BACKGROUND: Psychological factors are a risk factor for the incidence of breast cancer and have a significant impact on patient prognosis. OBJECTIVE: The present study aims to investigate the effects of personalised graded psychological intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. METHODS: A total of 200 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group (n = 100) and control group (n = 100). Both groups received routine nursing care. The experimental group received personalised graded psychological intervention care, and the control group received routine nursing measures. After 2 months of standard treatment, the patients' quality of life and negative emotions were evaluated using the self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), social support rating scale (SSRS) and quality of life measurement scale (FACT-B) scoring criteria. RESULTS: There were no significant differences in the general data between the two groups (p > 0.05). Furthermore, there were no significant differences in the SDS, SAS, SSRS and FACT-B scores between the two groups before personalised graded psychological intervention (p > 0.05). After the intervention, the experimental group exhibited an improved nursing effect compared with the control group. The SDS and SAS scores were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (p < 0.05); after the intervention, the SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (p < 0.05). The SSRS and FACT-B scores were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (p < 0.05), and the experimental group's post-intervention SSRS and FACT-B scores were significantly higher than before the intervention (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The use of personalised graded psychological intervention for the nursing of patients with breast cancer in clinical practice can significantly reduce patients' negative emotions as well as improve positive emotions and quality of life; thus, this method can be popularised in the nursing process. The height of overburden fissure zone is an important index to study the deformation and failure of overburden, but the existing single index can not reflect the fracture degree of surrounding rock in different space parts of stope. Based on 81505 working face of Baode Mine with typical shallow burial conditions in Shendong, the unification of coal sample damage degree and index RFD (Rock Failure Degree) is completed by laboratory experiments, and a similar model and a numerical model are constructed. Based on the index RFD, the maximum destructive depth in numerical simulation is extracted, and the law of development height of overburden mining fissure zone and its variation with mining height are studied by comparing similar simulation results. The results show that the index RFD can well assess the development characteristics of mining fissure zone under typical shallow burial conditions in Shendong. And the development height of fissure zone continuously with the increase of mining height but the growth rate decreases gradually. The research in this paper provides theoretical support and technical basis for distribution and destruction characteristics of fractured zones, occurrence of rock pressure and safe mining.

The macroscopic failure of concrete used to form an artificial dam in an underground coal mine reservoir is the final manifestation of crack propagation and penetration: the mode of crack propagation is key to the safety evaluation of concrete structures. To improve the performance of concrete in such an artificial dam forming an underground coal mine reservoir, many scholars have investigated nano-modified concrete, but the effects of nanomaterials on the crack propagation mode and failure mode of saturated concrete are not yet fully understood. In the present research, uniaxial compression and acoustic emission (AE) experiments were conducted on saturated concrete specimens containing different types and amounts of nanomaterials, and the crack propagation mode, failure mode, and bearing capacity of different saturated concrete specimens were compared and studied. The results show that: the failure mode, crack propagation mode, and bearing capacity of saturated concrete can be modified by adding nanomaterials, and the type and content thereof can affect the modification effect provided. Considering the strength, bearing capacity, and crack-propagation mode, saturated concrete specimens containing 3 wt% nano-Al2O3 exhibit the best performance, with characteristics of high strength, high bearing capacity, steady crack propagation, and small-scale cracking. The existence of large-scale weak zone will have a great adverse impact on coal mining in high confined aquifer. Taking the Wutongzhuang Coal Mine which is threatened by high-pressure water as an example, this paper studies the difference between the microseismic events before and after mining and analyzes the influence of the large size weak zone on the coal mining on the confined aquifer. The research results show that the microseismic characteristics of the large soft weak belt are small number of events, the spatial distribution of events is concentrated, and the energy level is large. The amplitude of microseismic events is higher, and the proportion of large events in microseismic events is larger than that of small events; the characteristics of microseismic events caused by mining face mining are that the number of events is more, the distribution of events is loose, the distribution of roof and floor is more, the energy level is less, the amplitude is smaller, and the proportion of small and medium events in microseismic events is larger than that of large events. Due to the joint influence of large-scale weak zone of floor and mining, the floor in the middle area of working face is affected by mining, the