Median arcuate ligament syndrome and symptomatic aberrant right subclavian artery are uncommon in the pediatric population and are rarely found in the same individual. We present the case of a teenager with 2 rare vascular anomalies leading to chronic postprandial abdominal pain, dysphagia, and weight loss. We present a case of Pott puffy tumor in a 21-month-old male, the youngest patient ever reported to have developed this complication and the first ever to have developed recurrence from an infected frontonasal dermoid.
