The assessment of bone mineral density (BMD) plays a pivotal role in diagnosing osteoporosis, as it accounts for approximately 70% of overall bone strength. Osteoporosis, also known as low bone mineral density (BMD), is a serious health concern, especially for women who have gone through menopause in community settings. This condition weakens the bones and increases the risk of fractures. Women who have gone through menopause are more susceptible to osteoporosis due to hormonal changes. Therefore, it is crucial to identify the condition early to start preventive treatments and reduce the risk of fractures. To address the challenges of diagnosing low BMD in postmenopausal women in community settings, this study proposes a method that combines machine learning with the AdaBoostM1 algorithm, which has shown promising results. Data acquisition, data preprocessing, data training, model testing, and model prediction and evaluation are integral phases of the operational dynamics of our model in osteoporosis diagnosis. This approach recommends increasing screening initiatives and educating patients as strategies to improve early detection and management of the disease. The analysis method used achieved an impressive accuracy rate of approximately 88.8% on the dataset it was applied to. The area under the curve was 0.87, the true positive rate was 88%, and the F1 measure was 0.88. By using accurate diagnostic techniques and providing proactive community care, the incidence of osteoporotic fractures can be significantly reduced, thus improving the quality of life for this vulnerable population. The primary objective of this study is to develop an advanced, automated system for the early detection and classification of leaf diseases in potato plants, which are among the most cultivated vegetable crops worldwide. These diseases, notably early and late blight caused by Alternaria solani and Phytophthora infestans, significantly impact the quantity and quality of global potato production. We hypothesize that the integration of Vision Transformer (ViT) and ResNet-50 architectures in a new model, named EfficientRMT-Net, can effectively and accurately identify various potato leaf diseases. This approach aims to overcome the limitations of traditional methods, which are often labor-intensive, time-consuming, and prone to inaccuracies due to the unpredictability of disease presentation. EfficientRMT-Net leverages the CNN model for distinct feature extraction and employs depth-wise convolution (DWC) to reduce computational demands. A stage block structure is also incorporated to improve scalability and sensitive area detection, enhancing transferability across different datasets. The classification tasks are performed using a global average pooling layer and a fully connected layer. The model was trained, validated, and tested on custom datasets specifically curated for potato leaf disease detection. EfficientRMT-Net's performance was compared with other deep learning and transfer learning techniques to establish its efficacy. Preliminary results show that EfficientRMT-Net achieves an accuracy of 97.65% on a general image dataset and 99.12% on a specialized Potato leaf image dataset, outperforming existing methods. The model demonstrates a high level of proficiency in correctly classifying and identifying potato leaf diseases, even in cases of distorted samples. The EfficientRMT-Net model provides an efficient and accurate solution for classifying potato plant leaf diseases, potentially enabling farmers to enhance crop yield while optimizing resource utilization. The lungs are critical components of the respiratory system because they allow for the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide within our bodies. However, a variety of conditions can affect the lungs, resulting in serious health consequences. Lung disease treatment aims to control its severity, which is usually irrevocable. The fundamental objective of this endeavor is to build a consistent and automated approach for establishing the intensity of lung illness. This paper describes MixNet-LD, a unique automated approach aimed at identifying and categorizing the severity of lung illnesses using an upgraded pre-trained MixNet model. One of the first steps in developing the MixNet-LD system was to build a pre-processing strategy that uses Grad-Cam to decrease noise, highlight irregularities, and eventually improve the classification performance of lung illnesses. Data augmentation strategies were used to rectify the dataset's unbalanced distribution of classes and prevent overfitting. Furthermore, dense blocks were used to improve classification outcomes across the four severity categories of lung disorders. In practice, the MixNet-LD model achieves cutting-edge performance while maintaining model size and manageable complexity. The proposed approach was tested using a variety of datasets gathered from credible internet sources as well as a novel private dataset known as Pak-Lungs. A pre-trained model was used on the dataset to obtain important characteristics from lung disease images. The pictures were then categorized into categories such as normal, COVID-19, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and lung cancer using a linear layer of the SVM classifier with a linear activation function. The MixNet-LD system underwent testing in four distinct tests and achieved a remarkable accuracy of 98.5% on the difficult lung disease dataset. The acquired findings and comparisons demonstrate the MixNet-LD system's improved performance and learning capabilities. These findings show that the proposed