Recognizing the flow behaviours across a Riga plate can reveal information about the aerodynamic efficiency of aircraft, heat propagation, vehicles, and other structures. These data are critical for optimizing design and lowering drag. Therefore, the purpose of the current analysis is to examine the energy and mass transfer across the mixed convective nanofluid flows over an extending Riga plate. The fluid flow is deliberated under the influences of viscous dissipation, exponential heat source/sink, activation energy, and thermal radiation. The Buongiorno’s concept is utilized for the thermophoretic effect and Brownian motion along with the convective conditions. The modelled are simplified into the lowest order by using similarity transformation. The obtained set of non-dimensional ordinary differential equations is then numerically solved through the parametric continuation method. For accuracy and validation of the outcomes, the results are compared to the existing studies. From the graphical analysis, it can be observed that the fluid velocity boosts with the rising values of the divider thickness parameter. The fluid temperature also improves with the effect of Biot number, Eckert number, and heat source factor. Furthermore, the effect of heat source sink factor drops the fluid temperature.

In this investigation, the fractional Hirota–Satsuma coupled Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) problem is solved using two modern semi-analytic techniques known as the Aboodh residual power series method (ARPSM) and Aboodh transform iteration method (ATIM). The two suggested approaches are briefly explained, along with how to use them to solve the fractional Hirota–Satsuma coupled KdV problem. Some analytical approximate solutions for the current problem are derived using the proposed techniques until the second-order approximation. To ensure high accuracy of the derived approximation, they are analyzed numerically and graphically and compared with the exact solutions of the integer cases. The offered techniques demonstrate more accuracy in their outcomes compared to other alternatives. The numerical results show that ARPSM and ATIM are highly accurate, practical, and beneficial for solving nonlinear equation systems. The current results are expected to help many physics researchers in modeling their different physical problems, especially those interested in plasma physics.

The fractional-order differential equations (FO-DEs) faithfully capture both physical and biological phenomena making them useful for describing nature. This work presents the stable and more effective closed-form traveling-wave solutions for the well-known nonlinear space–time fractional-order Burgers equation and Lonngren-wave equation with additional terms using the exp(−Φ(ξ))(-\Phi (\xi )) expansion method. The main advantage of this method over other methods is that it provides more accuracy of the FO-DEs with less computational work. The fractional-order derivative operator is the Caputo sense. The transformation is used to reduce the space–time fractional differential equations (FDEs) into a standard ordinary differential equation. By putting the suggested strategy into practice, the new closed-form traveling-wave solutions for various values of parameters were obtained. The generated 3D graphical soliton wave solutions demonstrate the superiority and simplicity of the suggested method for the nonlinear space–time FDEs.

In this research study, we focus on the generalized regularized long wave equation and the modified regularized long wave equation, which play pivotal roles in characterizing plasma waves in oceans and ion acoustic waves in shallow water, a domain deeply rooted in physical phenomena. Employing two computational techniques, namely, the optimal auxiliary function method and the Laplace iterative transform method, we approximate these equations. These formulas are used to characterize plasma waves in oceans and ion acoustic waves in shallow water. The results discovered have important ramifications for our comprehension of many physical events. Our results show that both methods are robust, easy to use, and successful. Both methods yield results that are satisfactory to each other. With the use of tables and graphs, we compared the two suggested approaches. The findings suggest that the suggested methods can be widely applied to explore other real-world problems.

The fractional structures of variables using Riemann–Liouville notion have been analyzed by various authors. The novel idea of this article is to introduce the new notion of weighted behavior on random variables using integral inequalities. In view of these, we obtain some new generalized fractional inequalities by using this new fractional integration of continuous random variables.

This study examines the heat transfer properties of a recently created hybrid nanofluid in contrast to a traditional nanofluid. The aim is to improve the transfer of heat in the flow of the boundary layer by employing this novel hybrid nanofluid. Our study investigates the impact of the Lorentz force on a three-dimensional stretched surface. We utilize a new model that incorporates thermo-physical factors. A quantitative parametric study is performed to investigate the influence of different physical parameters, enabling meaningful comparisons. The results demonstrate that the hybrid nanofluid exhibits a higher heat transfer rate compared to the conventional fluid, even in the presence of a magnetic field. Moreover, the efficiency of heat transfer can be enhanced by modifying the concentration of nanoparticles in the hybrid nanofluid.

