The article proposes the concept of acoustic design of propeller-driven fixed wing aircraft, i.e., taking into account the required acoustic characteristics. The scheme of research and development work at various stage of the project necessary for the implementation of this concept is proposed. A schematic diagram of computational studies in the framework of the acoustic design process of propeller-driven fixed-wing aircraft is proposed. A schematic diagram of the choice of a propeller-driven power plant is considered, taking into account the required acoustic characteristics.

The process of preparing feed mixtures using additives is a biotechnical system with deterministic relationships with technological and technical and economic characteristics, and a group of input, disturbing, control and output factors, taking into account which it is necessary to determine the rational machine technology, the structure of operations and the corresponding technical solutions that are embedded in the design of the unit. To describe the processes of mixing compound feeds, the main attention is paid to the analysis of energy parameters, the establishment by experimental means of rational parameters and modes of operation of mixers of different types, the determination of the speed of the product movement in the mixer, its performance and evaluation of the quality of mixing. The development of a general theory of the choice of rational modes and design features of mixers is carried out by compiling a system of equations that describes the functional behavior of individual elements, as well as the influence of connections with external factors imposed on their functioning.

The article deals with technological and managerial aspects of digital transformation of Russian SME business models. The purpose of this article is to develop theoretical and practical approaches to the study of SME business models based on the index of digital transformation of Russian SMEs to justify effective policies for sustainable socio-economic development of the regional and national economy. The article provides quantitative estimates of various parameters of SME business models digitalization using the index of digitalization for SMEs, and also notes the uneven digital development of SME business models in the structural aspect of the array of economic actors, as well as for different sectors of the economy and indicates the existing differences in “digital maturity” business models between SMEs of the capital and regional SMEs. The differences and specific features between different types of business models of SMEs depending on their degree of digital maturity are noted.

A plasma generator with a liquid cathode has been developed and investigated, which makes it possible to create a plasma flow from electrolyte vapors with a temperature of up to 1800°C with a mass flow rate of up to 3.0 g/s for the gasification of carbon-containing waste. An electrolyte in the form of a solution of Glauber salt in distilled water with a concentration of 0.5-1.0 kg/m3 by weight was used. The current-voltage characteristics of the discharge are constructed. The optimal electrical and thermal parameters of the plasma flow are determined experimentally.

The paper offers a situational overview of small business as a driver of economic growth in Russia during the 2020 crisis and the main aspects of current state policy on market-based support of that sector. The analysis also highlights major barriers that have arisen lately impeding the efficiency of governmental efforts to support small business. However, new aspects stimulating business development in market economy emerge together with the obstacles.
