يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل عام، وضوابط استخدامه، ثم التعرف على مدى قدرته على خدمة الباحث الشرعي عند إنجاز أبحاثه في الإجابة عن الأسئلة المتعلقة بالثقافة الإسلامية والعلوم الشرعية، في سبيل الترقي بعمل الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال التعاون المكثف بين المبرمجين من جهة وعلماء الشريعة من جهة أخرى، ولقد قام البحث على المنهج: الوصفي من خلال طرح أسئلة نوعية على الذكاء الاصطناعي في الثقافة الإسلامية، والتفسير والحديث والفقه، وتم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة ومبحثين، المبحث الأول: تعريف تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي وأهميته في التعليم. المبحث الثاني: مدى إمكانية الذكاء الاصطناعي على تقديم الإجابات الصحيحة عن الأسئلة الشرعية. وخلص البحث إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي لا يزال قاصرًا عن تقديم إجابات نوعية للباحث الشرعي، وعليه يقع على عاتق العلماء اليوم العمل على تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي لخدمة العلوم الشرعية.

Art is the ability of man to express himself or translate his feelings and describe what surrounds him in different forms, technology is the tools, products, treatments and organizations that man uses to increase his creative abilities and possibilities in the implementation of the work of art, although it does not add an imprint that distinguishes him from others cannot be considered creativity in the known sense, creativity is a new, useful and authentic production that draws attention and distinguishes each artist from others through his artistic creations in the use of art and technology together. Despite the rapid development of technology, the many benefits that it adds to art in general, there is a controversy that has abounded between artists and creators about the relationship of art to technology, some of them consider that aesthetic values have fallen and fall in the face of technology and others consider that technology has created new aesthetic values. Therefore, the study and the idea of research focused on how to take advantage of the features of origami art with 3D digital printing techniques and the extent to which the possibility of creating 3D fashion designs in a mannequin way to extract innovative designs from the features of origami art with 3D printing techniques through the concrete and tangible form of designs, and how to adapt modern technology to create designs that correspond to the technological development of the prevailing fashion., the research focused on describing sensory and mental features and the use of technology that helps the designer of fashion, as well as the study of designers for some Modern fashion using 3D printing techniques, studying the features of origami art, fashion design and the foundations of composition on the mannequin, and studying 3D printing and the most important companies producing them and the materials used. to take advantage of them in the implementation process

لا ريب في أنّ تفسير القرآن الكريم وإدراك المقصود الإلهي في الآيات هو السبيل الوحيد لبلوغ التعاليم القرآنية، وعليه، فإنّ فهم حقيقة (التّفسير) وجوهره يُعدّ أمراً ضرورياً لتحديد أُطره واتّساعه. فالنظرة المقتضبة إلى كلمة (التّفسير) لا تُسعفنا في هذا الباب بل ينبغي التّعامل معه بنظرة أوسع ورؤية أعمق، والاستعانة بالعبارات والكلمات ذات العلاقة والقرائن المطلوبة حتى الوصول إلى حقيقة التّفسير. يشير هذا البحث – بأسلوب وصفي تحليليّ – إلى أنّ سبيل الوصول إلى حقيقة التفسير وماهيّته يتمثّل في النظرة المنهجية لأسلوب آل البيت (G) كقرينة منفصلة إلى جانب الاستعانة بآيات القرآن الكريم والمبادئ العقلائية للمحاورة والقرائن المتصلة، وهذا الأسلوب هو الذي يمكنه أن يوصلنا إلى تفسير مُعتبر للقرآن الكريم. وبالاستناد إلى نتائج البحث تُعدّ كلمة (تبيين) كلمة محورية في تفسير القرآن الكريم فهي توضّح جميع القيود والقرائن المؤثّرة في فهم آيات القرآن، وبالنظر إلى هذه النقطة الدليلية فإنّ أوضح تعريف وأحسنه لكلمة (التّفسير) هو: «أنّه بيان لآيات القرآن وفق المفهوم العرفي والهيكل الأدبي للكلمات والجُمل والقرائن المتصلة بها، وبالتالي الكشف عن مُراد الله تعالى من آيات القرآن بالاعتماد على القرائن والأدلّة المنفصلة».