number of microseismic events in each aquifer increases suddenly, the karst fissures between the aquifers are further developed, and there is a trend of transfixion. Among the various geological disasters that threaten the safe operation of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, water-damage disasters are numerous and widely developed. Especially the pipelines crossing river channels or gullies are vulnerable to scouring hazards from storms and floods. A water-damage disaster physical model was established to investigate the characteristics of the riverbed scour profile and the pipeline force when the pipeline was buried at different depths under the condition of different particle size riverbed sediment. Results indicated that the equilibrium scour depth changed in a spoon shape with the gradual increase of the embedment ratio in general. The equilibrium scour depth formed by the fine sand riverbed was the largest, about 1.5 times the pipeline diameter. When the pipeline was half exposed, the clay riverbed was more resistant to the scour of the river than the riverbed of fine sand and very fine pebbles with a larger particle size. In the riverbed of three particle sizes, fine sand was more difficult to withstand the scour of the river. The scour profile formed by the sand bed around the pipeline and the force and deformation of the pipeline were related to pipeline location and riverbed sediment type. The study of dynamic brittleness and failure characteristics is of guiding significance for promoting the full exploitation and utilization of deep sandstone reservoirs. At present, there have been more comprehensive studies on the mechanical properties of deep sandstone reservoirs, but the study of mineral composition on the dynamic brittleness and failure characteristics of deep sandstone reservoirs is relatively weak. In this paper, XRD mineral composition analysis, uniaxial compression experiment, and Brazilian splitting are used to study the influence of mineral composition on mechanical properties and failure characteristics of deep sandstone reservoirs. It was concluded that (1) the mineral compositions of deep sandstone reservoirs are mainly three kinds of oxides: SiO2, Al2O3, and CaO. The failure modes of deep sandstone reservoir samples under uniaxial compression are more complicated, with tension failure and shear failure each accounting for half. In the Brazilian split test, the failure modes of sandstone samples are mainly shear failure. (2) The compressive strength decreases obviously with the increase of CaO content. The contents of SiO2, Al2O3, and CaO all have a great influence on the residual strength of deep sandstone reservoirs. The deformation modulus decreases gradually with the increase of Al2O3 content. (3) The brittleness increases slightly when the content of SiO2 increases, while the brittleness decreases slightly when the content of Al2O3 increases. Considering factors such as strength, modulus, brittleness, and failure characteristics, SiO2 content has the greatest influence on the mechanical properties of deep sandstone reservoirs, followed by Al2O3 content, and CaO content has the least influence. The research results have a guiding role in the utilization and development of oil and gas resources in deep sandstone reservoirs and promote oil and gas development from the middle to deeper layers. The study of the energy accumulation and rate of release in hard coal under dynamic, static, and coupled dynamic-static loading and its failure mode is of significance when studying the mechanism underpinning coal mine dynamic disasters such as rock burst, coal, and gas outburst. In this paper, four experimental methods (uniaxial compression, Brazilian splitting, and coupled dynamic-static tensile and coupled dynamic-static compression) were used to analyze the energy accumulation, energy rate of release, and failure modes of this type of hard coal under different loading conditions. It was concluded that (1) the energy accumulation and rate of releases of this type of hard coal under static compression are 17.63–179.90 times and 18.57–13157.89 times those under static tension; the energy accumulation and rate of releases in dynamic compression are 2.11–248.53 and 0.23–48 times those under dynamic tension, respectively. (2) During dynamic loading, the ratio of compressive energy accumulation to tensile energy accumulation is reduced by 1.6 times compared with static loading, and the ratio of compressive energy release to tensile energy rate of release is decreased by 363.84 times compared with static loading. (3) The energy accumulation and rate of releases of this type of hard coal for dynamic tensile are, respectively, 2.64–17.42 and 1.07–5.26 times those under static tensile load; the energy accumulation under dynamic compression is greater than that under static compression, being 0.24–15.04 times that under static compressive, but the energy rate of release under dynamic compression is 0.0003–0.56 times that under static compression. (4) The greater the prepeak energy accumulation, the greater the degree of damage of the coal sample at each stage, and also the higher the degree of fragmentation after the failure. The process of crack propagation and tunnel failure is affected by the cross-sectional geometry of an underground tunnel. In order to quantify the effect of section shape on the process of crack propagation in deep tunnels under high ground stress conditions, a total of four physical models with two cross-sectional shapes and twelve stress levels were designed and several large-scale physical model tests were conducted. The results indicated that, when the vertical stress is 4.94 MPa, the length and depth of the cracks generated in the rock surrounding the horseshoe tunnel are about eight times that around a circular tunnel. The