This study aims to determine the interaction and communication patterns of the Persit-KCK (Army Wives Association) organization that have an impact on harmony and cohesiveness among members of the Persit-KCK organization and that build a strong commitment to providing benefits to the wider community in Indonesia. This commitment also increases the loyalty of every soldier of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI-AD) and their responsibility for upholding state sovereignty, maintaining the territorial integrity of the country, and protecting the whole nation and all of Indonesia from bloodshed from threats and disturbances. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative research method. Researchers used qualitative research in this study to obtain more detailed and in-depth findings and to describe the reality that cannot be measured numerically; however, to obtain the best findings from qualitative data analysis, this research was assisted by Nvivo 12 Pro tools. The study assessed an organization for "soldiers' wives" and "military wives" by focusing on activities carried out by the Persit-KCK organization (the Army Wives Union, "TNI", in Indonesia). This activity reveals the use of symbols in a social communication that helps each Persit-KCK member to build an understanding of their duties and roles as soldiers' wives (TNI-AD), and to contribute positively to the wider community. The study also reveals that institutional communication patterns of Persit-KCK prioritize integrative communication among members (activities that strengthen communication among TNI-AD wives) in all regions in Indonesia. Volunteer and non-profit activities of Persit-KCK have made it a driving actor for the growth of social capital during the COVID-19 pandemic in various regions in Indonesia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Public Policy ,Regional Transportation ,Bandung ,Political Communication - Abstract
This article discusses how public policies on transportation can be communicated to the community in West Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. It is important for the community because the development of transport services has a very close relationship with the social welfare and economic growth of a region. This can be demonstrated with an indication that the region has a complete transportation system works better than other regions, so that these regions tend to have better levels of social welfare and economic growth. Conversely, the less functioning transport would result in the emergence of social problems and environmental problems. The study here used a multiple case method. The cases consist of activities which is the implementation of the government’s program of socialization to the people of West Bandung on transportation. This regency is an expansion of Bandung regency; therefore, there are things that are new in government services, including the field of transportation. Interviews, observation and document analyses were used to collect the data. Face to face interviews using a list of questions were also developed for this study. The findings of the study indicate that in addition to its own designing and implementing transportation development plan in West Bandung regency itself, there is also a transportation development involving West Java provincial government, even the national government of Indonesia. All of the transportation plan could be properly communicated to the public because it uses a variety of media, both traditional and modern.

Although radio has traditionally been recognized as a medium dependent on listener engagement, social media platforms such as Twitter have introduced new forms of interactivity due to their real-time and networked characteristics, facilitating the emergence of novel engagement types. Employing a case study approach, this research delves into the various forms of engagement on @PRFMnews, the official Twitter handle of PRFM Radio in Indonesia. Data was collected through observation of posts and interactions on the @PRFMnews account and through comprehensive interviews with the chief editor and two online editors of the station. Document studies were also conducted throughout October 2021 to gather research data. The study yielded several findings. Firstly, Twitter has been identified not only as a source of news but also as a platform that augments listener engagement in citizen journalism. Secondly, user-to-user interactivity was evident in the manner in which users tweeted and responded to posts from both their peers and account administrators. Thirdly, user-to-system interactivity was characterized by how individuals engaged with the social networking platform itself, particularly in actions like clicking URLs and viewing media containing hyperlinks. Lastly, user-to-document interactivity was observed in the way users retweeted and liked posts on the @PRFMnews account. These findings demonstrate that the dynamics between radio stations and their listeners have evolved in conjunction with the popularity of Twitter. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
