signaling. These findings provided important insights into the regulatory mechanism of hypoxia in hPDLSCs and elucidated the effect of hypoxia on the healing of alveolar bone defects. In screening for natural fungicidal leads, two series of novel 3-aryl-isoquinoline derivatives 8 and 9 were designed and synthesized based on sanguinarine, chelerythrine and berberine. Their structures were confirmed by 1D, 2D NMR and HRMS. Most of the title compounds showed medium to excellent antifungal activity in vitro at 50 mg/L, which were much more active than the lead of sanguinarine. Especially, 9f possessed the best effective against Alternaria solani (80.4%), Alternaria alternata (88.2%) and Physalospora piricola (93.8%). Furthermore, the EC50 of 9f (3.651 mg/L) against P. piricola was marginally better than chlorothalonil (3.869 mg/L). In vivo antifungal activity of 9f against P. piricola was studied on apples. The curative and protection results at the dosage of 50 and 100 mg/L showed as 70.45 ~ 81.67% and 64.96 ~ 80.34%, respectively, which were equal to that of chlorothalonil (80.30 ~ 86.67%, 73.08 ~ 76.92%). Molecular electrostatic potential and molecular docking analysis revealed that 9f was fully covered by positive potential contour, which was easier to interact with the negative amino acid resides of succinate dehydrogenase than 8f. 9f could be used as a novel antifungal lead compound for further study. Two series of novel isoquinoline derivatives 8, 9 containing 3-aryl were rational designed and synthesized based on quaternary isoquinoline alkaloids. Previous research has shown that using foreign languages reduces cognitive biases. Here, we investigate whether this foreign-language effect extends to self-related cognition – in particular, the self-positivity bias, which refers to automatic association of oneself with positive information and has a facilitation role in maintaining mental health. We applied event-related brain potentials and oscillations in the implicit association test where Chinese–English bilinguals responded to category words (self vs. others) and attribute words (positive vs. negative) in either their native language Chinese or their foreign language English. In response to Chinese words, a self-positivity bias occurred, indexed by a positive D -score in reaction times as well as by smaller N200, larger P3-like/LPC responses, and lower alpha desynchronization when self words were associated with positive relative to negative traits. However, the bias was diminished in the English context. Overall, our findings provide important implications for language choices when self-protective mechanisms should be enhanced. As Chinese NGOs are trying to go abroad under the Belt and Road Initiative, understanding the existing niche, discourse, and paradigm of the mainstream transnational NGOs in current international development aid system is crucial for Chinese NGOs to adapt and develop their own identity on value and norms. Based on key researchers' observations, historical facts and statistics, this research examines the mainstream NGOs' evolution in organization, action and discourse embedded in the macro-history of transnational NGOs and transformation of the international development aid system; it sums up the transformation around three macroscopic relations to understand and evaluate the action paradigm and discourse of the contemporary mainstream NGOs in transnational development, namely, around "Transnational NGO-State" relations a change from the private sphere to the public sphere, around "North-South" relations a shift from one-way aid to equal cooperation, and on "NGO-Society" relations an evolvement from voluntarism to professionalism. In the end the article points out the difference between Chinese NGOs and those of the developed countries in terms of the origin, timing, goal and discourse and specifies five basic questions China must face in its identity building. In the past 20-30 years, industrialization and informatization made the society more complicated and social conflicts more difficult to deal with; citizens and their demands diversified and we are now in urgent need of a new public administration model that suits the changed political, economic and social conditions. Governance thus emerged worldwide, promoting government reforms and public participation and urging the government to delegate and empower and quit the fields that they are not good at managing. Scholars discuss the reasons for the emergence of governance from the perspectives of managerialism, the rise of civil society, and administrative reforms. But these are not the only reasons for governance to rise to prominence. It emerged, in a way, in response to the "legitimation crisis" described by Jurgen Habermas. As society develops, citizens require more legitimacy from the government on the basis of what it already provides and this may involve performance, participation, responsiveness, law-based administration etc. We hereby analyze the legitimation crisis in a postmodern society and point out that the paradigm of social co-governance is a response to these legitimacy demands and that multiple parties integrate their demands using governance tools such as participation, consultation, empowerment etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The rationality of the organizing behind the Incident was one ofthe most notable features at Wukan. If we look back over the process by which the villagers' organizations developed and they began to play a positive role, we find that their orientation changed so that they shifted from engaging in destroying the order to engaging in protecting the order; and shifted from being outside the state system to becoming part of it. They also eventually managed to reconstruct the relationship between government and NGO and achieve accord with government. However, it is not a foregone conclusion that organizations will operate in a rational way. Analysis of their role during the Wukan Incident shows that the involvement of an informal traditional elite; the inclusive nature and the social legitimacy of the organizations; and the attitude adopted by government in its response are all important prerequisites to the positive role of villagers' organizations being brought into play. The recovery potential for waste energy from major Chinese industries is significant. For