In this research paper, the authors aim to establish a novel algorithm in the finite difference method (FDM). The novel idea is proposed in the mesh generation process, the process to generate random grids. The FDM over a randomly generated grid enables fast convergence and improves the accuracy of the solution for a given problem; it also enhances the quality of precision by minimizing the error. The FDM involves uniform grids, which are commonly used in solving the partial differential equation (PDE) and the fractional partial differential equation. However, it requires a higher number of iterations to reach convergence. In addition, there is still no definite principle for the discretization of the model to generate the mesh. The newly proposed method, which is the SM method, employed randomly generated grids for mesh generation. This method is compared with the uniform grid method to check the validity and potential in minimizing the computational time and error. The comparative study is conducted for the first time by generating meshes of different cell sizes, i.e., 10×10,20×20,30×30,40×4010\times 10,\hspace{.25em}20\times 20,\hspace{.25em}30\times 30,\hspace{.25em}40\times 40 using MATLAB and ANSYS programs. The two-dimensional PDEs are solved over uniform and random grids. A significant reduction in the computational time is also noticed. Thus, this method is recommended to be used in solving the PDEs.

The goal of the current study is to analyze several nonlinear two-dimensional time-fractional Rosenau–Hyman equations. The two-dimensional fractional Rosenau–Hyman equation has extensive use in engineering and applied sciences. The fractional view analysis of two-dimensional time-fractional Rosenau–Hyman equations is discussed using the homotopy perturbation approach, Adomian decomposition method, and Yang transformation. Some examples involving two-dimensional time-fractional Rosenau–Hyman equations are provided to better understand the suggested approaches. The solutions appear as infinite series. We offer a comparison between the accurate solutions and those that are generated employing the proposed approaches to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed techniques. The results are graphically illustrated using two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphs. It has been noted that the obtained results and the targeted problems real solutions are quite similar. Calculated solutions at various fractional levels describe some of the problems useful dynamics. A comparison between the numerical solutions of the models under study and the exact solutions in cases when a solution is known serves as a clear demonstration of the viability and dependability of the suggested approaches. This research paper aims to investigate the peristaltic transport of a nanofluid (NF) in a tapered asymmetric channel. Initially, the governing equations for the balance of mass, momentum, temperature, and volume fraction for the NF using Reiner–Philippoff (RP) based NF are formulated. Subsequently, these equations are employed to analyze long wavelength and small Reynolds number scenarios. The numerical results for various flow features are thoroughly examined and discussed. Dual solutions have been examined for some factors. So, stability assessment is implemented to find stable solution. Novelty of the existing is to investigate the peristaltic motion of Buongiorno's NF model and its stability which has not investigated in the previous literatures. It has been demonstrated that modifying the RPF parameter leads to a transition in the fluid's velocity, changing it from a dilatant liquid to a Newtonian fluid and from Newtonian to pseudoplastic. The findings indicate that the temperature curves rise as Brownian motion and thermophoretic factors increase, while they decrease as the Prandtl number increases. The symmetry features of fractional differential equations allow effective explanation of physical and biological phenomena in nature. The generalized form of the fractional differential equations is the variable-order fractional differential equations that describe the physical and biological applications. This paper discusses the closed-form traveling wave solutions for the nonlinear space-time variable-order fractional modified Kawahara and (2 + 1)-dimensional Burger hierarchy equations. The variable-order fractional differential equation has a derivative operator in the Caputo sense that is converted into the integer-order ordinary differential equation (ODE) by fractional transformation. The obtained ODE is solved by the exponential rational function method, and as a result, new exact solutions are constructed. The optimal auxiliary function method (OAFM) is introduced and used in the analysis of a nonlinear system containing coupled Schrödinger–KdV equations, all within the framework of the Caputo operator. The OAFM, known for its efficiency in solving nonlinear issues, is used to obtain approximate solutions for the coupled equations’ complicated dynamics. Numerical and graphical assessments prove the suggested method’s correctness and efficiency. This study contributes to the understanding and analysis of coupled Schrödinger–KdV equations and their many applications by providing insights into the behavior of nonlinear systems within mathematical physics.

