This research aims to analyze work stress, work ethic and supervision of employees at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk, especially the Bidakara Tower Main Branch Office, with a total of 100 research samples taken from permanent employees and interns. Research results using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis show that work supervision is more dominant in influencing employee performance than work stress and work ethic. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Bank BCA strives to be better at managing work stress to meet employee needs and produce good performance. Work ethic also has a positive but not too big effect on employee performance. BCA Bank pays attention to a high work ethic because it is rooted in strong cooperation and strong commitment from employees. Work ethic is very important to motivate employees to improve their performance. Supervision influences employee performance more dominantly than work stress and work ethic. This research aims to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style, work discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment on the employees' performance of PT. Straw Plus East Jakarta. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents using the multiple linear regression method which was processed using SPSS 17.0 software. From data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. the variables are democratic leadership style, work discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment on employee performance. From the model feasibility test, it shows that the four independent variables studied are proven to have a positive and real effect on the dependent variable together. Through testing the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be seen that democratic leadership style, work discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment, each have an influence on employee performance, namely 93.9%, meaning that 93.9% of the dependent variable of employee performance can be explained by the independent variables are democratic leadership style, work discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment. A budget is a written plan regarding the activities of an organization which is expressed quantitatively for a certain period or period and is generally expressed in units of money. The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the ministries that has authority over the State revenue and expenditure budget. The Ministry of Religion is ranked 2nd with the largest APBN ceiling after the Police of the Republic of Indonesia. The ratios for assessing financial performance in the Ministry of Religion used in this research include: Growth Ratio, Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratio. This research aims to analyze the level of Growth, Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratios during the 2017-2022 period to see the financial performance of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. In writing this journal, a quantitative descriptive analysis method was used. The results of this research show that the financial performance of the Ministry of Religion using the Growth Ratio or the Ministry of Religion's budget growth ratio is around 4.39% every year. The Ministry of Religion's budget effectiveness ratio is relatively high at an average level of 112%, which means that budget realization is able to exceed the set targets. The highest achievement of 121% was recorded in 2017. The Ministry of Religion's budget efficiency ratio for 2017-2022 is at an average of 0.97%, which is very efficient considering the nature of the public sector budget, the smaller the efficiency ratio, the better the government's performance. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions for Sunsilk shampoo in the Pasar Minggu area, South Jakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the population in this research being Indomaret consumers who use Sunsilk shampoo at Indomaret in the Pasar Minggu area, South Jakarta. There are 4 (four) variables examined in this research, namely Product Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Celebrity Endorser (X3) as independent variables, and Purchase Decision (Y) as the dependent variable. This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress work conflict and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta in 2016. The results of research using primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents in PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta in 2016 showed that there is influence between Conflict Work, Work Stress and Work Discipline on employee performance PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta. This is evidenced by F count larger than F table and t greater than t table. The results of calculations based on t test obtained t for Conflict Work (X1) of 10.386 and thitung for Work Stress (X2) is 5,918 bigger than t table 1.660, meaning that the work conflict and work stress and significant positive effect on employee performance of PT Pelindo II. While thitung for Work Discipline (X3) of 1.178 is smaller than 1,660, which means ttabel Discipline had no effect on employee performance of PT Pelindo II. The management and accountability in the activities of regional autonomy and local finance are regulated by Government Regulation Number 1 of 2022, which states that financial management at the regional level starts from the initial planning to the supervision of the regional finances. The success of performance improvement is deemed effective when it aligns with government regulations. Kabupaten Tegal is one of the regions whose capacity to self-finance governance, development, and public services is still reliant on transfers from the central and provincial governments. This is evident in the low Regional Financial Independence Ratio, which stands at 22.10%. Kabupaten Tegal has yet to fully implement fiscal decentralization, as indicated by the fluctuating fiscal decentralization ratio, which falls into the low category. This research aims to analyze how much influence Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance. In this research using primary data obtained from questionnaires to 116 employees as respondents in companies jabbek. This research uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation analysis, test instruments, test the feasibility of the model, and the t test. This study aims to analyze the influence of the current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to equity, and company size on profit growth in various sub-industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample in this study were 22 companies for the research period of 2015-2017, with the sampling method used purposive sampling. The test used in this study is the classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression is used as an analysis tool and to test the hypothesis used t-test, f-test and R² test. The linear regression equation answers Y = -60.03827 + 23.127291X1 + 9.931366X2 + 7.706515X3 - 2.907177X4. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Current ratio on earnings growth, indicating that poor company liquidity will affect the decline in the value of profits in various subindustry companies. This study aims to analyze how much influence incentives, work environment and work discipline have on employee job satisfaction. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 142 employees as respondents at PT, XYZ cakung branch. This study used descriptive analysis methods and inferential analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation analysis, instrument test, model feasibility test, and t test. The results of this study show a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, resulting from the results of the regression equation model in the Coefficients table Y = 4.307 + 0.246 + 0.241 + 0.202. In the feasibility test of the model, a significant value of 0.000 was obtained, which means that the model is said to be significant and the model is said to be feasible to be used in this study. This research partially aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation, work environment, and training on the work productivity of operating bureau employees at PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. The population in this study were all employees of the operating bureau of PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, amounting to 285 employees. This study aims to determine and analyze employee motivation, discipline, and work environment and its effects on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital. In addition, this study aims to provide information and advice to the Human Resources Management of PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This research aims to analyze the effect of brand image, brand trust, and the advertising of product purchase cosmetics Products in the Lima Plaza area of South Jakarta. This research uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents who decide to purchase cosmetic products by the method of linear regression Wardah double processed using the software SPSS 17.0. From data that have met the test of validity, reliability test, and a test of regression equation obtained classical assumptions as follows: Y= 0,365X1 + 0,219X2 + 0,302X3. This study aims to determine the influence of Tax Knowledge, Tax Obligation Rights, and Tax Sanctions on the Fulfillment of UMKM Tax Obligations in Baktijaya Village, Depok City. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, brand image, and customer relationship management on customer loyalty. This research is conducted by using the primary data of multiple linear equations of customer loyalty LP = 3.346 + 0.338 KP + 0.298 BI + 0.222 CRM. Testing a statistical model of F customer loyalty test obtained with Fcount of 32,271 with the value of sig 0,000 which means the value of service quality, brand image, and customer relationship management have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the influence of Store Atmosphere, Location, and Brand Image on Repurchase Interest in the Sunday Market. This study aims to examine the Analysis of the Effect of Leverage, Profitability, Firm Size, Sales Growth and Institutional Ownership on Tax Avoidance. The object of this research is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector (goods consumer industry). This study aims to find out and analyze whether there is a significant effect of cash turnover, inventory turnover, and accounts receivable turnover on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely the financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2019- 2021 period. The type of data in this study is quantitative using panel data. The population of this study includes 46 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The sample used is 35 samples. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size on Tax Planning with Transparency as a moderating variable in Food And Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018- 2022. The data source in this study uses secondary data, namely the annual financial statements of Food And Beverage companies in 2018-2022. The research population was 30 Food And Beverage companies for 2018-2022. This study uses the Purpose Sampling method and there are 20 company samples processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer convenience, taxpayer compliance, and understanding of tax regulations on the use of the M-tax application system services for individual taxpayers at the Pratama Jakarta Matraman Tax Service Office. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who are actively registered and use the M-tax application at the Tax Office Pratama Jakarta Matraman. The sample selection was carried out using the Slovin formula because in this study the total population was known. Based on certain criteria carried out by the author, the total sample obtained was 99.8 which was then rounded up to 100 samples. The primary data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with direct distribution to individual taxpayers at Tax Office Pratama Jakarta Matraman and several taxpayers filled out the questionnaire link that was distributed. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the convenience of taxpayers and understanding of tax regulations affect the use of the M-tax application. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Tax Sanctions and Tax Knowledge on Individual Taxpayer Compliance with Tax Morals as a moderating variable (Empirical Study at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung Year 2018-2022). The method of determining the sample in this study is the convenience sampling method. In this study, the number of samples used was 100 respondents, the data was processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using WarpPLS version 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance (2) tax knowledge has a significant positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance (3) tax morale cannot moderate the effect of tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance (4) tax morale can moderate tax knowledge on individual taxpayer compliance.