approach may effectively increase the accuracy of classification models in medicinal image investigations. Currently, malware attacks pose a high risk to compromise the security of Android-IoT apps. These threats have the potential to steal critical information, causing economic, social, and financial harm. Because of their constant availability on the network, Android apps are easily attacked by URL-based traffic. In this paper, an Android malware classification and detection approach using deep and broad URL feature mining is proposed. This study entails the development of a novel traffic data preprocessing and transformation method that can detect malicious apps using network traffic analysis. The encrypted URL-based traffic is mined to decrypt the transmitted data. To extract the sequenced features, the N-gram analysis method is used, and afterward, the singular value decomposition (SVD) method is utilized to reduce the features while preserving the actual semantics. The latent features are extracted using the latent semantic analysis tool. Finally, CNN-LSTM, a multi-view deep learning approach, is designed for effective malware classification and detection. Ovarian cancer ranks as the fifth leading cause of cancer-related mortality in women. Late-stage diagnosis (stages III and IV) is a major challenge due to the often vague and inconsistent initial symptoms. Current diagnostic methods, such as biomarkers, biopsy, and imaging tests, face limitations, including subjectivity, inter-observer variability, and extended testing times. This study proposes a novel convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm for predicting and diagnosing ovarian cancer, addressing these limitations. In this paper, CNN was trained on a histopathological image dataset, divided into training and validation subsets and augmented before training. The model achieved a remarkable accuracy of 94%, with 95.12% of cancerous cases correctly identified and 93.02% of healthy cells accurately classified. The significance of this study lies in overcoming the challenges associated with the human expert examination, such as higher misclassification rates, inter-observer variability, and extended analysis times. This study presents a more accurate, efficient, and reliable approach to predicting and diagnosing ovarian cancer. Information asymmetry in the pharmaceutical sector has an effect on welfare, sustainability, and health. (1) Background: In this respect, we wanted to develop a productive structure for a pharmaceutical supply chain that satisfies the consumer information needs and fosters consumer confidence in the pharmacy goods they buy. By using blockchain technology, the main goals were to develop and implement a pharmaceutical supply chain. (2) Objectives: The main objectives of this work were to leverage an Ethereum platform for the development of a tractability system in a pharmaceutical supply chain environment and to analyze the efficiency of MSMAChain with respect to the cost and execution of transactions based on our designed smart contracts. (3) Results: This research looked into a variety of issues related to the value, viability, and effects of blockchain technology for use in supply chain applications. The methods and creations in this environment were monitored and researched. It is vital to identify a number of crucial subjects including future research areas, in order to achieve the widespread acceptance of the supply chain traceability provided by blockchain technology. The potato plant is amongst the most significant vegetable crops farmed worldwide. The output of potato crop production is significantly reduced by various leaf diseases, which poses a danger to the world's agricultural production in terms of both volume and quality. The two most destructive foliar infections for potato plants are early and late blight triggered by Alternaria solani and Phytophthora infestans. In actuality, farm owners predict these problems by focusing primarily on the alteration in the color of the potato leaves, which is typically problematic owing to uncertainty and significant time commitment. In these circumstances, it is vital to develop computer-aided techniques that automatically identify these disorders quickly and reliably, even in their early stages. This paper aims to provide an effective solution to recognize the various types of potato diseases by presenting a deep learning (DL) approach called EfficientPNet. More specifically, we introduce an end-to-end training-oriented approach by using the EfficientNet-V2 network to recognize various potato leaf disorders. A spatial-channel attention method is introduced to concentrate on the damaged areas and enhance the approach's recognition ability to effectively identify numerous infections. To address the problem of class-imbalanced samples and to improve network generalization ability, the EANet model is tuned using transfer learning, and dense layers are added at the end of the model structure to enhance the feature selection power of the model. The model is tested on an open and challenging dataset called PlantVillage, containing images taken in diverse and complicated background conditions, including various lightning conditions and the different color changes in leaves. The model obtains an accuracy of 98.12% on the task of classifying various potato plant leaf diseases such as late blight, early blight, and healthy leaves in 10,800 images. We have confirmed through the performed experiments that our approach is effective for potato plant leaf disease classification and can robustly tackle distorted samples.
