The interrogative sentence expression of 22 children with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder (HFA) was tested using an induced experimental paradigm and compared with two groups of typical developing children matched by chronological age and language age. Results from the present study demonstrated that the interrogative sentence expression ability of children diagnosed with HFA was significantly lower than typical developing children. Specifically, the following results were observed in the present study: the expression ability of wh-questions of children with HFA was significantly lower than that of the two groups of typical developing children. However, there was no significant difference in the ability to use yes-no questions, affirmative-negative questions, or alternative questions. Results from the present study suggest that children with HFA may benefit from training to improve flexibility of interrogative sentence expression.

The geological structure of the reservoir in Bozi-Dabei area is complex, and the longitudinal difference of rock mechanical properties of the reservoir is large. Most of the current evaluation techniques after reservoir reconstruction are based on the fitting of construction pressure based on the logging curve of a single well, so as to analyze the fracture morphology and the geometric dimensions of length, width and height after pressure. It is difficult to explain the fracture morphology and geometric parameters correctly because the interpretation methods used do not comprehensively consider the influence of natural fractures, 3D geological properties and 3D geomechanical properties. In order to explain the artificial fracture morphology more accurately, the target layer ant body is generated by using 3D original seismic data, and the natural fracture model of three different reservoir types in Bozi X block is generated, which provides geological basis for the integrated demonstration. By combining dynamic and static data and multidisciplinary methods, a one-dimensional rock mechanics profile model is established, and a three-dimensional geomechanical model of three different reservoir types in Block X of Bozi is established by combining geological model and deep diagenesis theory. The matching relationship between horizontal stress, fault strike and natural tensile fracture distribution is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated, providing a geomechanical basis for the evaluation of integrated reservoir reconstruction. Integrated geological model and geomechanical model are closely combined with engineering parameters to establish an integrated true three-dimensional artificial fracture model. On this basis, the optimization research and design of the parameters of displacement, liquid volume and sand ratio are completed. The optimal flow rate of Class I reservoir 6-7 (m³·min-1), Class II reservoir 5-6 (m³·min-1), Class III reservoir 4-5 (m³·min-1), Class I reservoir 600-700 m³, Class II reservoir 600-700 m³, Class III reservoir 500-600 m³, Sand ratio of 15%-20% for Class I reservoir, 15%-20% for class II reservoir and 20%-25% for class III reservoir are the optimal construction parameters, which provide guidance for field construction.

Currently lacking research to explore the correlation between inflammatory markers and the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. This study is a retrospective study and included patients with advanced gastric cancer who receiving ICIs combined with chemotherapy from January 2020 to December 2022. We analysed the relationship between systemic inflammatory markers and the efficacy of ICIs combined chemotherapy and constructed a clinical prediction model. A nomogram was constructed based on the results of the bidirectional stepwise regression model. A total of 197 patients were enrolled in the training group, with a median follow‐up period of time 26 months. Kaplan Meier analysis showed that the median OS of patients with low systemic immune‐inflammatory index (SII) and low platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) was superior to those with high SII and PLR. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that SII, NLR, PLR, and N stage as independent prognostic factors for OS. Adding SII to the conventional model improved the predictive ability of the 12‐month OS. A total of 95 patients were included in the validation group, and external validation of the SII‐based nomogram showed favourable predictive performance. Baseline SII, PLR, and N stage may serve as independent predictive factors for survival outcomes in advanced gastric cancer patients undergoing ICIs combined with chemotherapy. The conductivity of acid-etched fractures and the subsequent production response are influenced by the injection mode of the fracturing fluid and acid fluid during acid fracturing in a carbonate reservoir. However, there has been a lack of comprehensive and systematic experimental research on the impact of commonly used injection modes in oilfields on