Let $f$ be a transcendental meromorphic function on $\mathbb{ C}$, and $P(z), Q(z)$ be two polynomials with $\deg P(z)>\deg Q(z)$. In this paper, we prove that: if $f(z)=0\Rightarrow f^{\prime}(z)=a$(a nonzero constant), except possibly finitely many, then $f^{\prime}(z)-P(z)/Q(z)$ has infinitely many zeros. Our result extends or improves some previous related results due to Bergweiler–Pang, Pang–Nevo–Zalcman, Wang–Fang, and the author, et. al.

Purpose: To evaluate the difference in the diagnostic efficacy of 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT and pelvic MRI in primary prostate cancer, as well as the correlation between the two methods and histopathological parameters and serum PSA levels. Methods: A total of 41 patients with suspected prostate cancer who underwent 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT imaging in our department from 2018 to 2023 were retrospectively collected. All patients underwent 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT and MRI scans. The sensitivity, PPV and diagnostic accuracy of MRI and 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were calculated after comparing the results of MRI and 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT with biopsy. The Spearman test was used to calculate the correlation between 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT, MRI parameters, histopathological indicators, and serum PSA levels. Results: Compared with histopathological results, the sensitivity, PPV and diagnostic accuracy of 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were 95.1%, 100.0% and 95.1%, respectively. The sensitivity, PPV and diagnostic accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were 82.9%, 100.0% and 82.9%, respectively. There was a mild to moderately positive correlation between Gleason (Gs) score, Ki-67 index, serum PSA level and 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT parameters (p < 0.05). There was a moderately negative correlation between the expression of AMACR (P504S) and 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT parameters (p < 0.05). The serum PSA level and the Gs score were moderately positively correlated with the MRI parameters (p < 0.05). There was no correlation between histopathological parameters and MRI parameters (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with MRI, 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT has higher sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy in the detection of malignant prostate tumors. In addition, the Ki-67 index and AMACR (P504S) expression were only correlated with 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT parameters. Gs score and serum PSA level were correlated with 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT and MRI parameters. 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT examination can provide certain reference values for the clinical diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of malignant prostate tumors. To explore the characteristics and determinants of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) optical density (OD) by optical coherence tomography (OCT) in healthy eyes with varied analytical radii. Peripapillary OCT scans centered at the optic disc of 150 eyes from 150 healthy subjects (64 males and 86 females) were included. Under 5 analytical circles with different radii (1.45 mm, 1.7 mm, 1.95 mm, 2.2 mm and 2.45 mm), the circumpapillary circular cross-sectional images were exported for further analysis using Image J. Peripapillary RNFL and retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) OD in different quadrants and clock-hours were obtained. RNFL optical density ratio (ODR) was then calculated as RNFL OD divided by RPE OD. A linear mixed-effects model analysis was performed to assess the relationship between RNFL ODR and analytical radius, accounting for axial length, age, spherical equivalent, thickness and image score. The RNFL ODRs had a double-hump pattern with peaks in the superior and inferior quadrants and troughs in the temporal and nasal areas. In the linear mixed-effects model analysis, a trend of decreasing mean RNFL ODR with increasing analytical radius was found (0.9227 ± 0.0689, 0.9063 ± 0.0620, 0.8916 ± 0.0552, 0.8729 ± 0.0553 and 0.8575 ± 0.0564 respectively, p = 0.034). RNFL ODR values was negatively correlated with age (p < 0.001), positively correlated with corresponding RNFL thickness (p < 0.001). No significant correlation was found between RFNL ODR and image score, axial length and spherical equivalent. RNFL ODR profile showed a comparable double-hump configuration with RNFL thickness. RNFL ODR values tended to decrease with larger analytical circles and older age, and increase with corresponding RNFL thickness. Purpose: To investigate the prognosis value of a combined model based on 18F-fluoro-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (18F-FDG PET-CT) baseline and interim parameters in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the PET metabolic parameters and clinical data of 154 DLBCL patients between December 2015 and October 2020. All of these patients underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT scan before treatment and after three or four courses of chemotherapy. The optimal cut-off values for quantitative variables were determined by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The baseline and interim PET/CT parameters, which respectively included maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax0), total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV0), standardized total metabolic tumor volume (STMTV0), and the distance between the two furthest lesions (Dmax) and total tumor lesion glycolysis (TTLG1), SUVmax1, TMTV1, and the rate of change of SUVmax (%ΔSUVmax), and clinical characteristics were analyzed by chi-squared test, Kaplan-Meier