Present study solved numerically the velocity slip effect on stagnation point flow past a stretching surface with the presence of heat generation/absorption and Newtonian heating. The governing equations which in the form of partial differential equations are transformed to ordinary differential equations before being solved numerically using the Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg method in MAPLE. The numerical solution is obtained for the surface temperature, heat transfer coefficient, reduced skin friction coefficient as well as the temperature and velocity profiles. The flow features and the heat transfer characteristic for the pertinent parameter such as Prandtl number, stretching parameter, heat generation/absorption parameter, velocity slip parameter and conjugate parameter are analyzed and discussed. In this paper, the boundary layer magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) flow of Williamson nanofluids over a stretching sheet with Newtonian heating in the presence of thermal radiation effect is analyzed. Using a similarity transformation, the governing equations are reduced to a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations (ODEs). These equations are solved numerically using a shooting method. The effects of Williamson parameter, magnetic parameter, radiation parameter, Prandtl number, Lewis number, Schmidt number, heat capacities ratio, thermophoretic diffusivity and conjugate parameter on velocity, temperature and concentration fields are shown graphically and discussed. It is found that the rate of heat transfer is higher for Williamson nanofluids compared to the classical viscous fluid. Also, the comparisons with existing results are provided in the literature. The stagnation point flow of a vicous fluid towards a stretching sheet with slip conditions and viscous dissipation is studied. With the help of similarity transformation, the govering equations are converted to nonlinear ordinary differential equations and then solved numerically by Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg (RKF) technique. In this study, the steady magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) boundary layer flow over a stretching sheet with radiation effect under convective boundary conditions, where the heat is supplied to the convecting fluid through a bounding surface with a finite heat capacity, is considered. The governing system of partial differential equations is transformed into ordinary differential equations, which are then solved numerically via the Keller-box method. The effects of the governing parameters on the flow and heat transfer characteristics are analyzed and discussed. It is found that as the Prandtl number Pr and the radiation parameter increase, the temperature profile decreases, while as the magnetic and convective parameters decrease, the temperature profile also decreases.
