ABSTRACT Objective: To develop, validate, and evaluate an educational video on childhood vaccination for parents and guardians. Method: Methodological study in three phases. Pre-production included: script, storyboard, recruitment and validation by experts. During production, the video was created and validated by experts and the target audience. In post-production, the video was edited. The experts consisted of 20 health workers, professors and researchers (child health, immunization, health education and video production). The target audience consisted of 11 parents and guardians. Instruments were used for experts and the target audience and submitted to Content Validity Index analysis, with a minimum parameter of 0.80 for validity and evaluation. Results: The video, lasting 4 minutes and 25 seconds, was considered validated by experts and evaluated by parents and guardians, with an Overall Content Validity Index of 0.99 and 1.00, respectively. All validation and evaluation items obtained indexes equal to or greater than 0.95. Conclusion: The educational video developed was considered validated by experts and evaluated by the target audience, serving as a tool to encourage parents and guardians to promote child health and reduce vaccine-preventable diseases.

Resumo Objetivo Analisar a associação entre aleitamento materno exclusivo e experiência de violência obstétrica segundo raça/cor autorreferida. Métodos Este foi um estudo observacional, transversal, descritivo e analítico com coleta de dados online de novembro de 2020 a fevereiro de 2021. Resumo Objetivo Desenvolver e validar material educativo para a construção de um plano de pós-parto pela mulher no ciclo gravídico-puerperal, com ou não profissionais da saúde. Métodos Estudo metodológico, organizado em três etapas. 1) Análise e seleção de conteúdo, elaboração teórica do projeto e adaptação na linguagem; 2) Produção do material, com elaboração do design gráfico e projeto ilustrativo; 3) Validação com sete juízes nas áreas de saúde da mulher e educação em saúde. A coleta de dados foi executada com a aplicação de um questionário de caracterização e o Suitability Assessment of Materials for evaluation of health-related information for adults (SAM). A análise se deu por estatística descritiva e Índice de Validade de Conteúdo, sendo considerados aprovados os itens que apresentassem valor igual ou superior a 0,80. Resultados O plano de cuidado intitulado “Meu plano de pós-parto” apresentou ótima aceitação e confiabilidade, evidenciado por um Índice de Validade de Conteúdo global de 0,98. As principais sugestões apresentadas foram a respeito da adaptação da escrita para uma linguagem mais simples e acessível, sendo estas aceitas pelas autoras. Os especialistas apontaram a importância e relevância do plano de pós-parto para o público-alvo. Conclusão O material demonstrou ser um instrumento válido e confiável para a utilização das mulheres durante o ciclo gravídico puerperal, favorecendo uma reflexão sobre os cuidados e preparo precoce para enfrentamento deste período.

Objetivo: identificar o conhecimento dos enfermeiros e as práticas relacionadas a úlceras ou infecções em membros inferiores nas pessoas com diabetes mellitus. Método: estudo qualitativo realizado com 24 enfermeiros de equipes de saúde da família de um município do interior do estado de Minas Gerais - Brasil. Entrevistas semiestruturadas foram realizadas nos meses de outubro e novembro de 2022, analisadas pela técnica de análise temática e discutidas pela literatura relativa à temática. Resultados: foram identificadas duas categorias temáticas: “Conhecimento sobre úlceras ou infecções em membros inferiores em pessoas com diabetes mellitus” e “Trabalho do enfermeiro no cuidado às pessoas com diabetes mellitus”. Conclusão: o estudo demonstrou que os conhecimentos e as práticas sobre úlceras ou infecções em membros inferiores estão fragilizados, evidenciando a necessidade de construção do conhecimento na área da enfermagem e o incentivo para a adoção de medidas preventivas pelos profissionais de saúde, em especial, os enfermeiros da atenção básica.