survival curve, and Cox regression analysis. Results: Of 154 patients, 35 exhibited disease progression or recurrence. ROC analysis revealed that baseline 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters, including maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax0), total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV0), standardized total metabolic tumor volume (STMTV0), and the distance between the two furthest lesions (Dmax), along with interim 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters such as total tumor lesion glycolysis (TTLG1), SUVmax1, TMTV1, and the rate of change of SUVmax (%ΔSUVmax), were predictive of relapse or progression in DLBCL patients (P < 0.05). The chi-squared test showed that TMTV0, STMTV0, Dmax, SUVmax1, TMTV1, TTLG1, %ΔSUVmax, Deauville score, IPI, Ann Arbor stage, and LDH were associated with patient prognosis (P < 0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that Dmax (P = 0.021) and %ΔSUVmax (P = 0.030) were independent predictors of prognosis in DLBCL patients. There were statistically significant differences in PFS among the three groups with high, intermediate, and low risk according to the combination model (P < 0.001). The combination model presented higher predictive efficacy than single indicators. Conclusion: The combined model of baseline parameter Dmax and intermediate parameter %ΔSUVmax of 18F-FDG PET/CT improved the predictive efficacy of PFS and contributed to the risk stratification of patients, providing a reference for clinical individualization and precision treatment. Background: We aimed to determine the performance of 18 F-FAPI PET/CT used for preprocedural assessment of glioblastoma before radiotherapy. Methods: Twelve glioblastoma patients having undergone incomplete surgical resection or biopsy were examined with 18 F-FAPI PET/CT and MRI scanning before radiotherapy. All patients had confirmed tumor residues according to findings of histopathological and/or long-term clinical and radiological follow-ups. Lesion characterization data, including SUVmax and tumor-to-background ratio (TBR) on PET/CT were attained. PET/CT and MRI findings were compared in terms of number of lesions. The correlation between immunohistochemistry, molecular expression, and PET/CT parameters was also evaluated. Results: 18 F-FAPI PET/CT detected 16 FAPI-avid out of 23 lesions in 12 patients described on MRI. MRI was statistically different from 18 F-FAPI PET/CT for lesion detection according to the exact McNemar statistical test (P = 0.0156). The SUVmax and TBR of the glioblastomas was 7.08 ± 3.55 and 19.95 ± 13.22, respectively. The sensitivity and positive predictive value (PPV) of 18 F-FAPI PET were 69.6% and 100%, respectively. Neither the Ki-67 index nor the molecular expression was correlated with the FAPI-PET/CT parameters. Conclusion: 18 F-FAPI PET/CT detects glioblastomas at a lower rate than MRI. However, the 100% PPV of the examination may make it useful for differentiating controversial lesions detected on MRI. The 18 F-FAPI-avid lesions are displayed more clearly probably due to a higher TBR. 18 F-FAPI PET/CT imaging might find application in glioblastoma biopsy and radiotherapy planning. Here, we presented a novel near-infrared (NIR) photodetectors based on Si micro-holes array/graphene (SiMHs/Gr) Schottky barrier diode (SBD) for monitoring heart rate. The SBD exhibited a unique self-filtered NIR response in a range from 900 nm to 1160 nm with a responsivity of 122 mA/W at zero bias voltage. Moreover, our device possessed an ultrahigh signal to noise ratio (SNR) of more than $10^{{5}}$ between visible and NIR light. The presented self-filtered NIR photodetector was used as a non-contact transmission-type photoplethysmography sensor for real-time heart rate monitoring. Due to the suppression of disturbances caused by ambient light, our device performed more accurate heart rate monitoring than those extracted from commercial broadband photodetectors. A high Schottky barrier height (ΦB) is one of the essential prerequisites for achieving high‐performance self‐powered Schottky‐barrier diode (SBD)‐based photodetector. The ΦB value is predominantly determined by the metal function and interface quality of the metal/semiconductor contact. 2D MXenes with adjustable work functions and dangling bond‐free properties are promising building blocks for constructing self‐powered SBD with high ΦB. Herein, a novel Ti3C2Tx MXene/Si hexagonal microhole array (SiHMA) van der Waals SBD is developed for the first time via a feasible solution process. Significantly, the device possesses a large ΦB up to ≈1.07 eV, which is among the highest for the Si‐based SBD. In consequence, the Ti3C2Tx/SiHMA SBD yields a large responsivity up to 302 mA W−1 and detectivity as high as 5.4 × 1013 Jones in a self‐powered model, surpassing the performance of most 2D material/Si photodiodes reported to date. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that featured and reliable fingertip photoplethysmogram (PPG) signals can be detected using the self‐powered SBD, enabling us to further accurately extract the heart rate (HR), and blood pressures (BP) using the PPG‐only method. To quantitatively compare reflectivity and other morphological changes of the photoreceptors of normal eyes with amblyopic eyes using the longitudinal reflectance profile (LRP) on swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) images in children and adolescents with unilateral high myopia. The relationships between OCT parameters and visual acuity were investigated. Twenty-six amblyopes with unilateral high myopia and 34 age-, axial length- and spherical equivalent-matched normal controls were recruited. All participants underwent SS-OCT and detailed ophthalmic investigations. The reflectivity of the outer retinal and photoreceptor outer segment layer thickness were quantified by LRP using ImageJ software. All parameters were measured at three selected regions: at the fovea, 1 mm nasal to the fovea and 1 mm temporal to the fovea. Differences between the groups were evaluated. The mean choroidal thickness was thinner in amblyopic eyes compared with controls (165.19 ± 59.02 μm vs 214.97 ± 66.41 μm at the fovea; 128.77 ± 57.06 μm vs 161.54 ± 57.37 μm at 1 mm nasal to the fovea; 188.13 ± 59.51 μm vs 219.87 ± 61.78 μm at 1 mm temporal to the fovea, P <.05). The amblyopic eyes had higher reflectivity of the ellipsoid zone at 1 mm nasal to the fovea only (85.41 ± 25.78 vs 70.76 ± 18.69, P =.02). The mean length of the photoreceptor outer segment (OS) layer was significantly greater in the control eyes than in the amblyopic eyes at all three regions (20.19 ± 1.89 vs 18.70 ± 2.23 at the fovea, P =.006; 16.06 ± 1.47 vs 15.07 ± 1.30 at 1 mm nasal to the fovea, P =.008; 15.81 ± 1.58 vs 14.56 ± 1.87 at 1 mm temporal to the fovea, P =.006). The shortened OS length was associated with poorer visual acuity. The results of this study revealed that the amblyopes with unilateral high myopia had thinner choroidal thickness and shortened OS thickness compared to normal controls. The findings indicate that abnormal anatomic changes in the amblyopic children and adolescents with unilateral high myopia were not only due to high myopia but more likely due to a combination of high myopia and amblyopia. In this letter, we demonstrate the fabrication of a conformal CuO/Si microholes array heterojunction through the DC reactive magnetron sputtering from a high-purity Cu target. By using the monolayer graphene as the top electrode, the device served well as a self-powered vis-NIR photodetector, showing a high responsivity of 301.5 mA W−1, specific detectivity of $7.96\times 10^{12}$ Jones and a fast response speed (rise time $9.9~\mu $ s and fall time $10~\mu \text{s}$) upon 530 nm illumination. Compared to its planar counterpart, the responsivity was remarkably enhanced over the broadband region. The underlying reason should be ascribed to the improved light trapping in the microholes via the longitudinal Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity resonance, according to theoretical simulation by finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) solution. Such an effect gave rise to an enhanced light-matter interaction, leading to the improved photoresponse. This work also opens up an effective way for the on-chip high performance photodetection due to the well compatibility with the current complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology. 68Ga labeled FAPI is the current standard for FAPI-PET, but its batch activity is limited. [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 is a promising alternative combining the advantages of a chelator-based radiolabeling method with the unique properties of fluorine-18. The objective of this study was to develop a quick automatic method for synthesis of [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 using a AllinOne synthesis system, and perform PET imaging with [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 on patients. [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 was produced, and its quality control was conducted by HPLC equipped with a radioactive detector. [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT imaging was performed in normal BALB/c mice (n = 3) and 4T1 breast cancer models (n = 3) to determine its biodistribution. Then [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT imaging were performed in an invasive ductal carcinoma patient (female, 54 years old). The synthesis time of [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 was about 25 min, and the radiochemical yield was 26.4 ± 1.5% (attenuation correction, n = 10). The radiochemical purity was above 99.0% and was above 98.0% after 6 h. The product was colorless transparent solution with pH value of 7.0–7.5, and the specific activity was 49.41 ± 3.19 GBq/μmol. PET/CT imaging in mice showed that physiological uptake of [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 was mainly in the biliary system and bladder, and [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 highly concentrated in tumor xenografts. PET/CT imaging in the patient showed that [18F]AlF-NOTA-FAPI-04 obtained high tumor background ratio (TBR) value of 8.44 in segment V and VI, while TBR value was 2.55 by 18F-FDG. Photodetectors based on high-performance, two-dimensional (2D) layered transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) are limited by the synthesis of larger-area 2D TMDCs with high quality and optimized device structure. Herein, we report, for the first time, a uniform and stacked–layered MoSe2 film of high quality was deposited onto Si substrate by using the pulsed laser deposition technique, and then in situ constructed layered MoSe2/Si 2D–3D vertical heterojunction. The resultant heterojunction showed a wide near-infrared response up to 1550 nm, with both ultra-high detectivity up to 1.4 × 1014 Jones and a response speed approaching 120 ns at zero bias, which are much better than most previous 2D TMDC-based photodetectors and are comparable to that of commercial Si photodiodes. The high performance of the layered MoSe2/Si heterojunction can be attributed to be the high-quality stacked–layered MoSe2 film, the excellent rectifying behavior of the device and the n-n heterojunction structure. Moreover, the defect-enhanced near-infrared response was determined to be Se vacancies from the density functional theory (DFT) simulations. These results suggest great potential of the layered MoSe2/Si 2D–3D heterojunctions in the field of communication light detection. More importantly, the in situ grown heterojunctions are expected to boost the development of other 2D TMDCs heterojunction-based optoelectronic devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
