The cultivation of cashew crops carries numerous economic advantages, and countries worldwide that produce this crop face a high demand. The effects of wind speed and wind direction on crop yield prediction using proficient deep learning algorithms are less emphasized or researched. We propose a combination of advanced deep learning techniques, specifically focusing on long short-term memory (LSTM) and random forest models. We intend to enhance this ensemble model using dynamic time warping (DTW) to assess the spatiotemporal data (wind speed and wind direction) similarities within Jaman North, Jaman South, and Wenchi with their respective production yield. In the Bono region of Ghana, these three areas are crucial for cashew production. The LSTM-DTW-RF model with wind speed and wind direction achieved an R2 score of 0.847 and the LSTM-RF model without these two key features R2 score of (0.74). Both models were evaluated using the augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test, which is commonly used in time series analysis to assess stationarity, where the LSTM-DTW-RF achieved a 90% level of confidence, while LSTM-RF attained an 87.99% level. Among the three municipalities, Jaman South had the highest evaluation scores for the model, with an RMSE of 0.883, an R2 of 0.835, and an MBE of 0.212 when comparing actual and predicted values for Wenchi. In terms of the annual average wind direction, Jaman North recorded (270.5 SW°), Jaman South recorded (274.8 SW°), and Wenchi recorded (272.6 SW°). The DTW similarity distance for the annual average wind speed across these regions fell within specific ranges: Jaman North (±25.72), Jaman South (±25.89), and Wenchi (±26.04). Following the DTW similarity evaluation, Jaman North demonstrated superior performance in wind speed, while Wenchi excelled in wind direction. This underscores the potential efficiency of DTW when incorporated into the analysis of environmental factors affecting crop yields, given its invariant nature. The results obtained can guide further exploration of DTW variations in combination with other machine learning models to predict higher cashew yields. Object detection is a widely studied problem in existing works. However, in this paper, we turn to a more challenging problem of "Covered Object Reasoning", aimed at reasoning the category label of target object in the given image particularly when it has been totally covered (or invisible). To resolve this problem, we propose CoBjeason to seize the opportunity when visual reasoning meets the knowledge graph, where "empirical cognition" on common visual contexts have been incorporated as knowledge graph to conduct reinforced multi-hop reasoning via two collaborative agents. Such two agents, for one thing, stand at the covered object (or unknown entity) to observe the surrounding visual cues in the given image and gradually select entities and relations from the global gallery-level knowledge graph which contains entity-pairs frequently occurring across the entire image-collection, so as to infer the main structure of image-level knowledge graph forward expanded from the unknown entity. In turn, for another, based on the reasoned image-level knowledge graph, the semantic context among entities will be aggregated backward into unknown entity to select an appropriate entity from the global gallery-level knowledge graph as the reasoning result. Moreover, such two agents will collaborate with each other, securing that the above Forward & Backward Reasoning will step towards the same destination of the higher performance on covered object reasoning. To our best knowledge, this is the first work on Covered Object Reasoning with Knowledge Graphs and reinforced Multi-Agent collaboration. Particularly, our study on Covered Object Reasoning and the proposed model CoBjeason could offer novel insights into more basic Computer Vision (CV) tasks, such as Semantic Segmentation with better understanding on the current scene when some objects are blurred or covered, Visual Question Answering with enhancement on the inference in more complicated visual context when some objects are covered or invisible, and Image Caption Generation with the augmentation on the richness of visual context for images containing partially visible objects. The improvement on the above basic CV tasks can further refine more complicated ones involved with nuanced visual interpretation like Autonomous Driving, where the recognition and reasoning on partially visible or covered object are critical. According to the experimental results, our proposed CoBjeason can achieve the best overall ranking performance on covered object reasoning compared with other models, meanwhile enjoying the advantage of lower "exploration cost", with the insensitivity against the long-tail covered objects and the acceptable time complexity. Online shopping has become a crucial way to encourage daily consumption, where the User-generated, or crowdsourced product comments, can offer a broad range of feedback on e-commerce products. As a result, integrating critical opinions or major attitudes from the crowdsourced comments can provide valuable feedback for marketing strategy adjustment or product-quality monitoring. Unfortunately, the scarcity of annotated ground truth on the integrated comment, or the limited gold integration reference, has incurred the infeasibility of the regular supervised-learning-based comment integration. To resolve this problem, in this article, inspired by the principle of Transfer Learning, we propose a three-stage transferable and generative crowdsourced comment integration framework (TTGCIF) based on zero-and-few-shot learning with the support of domain distribution alignment. The proposed framework aims at generating abstractive integrated comment in target domain via the enhanced neural text generation model, by referring the available integration resource in related source domains, to avoid the exhausted effort on resource annotation devoted to the target domain. Specifically, at the first stage, to enhance the domain transferability, representations on the crowdsourced comments have been aligned up between the source and target domain, by minimizing the domain distribution discrepancy in the kernel