Objetivo: identificar los conocimientos y prácticas del personal de enfermería relacionados con las úlceras o infecciones de los miembros inferiores en personas con diabetes mellitus. Método: estudio cualitativo realizado con 24 enfermeros de equipos de salud familiar de un municipio del interior del estado de Minas Gerais - Brasil. En octubre y noviembre de 2022 se llevaron a cabo entrevistas semiestructuradas, que se analizaron mediante la técnica del análisis temático y se debatieron a partir de la bibliografía sobre el tema. Resultados: se identificaron dos categorías temáticas: "Conocimientos sobre úlceras o infecciones de los miembros inferiores en personas con diabetes mellitus" y "El trabajo del enfermero en el cuidado de las personas con diabetes mellitus". Conclusión: El estudio demostró que los conocimientos y las prácticas sobre las úlceras o infecciones de los miembros inferiores son frágiles, lo que pone de relieve la necesidad de aumentar los conocimientos en el campo de la enfermería y fomentar la adopción de medidas preventivas por parte de los profesionales sanitarios, especialmente los enfermeros de atención primaria.

Objective: To identify nurses' knowledge and practices related to lower limb ulcers or infections in people with diabetes mellitus. Method: A qualitative study was conducted with 24 nurses from family health teams in a municipality in the countryside of the State of Minas Gerais – Brazil. Resumo Objetivos Identificar em canais de veiculação midiática, os assuntos verdadeiros e falsos relacionados à COVID-19 e às pessoas com diabetes mellitus. Método Pesquisa documental realizada em postagens no Twitter e nos sites da Sociedade Brasileira de Diabetes e do Ministério da Saúde e submetidas à análise temática e discutidas à luz das evidências científicas sobre o tema. Resultados Das 110 postagens, 71 eram do Twitter, 31 do Ministério da Saúde e 8 da Sociedade Brasileira de Diabetes. As fake news correspondiam a 88 postagens; sete divulgavam informações sobre estudos não concluídos; seis eram notícias equivocadas; e nove verdadeiras. Os assuntos foram agrupados em alimentos e substâncias, condições de vida (socioeconômica e hábitos), medicações, COVID-19 e diabetes mellitus, gravidade e fatores de risco. Há excesso de desinformação com a finalidade de enganar e negar a realidade, dadas as disputas de saberes e poderes políticos, econômicos e ideológicos. Conclusão e implicações para a prática A maior parte das postagens eram fake news. Em sendo as mídias sociais um lugar para a fácil disseminação de informações verdadeiras ou falsas, os cientistas e profissionais de saúde precisam se aproximar das comunidades virtuais dessas mídias e usá-las como ferramentas aliadas da comunicação em saúde.

Abstract The National Policies of Humanization and Permanent Health Education (PHE) have shown advances and setbacks in their historical process. Some concepts from the theoretical framework of institutional analysis can contribute in these themes, such as the concept of analyzer. This article discusses the analyzers identified in an intervention research with professionals who work as supporters of humanization and/or articulators of PHE in municipalities of the state of São Paulo. The theoretical-methodological framework is the institutional analysis, socio-clinical line, focusing on the work of the analyzers. The intervention groups were composed of 30 participants. We highlight three analyzers: (1) the COVID-19 historical analyzer; (2) the time analyzer; (3) the silence analyzer. These analyzers evidence tensions such as: the peripheral place of primary care, discomfort in the face of “not knowing” and/or lethargy in the face of imposed non-doing, and the paradox of creating and interrupting both care actions and support for the teams.

ABSTRACT Objective To describe a proposal for making and distributing masks for population in risk, with guidance on the stages of making them and the care in handling them based on the development of educational video and infographic. Method Experience report on the stages of the process of training people to make fabric masks for the population at risk, between March and June 2020, in a city in the interior of São Paulo. Results 1,650 masks were made and distributed to vulnerable population groups from different contexts and tutorial video and infographic were elaborated and released to enable people to make their own masks with resources available at home. Final considerations It was possible to manufacture and distribute masks for the population at risk and develop educational actions to contain the disease, given the advance of confirmed cases and deaths by Covid-19, corroborating the role of nursing in health education.

