The general land use planning is to arrange all kinds of land use behaviors in an orderly manner, and its own disorder will inevitably affect the scientific and authoritative nature of the general land use planning, which makes the effect of land management unsatisfactory. The reason is that there are differences in the spatial scale of general land use planning, which makes the analysis of land information not comprehensive enough. Therefore, this paper puts forward the dynamic planning of sustainable land use based on GIS and symmetry algorithm. The collected land information is preprocessed by ArcGIS, and the land remote sensing images are classified by decision tree combined with ENVI (Visual Image Environment), using local sparse coding to extract land use features, with enhancement and reconstruction of remote sensing images using symmetric algorithm. On this basis, the factors that limit the spatial expansion of land are analyzed, and the land planning is completed by substituting them into Arc Map software. Experiments show that the average accuracy rate of this method for land planning reaches 91.22%, which can effectively complete land planning. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A series of thermo- and light-responsive copolymers of poly ( N -isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and 6-[4-(4-methoxy phenyl azo)-phenoxyl-hexyl methacrylate) (AzoMA) (PNIPAM-b-PAzoMA) were synthesized via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) radical polymerization. The resulting copolymers had a narrow molecular weight distribution range of 1.06-1.24, in which M n changed regularly with the monomer concentration. Subsequently, the diblock copolymers were successfully modified on the surface of iron oxide nanoparticles through the interaction between the chemical bonds to prepare Fe 3 O 4 @(PNIPAM-b-PAzoMA) nanoparticles. The size of fabricated nanoparticles with excellent thermo-sensitivity and photo-sensitivity was controlled at about 40-50 nm. The chemical components in the decoctions of Chinese herbal medicines are not always the same as those in the crude herbs because of the insolubility or instability of some compounds. In this work, a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with electrospray ionization (ESI) tandem mass spectrometry method was developed to explore dynamic variation patterns of aconitum alkaloids in Fuzi during the process of decocting aconite root. The fragmentation patterns of aconitum alkaloids using ESI and collision-induced dissociation (CID) techniques were reported. This assay method was validated with respect to linearity (r(2) > 0.9950), precision, repeatability, and accuracy (recovery rate between 94.6 and 107.9%).The result showed that the amounts of aconitum alkaloids in the decoction at different boiling time varied significantly. In the decoction process，the diester- type alkaloids in crude aconite roots have transformed into Benzoylaconines or aconines.
