A new generation of experiments on relativistic nuclear physics is planned to be started in the nearest years at the Nuclotron-based Ion Collider facility (NICA) under construction at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna. The fixed target experiment BM@N (Baryonic Matter at Nuclotron) is considered as a first stage towards the implementation of the physics program available at NICA. For a successful accomplishment of the BM@N physics program, a well-developed and tested software package for simulation, digitization, reconstruction and analysis of collision events and other supporting tasks is of utmost importance. The data flow scheme of the experiment is shown. Offine and online software systems, such as the main BmnRoot framework, databases of the experiment, data monitoring and others providing information support for the experiment are presented. The Interactive Visual Explorer (InVEx) application is designed as a visual analytics tool for Big Data analysis. Visual analytics is an integral approach to data analysis, combining methods of intellectual data analysis with advanced interactive visualization. One of the main objectives of InVExis to process large data samples by decreasing their level of detail (LoD).The proposed approach includes clustering as well as flexible grouping by different parameters, providing the exploration of data from the lowest to the highest level of details. The results of grouping and clusterization arevisualized using interactive 3D scene and parallel coordinates, allowing the user to gain insight into data, to explore hidden correlations and trends of parameters. The article is dedicated to the current state of the Geometry Database for the BM@N experiment of the NICA project. The main goal of the database is to provide a central storage of the BM@N geometries, convenient tools for managing its geometry modules, various software assembling versions of the BM@N setup as a combination of modules and additional files providing support for a set of versions.