space. At the second stage, Zero-shot comment integration mechanism has been adopted to deal with the dilemma that none of the gold integration reference may be available in target domain. In other words, taking the sample-level semantic prototype as input, the enhanced neural text generation model in TTGCIF is trained to learn data semantic association among different domains via semantic prototype transduction, so that the "unlabeled" crowdsourced comments in target domain can be associated with existing integration references in related source domains. At the third stage, based on the parameters trained at the second stage, fast domain adaptation mechanism in a Few-shot manner has also been adopted by seeking most potential parameters along the gradient direction constrained by instances across multiple source domains. In this way, parameters in TTGCIF can be sensitive to any alteration on training data, ensuring that even if only few annotated resource in target domain are available for "Fine-tune," TTGCIF can still react promptly to achieve effective target domain adaptation. According to the experimental results, TTGCIF can achieve the best transferable product comment integration performance in target domain, with fast and stable domain adaption effect depending on no more than 10% annotated resource in target domain. More importantly, even if TTGCIF has not been fine-tuned on the target domain, yet by referring to the available integration resource in related source domains, the integrated comments generated by TTGCIF on the target domain are still superior to those generated by models already fine-tuned on the target domain. Source-free unsupervised domain adaptation (SFUDA) aims to accomplish the task of adaptation to the target domain by utilizing pre-trained source domain model and unlabeled target domain samples, without directly accessing any source domain data. Although many SFUDA works use the pseudo-labeling strategy to improve the accuracy of pseudo-labels in the target domain, these strategies ignore the influence of domain shift on calculating the reference distribution of pseudo-labels. In this article, we propose a novel kind of SFUDA with trusted pseudo samples (SFUDA-TPS), which uses reliable feature reference distribution to solve the SFUDA problem. In SFUDA-TPS, we design a target feature correcting classifier to alleviate the problem of feature reference distribution deviating from target domain samples distribution. On this basis, the more reliable feature reference distribution is calculated by selecting the target domain samples with a high amount of information, i.e., low entropy in the fixed source domain classifier and target feature correcting classifier. The implicit alignment between the source domain and target domain is realized by learning the source domain distributions hidden in the fixed source domain classifier. Daily conversations contain rich emotional information, and identifying this emotional information has become a hot task in the field of natural language processing. The traditional dialogue sentiment analysis method studies one-to-one dialogues and cannot be effectively applied to multi-speaker dialogues. This paper focuses on the relationship between participants in a multi-speaker conversation and analyzes the influence of each speaker on the emotion of the whole conversation. We summarize the challenges of emotion recognition work in multi-speaker dialogue, focusing on the context-topic switching problem caused by multi-speaker dialogue due to its free flow of topics. For this challenge, this paper proposes a graph network that combines syntactic structure and topic information. A syntax module is designed to convert sentences into graphs, using edges to represent dependencies between words, solving the colloquial problem of daily conversations. We use graph convolutional networks to extract the implicit meaning of discourse. In addition, we focus on the impact of topic information on sentiment, so we design a topic module to optimize the topic extraction and classification of sentences by VAE. Then, we use the combination of attention mechanism and syntactic structure to strengthen the model's ability to analyze sentences. In addition, the topic segmentation technology is adopted to solve the long-term dependencies problem, and a heterogeneous graph is used to model the dialogue. The nodes of the graph combine speaker information and utterance information. Aiming at the interaction relationship between the subject and the object of the dialogue, different edge types are used to represent different interaction relationships, and different weights are assigned to them. The experimental results of our work on multiple public datasets show that the new model outperforms several other alternative methods in sentiment label classification results. In the multi-person dialogue dataset, the classification accuracy is increased by more than 4%, which verifies the effectiveness of constructing heterogeneous dialogue graphs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As the latest and most popular concept in the world, metaverse as well as its application and technology integration has attracted the attention of all walks of life including information, economics, management, design and education, etc. However, the definition of metaverse as a technology or an intelligent scene still has no unified consensus in the academic and scientific fields. We believe that the metaverse should be a key concept and emerging theory in the future field of wisdom. This research focuses on the evaluation of the importance of college teaching courses for future education in the context of the metaverse, and discusses which courses may be greatly affected by the concept of the metaverse. First, on the basis of analyzing the scholars' understanding of the concept of the metaverse and related application research literature, we give the specific framework of this paper and the definition of the edu-metaverse, and propose a future intelligent teaching environment construction model based on the metaverse. It should be noted that our research is under the framework of the metaverse intelligent teaching construction model, and mainly focuses on the in-depth