Abstract

When viewed in the frontal plane, the right coronary artery (RCA) arises at nearly 90° with respect to the aortic wall, whereas the left coronary artery (LCA) commonly descends at about 45°, although the angle could vary from 25° to 90°. Overall visualization rates were 42/62 (67.7%) for the left CA origin (LCA-Or) and 36/62 (58.1%) for the right CA origin (RCA-Or) ( I P i = NS). [Extracted from the article]