The steady MHD boundary-layer axis-symmetric flow of a third-grade fluid passing through an exponentially expanded cylinder in the vicinity of a magnetic field is investigated in this study. The problem is mathematically modeled. Suitable similarity transformations are carried out to convert the partial differential equations into nonlinear ordinary differential equations. The Runge–Kutta fourth-order shooting technique is used to solve the transmuted system of nonlinear ODEs. Graphical representations of numerical findings are used to examine the effects of various physical factors on the velocity and temperature profiles. The influence of fluid variables on the velocity curve, such as third-grade parameters, second-grade parameters, and Reynolds number, is illustrated and explored. The skin-friction coefficient expression is computed and given. The widths of the velocity and momentum boundary layers are revealed to be increasing functions of the curvature parameter. It is found that the third-grade fluid has a higher velocity profile than Newtonian and second-grade fluids. This study delved into the dynamics of wave solutions within the Estevez-Mansfield-Clarkson equation in fractional nonlinear space-time. Utilizing conformable fractional derivatives, the equation governing shallow water phenomena and fluid dynamics was transformed into a nonlinear ordinary differential equation. Applying the Riccati Bernoulli sub-ODE approach yielded a finite series representation. Notably, our findings revealed novel solitary wave solutions characterized by kink, anti-kink, periodic, and shock functions. Visualized through 3D and contour graphs, kink and periodic waves emerged as distinct observable manifestations. The homotopy perturbation transform method was examined in the present research to address the nonlinear time-fractional Korteweg-de Vries equations using a nonsingular kernel fractional derivative that Caputo-Fabrizio recently developed. We devoted our research to the nonlinear time-fractional Korteweg-de Vries equation and certain associated phenomena because of some physical applications of this equation. The results are significant and necessary for illuminating a range of physical processes. This paper considered an innovative method and fractional operator in this context to obtain satisfactory approximations to the provided issues. To solve nonlinear timefractional Korteweg-de Vries equations, we first considered the Yang transform of the Caputo-Fabrizio fractional derivative. In order to confirm the applicability and efficacy of the provided method, we took into consideration two cases of the nonlinear time-fractional Korteweg-de Vries equation. He's polynomials were useful in order to manage nonlinear terms. In this method, the outcome was calculated as a convergent series, and it was demonstrated that the homotopy perturbation transform method solutions converge to the exact solutions. The main benefit of the suggested method was that it offered solutions with a high degree of precision while requiring minimal computation. Graphs were also used to illustrate the series solution for a certain non-integer orders. Finally, a comparison of both examples outcomes were examined using diagrams and numerical data. These graphs showed how the approximated solution's graph and the precise solution's graph eventually converged as the non-integer order gets closer to integer order. When ζ = 1, several numerical comparisons were conducted with the exact solutions. The numerical simulation was offered to illustrate the efficiency and reliability of the proposed approach. Spatial confinement effects offered by a blocker on the laser-induced plasma parameters of titanium (Ti) are evaluated using the Optical Emission Spectroscopy technique. Nd:YAG (1064 nm, 10 ns) laser is used as an irradiation source. To observe the spatial confinement effects, an Al blocker at different distances of 4, 6, and 8 mm from the target is placed along the plume path. All the measurements are performed under the Ar environment at different pressures. It is observed that with increasing laser irradiance plasma parameters such as excitation temperature (Te) and electron number density (ne) increase, whereas it is vice versa true for increasing blocker distances. Without the blocker, the maximum values of Te and ne are about 7000 K and 1.4 × 1018 cm−3, respectively, at an Ar pressure of 50 Torr. A significant increase in emission intensity along with Te ≈ 9810 K and ne ≈ 2.2 × 1018 cm−3 is achieved in the presence of blocker. The results show that spatial confinement is responsible for the enhancement of Te and ne, which is attributed to the increased collisional frequency of plasma species after compression by shockwaves. The ablation pressure and shock pressure are also analytically evaluated and vary from 0.15 to 0.25 GPa and from 0.1 to 0.2 GPa, respectively, with increasing laser irradiance. With increasing blocker distances from 4 to 8 mm, the work done by reflected shockwaves to compress the plume varies from 0.02 to 0.002 mJ. