The purpose of the work is to develop model characteristics of physical development, physical and technical preparedness of players of 15 years of different playing roles. Material and methods. Participants. In the study, 47 football players took part in 15 years of the Sports School "Areal" in Kharkov. Methods. Analysis of scientific and methodological literature, determination of physical development indicators testing of physical and technical preparedness, methods of mathematical statistics. The course of the study. The results of physical development, physical and technical preparedness of football players for 15 years are fixed. Model characteristics of physical and technical preparedness of young football players are developed. Analyzed comparative characteristics of the physical and technical preparedness of players 15 years of different playing roles. Results. It is established, according to the indicators of the physical development of players, players of different playing roles practically do not differ from each other. It is shown that the goalkeepers have practically the lowest technical and physical readiness indicators practically in all test results, in contrast to the attackers, defenders and midfielders. It is recommended that the development of a program for the development of physical qualities for goalkeepers, as well as the development of a separate program for improving the technical preparedness for players of each playing role. Conclusions. It is fixed, significant differences in the level of physical and technical preparedness between field players and goalkeepers. It is established that the greatest differences between representatives of different playing roles in terms of juggling, holding the ball on the foot, accuracy and range of strikes. It was revealed, not the reliability of the difference between the indicators of physical and technical preparedness of attackers, defenders and midfielders, which indicates their universality, and, therefore, possible replacement of each other.

Introduction: DEAH-box helicase 8 (DHX8) is a crucial DEAH-box RNA helicase involved in splicing and required for the release of mature mRNA from the splice. Here, we report the interaction study of human DHX8 and four test compounds namely etoposide, netropsin, nogalamycin, and novobiocin. Materials and Methods: Molecular docking and fluorescence emission spectra techniques were employed to determine the binding and inhibitory effect of test compounds. Results: Our docking and fluorescence emission spectra results showed that DHX8 has a good binding preference for novobiocin among these four test compounds. Moreover, fluorescence emission spectra of DHX8 with novobiocin also revealed the 2.5 µM concentration is an effective novobiocin concentration to inhibit the activity of DHX8. Conclusion: These findings provide an in-depth understanding of the inhibition of DHX8 and contribute insights towards the development of novobiocin as a therapeutic molecule against the DHX8 in targeted diseases. Can be pollen used as a biological indicator of environmental pollution. So this work aims to determine some of the heavy metals such as Pb, Cr, Cd, Zn, and Cu in bee pollen from different areas in the Pelagonija region. The concentration of heavy metals in pollen depends on the geographical area, plants, and soil. And also, the composition of pollen varies with the source location, source plant, etc. The concentrations of transition metals copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), and chromium (Cr) Lead (Pb) were measured by Gas Chromatography. The samples were collected from four different places, as well as a general picture of the phenomenology of the targeted sites, and accordingly obtained the ecological picture of the possible contamination. Also, the data of the composition of the soil were collected from the same locations, and are taken into consideration. Pollen collected by bees (Apis mellifera Macedonica sub-species) is used as a bioindicator for further eco monitoring. The concentration of heavy metals contents in pollen is varies from sample to sample, due to the difference in the geographical area, various plants species, and soil. The composition of pollen varies with the source location, source plant, and handling. We have collected samples during the same season from the bee apiaries, located in industrial-urban and rural areas. The availability of heavy metals in plants depends on soil reaction, mineral colloids, soil humidity, microbiological activity, and organic matter content. Herein, the aggregation phenomena of the two cationic amphiphiles, the hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), and tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTAB), has been investigated in the presence of monosaccharide (glucose) and disaccharide (maltose) at varying compositions and temperatures. The critical micelle concentration (cmc), degree of ionization (g), and several thermodynamic properties have been estimated applying the conductivity measurement technique. To explore the consequence of additives on the mixed micellization of TTAB + CTAB, glucose as monosaccharide having two concentrations (1% & 5% (w/w) glucose) and maltose as disaccharide containing single concentration (1% (w/w)) have been employed. Together with the mixture of TTAB and CTAB, investigation of the physicochemical parameters of pure amphiphiles in glucose and maltose solutions was quantified. The efficiency of the additives in depressing the cmc values followed the order: 1 (w/w) % maltose >5 (w/w) % glucose >1% (w/w) glucose. The ideal cmc (cmcid), activity coefficients, and β values suggested the synergistic attraction (attractive force) between these two surfactants. By utilizing the Rubingh model, the evaluated micellar mole fractions of CTAB (α1) coupled with the ideal mole fraction (X1id) imply the increase of the contribution of CTAB in the mixed micellization with rising the α1 values. The values of the negative excess free energy (ΔGexRub) implied the stability of the mixed micelle formed. The changes in standard enthalpy (ΔH°m) and changes in standard entropy (ΔS°m) of micellization reveal the presence of different modes of interactions like electrostatic, ion‐dipole, H‐bonding, and hydrophobic interactions among the studied components. The study of dye-surfactant interaction is very important in achieving an optimal dyeing process in textile industries. Conductivity measurements of the cationic surfactant cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) in the presence of bromocresol green dye (BCG) in various solvents were performed, in order to provide insight into the interaction between BCG and CPC. Three critical micelle concentrations (cmc) were observed over the studied CPC concentration range. The observed cmc values of the BCG + CPC system were found to change significantly as a function of BCG concentration. The cmc values of the BCG + CPC system showed U-shaped variation, with increasing temperature in aqueous and propanol media, while decreasing monotonically in ethanol media. The