position where the circumferential displacement of the horseshoe tunnel begins to be stable is about two, to two and a half, times that around a circular tunnel. After the deep chamber was excavated, continuous spalling was found to occur at the foot of the horseshoe tunnel and microcracks in the surrounding rock were initially generated from the foot of the side wall and then developed upwards to form a conjugate sliding shape to the foot of the arch roof, where the cracks finally coalesced. Discontinuous spalling occurred at the midheight of the side wall of the circular tunnel after excavation, and microcracks in the surrounding rock were initially generated from the midheight of the side wall and then extended concentrically to greater depth in the rock mass surrounding the tunnel. Brittleness is one of the most significant properties of geomaterials. However, very few studies have been conducted on factors influencing the rock brittleness indices. In this paper, conventional triaxial compression tests were carried out to investigate the effects of confining pressure and bedding angle on the brittleness of slate. From the perspective of energy, brittleness is an index that could reflect the release rate of energy that accumulated in the slate under the effect of external energy after reaching peak strength. Therefore, a new brittleness index of slate based on postpeak energy release is proposed herein. The applicability of this index is illustrated by comparing with other five existing brittleness indices. The following results can be obtained. (1) The confining pressure exerts a great influence on the brittleness of slate. With the increase of confining pressure, the brittleness of slate decreases significantly. The dispersion of brittleness values of slate declines with increasing confining pressure. (2) There is a parabolic relationship between slate brittleness and bedding angle. As bedding angle increases, the brittleness is intensified and reaches its maximum at a bedding angle of about 45° and then decreases gradually. (3) In contrast to the previous indices, the brittleness index proposed in this paper can describe the whole process of the postpeak stage through an index of the energy release, which makes this measure more suitable for rock that has the characteristics of step-drop or bench-drop at the postpeak stage. The reactive-transportation of radioactive elements in fractured rock mass is critical to the storage of radioactive elements. To describe the reactive-transportation and distribution morphology of a uranium-containing solution, a stress-dependent reactive transport model was developed, and the simulator of FLAC3D-CFD was employed. The uranium transport experiment subjected to the variation of confining stress of 5–19 MPa and hydraulic pressure of 0.5–3.5 MPa was conducted in fractured rock mass. The results show that the uranium-containing solution transport and distribution is significantly dependent on the evolution of the connected channel in rough-walled fracture, which is significantly influenced by the confining stress and hydraulic pressure. In more detail, the increase of confining stress resulted in the anisotropic of seepage channel in aperture, and corresponding turbulence flow and uranium retention were presented at the fracture aperture of 2–5 μm. As the increase of hydraulic pressure, flow regime evolved from the inertial flow to vortex flow, and the transformation region is 16 MPa confining stress and 1.5 MPa hydraulic pressure. The evolution of loading paths also dominates the flow and solute transport, and high seepage speed and strong solute transport were presented at the k = 1 (ratio of vertical stress loading to horizontal stress unloading), and a laminar flow and weak solute transport were presented at k = 0. Introduction: Cardiovascular ailments threaten human health. In China, the primary cardiovascular diseases include stroke and coronary heart disease, resulting in rising morbidity and mortality rates. Coronary heart disease accounts for 10%-20% of all deaths from cardiovascular diseases. These diseases increasingly affect younger individuals, with the disparity in incidence between urban and rural areas gradually diminishing. Experts predict that cardiovascular diseases will continue to increase through the end of this century and into the next in China. Therefore, it is imperative to implement preventive measures to treat coronary heart disease. This paper explores how family-centered health intervention affects anxiety levels, depression symptoms, and sleep quality among perioperative patients receiving coronary interventional therapy., Methods: The participants for this study received coronary intervention therapy in the researchers' hospital from August 2020 to April 2021. Study participants comprised control and observation groups based on a random number table. Both groups received routine care. However, the observation group received family-centered health interventions. Researchers observed the differences in anxiety and depression scores, self-care ability, sleep quality, and incidence of complications between the two groups before and after the intervention., Results: Following the intervention, the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no difference in activities of daily living (ADL) scores between the two groups before the intervention. Moreover, there was no significant difference in ADL scores on the first, second, and third postoperative days. The incidence of postoperative arrhythmia and coronary artery restenosis between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference., Conclusions: Family-centered health intervention benefited perioperative patients receiving coronary intervention therapy. It improved patients' mood and sleep quality and demonstrated positive application value.