example, the estimated waste energy recovery potential is 40 million tons of coal equivalent in the iron and steel industry, accounting for ∼10% of the total energy use in the industry. A detailed overview is presented of existing waste energy recovery Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects in China. These projects have been developed predominantly in large enterprises and rarely in small or medium-sized companies. The chance of waste energy projects being reviewed or rejected by the Executive Board is slightly higher and delivery rates of certified emission reductions are generally lower than other types of CDM projects. Several major barriers that inhibit project development are identified, such as the lack of CDM awareness or development capacity among many small or medium enterprises, low internal rates of return of the projects, increasing review risk and long delays in the registration process, the varying quality of intermediary buyers, a lack of local Chinese Designated Operational Entities, and policy implementation inconsistency at different levels. The legal environment is an important factor affecting the development of the nonprofit sector. The Nonprofit Law Index, developed by Johns Hopkins University's Comparative Nonprofit Sector Project (CNP), offers us a useful analytical framework for interpreting China's non-profit legal environment. This article uses that framework to evaluate China's nonprofit legislative environment and then analyzes the results. Its purpose is to uncover important problems with the regulations and policies guiding the management of China's civil organizations, and to offer several views and recommendations on the quantitative analysis indicator system itself and on China's civil organization management regulations and policies. In the United States, climate change was only a branch of environmental issues at the beginning; therefore there were no specific quantitative statistics and network analysis of NGOs in climate change. Diversity was an important feature of NGOs in American climate change fields, and it showed a complex organizational ecology through varieties of networks and interaction among organizations. A growing body of research has provided evidence for the foreign language effect on thinking, notably decision-making. Our prior work found reduction of recency effect following positive feedback in a foreign language as compared to the native tongue during even-probability gambling. However, the fundamental mechanisms underlying this effect remain unclear. The present study, therefore, aims to probe into this by engaging Chinese-English bilinguals in a functional magnetic resonance imaging version of our gambling task, which required participants to make decisions between playing and leaving equal-odds bets whilst manipulating language and valence of feedback. Results showed fewer ‘play’ choices following positive feedback presented in English relative to Chinese while no cross-language differences were observed after negative feedback. This valence-dependent language effect on risk-taking behaviour was supported by a language-emotion-decision neural circuit involving interplay between the right lingual gyrus, left fusiform gyrus, and right inferior frontal gyrus. Overall, our findings suggest valence-differential mechanisms of the foreign language effect in the risky decision. That is, the use of a foreign language in feedback presentation attenuates emotional reaction to positive feedback and thus diminishes subsequent risk-taking behaviour. Differently, negative counterparts seem to trigger detachment from negative emotion, leading to dissociation between feedback-encoding and decision-making. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract: Reductive dechlorination of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) in fly ash from municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) by sodium hypophosphite was carried out in a lab scale experiment. The MSWI fly ash with high concentrations of CaO and Fe2O3 and also trace metals such as Cu, Pb and Zn has the catalytic potential in dechlorinating PCDD/Fs at about 250–450°C under oxygen deficient conditions. Sodium hypophosphite generates reducing agents (PH3 and H2) at about 300°C, which can increase the detoxification efficiency and accelerate the dechlorination reaction. The reductive dechlorination with 10% (w/w) sodium hypophosphite has shown high detoxification efficiencies of 99.4% and 99.3% at 350°C and 450°C, respectively, and as well as the dechlorination efficiencies about 98.7%. The reductive dechlorination is about the same efficiency as the melting process. In this study it is also shown that the bioassay method combined with HRGC/MS method as a reference is a feasible and low-cost technology for determining PCDD/Fs in environmental matrices. A series of highly reduced Mo red clusters {Mo 28 } (1), {Mo 30 } (2), and {Mo 40 } (3) are synthesized from the rational assembly of planar {MoV4} building blocks and employed for proton conduction. 3 exhibits the best conductivity of 7.56 × 10 -3 S cm -1 under optimal conditions due to the most efficient hydrogen-bonding network.

Previous research has shown that that evaluative verbal information (praise and criticism) conveys different affective values: criticism is perceived as unpleasant while praise is generally considered pleasant. Here, using praise and criticism in Chinese, we investigated how affective value is modulated in men and women, depending on the particular attribute (personality vs. appearance) targeted by social comments. Results showed that whereas praise was rated as pleasant and criticism as unpleasant overall, criticizing personality reduced pleasantness more than criticizing appearance. In men, moreover, criticism of personality was deemed more unpleasant than criticism of appearance while personality-targeted praise was rated more pleasant than appearance-targeted praise. This effect was absent in women and consistent with men's higher arousal ratings for personality- relative to appearance-targeted comments. Our findings suggest that men are more concerned about external perception of their personality than that of their appearance whereas women's affective judgment is more balanced. These gender-specific results may have implications for topic selection in evaluative social communication.