concentration of additives (ethanol, propanol, and propylene glycol) also affected the cmc values significantly. The values of counterion binding (β) were also found to be dependent on the temperature and concentration of additives. Different thermodynamic parameters, e.g. Gibbs free energy ( Δ G m o ), enthalpy ( Δ H m o ), and entropy ( Δ S m o ) changes, as well as their transfer properties associated with micellization of the BCG + CPC system, were determined. The paper considers features of voice commands pronunciation models, namely, dependence: system accuracy on number of states for phonemes; system accuracy on learning rate; accuracy of system on value of training set. A speech recognition system based on neural networks is proposed. A speech recognition system is not easy to implement and requires an understanding of speech recognition basics. The pandemic COVID-19 is the most terrible calamity of the present human history also it has led to the worldwide issue of public health as a primary health safety problem. It was assumed that the infection of COVID-19 has two-phases, the immune protective as well as damaging phase. In the immune protective phase, clinicians try to enhance the patient immune response, and in the immune damaging phase, clinicians try to control the inflammatory immune response. Zinc belongs to the d-block or a transition element, it is an indispensable trace metal needed for vital cell activities like growth, as well as cell survival. It has significant contributions to immune homeostasis and functions; zinc inadequacy reduces primary and secondary immune responses equally. Studies have shown people who are deficient in zinc are more susceptible to infection. An inclusive knowledge of the bioavailability of the transition metal zinc will help to be aware of those that are valuable and protective for the population's health. In this article, an attempt has been made review on phenolics antioxidant activity, and characteristics, as well as the constituents of the different phenolics present in various consumable food items, which reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases. Some polyphenolic compounds are present in selected species, which are beneficial to public health, and it should be comprised as component of food habits for a proper nutrition’s plan. Polyphenols are basically a natural compound and their micronutrients are found in different fruits, beverages, and vegetables. There is no specific deficiency disease caused due to the low dietary intake of phenolics; while the proper intake possibly gives health benefits. Polyphenols are antioxidants, and evidence for their role with improved heart health, neurodegenerative (Alzheimer’s disease) diseases, better blood sugar control, diabetes, reduced inflammation, and a reduced risk of cancer development was studied. A comprehensive understanding of the biological availability of the nutritional polyphenols will helpful to recognize those that are beneficial and protective for human health. Based on latest reports, polyphenolic compounds occupy a unique place in environmental science as an important and common class of bioactive natural products globally. The experimental results of multiplicity distributions of grey and relativistic shower particles emitted in the interactions of 28Si and 12C ions at 4.5 A GeV/c with nuclear emulsion are reported. The study of the multiplicity distributions of relativistic shower particles and medium energy target-associated protons produced in heavy-ion collisions seems to observe the semi-inclusive KNO scaling. In this paper the study of existence of non-statistical fluctuations using the method of scaled factorial, Fq, moments (SFMs) has been utilized to probe the distribution of relativistic shower particles produced in 28Si-emulsion collisions at 14.6 A GeV. The analysis indicates that the anomalous fractal dimension, dq, does not favour the origin of any exotic phenomenon. Abstract: An attempt is made to study the existence of dynamical fluctuations of relativistic particles using the methods of modified multifractal moments, , and scaled factorial moments, , in terms of new scaled variable suggested by Bialas and Gazdzicki. For this purpose analyses of experimental and UrQMD data involving interactions of 28Si and 12C nuclei at with nuclear emulsion are used. The variation of and with in pseudorapidity phase space reveals power law behaviour. The values of slopes, and determined from the analyses of and moments are discussed. The generalized fractal dimensions, , determined from the above methods are found to decrease with the order of the moments, q, indicating multifractality in multiparticle production. It is also observed that the spectral function for heavier projectile is much broader than for lighter beam due to larger number of participating nucleons present in heavier projectile. The exposure to the electromagnetic fields is well known phenomenon. During the 20th century, environmental exposure to man-made electromagnetic fields has been gradually increasing as growing electricity demand. Every advance technology is posing the challenges in social behavior and created more artificial sources of exposure to the electromagnetic fields now a day. People are exposed to a complex mix of weak electric and magnetic fields, at home and at workplacesbyvarious ways, like as generation and transmission of electricity, domestic appliances, and industrial equipment, to telecommunications and broadcasting. In general, electromagnetic radiations generated as the byproduct of electricity running in electronic devices. An attempt has been made for the study of some valuable bio-effect of electromagnetic radiations with an application of Phantom model. An approach of specific absorption rate (SAR) distribution has been applied in this model. The present results have been complied with the European and USA standards (EN 50361, IEEE 1528) due to an assessment of dosimetric. A gripping device, DUT (Device Under Test) and software Open SAR were used to measure the transmitted radiofrequency (R. F.) or energy in general absorbed by human tissues. The SAR is a function of the electrical conductivity (?), the induced electric field from the radiated energy (measured in Volt/meter) and the mass density of human tissue. Due to the high sensitivity of the probe, its output voltage is measured without amplification. The electric field probe corresponds to the recommendations of CENELEC (European Committee for the Coordination of Electrical Standards) and ICEEE (the International Committee of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) for measuring electromagnetic fields of cell phones, base stations, and various radiating devices. The DUT handle is constructed of a material with low energy loss and low permittivity. It allows moving axes (X, Y, Z) in all three dimensions (3D) or rotation around the phantom ear for precise positioning of device DUT.The calculated values of specific absorption rate (SAR) distribution were found approximate in order of (15=0.05) grams over per unit grams of human tissue.