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The complex Hirota-dynamical model (CHDM) has applications in the study of plasma physics, the investigation of fusion energy, astrophysical research, and space studies. The CHDM may also be used to investigate turbulent flows to study shocks and other nonlinear phenomena, and light waves venturing through the fibers. Nowadays, plasma physics, fusion energy, astrophysical research, and space studies are very interesting topics in the modern research. So, we need to shed light on this model as a good application in these fields. For deep investigation of these physical problems, we need to find their analytical solutions. In this study, we explore a variety of soliton solutions with different geometrical structures for the CHDM via the double variable expansion method. By means of this method, we have obtained three types of soliton solutions, namely, hyperbolic, trigonometric, and rational function solutions. The graphical interpretation of these solutions gives us some popular shapes such as singular-periodic, kink, bell, and singular shapes. The performed method is an efficient technique to execute and provides reliable analytical soliton solutions which are very important to further advanced investigation of the mention equation. Nonlinear fractional-order differential equations have an important role in various branches of applied science and fractional engineering. This research paper shows the practical application of three such fractional mathematical models, which are the time-fractional Klein–Gordon equation (KGE), the time-fractional Sharma–Tasso–Olever equation (STOE), and the time-fractional Clannish Random Walker's Parabolic equation (CRWPE). These models were investigated by using an expansion method for extracting new soliton solutions. Two types of results were found: one was trigonometric and the other one was an exponential form. For a profound explanation of the physical phenomena of the studied fractional models, some results were graphed in 2D, 3D, and contour plots by imposing the distinctive results for some parameters under the oblige conditions. From the numerical investigation, it was noticed that the obtained results referred smooth kink-shaped soliton, ant-kink-shaped soliton, bright kink-shaped soliton, singular periodic solution, and multiple singular periodic solutions. The results also showed that the amplitude of the wave augmented with the pulsation in time, which derived the order of time fractional coefficient, remarkably enhanced the wave propagation, and influenced the nonlinearity impacts. Proper wastewater disposal is crucial in various manufacturing and ecological systems. This study aims to prevent and regulate pollution in the water supply. It examines how the pollutant discharge concentration affects the flow of non-Newtonian nanofluids (NNNFs) over a porous Riga surface. Two different types of NNNFs, namely, Walter's B and second-grade fluids, have been examined. The fluid flow is conveyed in the form of a system of partial differential equations (PDEs), which are first reduced to a non-dimensional set of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) and then to first-order differential equations. The numerical approach parametric continuation method is employed to solve these ODEs. It has been noticed that the energy curve declines with increasing numbers of TiO2-nanoparticles (NPs). The effect of the external pollutant source variation factor enriches the concentration of pollutants in both fluid cases. Furthermore, the viscoelastic parameter K1 plays a notable role in determining the behavior of the fluids. Particularly in NNNFs, the variation of K1 enhances the fluid flow, whereas the rise of second-grade fluid factor decreases the velocity of the fluid. Our findings indicate a substantial impact of the parameters under consideration on the concentration of pollutant discharge. Significantly, it was observed that an increase in the amount of NPs and the thermal radiation parameter led to an improvement in the thermal conductivity of the nanofluid, consequently decreasing the concentration of pollutants in the discharge. The nanofluid has greater efficiency in boosting the energy transfer rate of the base fluid. In the case of the second-grade fluid, the energy propagation rate increases up to 6.25%, whereas, in the case of Walter's fluid B, it increases up to 7.85%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study, we employ the effective iterative method to address the fractional Wu-Zhang Equation within the framework of the Caputo Derivative. The effective iterative method offers a practical approach to obtaining approximate solutions for fractional differential equations. We seek to provide insights into its solution and behavior by applying this method to the Wu-Zhang Equation. Through numerical analysis and the presentation of relevant tables and Figures, we demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of this method in solving the fractional Wu-Zhang Equation. The formulation of models and solutions for various physical problems are the primary goals of scientific achievements in engineering and physics. Our paper focuses on using the Caputo fractional derivative operator to solve nonlinear fractional logistic differential equations. In order to solve general nonlinear fractional differential equations, we first introduce a novel numerical methodology termed the Homotopy perturbation transform method. The perturbation approach and the Yang transform method are combined to create the suggested strategy. Second, we introduce a new hybrid method that uses the time-fractional Caputo derivative to approximate and analytically solve nonlinear fractional logistic differential equations. This method combines the Yang transform with the decomposition method. To validate the analysis, we offer three numerical cases of nonlinear fractional logistic differential equations employing the Caputo fractional derivative operator. The resulting solutions exhibit rapid convergence and are presented in series form. In order to verify the efficacy and relevance of the suggested methodologies, the investigated issues were assessed through the implementation of different fractional orders. We examine and show that, under the specified initial conditions, the solution approaches under evaluation are accurate and effective. Graphs