In article, there are considered results in digitalization wildfire management near smart city within Industry 4.0 period, when while climate change and Covid-19 pandemic. While research, there are used methods of data bases constructing, web-technologies and virtual reality tools. Also, there are used Foresight technologies, theory of decision making under uncertainties and risk management. As digitalization tools, authors propose to use online platforms, which integrate heterogeneous hardware and software resources in distributed networks. As study result, there is proposed a block model, that combines the investment objectives with cost of wildfire management near smart city adapted to Covid-19 pandemic and climate change conditions. Authors demonstrate usage of developed digital tools. The research results presented in this article has significant scientific novelty and can be useful for private investors, public environmental organizations of the civil sector and state environmental control bodies. They can be used in training and educational purposes, including development of Master’s programs in environmental economics.

Analytical review of scientific contribution of Professor Malyshev is performed and presented on the floristic research of Siberia and other territories (Ural Mountains, Mongolia, Russian Far East, etc.). It was shown, that there were several stages in these researches: from Eastern Sayan to Stanovoy Uplands, Putorana Plateau, and then Central (Baikalian Siberia and Dahuria) Siberia, Siberia in whole, and joined flora of Siberia and Russian Far East, usung different methodical approaches (method of concrete flora of A.I. Tolmachev adopted to mountain regions, and various techniques of multivariate statistics, such as rank correlations for familiesspecies, families-genera, and genera-species in head parts of taxonomic spectra, usually consists of 10 to 20 taxa (families or genera). To solve some florogenetic issues, the concept of floristic complexes as stable groups of species located in a certain belt of mountains (for example, alpine and mountain-steppe) was proposed and applied. At all stages of floristic research, the task was set to maximally identify the species composition on territories of various sizes for subsequent subdivision, with the identification of the boundaries for floristic regions, subregions, provinces and sub-provinces. The local floras and working floristic districts were taken as the basic elements of such division.

Geospatial investigation of distribution Salvia aethiopis L. (Lamiaceae) on the eastern limits of the range is performed using climatic modeling by MAXENT approach. Climatic conditions for the 33 local populations of the species as well as territories neighbouring to them were examined in detail, using concepts of nestle-cells and a small polygone. According to obtained results, the most suitable climatic conditions are in only two small polygons (SP) around local populations with coordinates 69.96E:42.48N and 70.03E:42.47N in central part of the area. They have 7.7 average points per a cell of 9.0 maximum. Other seven SP have average points per a cell 7.1–7.3 (quite suitable climatic conditions), all in the western part of the area, with coordinates from 66.69E to 67.69E and from 38.21N to 39.26N. High values of raw prediction are in the locations with coordinates 70.97E:42.48N (0.123; Zhualyn District in Zhambyl Region, Kazakhstan), 70.03E:42.47N (0.063; Keltemashat, Tulkibas District, Turkestan Region, Kazakhstan), 67.09E:38.34 (0.063; Yuqori Machay, Surkhandarya Region, Uzbekistan), and 69.96E:42.48N (0.054; Antonovka, Tulkibas District, Turkestan Region, Kazakhstan). These local populations of S. aethiopis should be assessed as the most likely secondary centers for further expansion of the species in the Middle Asian Region.

The report examined new scientific approaches to the creation of a combined cogeneration energy complex based on small or micro-hydropower. The most effective approaches to micro-hydropower facilities were considered to create a workable structural layout. A criterion has been developed that allows to evaluate the energy efficiency of hydroturbines at an early stage of design using the calculation method, including a predictive estimate of the hydraulic resistance function ξHT = f(Re) of a particular penstock geometry. The results of the theoretical task of creating a technologically advanced configuration of a blade system using Zhukovsky theory. By calculating and numerically (CFD) simulating the hydrodynamic lattices of flat profiles, the theoretical nomograms for determining the coefficients Cx and Cy are confirmed and supplemented. A series of comparative results of computational and experimental studies of the combined energy complex hydraulic part – microhydroturbines with experimental blade systems, including those modified by the principle of biomimetics (nature imitation technologies) is presented. Based on the calculated and experimental studies, the prospects of the chosen direction of development of small and microhydroenergy are shown, as well as the effectiveness of the approaches that were used in the design of the working bodies of microhydroturbines.

Study of the levels of climatic comfort in localities of the rare species Calvatia gigantea from Agaricales of Basidiomycota is performed using multimodal ecoinformative approach with maximum entropy method. For numerically exact and correct assessment of the level of climate suitability, we propose recalculate the scale of probalility finding of a species into a new scale of climate suitability, with the next intervals: low suitable (1–3 points), ambivalent (4–6 points), and genuine suitable (7–9 points). Also there are two transit zones between these intervals. It has been astablished that local populations of the species in Altai territorial group differ significantly in levels of climatic comfort (3.2, 5.4, and 6.2 points). Local population near Sharangol in Khentei territorial cluster (Central Mongolia) gets 4.0 points of climate comfort, and local population in Khingan Mountains (Eastern Mongolia) gets 7.3 points, the best result in the set studied. The ecotypification of localities was carried out, according to which all the studied populations of C. gigantea are assigned to different ecotypes, since each studied locality is characterized by the unique climatic spectrum and the specific variable of the first rank.

Multimodal ecoinformation analysis as an modern computative approach to geospatial investigation of biodiversity structure is performed on maximum entropy method for local populations of Iris glaucescens -rare species of vascular plants that is included in Red Book of Novosibirsk Oblast. The most informative environmental variables were ranged and examined in detail. According to obtained results, trio of the most important variables in the scale of 1/12 arc-degree (5.0 arc-minutes) global model, includes: 1) maximum average diurnal tempreature of surface air in the warmest period of an year (bio5) – 32.7%, annual mean temperature of surface air (bio1) – 11.2%, and maximum average diurnal tempreature of surface air in July (tmax7) – 9.0%. Three of the most important variables in the scale of 1/60 arc-degree (1.0 arc-minutes) regional model (Zone_18) are: maximum average diurnal tempreature of surface air in the warmest period of a year (bio5) -35.7%, maximum average diurnal tempreature of surface air in Juny (tmax6) – 23.1%, minimum average diurnal tempreature of surface air in October (tmin10) – 7,7%. Therefore, climatic variables that influense on the amount of heat in the warmest period of a year, may be taken into account as factors, limiting population size of I. glaucescens.

Predictive spatial models of the distribution of Oxytropis triphylla (Pall.) Pers. (Fabaceae), an endemic species of Baikal Siberia, were generated in MAXENT computer program using maximum entropy method. Long-term data of air temperatures for every month of the year were downloaded from the world database of open access WorldClim. Modeling was performed separately for minimum, average and maximum temperatures. Each variable contribution to the modeling was the basis to select the key variables having higher influence on the obtained models. The selected 10 key variables are the following: minimum temperatures of December and January; average temperatures of October, December, January and February; maximum temperatures of November, December, January and February. Then a model of the second level was calculated using only the ten key variables. There are three northern localities in the zone of adverse temperature effects: cape Malyi Cheremshanyi, Chencha and Sakhuli villages (all of them are in the Republic of Buryatia). It has been experimentally confirmed that the values of the key variables along the coasts of the Maloe More of Lake Baikal (Irkutskaya Oblast) are the most favorable for habitation of O. triphylla in this part of its range.