conductivity, which directly affects the optimal selection of acid-fracturing injection modes. To address this gap, the present study focuses on underground rock samples, acid systems, and fracturing fluid obtained from ultra-deep carbonate reservoirs in the Fuman Oilfield. Experimental investigations were conducted to examine the conductivity of hydraulic fractures etched by various types of acid fluids under five different injection modes: fracturing fluid + self-generating acid or cross-linked acid; fracturing fluid + self-generating acid + cross-linked acid. The findings demonstrate that the implementation of multi-stage alternating acid injection results in the formation of communication channels, vugular pore space, and natural micro-cracks, as well as grooves and fish-scales due to enhanced etching effects. The elevation change, amount of dissolved rock, and conductivity exhibited by rock plates are significantly higher in comparison to those achieved through the single-acid injection mode while maintaining superior conductivity. It is recommended for optimal conductivity and retention rate in the Fuman Oilfield to adopt two stages of alternating acid-fracturing injection mode. Objectives: This study aimed to assess the overall incidence of osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ) caused by bisphosphonates and denosumab when used for controlling bone cancer metastasis or as adjuvant therapy. Subjects and Methods: A systematic search of the PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases and major meetings' proceedings as of July 30, 2022, identified randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and observational trials that evaluated ONJ caused by denosumab or bisphosphonates. The total incidence and risk ratio (RR) for ONJ were calculated using a random‐effects model. Results: A total of 42 003 patients with various solid tumors reported in 23 RCTs were included. The overall ONJ incidence in cancer patients receiving denosumab or bisphosphonates was 2.08% (95% CI 1.37–2.91; p <.01; I2 = 94.99%). Patients receiving denosumab had a higher ONJ incidence than those receiving bisphosphonates (RR 1.64, 95% CI 1.10–2.44; p <.05; I2 = 65.4%). Subgroup analyses showed that prostate cancer patients receiving denosumab and receiving zoledronic acid had the highest ONJ incidences, 5.0% and 3.0%, respectively. The incidence of ONJ induced by different doses was also different. Conclusions: The incidence of ONJ caused by denosumab and bisphosphonates is low, the dose of the drug and the type of cancer have certain influence on ONJ. α1C-tubulin (TUBA1C) is a member of the α-tubulin family and has served as a potential biomarker in a variety of cancers in many studies. In this study, the gene expression profile of TUBA1C in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) was extracted for analysis, and the prognostic value of TUBA1C in breast cancer was comprehensively evaluated. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and logistic regression analysis were performed to confirm the correlations between TUBA1C expression and the clinical characteristics of breast cancer patients. The effect of TUBA1C expression on the survival of breast cancer patients was assessed by Kaplan-Meier curve, Cox regression analysis, and the Kaplan-Meier plotter (an online database). The TCGA data set was used for the Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA). The results confirmed that high TUBA1C expression in breast cancer was closely correlated with survival time, survival status, and tumor size. In addition, elevated TUBA1C expression can predict poor overall survival (OS), recurrence-free survival (RFS), and distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS). Univariate and multivariate analyses (Cox regression analyses) confirmed that TUBA1C was an independent prognostic factor for the OS of breast cancer patients. The GSEA identified that the high TUBA1C expression phenotype was differentially enriched in cell cycle, basal transcription factor, P53 signaling pathway, pathways in cancer, TOLL-like receptor signaling pathway, and NOD-like receptor signaling pathway. Purpose: To evaluate the patient-reported outcomes of patients treated with commercially approved antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) reported in randomized controlled trials (RCT) published up to September 2023. Methods: A meta-analysis of 6430 patients from 12 randomized controlled trials was conducted. Results: No significant change was observed between the groups from baseline to end of treatment and end of follow-up, with a standardized mean difference of -0.08 (95% CI: -0.27–0.12) and 0.01 (95% CI: -0.11–0.12), respectively. Treatment with ADCs delayed the deterioration of patients' clinical condition compared with treatment with non-ADCs, with a hazard ratio of 0.78 (95% CI: 0.67–0.92). Background: The wide use of antibody‐drug conjugates (ADCs) is transforming the cancer‐treatment landscape. Understanding the treatment‐related adverse events (AEs) of ADCs is crucial for their clinical application. We conducted a meta‐analysis to analyze the profile and incidence of AEs related to ADC use in the treatment of solid tumors and hematological malignancies. Methods: We searched the PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases for articles published from January 2001 to October 2022. The overall profile and incidence of all‐grade and grade ≥ 3 treatment‐related AEs were the primary outcomes of the analysis. Results: A total of 138 trials involving 15,473 patients were included in this study. The overall incidence of any‐grade treatment‐related AEs was 100.0% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 99.9%–100.0%; I2 = 89%) and the incidence of grade ≥ 3 treatment‐related AEs was 6.2% (95% CI: 3.0%–12.4%; I² = 99%). Conclusions: This study provides a comprehensive overview of AEs related to ADCs used for cancer treatment. ADC use resulted in a high incidence of any‐grade AEs but a low incidence of grade ≥ 3 AEs. Background: The use of antibody–drug conjugates for the treatment of advanced-stage human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-low expression in breast cancer (BC) has shown prominent curative effects, which has led to increased academic interest. However, the role of HER2-low expression in the prognosis of BC remains controversial. Methods: We conducted a systematic search of the PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane library databases and several oncology conferences until 20 September 2022. We used fixed- and random-effects models to calculate odds ratio (OR) or hazard ratio (HR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) for overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), progression-free survival (PFS), and pathological complete response (pCR) rates. Results: Overall, 26 studies encompassing 677,248 patients were included in the meta-analysis. Patients with HER2-low BC showed significantly better OS than those with HER2-zero BC in the overall population (HR = 0.90; 95% CI: 0.85–0.97) and hormone receptor-positive population (HR = 0.98; 95% CI: 0.96–0.99), whereas no significant difference was observed in the OS of the hormone receptor-negative population (p > 0.05). In addition, there was no significant difference in the DFS of the overall and hormone receptor-negative population (p > 0.05), but better DFS than those with HER2-zero BC in the hormone receptor-negative population (HR = 0.96; 95% CI: 0.94–0.99). There was also no significant difference in the PFS of the overall population, hormone receptor-positive, and hormone receptor-negative population (p > 0.05). Patients with HER2-low BC had a lower pCR rate after neoadjuvant treatment than those with HER2-zero BC. Conclusions: Compared to patients with HER2-zero BC, those with HER2-low BC had better OS in the overall population and hormone receptor-positive population, DFS in hormone receptor-positive population and lower pCR in the overall population. The biological differences between HER2-low and HER2-zero BCs, particularly in hormone receptor-positive patients, and the relationship between HER2-low expression status and prognosis need to be explored further. Introduction: The predictive strength and accuracy of some biomarkers for the pathological complete response (pCR) to neoadjuvant therapy for HER2-positive breast cancer remain unclear. This study aimed to compare the accuracy of the HER2-enriched subtype and the presence of PIK3CA mutations, namely, TILs, HRs, and Ki-67, in predicting the pCR to HER2-positive breast cancer therapy. Methods: We screened studies that included pCR predicted by one of the following biomarkers: the HER2-enriched subtype and the presence of PIK3CA mutations, TILs, HRs, or Ki-67. We then calculated the pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values (PPVs and NPVs, respectively), and positive and negative likelihood ratios (LRs). Summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curves and areas under the curve (AUCs) were used to estimate the diagnostic accuracy. Results: The pooled estimates of sensitivity and specificity for the HER2-enriched subtype and the presence of PIK3CA mutations, namely, TILs, HRs, and Ki-67, were 0.66 and 0.62, 0.85 and 0.27, 0.49 and 0.61, 0.54 and 0.64, and 0.68 and 0.51, respectively. The AUC of the HER2-enriched subtype was significantly higher (0.71) than those for the presence of TILs (0.59, p = 0.003), HRs (0.65, p = 0.003), and Ki-67 (0.62, p = 0.005). The AUC of the HER2-enriched subtype had a tendency to be higher than that of the presence of PIK3CA mutations (0.58, p = 0.220). Moreover, it had relatively high PPV (0.58) and LR+ (1.77), similar NPV (0.73), and low LR− (0.54) compared with the other four biomarkers. Conclusions: The HER2-enriched subtype has a moderate breast cancer diagnostic accuracy, which is better than those of the presence of PIK3CA mutations, TILs, HRs, and Ki-67. