"The recent history of urban development in Italy largely stems from a policy – here intended as a set of actions and strategies of administrators, entrepreneurs and experts – which has been incapable of planning transformations and, therefore, adopting a shared and far-sighted approach to development. The urban regeneration of metropolitan areas and their consequent demographic and economic development (70% of the population and 80% of GDP are concentrated in these areas) have often penalised internal areas such as the Alps and Apennines. Some peculiar experiences, including the regeneration of the village of Ostana (Cuneo), the project carried out in Contrada Bricconi (Bergamo), or even the activities of the association Dolomiti Contemporanee (Belluno) – just to mention a few interesting cases in the Italian Alps, – show that the understanding of and care for a unique territory are the pillars on which any informed political, administrative, architectural or territorial project should be based. This approach is all the more important in the framework of those events envisaging the construction of large infrastructures (such as the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina). After these events, such infrastructures are often abandoned because they are useless for the territory, economically unsustainable in the long-term, and not shared with the local community. In this perspective, the work of the association Architetti Arco Alpino (Alpine Arc Architects), whose activities range from architecture awards to photographic surveys, conferences and publications, aims to understand the complexity of mountain areas and to promote architectural quality. In this framework, they have successfully shown how the problems are often the same regardless of geographical and cultural distances. The solution to these problems is to be found primarily in the act of listening to the places and history of the local population; whether in the Alps or elsewhere, every good project based on a contemporary and conscious approach starts from there."

Dans le présent article, les auteurs réféchissent sur la traduction des vulgarismes italiens en polonais dans les deux romans contemporains pour les jeunes de Federico Moccia : Tre metri sopra il cielo et Ho voglia di te. La traduction du premier livre a été assurée par Krystyna et Eugeniusz Kabatc, tandis que le deuxième, qui constitue la suite des aventures des jeunes héros du premier texte, a été traduit par Anna Niewęgłowska. Après avoir fait une analyse statistique concernant le nombre de mots vulgaires dans les textes originaux et dans leurs traductions respectives, on a examiné les contextes d’apparition des gros mots, ce qui a permis de répertorier les solutions utilisées par les traducteurs de deux textes et les différentes techniques qu’ils ont adoptées dans la traduction des vulgarismes.

El objetivo de este documento, es presentar resultados de un estudio en curso, comenzando con el análisis de la cortina externa en ladrillos de los muros Aurelianos. Como metodología de estudio, las capas de ladrillos fueron inspeccionadas a través de muestras de sus superficies, seleccionando partes de 1x1m2 dibujados en CAD, utilizando fotos sin distorsión. Dichas muestras, fueron medidas en detalle, para generar análisis de estadísticas cuantitativas de los elementos constituyentes de éstas cortinas, para obtener standars, que pueden describir sus características. En esta primera fase, tratamos de comparar algunas de los más importantes fabricantes de ladrillos imperiales, cada una con características especificas. El muestrario ha cubierto extensivamente los muros aurelianos, concentrándose en los periodos de Aureliano y Honorio. Luego, fueron estudiadas paredes de ladrillos de edificios de época neroniana, frente al valle del Coliseo; subestructuras de las termas de Trajano; sectores de la Domus Tiberiana, en dirección a la falda norte del Palatino.

One of the results of the “Research Project for the Study of Georgian Grapes and Wine Culture” promoted by the National Wine Agency of the Republic of Georgia was the production of a bilingual handbook for modern viticulture. The first sections of the handbook were devoted to the agrometeorological analysis of environmental resources and limitations, comprising a general analysis of Georgian climate and agrometeorological features, followed by detailed regional cards. The agrometeorological analysis of Georgia was based on daily data collected by National and International networks for the period 1974-2013. Several agrometeorological indexes were calculated in order to define resources and limitations for viticulture for each viticultural region of Georgia, providing fundamental information for grape-growing and wine-making.

This communication will provide the latest information about the progress of the “Research Project for the Study of Georgian Grapes and Wine Culture”, managed by the National Wine Agency of Georgia since 2014. Local and foreign institutions continue to work together with the aim of stimulating multidisciplinary scientific research activity on Georgian viticulture and viniculture and to reconstruct their development from Neolithic civilizations to the present. The project is multidisciplinary in nature, merging contributions from archaeology, history, ethnography, molecular genetics, biomolecular archaeology, palaeobotany, ampelography, enology, climatology and other scientific fields.

Inicialmente, define-se hipermídia a partir dos conceitos de hipertexto e multimídia. Apresenta-se, em seguida, a Teoria da Flexibilidade Cognitiva (TFC), que nasce atrelada à concepção dos sistemas hipermídia de aprendizagem, investigando-se sua possível relação com os conceitos de interdisciplinaridade e complexidade. A síntese da discussão aponta para a convergência entre os conceitos de complexidade e interdisciplinaridade no âmbito da aprendizagem avançada e para a hipótese de que sistemas hipermídia também podem ser materiais educativos adequados para promover a flexibilidade cognitiva a partir da abordagem interdisciplinar de conteúdos complexos. Apresenta-se também, a descrição do desenho instrucional do sistema "Biomec" como exemplo de sistema hipermídia de aprendizagem desenvolvido a partir dos fundamentos teóricos discutidos anteriormente.

In 2014, the National Wine Agency of the Republic of Georgia initiated a three-year “Research Project for the study of Georgian Grapes and Wine Culture. Through collaborative research by Georgian and foreign institutions and researchers, the project aims to: stimulate research of Georgian viticulture and viniculture, through the lens of the country with the earliest tradition of grape domestication and winemaking; and to reconstruct the continuous development of viticulture and wine culture through time. The project advances the study of grape and wine culture by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, including: archaeology, history, ethnography, molecular genetics, biomolecular archaeology, palaeobotany, ampelography, enology, climatology and other scientific fields. These studies are diachronic in their approach, beginning with the oldest Neolithic civilizations, to present day, creating a holistic understanding of the continuity and complexity of Georgian Wine Culture to help popularize Georgian Wine throughout the global wine market.

The supramolecular organisation of molecules, complexes or clusters is a fruitful concept for the design of systems exhibiting specific macroscopic properties. The encapsulation of guest species into the pores or channels of host materials presents a challenging approach to the preparation of novel chemical and optical materials. Zeolite L has been shown to be an ideal host for the supramolecular organisation of organic dyes. A new hierarchy of structural ordering can be achieved by either arranging the zeolite L crystals into densely packed, oriented monolayers or by interfacing them to the environment via molecules bound to the edges of the crystals. These concepts are reviewed here, as well as some potential applications.

Metal complexes and bridging ligands can provide useful building blocks for the design and construction of nanostructures and molecular devices capable of performing specific photoinduced functions. The choice of molecular components with appropriate structural and photophysical properties will be discussed and some multicomponent systems reviewed.

Apresenta-se, em seguida, a Teoria da Flexibilidade Cognitiva (TFC), que nasce atrelada à concepção dos sistemas hipeimídia de aprendizagem, investigando-se sua possível relação com os conceitos de interdisciplinaridade e complexidade. A síntese da discussão aponta para a convergência entre os conceitos de complexidade e interdisciplinaridade no âmbito da aprendizagem avançada e para a hipótese de que sistemas hipermídia também podem ser materiais educativos adequados para promover a flexibilidade cognitiva a partir da abordagem interdisciplinar de conteúdos complexos. Apresenta-se também, a descrição do desenho instrucional do sistema "Biomec" como exemplo de sistema hipermídia de aprendizagem desenvolvido a partir dos fundamentos teóricos discutidos anteriormente.