ABSTRACT Objective: To identify the steps of the Nursing Process and integral care. Method: Document analysis study on medical and nursing consultations records during postpartum conducted in primary health units in inland São Paulo state. The analysis comprised the registered steps, the sequence of steps, and the approach of psychosocial questions. The data are presented by frequency, percentage, and the expressed content of care. Results: The analyzed records amounted to 341. Out of these, 100% presented History; 62.2%, Nursing Diagnosis; 5.3%, Planning; 99.1%, Implementation; and 50.1%, Evaluation. Regarding the sequence of steps, 47.5% of the medical records presented three steps. In the incorporation of the principle of integrality, a more frequent presence of the biological approach was observed. Conclusion: This study shows the change of practice of nurses, with efforts to register the Nursing Process, and that the integrality of care constitutes a challenge to surpass a model of care which is fragmented and decontextualized from the life conditions of people.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to identify and analyze possibilities for recognizing health needs in the nurses’ work at Family Health Strategy. Methods: a qualitative study with interviews and observation of the nurses’ work in the countryside of São Paulo. The empirical material was subjected to thematic content analysis and interpreted in the light of the health work process. Results: two themes emerged: Possibilities utilized and Possibilities neglected to recognize health needs. Careful observation, welcoming, attention, listening, bonding and dialogue developed by nurses, in live work in action with users, touched on the possibilities, which, taken advantage of, were evidenced in care in spontaneous demand, scheduled consultation, examination gynecological and group activities. Final Considerations: nurses are able to recognize health needs, which can expand their clinical practice and interprofessionality in Family Health.

Objective: to understand the meanings attributed to the social support network of women breastfeeding and in situations of violence by an intimate partner. Method: a qualitative study, carried out with 21 women, through semi-structured interviews and data analyzed by the Method of Interpretation of the Senses in the light of the conceptual framework of Social Support Network. Results: all women suffered violence by the partner in the puerperium and only one of them maintained exclusive breastfeeding until 180 days postpartum. In the analysis, the category entitled “The action of the social support network in the face of breastfeeding in the context of intimate partner violence” emerged, with two subcategories: “Interpersonal support network” and “Institutional support network”. In the interpersonal network, the partner was little mentioned, on the other hand, there was a greater participation of other women. In the institutional network, non-resolution and actions centered on biological character were evident. Conclusions: the search for help in the interpersonal network stood out in comparison to the institutional network, both with regard to the issue of violence and breastfeeding and the actions related to it, mostly ineffective, characterized by counseling and referrals.

Objective: To analyze the association between exclusive breastfeeding and experience of obstetric violence according to self-reported race/color. Methods: This was an observational, cross-sectional, descriptive and analytical study with online data collection from November 2020 to February 2021. For data analysis, the R software (v. 4.0.4) was used and a significance level of 5% was considered (p<0.05). Results: The sample consisted of 241 women who met the inclusion criteria. Most of them (88.8%) suffered obstetric violence. Among them, 29.0% were black and 71.0% were non-black. When they answered the questionnaire, 70.1% of those who suffered obstetric violence stated that they were exclusively breastfeeding. The association between obstetric violence, exclusive breastfeeding and race/color variable did not present a statistically significant result (p=0.822). Conclusion: No statistical association was found proving the repercussions of obstetric violence on the breastfeeding process. We suggested new research on the topic that considers racial perspectives and intersectionality. We also suggested continued and permanent education for professionals to improve practice and expand the knowledge acquired among women. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To develop and validate an educational material for the construction of a postpartum plan by women in the pregnancy-puerperal cycle, with or without health professionals. Methods: Methodological study, organized in three stages. 1) Content analysis and selection, theoretical elaboration of the project and language adaptation; 2) Production of material, with preparation of graphic design and illustrative project; 3) Validation with seven judges in the areas of women's health and health education. Data collection was carried out using a characterization questionnaire and the Suitability Assessment of Materials for evaluation of health-related information for adults (SAM). The analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and Content Validity Index, with items that presented a value equal to or greater than 0.80 being considered approved. Results: The care plan entitled "My postpartum plan" showed excellent acceptance and reliability, evidenced by an overall Content Validity Index of 0.98. The main suggestions presented were about adapting the writing to a simpler and more accessible language, which were accepted by the authors. Experts highlighted the importance and relevance of the postpartum plan for the target audience. Conclusion: The material proved to be a valid and reliable instrument for use by women during the pregnancy and puerperal cycle, encouraging reflection on care and early preparation to face this period. ABSTRACT Objectives: to analyze the ways in which neoliberalism has consolidated itself in the public university and in university teaching in nursing; and what interferences it has produced in the pedagogical conceptions and practices of nurse educators. Methods: this is a qualitative research based on Institutional Analysis and conducted in a public university. Results: the data produced with the nursing teachers revealed the consolidation of the New Public Management in the university teaching of the professor-nurse, which is in contradiction with the formative assumptions for the Unified Health System. Final Considerations: it is noticeable how the university and the university teaching in nursing are already impregnated by neoliberal logic. This will possibly have repercussions on the training of professionals for the Unified Health System.

