The article presents the results of a study on the creation of a fuzzy model for assessing the impact of pricing factors on the cost of primary real estate. The aim of the study is to develop a fuzzy logic-based tool for analyzing and evaluating the complex relationships between various factors that affect value. The article covers important aspects of creating a fuzzy model, including the definition of pricing factors, linguistic variables, and membership functions. The process of forming a rule base is considered, which determines the logical connections between factors and their influence on the price of real estate. The essence of the concept of primary housing and factors influencing pricing based on data on the situation in the real estate market are considered. The results of the study can be a useful tool for developing pricing strategies and decision making in the real estate market. The model developed by the authors can be improved considering the characteristics of a particular market and available data.

The article deals with the content of the concept of "happiness index". As a result of the literary analysis, some methods and approaches to its research have been identified. The choice and advantage of using the theory of fuzzy sets to evaluate the happiness index in the countries of the world is substantiated. The process of constructing a fuzzy model of the happiness index in the countries of the world in the fuzzyTECH environment is described. The main conclusions and results of the approbation of the constructed model are discussed. It is established that the model allows us to assess the well-being of the population at the current moment, thereby allowing us to adjust the directions of development of the state.

The article presents the results of modeling the solution to the problem of determining the reliability of the components of a multiservice communication network (MCN) based on the theory of fuzzy sets. The main characteristics of the equipment that affect the reliability parameters of the MCN are given. To solve the problem of determining the reliability of MCN components based on the theory of fuzzy sets, a multiservice network is presented in the form of a hierarchical diagram, which shows the main components of each network level. A multiservice network is presented as a parameter of the U function. The reliable state of the MCN depends on the state of the equipment at the corresponding levels. The results of modeling the solution to the problem of determining the reliability of MCN components based on the theory of fuzzy sets are presented using the mathematical apparatus of the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic in MATLAB fuzzy logic toolbox, fuzzyTECH. The paper considers the development of a computer model for the task of determining consumer estimates of pharmacy institutions by visitors and clients in terms of quality and service conditions. The main criteria and parameters for such an assessment were chosen, and their hierarchical tree was constructed. Then, the units of measurement and the ranges of the parameters to be evaluated were determined. Given the lack of certainty of opinions and assessments of consumers, it is advisable to solve the problem on the basis of fuzzy modeling methods. Thus the most appropriate computer simulation tool, the FuzzyTECH specialized software has been chosen. In this environment, an appropriate model has been created. For this, input and output linguistic variables, as well as their terms, has been defined. Then the corresponding membership functions and fuzzy logic inference rules were constructed. Further, the corresponding surfaces of the fuzzy inference were obtained. The developed computer model was tested during the evaluation of a group of pharmacies in the city of Kharkiv. The calculated resulting estimates are fairly close to those obtained using other, more cumbersome methods. The approached described and the model presented showed fairly valid results, despite its relative simplicity. Thus, the described implementation of the fuzzy-multiple model of generalized customer service evaluation in pharmacy institutions is a very useful practical computer tool for solving problems of improving the level of pharmaceutical service.
