TP53, a guardian of the genome, suppresses or enhances tumors through various regulatory pathways. However, the role of p53-related long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in immune regulation of tumor microenvironment and prognosis of gastric cancer (GC) is so far unelucidated. We analyzed the role of TP53-associated lncRNAs (obtained from the TP53LNC-DB database) in immune regulation, immune cell infiltration and RNA modification in gastric cancer. Firstly, using multivariate COX regression analysis, we identified eight lncRNAs related to the prognosis of GC. Furthermore, based on the expression of the lncRNA signature and risk score, the GC patients were divided into high-risk and low-risk groups. We found that M2-macrophages have significantly higher infiltration in the high-risk group. Similarly, significant differences in immune function (APC_co_stimulation, CCR, and checkpoint) and m6A modification (FTO, ZC3H13, YTHDC1, and RBM15), and m5C modification (NOP2 and TET1) between both groups were also observed. These signature lncRNAs were also positively associated with oxidative stress-related genes (MPO, MAPK14, HMOX1, and APP). Additionally, we found that high expression of GAS5 and low expression of MALAT1 in Helicobacter pylori (H-pylori) positive GC patients. Finally, GC patients in the low-risk group showed higher resistance to immunotherapy while patients in the high-risk group were more sensitive to various chemotherapy drugs. Based on these findings, we conclude that p53-associated lncRNAs signature could potentially predict the immune status and overall survival, and may also be used for risk management and planning immunotherapy for gastric cancer patients.

In our previous work on broadband photometric reverberation mapping (PRM), we proposed the interpolated cross-correlation function (ICCF)-Cut process to obtain the time lags of the H α emission line from two broadband lightcurves via subtracting the continuum emission from the line band. Extending the work, we enlarge our sample to the Zwicky Transient Facility (ZTF) database. We adopt two criteria to select 123 type 1 active galactic nuclei (AGNs) with sufficient variability and smooth light curves from 3537 AGNs at z < 0.09 with more than 100 epoch observations in the g and r bands from the ZTF database. We calculate the H α time lags for 23 of them that have previous spectroscopic reverberation mapping (SRM) results using the ICCF-Cut, Just Another Vehicle for Estimating Lags In Nuclei (JAVELIN), and χ 2 methods. Our obtained H α time lags are slightly larger than the H β time lags, which is consistent with the previous SRM results and the theoretical model of the AGN broad-line region. The comparisons between the SRM and PRM lag distributions and between the subtracted emission line light curves indicate that after selecting AGNs with the two criteria, combining the ICCF-Cut, JAVELIN, and χ 2 methods provides an efficient way to get the reliable H α lags from the broadband PRM. Such techniques can be used to estimate the black hole masses of a large sample of AGNs in large multiepoch photometric sky surveys such as the Legacy Survey of Space and Time and the survey from the Wide Field Survey Telescope in the near future. Aim: Our aim in this study was to isolate potentially novel strains of fowl adenovirus serotype-4 (FAdV-4) that is currently circulating in broiler chicken flocks in Guangdong Province, China, and to compare nucleotide and amino acid (AA) sequences of their respective hexon genes. Materials and Methods: The experiment was carried out on poultry farms experiencing outbreaks of FAdV-4-associated hydropericardium syndrome (HPS). Tissue samples from the hearts and livers of deceased chickens were screened for FAdV-4 infection using hexon gene-specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: New virus isolates were used to infect 7-day-old chicks, which went onto reproduce typical HPS signs. The hypervariable region of the FAdV-4 hexon gene was PCR-amplified and sequenced. The hexon nucleotide and deduced AA sequence identities were 99.8-99.9% and 99.5-99.8%, respectively, among the four novel isolates. In addition, the new isolates were 97-100% and 96.4-99.9% identical to the nucleotide and deduced AA sequences, respectively, of FAdV-4 hexon genes available in the National Center for Biotechnology Information GenBank database. Phylogenetic analyses, based on the hexon gene sequence, revealed that the new isolates, clustered with FAdV-C; the FAdV-A, FAdV-B, FAdV-D, and FAdV-E viruses, were more distantly related. Conclusion: New FAdV-4 isolates from Guangdong Province are similar to those identified in other regions of the world. This information provides critical insight into HPS epidemiology and provides a perspective for monitoring outbreaks and developing strategies for disease prevention.

In this paper, a micro electromagnetic harmonic drive system is proposed. Considering Van der Waals force, dynamics equation of the flexible ring for the micro drive system is deduced and resolved. Using the equations, the effects of the molecule force on the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the drive system are investigated. Results show that considering molecule force, natural frequencies of the flexible ring are reduced and its vibration modes are changed. For lower order modes, smaller clearance between the flexible ring and stator, smaller thickness of the flexible ring and larger radius of the flexible ring, the effects of the molecule force on the natural frequencies and vibration modes are more obvious.