ABSTRACT Objective: Identify nurse’s learning needs to be related to the reception with risk classification of spontaneous demand in Primary Health Care. Method: Quality study including 15 nurses from Primary Health Care through participatory observation, application of semi-structured instrument, focus group, and of thematic content analysis. Results: 80% of nurses never used the risk classification protocol in Primary Health Care. Knowledge gaps involving clinical aspects of care; protocol management, and the nurse’s role; and the historic, structural and cultural contradictions of the care model were confirmed. Final considerations: The recognition of learning needs for nurses that work in Primary Health Care implies in the construction or improvement of knowledge in order to develop, along with the health team, a risk classification of spontaneous demand, which requires a change in the education and continuity of their qualification for work and at work.

RESUMO Objetivo Analisar o conhecimento sobre a utilização do paradigma da complexidade em pesquisas no campo da saúde. Método Revisão de escopo com artigos publicados nos últimos 10 anos, em inglês, espanhol ou português, com o uso do paradigma da complexidade do autor Edgar Morin. Resultados Retornaram 302 publicações, das quais 54 permaneceram após as etapas de seleção. A maioria dos estudos foram: realizados no Brasil; com publicações no ano de 2017; com produção uniprofissional; artigos empíricos e qualitativos. Em 47,05% dos estudos não se realizou a triangulação das técnicas de coleta de dados; foram referenciadas 20 obras do autor e 83,33% utilizaram o paradigma da complexidade como referencial teórico. Conclusão Observou-se uma tímida utilização do paradigma da complexidade nas pesquisas no campo da saúde e destaca-se a necessidade de maior apropriação conceitual no seu uso enquanto um referencial teórico nas pesquisas.

Objective: To analyze longitudinality in the production of care in Family Health from the perspective of users., Method: Qualitative research carried out with 18 users of a family health unit in a municipality in the state of São Paulo. The data was produced through semi-structured interviews and the empirical material was analyzed by interpreting the meanings in the light of the theoretical framework of continuity of care and longitudinality., Results: 22 ideas were identified and grouped into three meanings: organization and operationalization of work in the family health unit, self-care and the health system. The first highlighted elements of organizational constraints, workforce, hard and soft technologies. The second direction pointed to the user's co-responsibility for their health condition and lifestyle, making it possible to recognize longitudinality as: discontinuous or focused and continuous or extended. And in the third meaning, the understanding of the functioning of the three levels of care was presented with structural and technological demarcations., Conclusion: The users recognized potential and weaknesses in the three meanings referring to the constituent elements of the theoretical framework. Family Health is capable of offering continuous or extended longitudinality, even in a municipality with low coverage of the strategy. However, this scenario can weaken the process of developing the attribute from this perspective, as it limits access to other levels of care and compromises its structuring elements and dimensions and, consequently, the continuity of care.