in two and three dimensions show the results that were obtained. Numerical simulations are presented to confirm the efficacy of the strategies. The numerical results show that an accurate, reliable, and efficient approximation can be obtained with a minimal number of terms. The results obtained demonstrate that the new analytical solution method is easy to apply and very successful in solving difficult fractional problems that occur in relevant engineering and scientific domains. This research explores the solution of the time-fractional Newell–Whitehead–Segel equation using two separate methods: the optimal auxiliary function method and a new iterative method. The Newell–Whitehead–Segel equation holds significance in modeling nonlinear systems, particularly in delineating stripe patterns within two-dimensional systems. Employing the Caputo fractional derivative operator, we address two case study problems pertaining to this equation through our proposed methods. Comparative analysis between the numerical results obtained from our techniques and an exact solution reveals a strong alignment. Graphs and tables illustrate this alignment, showcasing the effectiveness of our methods. Notably, as the fractional orders vary, the results achieved at different fractional orders are compared, highlighting their convergence toward the exact solution as the fractional order approaches an integer. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) influenced nanofluid is gaining popularity in the industry for solar energy and scratch heat exchanger applications. Consequently, this research focuses on evaluating the impact of nonlinear thermal radiation from a CNT-based nanofluid on an unsteady three-dimensional nonasymmetric Homann stagnant flux as a function of length and radius. CNTs have remarkable thermal physical properties that appear to be critical for nonlinear thermal transport. As a result, the nonlinear heat transfer properties of H2O composed of single or multiple wall CNTs are studied. The nanomaterial has a length and radius of approximately 3 nm ≤ L ≤ 7 0 nm and 1 0 nm ≤ R ≤ 4 0 nm. Partially differential equations with appropriate similarity transformations serve as a mathematical model for the process. The numerical solution of the simplified system of equations is achieved via the use of the well-known Runge–Kutta (RK) method in conjunction with the shooting approach. An effective way to show how a component affects velocity and temperature, skin frictions in both direction and Nusselt number are utilized in graphical representations. Increasing the unsteadiness parameter causes a reduction in the temperature profile and the velocity profile in both directions. As ε grows larger with ϕ , the skin friction in both directions decreases, while the Nusselt number profile grows larger. The use of fractal–fractional derivatives has attracted considerable interest in the analysis of chaotic and nonlinear systems as they provide a unique capability to represent complex dynamics that cannot be fully described by integer-order derivatives. The fractal–fractional derivative with a power law kernel is used in this paper as an analytical tool to analyze the dynamics of a chaotic integrated circuit. Using coupled ordinary differential equations of classical order, the complexity of an integrated circuit is modeled. The classical order model is generalized via fractal–fractional derivatives of the power law kernel. Moreover, this paper is concerned with investigating the Ulam stability of the model and conducting theoretical studies in order to analyze equilibrium points, identify unique solutions, and verify the existence of such solutions. By examining the complex dynamics that result in chaotic behavior, these investigations shed light on the fundamental properties of integrated circuits. For the purpose of exploring the non-linear fractal–fractional order system, a numerical algorithm has been developed to facilitate our analysis. MATLAB software has been used to implement this algorithm, making it possible to carry out detailed simulations. Simulating solutions are accomplished using 2D and 3D portraits, which provide visual and graphical representations of the results. The main features of scientific effort in physics and engineering are the development of models for various physical issues and the development of solutions. In this paper, we investigate the numerical solution of time-fractional non-linear dispersive K(m, n, 1) type equations using two innovative approaches: the homotopy perturbation transform method and Yang transform decomposition method. Our suggested approaches elegantly combine Yang transform, homotopy perturbation method (HPM) and adomian decomposition method (ADM). With the help of the Yang transform, we first convert the problem into its differential partner before using HPM to get the He's polynomials and ADM to get the Adomian polynomials, both of which are extremely effective supports for non-linear issues. In this case, Caputo sense is used for defining the fractional derivative. The derived solutions are shown in series form and converge quickly. To ensure the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed approaches, the examined problems were analyzed using various fractional orders. We analyze and demonstrate the validity and applicability of the solution approaches under consideration with given initial conditions. Two and three dimensional graphs reflect the outcomes that were attained. To verify the effectiveness of the strategies, numerical simulations are presented. The numerical outcomes demonstrate that only a small number of terms are required to arrive at an approximation that is exact, efficient, and trustworthy.
