The article presents abstracts of some research paper presented at the 27th Annual Clinical and Scientific Meeting of the American College that was held on May 15-17, 1995 at the Hyatt Regency in South Carolina. An abstract titled "Basal Cell Carcinoma Recurring After Radiotherapy: Reanalysis of a Treatment Subclass and 5-year Follow-Up," by S.P. Smith and D. Grande establishes that basal cell carcinoma recurring after radiotherapy is a uniquely aggressive, and therapeutically difficult subclass of recurrent basal cell carcinoma. Another abstract "The Case for Total Parotidectomy in Selected Cases," by Y. Eliezri focuses on various aspects of Mohs micrographic surgery.
