The threat of side‐channel attacks poses a significant risk to the security of cryptographic algorithms. To counter this threat, we have designed an AES system capable of defending against such attacks, supporting AES‐128, AES‐192, and AES‐256 encryption standards. In our system, the CPU oversees the AES hardware via the AHB bus and employs true random number generation to provide secure random inputs for computations. The hardware implementation of the AES S‐box utilizes complex domain inversion techniques, while intermediate data is shielded using full‐time masking. Furthermore, the system incorporates double‐path error detection mechanisms to thwart fault propagation. Our results demonstrate that the system effectively conceals key power information, providing robust resistance against CPA attacks, and is capable of detecting injected faults, thereby mitigating fault‐based attacks. A U-shaped hollow-fiber membrane of A-site deficient K 2 NiF 4+δ -type oxide (Pr 0.9 La 0.1 ) 1.9 (Ni 0.74 Cu 0.21 Ga 0.05 )O 4+δ ((PL) 1.9 NCG) was developed through the phase inversion spinning method. At 975 °C, 2.51 mL/min cm 2 oxygen permeation flux can be achieved under air/He. And stable oxygen permeation performances were obtained during the 285 h long-term tests. Enhancing the ambi-polar conductivity of the ceramic hydrogen permeable membrane by introducing an electron conductive metallic phase is quite effective, which is helpful for the hydrogen permeation flux improvement. To develop CO 2 -tolerant hydrogen permeable membranes with better hydrogen permeability, Ni-La 5.5 WO 11.25-δ (Ni-LWO) cermet membranes are fabricated. The alkaline earth metal-free ceramic LWO is used as the main proton-conductive phase and Ni is used as the main electron-conductive phase. The Ni-LWO membrane exhibits good chemical stability in CO 2 -containing atmosphere since its hydrogen permeability maintains well in the measurement for about 180 h. Compared with the LWO ceramic membrane, the hydrogen permeability of the Ni-LWO membrane has been improved significantly. The Ni/LWO ratio has great impact on the performance of the cermet membrane. Meanwhile, among all the dual-phase Ni-LWO membranes with different Ni/LWO volume ratios, the membrane with 60 vol% Ni shows the highest hydrogen permeation flux of 0.18 ml min −1 cm −2 at 1000 °C when the feed gas contains 50% H 2 . Overcoming the dilemma between hydrogen permeability and stability is critical for realizing the widespread application of mixed protonic–electronic conducting (MPEC) membranes. Herein, fluoride-anion doping is for the first time reported for tuning the separation performance of MPEC membranes. Lanthanum tungstate oxyfluoride membranes, La5.5W0.6Mo0.4O11.25−δFx (x = 0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.50), exhibit improved hydrogen permeability and enhanced stability compared to their parent oxides, achieving a maximum value of 0.20 mL min−1 cm−2 at x = 0.05. Moreover, the declining hydrogen permeability performance of lanthanum tungstate MPEC membranes during high-temperature operation was systematically analyzed and relative solutions are put forward. We report here a facile and efficient electrodeposition method to modify inexpensive porous stainless-steel nets for use as substrates in the in situ growth of metal–organic framework membranes, such as ZIF-8, ZIF-67 and HKUST-1. Using this method, different metal precursors can be electrodeposited depending on the central metals required in the target metal–organic frameworks. The inorganic modifiers prepared by this approach are sufficiently reactive for the one-step growth of continuous metal–organic framework membranes; their reactivity is comparable with that of organic functional groups. A novel concept for the preparation of multiphase composite ceramics based on demixing of a single ceramic precursor has been developed and used for the synthesis of a dual-phase H2-permeable ceramic membrane. The precursor BaCe0.5Fe0.5O3− δ decomposes on calcination at 1370 °C for 10 h into two thermodynamically stable oxides with perovskite structures: the cerium-rich oxide BaCe0.85Fe0.15O3− δ (BCF8515) and the iron-rich oxide BaCe0.15Fe0.85O3− δ (BCF1585), 50 mol % each. In the resulting dual-phase material, the orthorhombic perovskite BCF8515 acts as the main proton conductor and the cubic perovskite BCF1585 as the main electron conductor. The dual-phase membrane shows an extremely high H2 permeation flux of 0.76 mL min−1 cm−2 at 950 °C with 1.0 mm thickness. This auto-demixing concept should be applicable to the synthesis of other ionic-electronic conducting ceramics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract A new mixed protonic-electronic conducting material, Nd 5.5 W 0.35 Mo 0.5 Nb 0.15 O 11.25-δ (NWMN), was developed by Nb-doping to improve the hydrogen permeability of Nd 5.5 W 0.5 Mo 0.5 O 11.25-δ (NWM). The hydrogen permeation properties and stability of the NWMN were investigated in details. An enhanced hydrogen permeation flux through the NWMN membrane was achieved, which was about 2.5 times as high as that through the un-doped NWM membrane at 800 °C due to the increased ambipolar conductivity. Moreover, the phase structures of the NWMN powder and membrane remained unchanged after the treatment in pure CO 2 and H 2 -containing atmospheres, respectively, which reveals excellent stability of the NWMN powder in CO 2 and H 2 -containing atmospheres. The remarkable stability and improved hydrogen permeability make NWMN promising for the application of hydrogen separation. Abstract The influences of solid-state reaction and sol-gel synthesis methods on the permeability through the La 5.5 W 0.6 Mo 0.4 O 11.25-δ membranes were investigated firstly. Then the superior sol-gel route was selected to synthesize chlorine-doped La 5.5 W 0.6 Mo 0.4 O 11.25-δ- x /2 Cl x (LWMCl x , x = 0–0.20) series membranes. The effects of chlorine doping on hydrogen separation performance through LWMCl x hydrogen permeable membranes were determined in detail. The developed LWMCl 0.1 membrane exhibited higher hydrogen permeability and better stability compared to its parent one, achieving 0.15 mL min−1 cm−2 at 1000 °C in dry atmosphere (50% H 2 in He), confirming the benefits of chlorine doping strategy. Li metal batteries (LMBs) are known as the ideal energy storage candidates for the future rechargeable batteries due to the high energy density. However, uncontrolled Li dendrites growing during charge/discharge process causes extremely low coulombic efficiency and short lifespan. In this work, a thin lithiophilic layer of Ag was coated on the bare Li surface via a thermal evaporation method, which alleviated volume variations and suppressed Li dendrites growth during cycling. As a result, a long lifespan of 250 h at a current density of 1 mA cm -2 was achieved in the symmetric cell when using the Ag-modified Li foil (Ag@Li). The LiFePO 4 |Li full cell demonstrated an excellent cycling performance with a high specific capacity of 131 mAh g -1 even after 300 cycles at 0.5 C.