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Apatinib improves progression-free survival and overall survival with an acceptable safety profile in Chinese patients with chemotherapy-refractory advanced or metastatic gastric cancer. However, the efficacy and safety of apatinib are unclear for elderly patients. This study was undertaken to prospectively investigate the efficacy and safety of apatinib for elderly patients with unresectable advanced or metastatic gastric cancer, who experienced progression to at least one lines of chemotherapy. Methods: This open-label, single-arm, phase II study enrolled patients aged ≥ 60 years with advanced gastric cancer, who experienced progression to one or more lines of chemotherapy at five centers in China. Patients received apatinib in an oral dose of 500mg or 250mg daily according to the research physicians' decision. The primary end point was progression-free survival, and the secondary end points were objective response rate, disease control rate, overall survival, and safety. Results: Forty-eight patients were enrolled between June 2017 and September 2019. The median age was 65.5 years (range 60– 80 years). Twenty-seven patients (56.3%) started treatment with an initial dose of 500 mg and 21 patients (43.7%) with 250 mg. The median progression-free survival and overall survival were 3.00 months (95% confidence interval, 2.17– 3.84) and 8.10 months (95% confidence interval, 4.35– 11.85), respectively. The objective response rate and disease control rate assessed by the investigators were 16.7% and 72.9%, respectively. The common side effects were fatigue (58.3%), hypertension (47.9%), abdominal pain (33.3%), proteinuria (29.2%), leukopenia (22.9%), and neutropenia (20.8%). Hypertension (22.9%) was the major grade 3/4 toxicity. Conclusion: These data suggest that apatinib is effective and relatively tolerable for elderly patients with unresectable advanced or metastatic gastric cancer who have received at least first-line chemotherapy. Background: This meta-analysis aimed to better elucidate the predictive value of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-enriched subtype of pathological complete response (pCR) rate within HER2-positive breast cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant treatment. Methods: We identified prospective trials that evaluated the correlation between an HER2-enriched subtype and pCR rate in HER2-positive breast cancer. Pooled odds ratio (OR) values with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were computed. Results: Fifteen studies comprising 2,190 patients met the inclusion criteria. The HER2-enriched subtype was associated with increased odds of achieving a pCR (OR = 4.12, 95% CI = 3.38 to 5.03, P < 0.001) in patients overall. Moreover, it was correlated with improved pCR when single or dual HER2-targeted agent-based therapy was employed (OR = 3.36, 95% CI = 2.25 to 5.02, P < 0.001; OR = 4.66, 95% CI = 3.56 to 6.10, P < 0.001, respectively), but not when HER2-targeted agent-free chemotherapy was used (OR = 2.52, 95% CI = 0.98 to 6.49, P = 0.05). Moreover, an HER2-enriched subtype predicted higher pCR rates irrespective of HER2-targeted agents (trastuzumab, lapatinib, pertuzumab, or T-DM1); chemotherapy agents (taxane-based, or anthracyclines plus taxane-based); endocrine therapy and hormone receptor [all the differences were statistically significant (P all ≤ 0.001)]. Conclusions: The HER2-enriched subtype can more effectively and specifically predict pCR for HER2-targeted agent-based neoadjuvant treatment, irrespective of the number (single or dual) or category of HER2-targeted agent, including chemotherapy and endocrine therapy, or hormone receptor in cases of HER2-positive breast cancer. Magnesium/polytetrafluoroethylene/Viton (MTV) fuel-rich pyrolants use the atmospheric oxygen as a complementary oxidizer to sustain and alter the performance of the combustion reaction. The flame diffusion characteristics of MTV fuel-rich pyrolants in the atmospheric environment are studied by a high-speed camera (HSC). The flame temperature and combustion components are measured by using remote sensing Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR). In order to obtain the combustion component distribution more accurately, an aerobic combustion model containing the oxidation reaction of the excess reactant Mg and carbonaceous species with O2 is established in this study. Eddy dissipation concept (EDC) model is applied to the numerical simulation of the three dimensional anaerobic and aerobic combustion field coupled with Realizable k-ε two-equation turbulence model. The research results show that flame temperature is mainly contributed by anaerobic combustion reaction. The flame structure obtained by the aerobic combustion model is closer to the experimental results, and the result of component distribution calculated by aerobic combustion is more consistent with characteristic spectrum. Therefore, the aerobic combustion model is more suitable for describing the actual MTV flame, and the combustion field can be divided into an anaerobic core zone and an aerobic diffusion zone.