شهدت الدول الافريقية عملية تحول ديمقراطي من نظام الحزب الواحد الذي كان سائدا في معظم هذه الدول منذ الاستقلال وخلال مرحلة الحرب الباردة الى التعددية الحزبية و التحول السياسي السلمي عبر آلية الانتخابات التنافسية منذ تسعينيات القرن العشرين ‘حيث شهدت القارة الافريقية منذ منتصف الثمانينات تجارب ناجحة في التداول السلمي للسلطة وعلى الرغم من ذلك لم تؤد هذه الإجراءات الى دعم التحول الديمقراطي وانتشار الاستقرار في هذه القارة ‘ اذ لازال هذا التحول يمثل ظاهرة سياسية جديدة في حياة الدول الافريقية تحتاج الى وقت طويل لتحديد معالمها وسماتها . وتوصل البحث الى ان تجربة التحول الديمقراطي في القارة الافريقية شهدت تعثر وعجز في العديد من الدول ونجاحات في دول أخرى ‘ويرجع سبب التعثر الى طبيعة الأسباب التي دفعت هذه الدول للتحول وما اذا كان الهدف من التحول تحقيق الديمقراطية ام المواجهة الشكلية للضغوط الداخلية والخارجية ‘ وعلى الرغم من هذه العوامل وما ارتبط بها من أنماط للتحول تعبر عن الخصوصية الافريقية أدت للتحول الديمقراطي من اجل مواجهة الازمات ‘ الازمات الداخلية والمرتبطة بالضغوط الدولة ‘ ومما يبعث على التفاؤل حول نجاح التحول الى التعددية الحزبية في افريقيا هو ايمان النخب الحاكمة بأن التعددية هي الفرصة المتاحة امام إمكانية انتقال السلطة سلميا

Partially constructed Makhul dam may collapse after the operation due to the geological and geotechnical background of the foundations zone, and the presence of gypsum layers in this zone, Then the construction of Al-Fat'ha protection dam is one of the proposed solutions. The present study used the geometric analysis method to investigate the ability of Al-Fat'ha planned protecting dam to reduce the disasters of Makhul dam break. The new methodology used to derive the geometric elements of the two dams, and analyze the relations between these elements, and then exam the behavior of Al-Fat'ha proposed dam with and without the studied collapse scenarios. Fourteen collapse scenarios suggested for Makhul dam, from the level 140 m above sea level (a.s.l), to the maximum possible flood level 152 m (a.s.l). A mathematical model was derived to predict the level achieved as a response of cumulative storage in the protecting dam reservoir when the collapse of the Makhul dam occurred. The maximum level in the protecting dam reservoir to face the worst collapse scenario is 147 m (a.s.l), when the corresponding accumulated storage in the reservoir is 3414305769 m3. The results of the geometric analysis indicate that the optimum operating level for Al-Fat'ha dam in the operating conditions without Makhul dam collapse is 118.5 m (a.s.l), which corresponds to the capacity (39243587) m3. The total flooded area between the two dams was calculated for each collapse scenario of Makhul dam; it is about 44 km2 for the worst scenario when nine villages on reservoir banks will submerge. Subsequently, the study confirmed the ability of Al-Fat'ha dam reservoir to contain the direct flood wave caused by the collapse of Makhul dam.

Trespass to land is considered as a kind of civil tort in English law. It is worth-bearing in mind that these civil torts have been included within the law of torts, which is defined as an unwritten law, based on judicial precedents made by English courts. This law has also contained some other torts, the most important of which are negligence, defamation, and nuisance; trespass to land can be defined as an unjustifiable interference with the possession to land. The elements of this kind of tort are as follows: 1- The act of trespass. 2- Unlawful entry to land. 3- Causation or causal relationship. It is to be noted that the basis of civil liability emerged from the trespass to land lies in the subjective theory of liability, because it depends upon the international act, based upon intention and malice, which corresponds the liability for negligence, if can, therefore, be said that both of them come under the title of the strict-liability tort. .
