В связи с этим внедрение молекулярно-генетических методов в практику спортивной науки существенно повысило прогностические возможности спортивного отбора и профессиональной ориентации и привело к формированию нового раздела спортивной науки – молекулярной генетики спорта [1]. Целью исследования было определение возможности проведения спортивного отбора в академическую греблю и лёгкую атлетику на основании результатов молекулярно-генетического анализа полиморфизма A1470T гена MCT1. Объектом исследования была физическая работоспособность спортсменов, специализирующихся в академической гребле и лёгкой атлетике. Предметом исследования были молекулярно-генетические факторы обуславливающие физическую работоспособность спортсменов. В исследовании приняло участие 40 человек – 2 группы по 20 человек в каждой. Опытную группу составили профессиональные спортсмены высокой квалификации, специализирующиеся в академической гребле. На момент проведения исследований, 15 спортсменов были мастерами спорта и 5 – мастерами спорта международного класса. Контрольную группу составили профессиональные спортсмены высокой квалификации, специализирующиеся в лёгкой атлетике, а именно в беге на спринтерские дистанции. На момент проведения исследований, 12 спортсменов были мастерами спорта и 8 – мастерами спорта международного класса. Возраст участников обоих групп составил от 19 до 25 лет. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать предположение о том, что превалирующая у спортсменов-гребцов аллель, является молекулярно-генетическим критерием склонности к выполнению физической деятельности, связанной с проявлением выносливости и связана с предрасположенностью к занятиям академической греблей. Превалирующая у спортсменов-легкоатлетов аллель, является молекулярно-генетическим критерием склонности к выполнению физической деятельности, связанной с проявлением скоростных качеств и связана с предрасположенностью к занятиям легкой атлетикой, а именно её спринтерскими беговыми дисциплинами. Данные аллели, могут быть рекомендованы в качестве диагностических генетических маркеров для оценки склонности к развитию и проявлению выносливости и скорости. Summary Improvements in methods in molecular biology, it became possible to determine sporting inclinations using genetic markers already at birth man. In this connection, the introduction of molecular genetic methods in the practice of Sport Science has significantly increased predictive ability of sports and vocational guidance and selection led to the formation of a new section of sports science-molecular genetics sport [1]. The aim of the study was to determine the feasibility of holding sports selection in academic rowing and athletics on the basis of the results of molecular-genetic analysis of A1470T gene polymorphism MCT1. The object of the study was the physical performance of athletes specialised in rowing and athletics. The subject study were molecular genetic factors behind physical performance of athletes. In a study of 40 people participated-2 unit for 20 people each. Experimental group consisted of highly qualified professional athletes specialised in rowing. At the time of research, the 15 athletes were masters of sports and 5-Masters of sports of the international class. A control group consisted of professional athletes of high qualification, specializing in athletics, namely in the Sprint distance. At the time of research, 12 athletes were masters of sports and 8-masters of sports of the international class. Age of participants in both groups ranged from 19 to 25 years. The results lead to the assumption that prevailing in athletes-rowers allele, is a molecular genetic criterion propensity to perform physical activities related to the display of endurance and is associated with a predisposition to rowing lessons. The prevailing in athletes-athletes allele, is a molecular genetic propensity to fulfill the criterion of physical activity associated with the appearance of high-speed characteristics and is associated with a predisposition to athletics, namely its cross-country sprint disciplines. These alleles can be recommended as a diagnostic genetic markers for assessing the propensity for the development and manifestation of endurance and speed.

The article presents the macro- and micro-evolutionary changes of the Gray Ukrainian breed over the past 100 years, which can be used in breeding and selection to preserve the existing gene pool population and in its further use, and can be useful in the breeding process not only in Ukraine, but also in other countries. At the same time, animals and even families that were weak, sickly and did not meet the requirements of the program of its development and preservation were ranked off and not used in breeding. Compared to similar animals that left the herd, it was possible to improve some external indicators in the historical aspect: body length, hips width, and chest girth, which influenced the cattle live weight. The important fact is that it is characterized by high reproductive properties (yield of calves is 97–98 per 100 cows, which is not found in any specialized meat breed in the world) and excellent maternal qualities. At the same time, a strong constitution, resistance to diseases, small fetus size and good adaptation to a dry hot climate, pasture-free maintenance and ecological fodder and technological conditions of the steppe zone of Ukraine were preserved. During the extended period of raising animals, the gray Ukrainian breed is not inferior to the classic meat breeds of the world in terms of fattening quality (30-month-old bulls on fattening more than 1000 g/day) and slaughter performance — the slaughter yield has increased to 60%. Beef is rated at 4.5 points on a 5-point scale in terms of culinary and taste qualities, it has the meat marbling which attracts the processor company and the consumer. The skin of animals is highly valued: already at the age of one year, the skin of bulls is marked as heavy (over 25 kg), which allows to use it for the high-quality products manufacture. Due to the set of economically useful characteristics, gray Ukrainian cattle are classified as meat and contribute to the establishment of state meat cattle breeding.

Psoriasis is multifactorial systemic disease characterized by excessive hyperkeratosis due to impaired keratinocytes proliferation and differentiation. This disease often manifests in childhood and it is usually associated with the development of comorbid conditions some of which are combined by the term «psoriatic march» (obesity, metabolic syndrome, etc.). The course of psoriasis and related comorbidities in children has several specific features that determine topicality of studying all the aspects of clinical diagnosis and prevention in childhood. The article summarizes recent ideas on the prevalence, pathogenesis features and early diagnosis of comorbid diseases in children with psoriasis.

Background. Nowadays, dermatoses with mixed clinical picture and resistant to classical management become more common. The presence of various genetic disorders typical for most chronic dermatoses may indicate possible combination of several nosologies.Clinical Case Description. The article presents the clinical case of multimorbid condition in 10 years old patient who has nucleotide variants in CARD14 and EXPH5 genes. Mutations in CARD14 gene are typical for patients with type 2 psoriasis and pityriasis rubra pilaris (autosomal dominant type), while mutations in EXPH5 gene are typical for patients with non-specific epidermolysis bullosa (autosomal recessive type). Mutation in the TGM1 gene that is described in patients with congenital ichthyosis (autosomal recessive type), pathogenic mutations in KRT74 gene typical for ectodermal dysplasia, hypotrichosis and uncombable hair syndrome, and mutations in the KRT86 gene typical for monilethrix were also revealed. Medical history taking and histological examination as well as clinical data evaluating are crucial for correct diagnosis. They allow to understand the absence of the such manifestations in relatives and reveal various pathological processes in the epidermis. Molecular genetic testing with new generation sequencing (NGS) helps to finally establish the diagnosis and determine the further tactics for patient management.Conclusion. Multidisciplinary approach and use of high-technology methods of examination and treatment (such as molecular genetic testing and biological therapy) are required for final diagnosis in severe forms of chronic dermatosis resistant to treatment and for decision on correct tactics for the further management of such patients.
