In order to improve the management and control level of bridge construction and understand the real-time dynamics of bridge construction in real time, a set of cloud 3D visualization information management and control system is created based on the Internet platform. In view of the characteristics of high precision and great difficulty in the construction control of corrugated steel webs bridge, a set of construction control and control software based on B/S (browser/server) architecture is developed to help managers know the site structure state more intuitionistic and improve the efficiency of construction control and control. The system deeply integrates the two-dimensional plane information with the three-dimensional entity, and realizes the three-dimensional display of information flow by highly restoring the real bridge construction state in the three-dimensional scene. The results show that the system can assist the management personnel to carry out construction management and improve the engineering efficiency through linear prediction. The system can realize the dynamic demonstration of the long span CSW-PC continuous rigid frame bridge 3D model and the graphical display of the construction measurement and control data and progress information.

In this paper, several ultrafine particles were prepared and characterized, then the performance of drilling fluids were evaluated after ultrafine particles were added in water base drilling fluids. The viscosity property of drilling fluids were increased, however, filtration reduction could not be strictly controlled. All filtration volume was difficult to control just like common ultrafine calcium carbonate unless some polymers could be used. Titanium dioxide and zinc dioxide could be used as substitutes of calcium carbonate in drilling fluids.

The construction of large oil depots has become increasingly important, and oil storage safety also becomes a hot topic. It can be seen from multiple major safety accidents that have occurred in recent years that lightning is considered being one of the main causes of oil tank fires. Through in-depth research on safety issues, we are trying to find a scientific and economical safety management model for oil depots. Most of the objects stored in the oil depots are flammable liquids, and the oil gases which are produced by oil products can easily cause an explosion. A little carelessness may cause casualties and huge economic losses. The main purpose of this research is to design a lightning protection system for fixed roof oil tanks on the ground. By providing a complete design of lightning protection, to show how to ensure the safety level of the oil tank and oil depots, then the authors briefly describe other latest technologies for lightning protection which could be used in the future improvement.

As China’s research on LNG maritime transport is still in its infancy, there are few papers in relevant areas. Based on the description of the oil and gas contained in the South China Sea and the geographical location of the oil, the paper compares the natural gas liquefaction with nature, compares the three modes of natural gas transportation, and describes the influencing factors of LNG marine transportation.Secondly, Hainan Province was used as a case of transportation terminal to conduct market analysis and economic evaluation. Finally, considering of the unique resource background and geographical location of the South China Sea, suggestions are made to use effective, clean and comparative cheap energy.