analysis of the teaching evaluation problem in colleges, which is a multi-attribute decision-making problem in the field of systems science. We propose an improved Pythagorean fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method based on cumulative prospect theory, including improved scoring function, improved distance measure method, improved combination weighting method, etc., and construct a cumulative prospect value function. The proposed theory and method were applied to teaching courses of 10 majors in Chinese colleges to construct an importance evaluation indicator system. The importance of the courses was ranked, verifying the applicability and scientificity of the proposed method. The research content of this paper can provide a reference for the decision-making of Chinese education authorities. Existing persona-based dialogue generation models focus on the semantic consistency between personas and responses. However, various influential factors can cause persona inconsistency, such as the speaking style in the context. Existing models perform inflexibly in speaking styles on various-persona-distribution datasets, resulting in persona style inconsistency. In this work, we propose a dialogue generation model with persona selection classifier to solve the complex inconsistency problem. The model generates responses in two steps: original response generation and rewriting responses. For training, we employ two auxiliary tasks: (1) a persona selection task to fuse the adapted persona into the original responses; (2) consistency inference to remove inconsistent persona information in the final responses. In our model, the adapted personas are predicted by an NLI-based classifier. We evaluate our model on the persona dialogue dataset with different persona distributions, i.e., the persona-dense PersonaChat dataset and the persona-spare PersonalDialog dataset. It is difficult to accurately identify the winter wheat acreage in the Jianghuai region of China, and the fusion of high-resolution images and medium-resolution image data can improve the image quality and facilitate the identification and acreage extraction of winter wheat. Therefore, the objective of this study is to improve the accuracy of China's medium-spatial resolution image data (environment and disaster monitoring and forecasting satellite data, HJ-1/CCD) in extracting the large area of winter wheat planted. The fusion and object-oriented classification of the 30 m × 30 m HJ-1/CCD multispectral image and 2 m × 2 m GF-1 panchromatic image (GF-1/PMS) of winter wheat at the jointing stage in the study area were studied. The GF-1/PMS panchromatic images were resampled at 8 m, 16 m and 24 m to produce panchromatic images with four spatial resolutions, including 2 m. They were fused with HJ-1/CCD multispectral images by Gram Schmidt (GS). The quality of the fused images was evaluated to pick adequate scale images for the field pattern of winter wheat cultivation in the study area. The HJ-1/CCD multispectral image was resampled to obtain an image with the same scale as the suitable scale fused image. In the two images, the training samples SFI (samples of fused image) and SRI (samples of resampled image) containing spectral and texture information were selected. The fused image (FI) and resampled image (RI) were used for winter wheat acreage extraction using an object-oriented classification method. The results indicated that the fusion effect of 16 m × 16 m fused image was better than 2 m × 2 m, 8 m × 8 m and 24 m × 24 m fused images, with mean, standard deviation, average gradient and correlation coefficient values of 161.15, 83.01, 4.55 and 0.97, respectively. After object-oriented classification, the overall accuracy of SFI for the classification of resampled image RI16m was 92.22%, and the Kappa coefficient was 0.90. The overall accuracy of SFI for the classification of fused image FI16m was 94.44%, and the Kappa coefficient was 0.93. The overall accuracy of SRI for the classification of resampled image RI16m was 84.44%, and the Kappa coefficient was 0.80. The classification effect of SFI for the fused image FI16m was the best, indicating that the object-oriented classification method combined with the fused image and the extraction samples of the fused image (SFI) could extract the winter wheat planting area with precision. In addition, the object-oriented classification method combining resampled images and the extraction samples of fused images (SFI) could extract the winter wheat planting area more effectively. These results indicated that the combination of medium spatial resolution HJ-1/CCD images and high spatial resolution GF-1 satellite images could effectively extract the planting area information of winter wheat in large regions. Data clustering has been applied and developed in all walks of life, which can provide convenience for enterprise service optimization. However, when the original data to be analyzed contains users' personal privacy information, the clustering analysis process of the data holder may expose users' privacy. Differential privacy k-means algorithm is a clustering method based on differential privacy protection technology, which can solve the privacy disclosure problem in the process of data clustering. In the differential privacy k-means algorithm, Laplacian noise controlled by privacy parameter ɛ is added to the center point of clustering to protect user sensitive information and clustering results in the original data, but the addition of noise will affect the utility of clustering. In order to balance the availability and privacy of the differential privacy k-means clustering algorithm, the research on the improvement of the algorithm pays more attention to the selection of the initial clustering center or the optimization of the outlier processing, but does not consider the different contribution degree of each dimension data to the clustering. Therefore, this paper proposes a differential privacy CVDP k-means clustering algorithm based on coefficient of variation. The CVDP scheme first eliminates outliers in the original data through data density, and then designs weighted data point similarity calculation method and initial centroid selection method using variation coefficient.
