This paper is relevant due to the need to find the mechanisms of overcoming social destruction caused by people's current personal alienation of the "Other," as well as alienation of oneself as "Another." The problem is considered in the context of the modern society's growing need for the creation of a community that adheres to diversity and inclusive values as integral conditions of individual existence. The concept of the evolution of inclusion as a modern culture universal, presented in the paper, expands the ideas about it and its addressees. The author emphasizes that the subject of inclusion is absolutely every human in need of self-realization in the society, a career of unique features and precious for the progress of human civilization. The authors emphasize that every born human is the subject of inclusion with the need for social realization, as the career of unique individual features which are the highest value for the social progress of human civilization. The authors urge to draw the attention of the scientific community to the lack of systematic reflection of this phenomenon, which manifests itself today in all areas of activity in the global format. This approach allows us to trace the formation of inclusion as a modern cultural universal, which this work is devoted to. The main instrument of the formation of inclusion is the creativity that actualizes its new perception as the process of getting the creative joy from the joint co-creative artistic activities that contribute to the ongoing personal development.

Assessment is critical in postsecondary education, as it is at all levels. Assessments are classified into four types: diagnostic, summative, evaluative, and formative. Recent trends in assessment have migrated away from summative to formative evaluations. Formative evaluations help students develop expertise and concentrate their schedules, ease student anxiety, instill a feeling of ownership in students as they go, and confirm the module's subject notion. Online formative assessment (OFA) emerged as a result of the convergence of formative and computer-assisted assessment research. Bibliometric analyses provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of a study topic across a particular time period. We used a PRISMA-compliant bibliometric method. The Scopus database was searched for BibTex-formatted publication data. In total, 898 studies were analyzed. According to the results, Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education and Computers & Education are the most influential sources. RWTH Aachen University and Universitat Oberta De Catalunya are the most effective institutions. The red cluster includes terms associated with higher education and evaluation. The word "e-assessment, e-learning, assessment, moodle" appears in the green cluster. This group is quite influential yet has a low centrality. The highest percentage is 79.2 for "online assessment". The subject is comprised of three components: "distance learning", "accessibility", and "assessment design". The most important topics were "e-assessment", "higher education", and "online learning". Autism can be defined as a common developmental disorder that manifests itself as a disconnection in social communication. In individuals with autism, sometimes speech does not develop at all, and even if it develops, the individual does not prefer to communicate by talking. Thus, other ways are needed to communicate with individuals with autism. Today, the most important of these ways is technology, especially educational technology. The use of technology for individuals with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is on the rise today. The purpose of this study was to present up-to-date information on research using technology-based intervention methods in teaching skills in different developmental areas to individuals from different age groups with ASD and to reveal whether this intervention method is effective. This study was carried out using qualitative research methodology, document analysis and related content analysis. Scopus is based on the analysis of published documents searched with the keywords 'autism and technology-based' in the database. All articles published in Scopus were examined. The distribution of affiliated universities by years, subject areas, document types, country/regions and author themes were examined. Various findings emerged in terms of determining the importance of the analysis of technology-supported applications in terms of content of individuals published in the Scopus database on individuals with ASD. A total of 95 studies were examined. It was concluded that most of the studies were conducted in 2016 and 2019. It revealed that the first study was conducted in 2008. It was mostly published as a conference announcement. The United States and United Kingdom are among the countries with the most research. The topicality of the problem lies in growing tension between the increasing attention to creativity and creative activities and the "neutral" attitude to the problems of developing support mechanisms. The purpose of the article is to justify the need for state support of mass culture and the sector of creative industries as special spheres of cultural creativity. The leading approach to the problem study is socio-cultural analysis showing stability of the general trend in the mass culture development on the way of "value massivization". Changes of business strategies for the development of some territories raises the question of coordination recognition of self-organization principles and management aimed at maintaining of free public development movement. The materials of the article can be useful for practitioners in the development of state cultural policy and for a wide range of researchers in the sphere of modern society in the context of socio-cultural changes.
