Evidence suggests that cancer-induced anxiety can promote tumor progression, but the underlying neural mechanism remains unclear. Here, we used neuroscience and cancer tools to investigate how the brain contributes to tumor progression via nerve-tumor crosstalk in a mouse model of breast cancer. We show that tumor-bearing mice exhibited significant anxiety-like behaviors and that corticotrophin- releasing hormone (CRH) neurons in the central medial amygdala (CeM) were activated. Moreover, we detected newly formed sympathetic nerves in tumors, which established a polysynaptic connection to the brain. Pharmacogenetic or optogenetic inhibition of [CeM.sup.CRH] neurons and the [CeM.sup.CRH] [right arrow] lateral paragigantocellular nucleus (LPGi) circuit significantly alleviated anxiety-like behaviors and slowed tumor growth. Conversely, artificial activation of [CeM.sup.CRH] neurons and the [CeM.sup.CRH] [right arrow] LPGi circuit increased anxiety and tumor growth. Importantly, we found alprazolam, an antianxiety drug, to be a promising agent for slowing tumor progression. Furthermore, we show that manipulation of the [CeM.sup.CRH] [right arrow] LPGi circuit directly regulated the activity of the intratumoral sympathetic nerves and peripheral nerve-derived norepinephrine, which affected tumor progression by modulating antitumor immunity. Together, these findings reveal a brain-tumor neural circuit that contributes to breast cancer progression and provide therapeutic insights for breast cancer.

Cisplatin (DDP), a platinum-chelated compound renowned for its antitumor activity, is often utilized in cancer therapy. However, its real-world clinical efficacy is compromised by poor solubility and low stability, which impedes wider clinical application. Our study aimed to address these limitations of DDP through host–guest supramolecular chemistry approaches. We explored the potential of 18-crown-6 as the host molecule to solubilize and stabilize DDP, the guest molecule. Utilizing techniques such as UV–visible spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and molecular docking, we conducted a comprehensive analysis on the physical state and inclusion mode of the DDP@18-crown-6 complex. Phase solubility studies and Job's plot confirmed that the DDP@18-crown-6 complex significantly enhanced the aqueous solubility of DDP, with an optimal 1:1 binding ratio. Stability analyses revealed that this complex markedly improved the stability of DDP in pure water. Meanwhile, the stabilization effects of DDP@18-crown-6 were remarkably elevated when combined with 0.9% sodium chloride. In vitro antitumor assays in A549 cell lines demonstrated that the DDP@18-crown-6 complex outperformed raw DDP in cytotoxicity, showing a significantly lower IC50 value. Zenith Tropospheric Delay (ZTD) is a significant error source affecting the accuracy of certain space geodetic measurements. This study evaluates the performance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) based meteorological models, such as Fengwu and Pangu, in estimating real-time ZTD. The results from these AI models were compared with those obtained from the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), the fifth-generation European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) Atmospheric Reanalysis (ERA5), and the third generation of the Global Pressure–Temperature data model (GPT3) to assess their accuracy across different time intervals, seasons, and geographic locations. The findings reveal that AI-driven models, particularly Fengwu, offer higher long-term forecasting accuracy. An analysis of data from 81 stations throughout 2023 indicates that Fengwu's 7-day ZTD forecast achieved an RMSE of 2.85 cm when compared to GNSS-derived ZTD. However, in oceanic regions and areas with complex climatic dynamics, the Fengwu model exhibited a larger error compared to in other land regions. Additionally, seasonal variations and station altitude were found to influence the accuracy of ZTD predictions, emphasizing the need for detailed modeling in complex climatic zones. Background and Aim: Helicobacter pylori infection is linked to various gastrointestinal conditions, such as chronic active gastritis, peptic ulcers, and gastric cancer. Traditional treatment options encounter difficulties due to antibiotic resistance and adverse effects. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explore the effectiveness of a new treatment plan that combines vonoprazan (VPZ), amoxicillin, and bismuth for the eradication of H. pylori. Methods: A total of 600 patients infected with H. pylori were recruited for this multicenter randomized controlled trial. Patients treated for H. pylori elimination were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio to receive 14 days of vonoprazan‐based triple therapy (vonoprazan + amoxicillin + bismuth, group A) or standard quadruple therapy (esomeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin + bismuth, group B). Compliance and adverse effects were tracked through daily medication and side effect records. All patients underwent a 13C/14C‐urea breath test 4 weeks after treatment completion. Results: Intention‐to‐treat (ITT) and per‐protocol (PP) analyses revealed no substantial differences in H. pylori eradication rates between groups A and B (ITT: 83.7% vs 83.2%; PP: 90.9% vs 89.7%). However, significant differences were observed in the assessment of side effects (13.7% vs 28.6%, P < 0.001). Specifically, group A had significantly fewer "bitter mouths" than group B did (3.7% vs 16.2%, P < 0.001). Conclusion: Triple therapy comprising vonoprazan (20 mg), amoxicillin (750 mg), and bismuth potassium citrate (220 mg) achieved a PP eradication rate ≥90%, paralleling standard quadruple therapy, and had fewer adverse events and lower costs (¥306.8 vs ¥645.8) for treatment‐naive patients. Music plays a key role in our evolution and contributes to the promotion of interpersonal relationships as well as enhancement of group cohesiveness. In this study, 29 five- to six-year-old preschool children were examined to explore the influence of passive music listening and active music engagement on their helping and sharing behaviors, compared with coloring activities. The results revealed that children's prosocial behaviors were significantly different under the three conditions, and as compared with passive listening and coloring conditions, children's prosocial behavior (including helping behavior and sharing behavior) in the active music engagement condition was significantly enhanced. Our research revealed that even short-duration active music engagement can improve children's prosocial behavior, and the potential benefit of active engagement musical training for the development of preschool children should be recognized.
